Abstract
Invention relates to spectacles which may adopt various frames, all of which are based on a main frame which is essentially characterized by its light weight, the ease of mounting and indestructibility. In turn, this construction concept or technique may be applied to all types of spectacles and existing masks, including swimming goggles, diving masks, etc. The disclosed spectacles offer various advantages and present many differences with respect to the existing type of spectacles, such as the absence of screws, of perforations in the glasses, the total adaptability, the above-mentioned indestructibility and ease of mounting, the reduction of visual distorsion. Said main structure comprises a front body, which is formed by the assembly glass/central bridge/glass. To said front body are connected the branches, elastic strap or any other alternative holding system. The front body and/or other structures annexe to the glasses are completely adaptable, dismountable and virtually unbreakable, and can be adapted to the glasses by various means. Despite their elastic or inelastic deformability, depending on the various versions or variations, the front body (and, by extension, the complete spectacles) forms a stable and adaptable structure with the aim, among other things, to maintain the maximum parallelism between the glasses and the eye. The absence of perforations in the glasses of the invention brings along a series of advantages for the professional optician such as an enhanced mounting facility, an improved resistance of the spectacles, particularly in the case of frameless spectacles etc. The parts attached to the glasses (i.e. central bridge, branches, auxiliary parts, etc.) may be made of various materials, including intelligent and/or memory materials, and may include one or various parts (and even hinged assemblies), so that they better serve, in each individual case, the purposes above indicated.
