Abstract
1. Envase para flan, que siendo aplicable indistintamente a flanes convencionales o a flanes helados y siendo del tipo de los que incorporan un cuerpo semirígido, preferentemente de naturaleza plástica, divergente hacia su embocadura, la cual se cierra con la colaboración de una tapa y por cualquier medio convencional, se caracteriza porque el citado cuerpo incorpora en su superficie lateral una ancha franja perimetral, que en correspondencia con su cara interna define una pluralidad de alvéolos que minimizan la superficie de contacto del flan con la pared lateral del cuerpo del envase, facilitando el desprendimiento del flan mediante presión manual y lateral sobre la citada franja del cuerpo del envase.
