Dispositivo de protección para mesas lineales, de las estructuradas en un carro fijo y un carro móvil, que se desplaza respecto a él guiado linealmente; caracterizado porque consta de: a) un carro móvil, estructurado en un carro interior (15) montado sobre las guías de deslizamiento (9) y un carro exterior (14), de mayor dimensión, montado amarrado únicamente a la base del carro interior (15) formando con él una sola unidad con un interespacio longitudinalmente pasante (415) delimitado entre ambos carros (14), (15); b) un perfil protector rígido (16) dispuesto de forma estática respecto al carro fijo (CF) atravesando dicho interespacio vacío (415) y constituido en cubierta protectora de las partes en movimiento.
