Abstract

The present invention enables a quick response when an accident occurs. The present invention is provided to acquire identification information for calling from a portable terminal as identification information for a calling using the portable terminal by using a short-range wireless communication, detect an accident of the moving body, and transmit the acquired identification information for calling to a server apparatus if the accident is detected.

  • There is a technology of enabling a calling with an operator in a call center of an insurance company or the like by using an on-board device such as a drive recorder provided in an automobile vehicle when an accident occurs (see Patent Document 1). Due to such calling, it is possible for the operator of the call center to provide some advice relating to the response corresponding to the accident, performing a confirmation of a state of the passenger in the vehicle, and request emergency aid so as to make a quick response at the time of the accident to be possible.

  • When the calling using such on-board device is disconnected due to some reasons, the operator of the call center calls back to the on-board device.   • Accordingly, a technical problem to be solved by the present invention is described as an example to make it possible to provide a quick response at the time of an accident.

  • An information processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is an information processing device provided in a moving body, wherein the information processing device comprises an identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion configured to acquire identification information for calling from a portable terminal using a short-range wireless communication as identification information for a calling using the portable terminal; an accident detection portion configured to detect an accident of the moving body; and a transmission processing portion configured to transmit the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion to a server apparatus if the accident is detected by the accident detection portion. Accordingly, in the present embodiment, it is possible for an operator of the server apparatus to call back to a portable terminal carried by a driver of the moving body and the like when the driver of the moving body and the like has left the moving body when the operator of the server apparatus calls back to the information processing device. As a result, according to the present embodiment, the operator of the server apparatus can talk with the driver of the moving body and the like so as to enable a quick response when an accident occurs.
  • The identification information for calling transmitted by the transmission processing portion may be the most recently acquired identification information for calling among the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion.   • The accident detection portion 111 detects that an accident has occurred on the moving body M. For example, the accident detection portion 111 acquires an acceleration of the moving body M, checks whether the acquired acceleration exceeds a predetermined acceleration value, and determines that an accident has occurred when the acquired acceleration exceeds the predetermined acceleration value.
  • If the accident detection portion 111 detects the accident, the call processing portion 112 calls the contacts for calling regarding the server apparatus SV. The contacts for calling regarding the server apparatus SV are, for example, the server apparatus SV itself or a telephone used by the operator of the server apparatus SV.
  • Accordingly, according to the present embodiment, when an accident occurs, it is possible for the operator of the server apparatus SV (for example, an operator at a call center) to use the microphone 140 and the speaker 150 of the on-board device 100 to talk to the driver of the vehicle and the like.
  • There is a case in which such a call using the on-board device 100 may be disconnected for some reason. When such circumstance occurs, the operator of the server apparatus SV may call back to the on-board device 100 in order to resume the call with the driver of the moving body M. However, if the driver has left the moving body M when the callback is made, it is impossible for the operator of the server apparatus SV to use the on-board device 100 to talk to the driver of the moving body M.
  • Therefore, the control portion 110 according to the present embodiment further includes an identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion 113 and a transmission processing portion 114, as shown in Fig. 3.
  • The identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion 113 acquires identification information for calling, which is the identification information for calling using the portable terminal PT, from the portable terminal PT using communication by the short-range wireless communication portion 130.   • At this time, it is preferable that the identification information for calling transmitted by the transmission processing portion 114 is the identification information for calling most recently acquired among the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion 113. In this manner, the identification information for calling of the portable terminal PT carried by the person who is likely to have been riding in the moving body M at the time when the accident occurs is transmitted to the server apparatus SV. As a result, it becomes more likely that the operator of the server apparatus SV can talk to driver of the moving body M and the like.
  • Also, when the accident is detected by the accident detection portion 111, the transmission processing portion 114 may transmit the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion 113, together with the time when the identification information for calling was acquired. In this manner, it is possible for the operator of the server apparatus SV to acknowledge the identification information for calling of the portable terminal carried by the person who is likely to have been riding in the moving body M at the time when the accident occurs, and as a result, the operator of the server apparatus SV is more likely to be able to talk to the driver of the moving body M and the like.
