Abstract

The invention relates to a holder (10) for lifting and lowering an object, and to a lowering mechanism for synchronised up and down movement of the object at the same level from both sides of the holder (10).

Description

DESCRIPTION MECHANISM THAT PROVIDES LOWERING AND LIFTING MOVEMENT TO AN OBJECT 5 Technical Field The invention particularly relates to a lowering mechanism for fixing objects by means of a holder and for synchronised up and down movement of objects at the same level by means of servomotors on both sides. 10 Known State of the Art Filling of dairy products such as milk and cheese, buttermilk, yoghurt and yoghurt in textile, machinery, automotive and especially in the food sector is carried out by 15 means of serial automatic machines. These products, which are filled in multiple quantities, are packaged by passing through many stages with mass production and finally appear before the consumer. In the present technique, lowering systems are used in filling machines in order to 20 close foil or cap type objects on cups, containers or bottles. In these systems, the movement of the cup, container, bottle, foil or cap products is provided by a single drive system from the bottom of a shaft-shaped gripper system that moves up and down by holding the cup, container, bottle, foil or cap products. In this drive system, connection rods are used and the connection rods are driven by a single motor. 25 However, the carrier shafts on both sides of the gripper system, which are connected to each other with connection rods from the bottom side, must be adjusted by the operator for synchronised movement. Otherwise, due to the fact that the carrier shafts are not at the same level, the closing process of the container, lid or foil on the gripper system cannot be fully achieved. This is a situation that causes production errors. For this reason, continuous maintenance and adjustment operations are required in the system, resulting in loss of time and labour. On the other hand, in case of wear in any part of the system, which has a mechanical structure, adjustment problems are encountered again. In addition, vibration and noise problems are 5 encountered during up and down movement. For this reason, in the known state of the art, there is a need for a structuring that eliminates the adjustment problem of the holder system that holds multiple cups, containers, bottles, caps and foil products in the filling process and the problems experienced in production. 10 As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of the existing solutions necessitated a development in the relevant technical field. Purpose of Invention 15 The main purpose of the invention relates to a mechanism for lowering and lifting objects on the same axis or for fixing this object with another object. The main purpose of the invention is to provide a lowering mechanism which enables the objects such as cups, containers, bottles, caps and foils to be moved up and 20 down at the same level synchronously by means of servo motors from both sides of the holder which holds multiple objects such as cups, containers, bottles, caps and foils in the filling process. The purpose of the invention is to provide a lowering mechanism that ensures 25 parallelism on both sides of the holder that holds the objects and moves them up and down, and eliminates production errors by making it possible to perform the closing process precisely. Another purpose of the invention is to provide a lowering mechanism which eliminates time and labour losses due to adjustment and maintenance operations in production. 5 Another purpose of the invention is to provide a lowering mechanism which operates efficiently by ensuring synchronised movement of the carrier shafts even if the length of the gripper increases depending on the number of products in the process of lowering multiple products. 10 Another purpose of the invention is to provide a lowering mechanism that ensures vibration-free, silent and stable operation of the gripper. Another purpose of the invention is to minimise maintenance costs. Thus, it is to provide an economical product for the companies supplying machinery. 15 Another purpose of the invention is to provide a product that facilitates the adjustment processes, whereby stable operation is ensured without being left to the initiative of the personnel. 20 Another important purpose of the invention is that it contains a structure suitable for use not only in solid and liquid filling machines, but also in different sectors (automotive, machinery, construction, textile, etc.). In order to fulfil all the aforementioned purposes and all the objects that may arise 25 from the detailed description, the invention provides a lifting and lowering mechanism (A) comprising a holder (10) for lifting and lowering an object, and a lifting and lowering mechanism (A) comprising a carrier shaft (20) carrying said holder (10) at both ends and moving it up and down; wherein it includes - simultaneously operating servomotors (90) configured on both lifting and lowering axes (A) to eliminate time and labour losses due to adjustment and maintenance operations, - the connection shaft (80), which is associated with the said servo motor 5 (90) and receives the rotational movement, - the motion transmission mechanism (B), which is driven by the aforementioned connection shaft (80), - connection slide (50), which fixes the said carrier shafts (20) on the lower end thereof and moves the carrier shaft (20) up and down by 10 moving up and down on the drive shafts (40). Motion transmission mechanism AX. Lifting-lowering axis Detailed Description of the Invention 20 Figures 1, 2 and 3 show views of the lifting-lowering mechanism (A) of the inventive object from different angles. Accordingly, the lifting-lowering mechanism (A) is in its most basic form; a holder (10) which holds objects such as cups, containers, bottles, foils or caps in case of use in a food filling machine, a carrier shaft (20) which moves the holder (10) up and down in the Z axis by carrying it from both ends, an upper 25 plate (30a) and a lower plate (30b) which bear the carrier shaft (20), front plate (30c), which is connected to the front side of