Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention relates to a double-sided yarn-dyed fabric.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • TWI852480B has disclosed the content of knitting a yarn-dyed fabric with a circular knitting machine. However, it can be understood from the aforementioned patent that the front yarn loops of the existing yarn-dyed fabric are knitted by a face yarn and a ground yarn jointly, and the color-developing of the front yarn loop is changed by changing the relative positions of the face yarn and the ground yarn to achieve the purpose of color change. Although the existing method can achieve the purpose of color change, since the face yarn and the ground yarn are only changed in relative positions, visually observing the front yarn loop, the yarn other than the color-developing yarn can still be seen (for example, the front yarn is the color-developing yarn, and the ground yarn is the other yarn other than the color-developing yarn), which makes a color of the front yarn loop impure. When observing the yarn-dyed fabric as a whole, it will be found that the block composed of the front yarn loops is blurred.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Amain object of the invention is to solve the problem that a color-developing of a front yarn loop of an existing double-sided yarn-dyed fabric is affected by another non-main color-developing yarn in the same front yarn loop.
  • In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a double-sided yarn-dyed fabric including a plurality of front yarn loops and a plurality of back yarn loops. The double-sided yarn-dyed fabric is knitted by at least two color yarns, each of the front yarn loops is respectively knitted by one of the at least two color yarns, each of the back yarn loops is knitted by the at least two color yarns jointly, and a front side of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric is changed by the at least two color yarns.
  • In one embodiment, the at least two color yarns have different colors.
  • In addition to the above, the invention further provides another double-sided yarn-dyed fabric, comprising a plurality of front yarn loops and a plurality of back yarn loops. The double-sided yarn-dyed fabric is knitted by a plurality of color yarns, the color yarns can be divided into at least two yarn sets, one of the at least two yarn sets comprises two of the color yarns, the other of the at least two yarn sets comprises at least one of the color yarns, each of the front yarn loops is respectively formed by one of the color yarns included in one of the at least two yarn sets, each of the back yarn loops is respectively knitted by all the color yarns included in one of the at least two yarn sets, and a front side of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric is changed by the color yarns.
  • In one embodiment, one of two adjacent back yarn loops is knitted by one of the at least two yarn sets, and the other of the two adjacent back yarn loops is knitted by the other of the at least two yarn sets.
  • In one embodiment, one of the two adjacent front yarn loops is knitted by one of the two color yarns included in one of the at least two yarn sets, and the other of the two adjacent front yarn loops is knitted by one of the color yarns included in one of the at least two yarn sets.
  • In one embodiment, each of the two adjacent front yarn loops is knitted by one of the color yarns included in the same one of the at least two yarn sets.
  • In one embodiment, a quantity of the color yarns is four, and quantities of yarns included in the at least two yarn sets are equal.
  • In one embodiment, the color yarns have different colors.
  • Through the aforementioned implementation, the invention has the following characteristics compared to the prior art: each of the front yarn loops of the invention only comprises one of the color yarns, a color of each of the front yarn loops is presented by only the single color yarn. Compared with the implementation method in which front yarn loops of conventional double-sided fabrics still comprise a face yarn and a ground yarn, a color of each of the front yarn loops of the invention is purer, which enhances a visual experience of the front side of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric. Furthermore, a structure of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric of the invention can better solve the problems that once the conventional double-sided yarn-dyed fabric is knitted with multiple colors, a weight of the fabric does not meet requirements of making clothes, and poor hand feel. Finally, the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric of the invention breaks through color limitations of conventional double-sided yarn-dyed fabrics, and can be two colors in one knitting, four colors in two knittings, six colors in three knittings, three colors in two knittings, five colors in three knittings, seven colors in four knittings according to implementation requirements.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The detailed description and technical content of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. The invention provides a double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20 knitted by a double-sided circular knitting machine 60. The double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20 includes a plurality of front yarn loops 21 and a plurality of back yarn loops 22. In one embodiment, the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20 is knitted by at least two color yarns 30, 31. Each of the front yarn loops 21 of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20 is respectively knitted by one of the at least two color yarns 30, 31, and each of the back yarn loops 22 of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20 is knitted by the at least two color yarns 30, 31 jointly. A front side of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20 is changed by the at least two color yarns 30, 31, which change may refer as a change in color. In one embodiment, the at least two color yarns 30, 31 have different colors.
  • Please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 for further explanation of formation of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20. The at least two color yarns 30, 31 are fed in pairs by at least one yarn feeder 61 on the double-sided circular knitting machine 60 for knitting. The double-sided circular knitting machine 60 uses a plurality of lower needle bed knitting needles 62 to knit the plurality of front yarn loops 21, and each of the plurality of lower needle bed knitting needles 62 is controlled by a needle selector 63 to move on one of two tracks 70, 71. Each of the plurality of lower needle bed knitting needles 62 only hooks one of the at least two color yarns 30, 31 in each of the two tracks 70, 71 to produce one of the plurality of front yarn loops 21. It should be understood that a track of each of the plurality of lower needle bed knitting needles 62 is guided by a lower needle bed cam set 64. A portion of the two tracks 70, 71 are the same, and a difference between the two tracks 70, 71 is that one of the two tracks 70, 71 has a portion for second-time needle-actuating and needle-withdrawing (as shown by 72). Further, the double-sided circular knitting machine 60 uses a plurality of upper needle bed knitting needles 65 to knit the back yarn loops 22, each of the plurality of upper needle bed knitting needles 65 hooks the at least two color yarns 30, 31 to produce one of the back yarn loops 22. Based on the above, each of the front yarn loops 21 of the invention only includes one of the at least two color yarns 30, 31, and a color of each of the front yarn loops 21 is presented by only one of the at least two color yarns 30, 31. Compared with the implementation method in which front yarn loops of conventional double-sided fabrics still include a face yarn and a ground yarn, a color of each of the front yarn loops 21 of the invention is purer, which enhances a visual experience of the front side of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20. Furthermore, a structure of the double-sided yarn-dyed fabric 20 of the invention can better solve the problems that once the conventional double-sided yarn-dyed fabric is knitted with multiple colors, a weight of the fabric does not meet requirements of making clothes, and poor hand feel.
  • Please refer to FIG. 4 to FIG. 7.
