Abstract

1. Dispositivo portahilos para anzuelos de pesca, que estando previsto como medio de soporte y almacenamiento del tramo final de un sedal al que se engancha o ata el correspondiente anzuelo utilizado en la pesca con caña, se caracteriza porque está constituido por un cuerpo a modo de estrecho carrete, determinado por tres piezas planas (1 y 2) fijadas colateralmente entre sí, siendo la pieza intermedia (1) de contorno circular y menor al contorno de las piezas laterales o externas (2), para formar una especie de estrecha acanaladura (3) en la que se arrolla el hilo (4) que constituye el tramo final a que se ata el anzuelo (7) de un sedal; habiéndose previsto que las tres piezas que intervienen en la constitución del propio dispositivo, sean de naturaleza blanda, maleable y liviano peso, estando las dos piezas laterales (2) afectadas en su periferia de uno o más cortes radiales (5) de pequeña profundidad, determinando un medio de sujeción del extremo inicial (6) del propio hilo (4), sujetándose el extremo final de éste en otro corte (5) de la misma pieza (2) ó de la pieza lateral opuesta.
