Lama perfeccionada para somier, del tipo que se dispone transversalmente y espaciadas en un cierto número sobre un bastidor (1) rectangular preferentemente y apoyada cada lama (3) por sendos soportes (2) sobre sus largueros laterales o intermedios, caracterizada porque cada uno de los extremos de la lama (3) está prolongado en voladizo (4) sobre el mencionado soporte (2) correspondiente, encontrándose dicho voladizo (4) arqueado de forma cóncava ascendente por encima del plano conformado por el conjunto de lamas (3), operativamente apta para la retención lateral del colchón colocado sobre dicho somier; y porque la distancia entre ambos extremos (4) curvados en voladizo es igual o ligeramente superior al ancho del colchón a recibir.
