Abstract
Un recubrimiento metálico, total o parcial, para protección y adorno del contorno lateral del piso del calzado, caracterizado esencialmente por estar constituido por unas aplicaciones efectuadas con chapa metálica de poco espesor, convenientemente cromada, plateada o cubierta de otro baño metálico apropiado, la cual chapa puede cubrir totalmente la parte lateral del piso o bien estar formando incrustaciones aisladas, o lineales continuas, o combinación de ambas variantes, con el fin de dotar a la superficie lateral del piso de una protección eficaz y de un adorno que realce la visualidad del calzado.
