Abstract
The present invention relates to an oven that provides flexible cooking and energy saving by automatically changing the fan cover, which has the task of distributing the air in a controlled manner, according to the product to be cooked by the user in the oven.
Description
ELECTRONIC FAN PROTECTION SHEET WITH AIR DIVERTER
Technical Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to an oven that provides flexible cooking and energy saving by automatically changing the fan cover, which has the task of distributing the air in a controlled manner, according to the product to be cooked by the user in the oven.
State of the art:
Today, fans are used in ovens to perform ventilation, circulation, hot air distribution and cooling functions. The oven fan is basically used to distribute and circulate hot air inside the oven. When the fan is switched on while cooking something in the oven, the hot air reaches all surfaces of the food better. In this way, the food is cooked faster and homogenously. There is a moving impeller inside the fan, and air flow is provided by the rotation of the impeller. Since there is a moving part rotating at high speed in the fan, it is very important to close the area where the fan is fixed in a protected manner, to operate the fan safely and to prevent possible accidents. After the fans used in the ovens are fixed inside the oven, they are surrounded by a protection piece and necessary safety precautions are taken.
Fan protection sheets made of sheet metal are generally used to cover the area where the fan is located. After the fan is fixed, the fan protection sheet is mounted in the area where the fan is located and the fan perimeter is closed. Fan protection sheet is usually manufactured in sheet-metal moulds used in eccentric or hydraulic presses. Fan protection sheet is designed according to the dimensions of the fan used and the location where the fan will be mounted and the protection sheets are manufactured in presses according to this design. After the fan protection sheet is manufactured, it is taken to the enameling line and the enameling process of the part is carried out.
In the state of the art, there are many studies, patents and/or utility model applications related to ovens, oven internal structures, fans and fan protection
sheets. One of them is patent application numbered "EP1045208A2". The invention relates to a heating apparatus, and more particularly to a high-speed oven, having a turntable mechanism for heating food products to be cooked using a combination of impingement of heated air and microwaves. It is aimed to ensure homogeneous cooking. For this purpose, an oven has been developed in which internal heating and surface heating are combined. Here it is possible to remove the fan housing from the heating chamber to improve the cleaning performance. The oven is improved by adapting a part other than the fan protection.
Another document in the known state of the art is the application numbered "CN108209608A". The abovementioned invention relates to electric ovens, and in particular to an internal temperature control system of an electric oven and a method thereof. The electric oven internal temperature control system includes a liner inner assembly, a bottom sheet disposed below the inner liner assembly, a bottom end surface of the inner liner assembly and a bottom heating tube disposed above the bottom sheet, an inner casing, an exhaust hood. A cooling fan assembly is located at one end of the hood assembly and the other end of the hood assembly communicates with the inner liner assembly. This system also has a fan cover. There is a ventilation hole and circulation fan mechanism on the fan cover. In the operating method of the oven temperature control system, the operating mode and parameters are started by the control panel device. It is adjusted by the upper heating pipe, lower heating pipe, rear heating pipe, circulation fan assembly and cooling fan assembly in the inner tank assembly. Afterwards, the temperature can be controlled with the sensors and structures.
The invention subject to the application numbered "TR 2016/17964" in the known state of the art, relates to an oven in which the air is transferred from the openings to the cooking chamber in the desired direction and a homogeneous cooking is provided, which comprises a chassis, a cooking chamber in the chassis in which trays containing food to be cooked are placed, a heater for heating the air in the cooking chamber, at least one fan located on the side where the rear wall of the chassis is located and moving the heated air, and a fan compartment in which the heater and fan are located, inside the chassis, a fan protection sheet separating the
cooking chamber and the fan compartment, and a plurality of openings on the fan protection sheet through which air driven by the fan is sent to the cooking chamber.
In the state of the art, there is no system that adjusts the position of the fan protection sheet completely electronically according to the food placed in the cooking chamber. For this reason, there is a need for a system that detects the position of the food with the camera and automatically positions the fan protection sheet.
As a result, due to the abovementioned disadvantages and the insufficiency of the current solutions regarding the subject matter, a new technology is required in the relevant technical field.
Brief Description and Objects of the Invention
The present invention relates to an oven that provides flexible cooking and energy saving by automatically changing the fan cover, which has the task of distributing the air in a controlled manner, according to the product to be cooked by the user in the oven.
The most important object of the invention is to provide automatic positioning of the fan protection sheet according to the food type selected by the user from the front panel interface on the oven.
Another object of the invention is to provide automatic positioning of the fan protection sheet by detecting the position of the food with the camera.
Another object of the invention is to save energy in cooking food that does not cover the entire tray by supplying air at different rates through the openings in the front parts of the fan protection sheet with flexible design electronic air diverter.
Another object of the invention is to minimize energy losses by preventing unnecessary heating of the right-left side and top-bottom covers of the oven as the hot air will directly contact the food.