the upper plate (30a) and the lower plate (30b), drive shaft (40), which is mutually connected between the upper plate (30a) and the lower plate (30b), connection slide (50), which is fixed on the carrier shafts (20) and moves the carrier shaft (20) up and down by moving up and down on the drive shafts (40), the movement arm (60), which is connected to the inner side of the connection slide (50) and rotationally moves the connection slide (50) up and down 5 on the drive shafts (40) in the vertical axis Z, the drive arm (70), which is connected to the movement arm (60) and rotationally drives the movement arm (60), the connection shaft (80), which is mounted on the drive arm (70), The servo motor (90), which is connected to the front surface of the front plate (30c) and associated with the connection shaft (80) and rotates the connection shaft (80), the wedge (100), 10 which is connected to the rear surface of the front plate (30c) and limits the movement of the drive arm (70), and the motion transmission mechanism (B) which receives motion from the said connection shaft (80). The most important technical aspect of the invention is that servo motors (90) are 15 configured to operate simultaneously on both lifting and lowering axes (A) in order to eliminate time and labour losses due to adjustment and maintenance operations. The servo motors (90) operate synchronously without the initiative of the personnel, which provides high benefits in adjustment and maintenance operations. 20 In the lifting and lowering mechanism (A) subject to the invention, a holder (10) is used. This gripper preferably has an air suction system. However, it is possible to use holders (10) with different techniques according to the system in which the lifting and lowering mechanism (A) is to be used. The holder (10) enables the cup, container, bottle, foil or cap products to be held in the filling machine and to be closed with a 25 downward movement. For the up and down movement of said holder (10), a carrier shaft (20) is connected to both ends of the holder (10). The carrier shafts (20) carry the holder (10) from both ends and move it up and down on the vertical axis Z. The carrier shaft (20) is mounted in an upper plate (30a) on the lower side and a 30 lower plate (30b) positioned at a certain distance below the upper plate (30a). A front plate (30c) is also connected to the front side of the upper plate (30a) and the lower plate (30b). Between the upper plate (30a) and the lower plate (30b), a reciprocating drive shaft 5 (40) is connected, and a connection slide (50) is fitted on said drive shafts (40). The connection slide (50) moves up and down on the drive shafts (40) and moves the carrier shafts (20) up and down. Accordingly, the carrier shafts (20) are fixed at their lower end on the connection slide (50). Thus, by means of the up and down movement of the connection slide (50) on the drive shafts (40), the carrier shafts (20) 10 move up and down and lower and raise the holder (10) to which they are connected at the upper end. In order to ensure the up and down movement of the connection slide (50) on the drive shafts (40), a movement arm (60) is connected to the inner side of the 15 connection slide (50). The movement arm (60) performs a rotational movement and moves the connection slide (50) up and down on the drive shafts (40). The drive of the movement arm (60) is provided by the drive arm (70), which is connected to the movement arm (60) and drives the movement arm (60) rotationally. 20 The drive arm (70) is rotated by a servo motor (90) which is connected to the front surface of the front plate (30c). The connection of the drive arm (70) with the servo motor (90) is also provided by a connection shaft (80), which is mounted in the front plate (30) and is connected to the drive arm (70) and the servo motor (90) by a ball bearing connection. 25 At least one wedge (100) is connected to the rear surface of the front plate (30c) to limit the movement of the drive arm (70). Thus, the carrier shafts (20) are adjusted by resetting the servo motors (90) on both sides for balanced and synchronised movement. This adjustment is necessary in the event of a power failure. The 30 movement of the drive arm (70) is limited by the contact of the drive arm (70) with the wedge (100) during the rotational movement and the servo motors (90) on both sides are reset to zero. In this way, synchronised movement is realised in the carrier shafts (20). Synchronisation and synchronous operation of both motors are of high importance. Because, thanks to the synchronously operating servo motors (90), adjustment, maintenance and labour processes are reduced to minimum levels to a 5 high extent. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the carrier shafts (20) that move the holder (10) up and down from both ends are moved up and down by two separate servo motors (90) from the bottom. It is important that the cup, container, bottle, foil or cap products 10 held by the holder (10) are carried in the same parallelism at both ends. For this purpose, synchronised movement of the carrier shafts (20) on both sides is ensured. When the servo motors (90) are switched on to move the carrier shafts (20), the connection shafts (80) rotate and turn the drive arms (70). The drive arms (70) in turn the movement arms (60) and the connection slides (50) move up and down on the 15 drive shafts (40). Meanwhile, the carrier shafts (20) on the connection slides (50) simultaneously lower and raise the holder (10). Figure 4 illustrates a general perspective view of the inventive lifting and lowering mechanism (A) preferably applied to a liquid filling machine and integrated into 20 several stations of the machine. The same lifting and lowering mechanisms (A) are used at the Robot 1 station (A1), Robot 2 station (A2), Burst control station (A3), Aluminium bonding station (A4), Cover magazine station (A5), Filling station (A6), UV station (A7) and Cap magazine station (A8). Each lifting and lowering mechanism (A) contains at least two servo motors and a motion transmission mechanism (B). 25 Therefore, the lifting and lowering mechanism (A) in question has the feature of being used and integrated in all stations.
