Lama para parmesana de lamas orientables con momento de inercia variable, caracterizada por estar formada por dos láminas flexibles 1 y 2 de pequeño espesor preferentemente metálicas, con igual longitud y anchura, abrazadas exterior e interiormente en ambos contados por sendas parejas de perfiles 3 - 5 y 4 - 6 de forma general en "V'' e inmovilizados con elementos de unión 7 - 8 y sus semejantes repartidos uniformemente en toda la longitud de la lama. Dichas láminas flexibles interconexionadas como se explica, originan una cavidad 10 de forma romboidal capaz de alojar perfiles 9 - 9A de diferente altura que dan como consecuencia lamas con diferente grosor y momento de inercia.