Another object of the invention is to provide homogenous cooking of the food covering the entire tray by balancing the hot air distributed throughout the oven when air is supplied to the side parts through the openings in the section where the fan
protection sheet with air diverter is in contact with the oven back cover. As a result, cooking time and energy consumption are reduced.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention relates to an oven that provides flexible cooking and energy saving by automatically changing the fan cover, which has the task of distributing the air in a controlled manner, according to the product to be cooked by the user in the oven.
The oven back sheet (6) is positioned at the back of the oven inferno (9), which provides protection of the back of the components inside the oven inferno (9) and helps keep the heat inside. The fan motor (5) is mounted on the oven back sheet (6). The fan motor (5) provides energy for the rotation of the impeller (4). The fan impeller (4) ensures that the hot air is distributed into the inferno (9) volume by forced convection.
The fan motor (6), which provides energy for the rotation of the fan impeller (4) located on the part of the oven back sheet (5) facing the oven inferno (9), is mounted on the part of the oven back sheet (5) not facing the oven inferno (9).
On the part of the oven back sheet (5) facing the oven inferno (9), the fan impeller (4) that moves the heated air, the electronically adjustable flexible fan duct apparatus motor (3) operating with the signals received from the electronic card, the electronically adjustable flexible fan duct apparatus (2) that enables the fan blowing holes (7) to be adjusted electronically at different levels according to the cooked food, and the fan protection sheet (1 ) that protects the fan impeller are mounted respectively.
There are fan blowing holes (7) on the flexible designed fan protection sheet (1 ). The air is supplied at different rates through the fan blowing holes (7) located on the front parts of the fan protection sheet (1 ) with flexible design electronic air diverter, thus saving energy when cooking foods that do not cover the entire tray. In addition, since the hot air will directly contact the food, unnecessary heating of the right-left side and top-bottom covers of the oven is prevented and energy losses are minimized.
A special cooking environment can be provided for the food to be cooked in the oven developed with the invention. The product to be cooked is placed on the baking tray or wire shelf (8).
On the front facade of the oven inferno (9) facing the user, there is a front panel (11 ) on the front frame (10) carrying the interface where the cooking times, degree and oven operating mode can be set by the customer.
The user can select the cooking time, temperature and cooked food via the interface on the front panel (11 ). The electronic card located inside the oven and communicating with the interface on the application front panel (11) enables the fan duct apparatus (2) to be moved with the fan apparatus motor (3) according to the selected food type. The fan duct apparatus (2) can be in three different positions, where the fan blowing holes (7) are fully closed, half closed and open. In this way, a special cooking environment is created for the product to be cooked by providing a difference between the cooking of food clustered in the center of the tray (such as whole chicken) and food spread completely on the tray (such as pizza). Since the air flow can be adjusted according to the product placed, a homogeneous cooking environment can be provided.
There is a camera inside the oven cavity that sees the wire shelf (8) where the food is positioned. Images of the food are obtained through the camera and the position of the food on the wire shelf (8) is determined by the electronic card. The position of the fan duct apparatus (2) suitable for the food whose position is detected is detected by the electronic card. In this way, the fan duct apparatus (2) is positioned by the fan duct apparatus motor (3) in accordance with the food position detected from the camera.
Claims
1. An oven of the present invention that allows the user to automatically change the fan cover, which has the task of distributing the air in a controlled manner, according to the product to be cooked in the oven, comprising;
• at least one oven back sheet (5), in which on the part of the oven back sheet (5) facing the oven inferno (9), the fan impeller (4) that moves the heated air, the fan duct apparatus motor (3) which moves the fan duct apparatus (2) with the signals received from the electronic card, the fan duct apparatus (2) which enables the fan blowing holes (7) on the fan protection sheet (1) which protects the fan impeller (4) to be closed and opened according to the cooked food and the fan motor (6) that provides energy for the rotation of the fan impeller (4) on the part of the oven back sheet (5) not facing the oven inferno (9), are mounted,
• Front panel (11 ), which carries the interface where the cooking times, temperature and oven operating mode of the food can be adjusted by the user, on the front frame (10) located on the front of the oven cavity (9) facing the user, and
• At least one electronic card that enables the fan duct apparatus (2) to be moved by deciding whether the fan blowing holes (7) are open, semi-open or closed according to the type of food selected by the user from the front panel (11) interface.
2. An oven according to claim 1 , comprising an electronic card for moving the fan duct apparatus (2) so that the fan blowing holes (7) are in a closed position for food items located in the center of the wire shelf (8), so as to concentrate the air towards the center, and the fan blowing holes (7) are in an open position for food items distributed on the tray.
3. An oven according to claim 1 , comprising at least one camera which, in communication with the electronic board, has a view of the wire shelf (8) on which the food is positioned in the oven inferno.
4. An oven according to claim 1 , comprising at least one electronic card for moving the fan duct apparatus (2) by deciding whether the fan blowing holes (7) are open, half-open or closed according to the position of the food on the wire rack (8) in the images from the camera.
5. An oven according to claim 4, comprising an electronic card for positioning the fan blowing holes such that if the wire shelf (8) is full, the fan blowing holes are fully closed, if it is 50% - 75% full, 50% - 75% of the fan blowing holes (7) are open, if it is 0%-50% full, all fan blowing holes are open.
