Abstract

The invention relates to an easel which comprises two front legs and cross-beams between which is arranged a mast to which is joined at least one hinged rear leg. The easel can be supplied dismounted and comprises appropriate rigidification parts to be fitted at the junctions of the cross-elements with the front legs and the mast. The easel has a canvass support which is provided with slidable parts having angle profiles forming an effective lower supporting surface which is provided with edges.
