Bandeja perfeccionada para carne o pescado aplicable a neveras caracterizada esencialmente por el hecho de estar constituida por un recipiente que comprende dos frentes del mismo anterior y posterior que presentan un borde articulado formando pestaña abatible hacia el interior y hacia el exterior operativamente dispuestas que en esta última posición interrumpan el ciclo de circulación de la refrigeración por sobresalir del área del recipiente obligando a concentrarse el frio en circuito reducido sobre la superficie del recipiente permitiendo en la posición contraria o adentrada la libre circulación normal de la corriente de frio dando lugar a con esta maniobra a dos intensidades en el circuito refrigerante.
