Prensador para elaboración de salazones y análogos, caracterizado porque consta de: a) un cuerpo-principal hueco, lastrable, apilable y provisto de conformaciones para facilitar su manipulación, que presenta configuración general tronco- cilíndrica de poca altura y comporta: a1)en una de sus bases, una amplia embocadura resaltada a través de la cual se lastra, a2)en el borde de dicha embocadura, que emerge axialmente respecto a la propia base del cuerpo principal, un resalte perimetral en el que se monta ajustadamente una tapa-cierre, a3) en la base opuesta, una amplia concavidad dimensional conjugada con la embocadura resaltada y la tapa-cierre asociada a ella, para posibilitar la disposición apilada de prensadores en sus fases de uso o almacenaje; b) al menos, una tapa-remate, montable ajustadamente en dicho cuerpo principal para variar su perímetro útil en función de cada necesidad concreta y posibilitar su disposición operativa ajustada a recipientes de distintos tamaños.
