Abstract
L'invention décrit des procédés de détermination de l'état de chromatine d'un échantillon à partir de données d'abondance de transcription à partir de l'échantillon. Les procédés consistent à recevoir des données d'abondance de transcription pour une pluralité de transcrits à partir de l'échantillon ; à déterminer, pour chaque compartiment d'une pluralité de compartiments de distance génomique, une mesure de corrélation entre l'abondance de transcription pour des paires de transcrits qui sont séparées par une distance génomique à l'intérieur du compartiment respectif ; et à générer une valeur d'une mesure de biomarqueur dérivée de la mesure de corrélation pour la pluralité de compartiments, la mesure de biomarqueur caractérisant la plage de distance génomique au niveau de laquelle des paires de transcrits présentent une expression corrélée, des échantillons présentant différents états de chromatine avec différentes valeurs de la mesure de biomarqueur. L'invention décrit également des procédés, des systèmes et des produits associés.
