Abstract
Un recipiente termo, caracterizado esencialmente por estar formado por un recipiente de cristal o medio cristal, de doble pared aislante térmica, que puede ser interiormente plateada, el cual afecta preferiblemente la forma de una botella de cuello relativamente corto, siendo recubierto exteriormente este recipiente por una envoltura, ya sea de paja entrecruzada o de otra disposición, o bien con materias plásticas laminares, resinas sintéticas, ebonita u otras, o también con material metálico, el cual puede estar total o parcialmente combinado con las materias anteriores.
