Abstract

This invention is a warning lamp made of thermoplastic material, and it is characterised by providing complete sealing between the body (1) and the lens (2), where the sealing problem is most common in such lamps, with the help of the lens (2) and the barrel-shaped gasket (11). The seal design in the lens and body area also provides high sealing with the O-ring (4) and the condensation plug (10) in the connection bolt (5) area. Said invention is a warning lamp made of thermoplastic material, and it is characterised by providing complete sealing between the body (1), cover (3) and the lens (2), where the sealing problem is most common in such lamps, by means of the lens (2) and the barrel-shaped gasket (11), and thus, it relates to extending the service life of the lamp.

Description

Title of Invention: LED ROTATING LAMP
Technical Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates to an LED waming/alert lamp that can be used in all vehicles suitable for assembly in the automotive sector and in tractors and all other agricultural vehicles, road cleaning vehicles, loader vehicles, tow trucks, forklifts, construction equipment, defense vehicles, in marine, aviation, highway vehicles and in vehicles in similar areas and requires the use of a waming/alert lamp that can emit light around 360 degrees, that allows bellows, socket, single point and magnetic connection assembly, is designed to be suitable for use even in difficult weather conditions, and is manufactured entirely from thermoplastic material.
[0002] The LED technology used in the invention is characterised by having different operating features, high performance and a minimalist design. The present invention is connected in four types (Bellows, Socket, Single Point and Magnetic) according to the vehicles used, and is characterised by being specially shaped to help eliminate the risks that may occur during assembly and is easy to use and assemble.
[0003] It is also important in terms of human safety and can be characterised by being a waming/alert lamp used to prevent accidents and similar situations that may occur. In cases where a safe area is needed around all the vehicles mentioned above and suitable for the assembly of the lamp while moving and working, it helps prevent accidents by fulfilling the waming/alert duty and creating a safe area and working environment.
[0004] Said LED rotating lamp is arranged in different compositions in accordance with the lighting feature of the LEDs it has and the lamp aesthetics. During operation, it has a brightness/flare feature that decreases from the frontmost LED to the backmost, and this structure is characterised by its unique visual with its comet effect, sliding and progressing during rotation, as if leaving a light beam behind by means of its working style and movement. At the same time, LEDs have the feature of being a multifunctional lamp by having the ability to flash at different frequencies and in different (pattern) models. In the LED rotating lamp, which has a minimal design, the body (1) and the cover (3) have a ribbed/reinforced external structure and these ribs in the lamp are formed in parallel strips, giving the lamp a reinforced and strong expression. By means of these ribbed structures, the work lamp is characterised by increased resistance to negative external factors such as water, heat, wind, impact and the like.
[0005] The present invention relates to the waming/alert lamp that can be used in tractors and all other agricultural vehicles, road cleaning vehicles, loader vehicles, tow trucks, forklifts, construction equipment, defense vehicles, marine, aviation, highway vehicles and all vehicles in similar fields. The present invention is distinguished from the current lamps in the state of the art with its combustion characteristics and minimalist structure.
Detailed Description of the Invention

[0007] The present invention has innovative LED technology that complies with new standards in the warning/alert lamp sector and is characterised by offering user- friendly features through these features and functions. The lamp provides superior lighting by using long-lasting and durable LEDs. In the grouping stage of the LED rotating lamp; the connection bolt (5) centres the body (1), reflector (13), PCB (12) and lens (2). The LED rotating lamp has a modern and stylish appearance and provides the possibility of installation in every vehicle by means of its different connection alternatives.

[0033] In the present invention, after grouping the body, reflector, lens, PCB and cover parts in a way that they will centre with a bolt, the lower connection group is completely seated in its place by placing its part in the area shaped for it at the bottom of the lamp and rotating it, by means of the closing of the tabs and lock. This hidden bolt application creates a simpler/more elegant appearance on the lamp, and at the same time, it provides a longer-lasting use by protecting the bolts from external factors such as corrosion, rust and dust.
[0034] The integrated sealing grommet (8) surrounding the cable (7) is a gasket used to create a waterproof barrier between two different surfaces with its structure that provides double -point sealing. In the present invention, the grommet (8) that fits into a slot like a chimney figure inside is fixed with a segment and cannot be dislodged. Even if the cable (7) moves or is pulled, it still maintains its sealing feature. With this grouping, it can be installed more easily than existing grommets (8) and its dislodgement resistance is higher. It also allows the cable (7) to move more easily and this does not create any sealing weakness.
[0035] Different types of lower connection parts are fixed by placing them under the lamp and turning them, and the connection tabs (6) are locked by entering the rib. The rib at the back is locked by entering between a support rib at the back and the tab slot at the front. This type of connection prevents the tabs from springing back and coming out. The locking tabs shown in the lock detail (9) that prevent rotation in the direction of insertion, which is the only opening direction, prevent rotation and displacement. In this way, many connection types can be easily integrated into the product. A secure connection is provided as if it were a part of the product.

[Claim 1] A LED rotating lamb, characterised in that it has a brightness/flare feature that decreases from the frontmost LED to the backmost, and its unique visual with its comet effect, sliding and progressing during rotation, as if leaving a light beam behind by means of its working style and movement.
[Claim 2] A LED rotating lamb according to Claim 1, characterised in that
LEDs' lighting feature is arranged in different compositions in accordance with the lamp aesthetics, and LEDs have the ability to flash at different frequencies and in different patterns, making them a multifunctional lamp.
[Claim 3] A LED rotating lamb according to Claim 1, characterised in that it has a hidden bolt application, which is done by placing the lower connection group piece in the area shaped for it at the bottom of the lamp and turning it, and then it fits perfectly into place thanks to the closing of the tabs and the lock after grouping the body, reflector, lens, PCB and cover parts with bolts to centre them, creating a simpler/more elegant appearance on the lamp and also providing longer life by protecting the bolts from external factors such as corrosion, rust and dust.
[Claim 4] A LED rotating lamb according to Claim 1, characterised in that the integrated sealing grommet (8) surrounding the cable (7) is used to create a waterproof barrier between two different surfaces with its double-point sealing structure, the grommet (8) is fixed with a segment, which fits into a slot like a chimney figure inside the seal, and with the system that cannot be dislodged, the cable (7) still maintains its sealing feature even if it moves or is pulled, and it can be installed more easily than the existing grommets (8) and has a higher dislodgement resistance, and at the same time, it allows the cable (7) to move more easily and does not create any sealing weakness.
[Claim 5] A LED rotating lamb according to Claim 1, characterised in that the different types of lower connection parts are fixed by placing them under the lamp and turning them, and the connection tabs (6) are locked by entering the rib and the rib at the back is locked between a support rib at the back and the rib slot at the front, and this connection type prevents the ribs from springing back and coming out, and by means of the locking tabs shown in the lock detail (9) that prevent it from turning in the direction of insertion, which is the only opening direction, it prevents it from turning and coming out of its place, allowing it to be easily integrated into many connection type products and providing a secure connection as if it were a part of the product.
[Claim 6] A LED rotating lamb according to Claim 1, characterised in that it has a very high illumination intensity with its industrial form feature, despite its minimal structure.
