Abstract

L'invention concerne un pilier prothétique intermédiaire (1) comprenant un raccord prothétique (2), un pilier supérieur (3) et un épaulement (6). Le pilier supérieur (3) présente un axe de pilier (3a) et comprend une surface externe tronconique (4) autour de l'axe de pilier, la surface externe tronconique étant traversée par au moins deux surfaces planes (5), les surfaces planes étant parallèles à l'axe de pilier (3a). L'épaulement (6) est situé entre le raccord prothétique (2) et le pilier supérieur (3), l'épaulement (6) étant destiné à être en contact avec le tissu gingival. Le pilier supérieur (3) comprend une partie filetée interne (7) appropriée pour recevoir une vis. L'invention concerne également un premier pilier radiculaire auxiliaire intermédiaire (10) et un second pilier radiculaire intermédiaire (20) destinés à être installés dans le pilier prothétique intermédiaire (1).
