Abstract

L'invention concerne un système microfluidique (1000) comprenant un microcanal (21), une pompe (30) raccordée au microcanal (21) et conçue pour entraîner un fluide comprenant des particules magnétiques (31) le long dudit microcanal (21), au moins un dispositif de capture (100) comprenant un élément magnétique (101) conçu pour produire un champ magnétique avec une plage d'action fixe, ledit élément magnétique (101) comprenant une pointe magnétisable (11) et un aimant (12), au moins un actionneur (50a, 50b) conçu pour déplacer l'élément magnétique (101) par rapport au microcanal (21), le dispositif de capture (100) étant conçu pour adopter deux positions : une première position dans laquelle le microcanal (21) est compris dans la plage d'action du champ magnétique et les particules magnétiques (31) sont capturées et une seconde position dans laquelle le microcanal (21) est à l'extérieur de la plage d'action du champ magnétique et les particules magnétiques (31) sont libres.