  • Fig. 4 is a view showing an example of the processing operation executed by the control portion 110 when an accident is detected by the accident detection portion 111. The call processing portion 112 makes a call to the contacts for calling regarding the server apparatus SV (S401). The transmission processing portion 114 transmits the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion 113 to the server apparatus SV (S402).
  • <Timing of acquiring identification information for calling of the portable terminal PT>
  • For example, it is preferable for the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion 113 to acquire the identification information for calling of the portable terminal PT from the portable terminal PT with which a connection has been established by the short-range wireless communication when the moving body is turned on. In this manner, when the use of the moving body M is started, it is possible to acquire the identification information for calling of the portable terminal PT carried by a person who was riding in the moving body M. As a result, it is possible to transmit the identification information for calling of the portable terminal PT carried by the person, who is likely to have been riding in the moving body M at the time when the accident occurs, to the server apparatus SV.
  • It is preferable for the identification- information- for-calling acquisition processing portion 113 to acquire the identification information for calling of a portable terminal PT from the portable terminal PT with which a connection has been established by the short-range wireless communication when the accident is detected by the accident detection portion 111. In this manner, it is possible to transmit to the server apparatus the identification information for calling of the portable terminal PT carried by the person who is more likely to have been riding on the moving body M at the time when the accident occurs.
  • It is preferable for the identification- information- for-calling acquisition processing portion 113 to acquire, at a predetermined time interval, the identification information for calling of the portable terminal PT from the portable terminal PT with which the connection has been established by the short-range wireless communication. In this manner, it is possible to transmit to the server apparatus the identification information for calling of the portable terminal PT carried by the person who is likely to have been riding on the moving body M at the time the accident occurs.
  • <Transmission of biological Information>
  • As shown in Fig. 3, it is preferable for the control portion 110 to further include a biological information acquisition processing portion 115. When an accident is detected by the accident detection portion 111, the biological information acquisition processing portion 115 acquires the biological information of a person using the portable terminal PT from the portable terminal PT due to the communication by the short-range wireless communication portion 130. At this time, when the accident is detected by the accident detection portion 111, it is preferable for the transmission processing portion 114 to transmit the biological information acquired by the biological information acquisition portion 115 to the server apparatus SV in addition to the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion 113. The biological information includes, for example, a heart rate and a pulse.
  • In this manner, it is possible for the operator of the server apparatus SV to acknowledge the biological information of the driver of the moving body M and the like so as to determine whether or not a request for an emergency aid is necessary.
  • <Transmitting accident information>
  • When an accident is detected by the accident detection portion 111, it is preferable for the transmission processing portion 114 to acquire the accident information, which is information related to the accident, and transmit the acquired accident information in addition to the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion 113. The accident information may include, for example, a speed, an acceleration, and position information of the moving body M, and an image captured by an imaging device mounted on the moving body M.
  • In this manner, it is possible for the operator of the server apparatus SV to obtain information about the accident that occurs on the moving body M.
  • The present invention has been described above using preferred embodiments of the present invention. Although the present invention has been described herein with reference to specific examples, various modifications and changes can be made to these examples without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the claims.

Claims (12)

  1. An information processing device provided in a moving body, comprising:
    an identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion configured to acquire identification information for calling from a portable terminal using a short-range wireless communication as identification information for a calling using the portable terminal;
    an accident detection portion configured to detect an accident of the moving body; and
    a transmission processing portion configured to transmit the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion to a server apparatus if the accident is detected by the accident detection portion.
  2. The information processing device according to claim 1, wherein the identification information for calling that is transmitted by the transmission processing portion is the most recently acquired identification information for calling among the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion.
  3. The information processing device according to claim 1, wherein the transmission processing portion is configured to transmit the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion and a time when the identification information for calling is acquired if the accident is detected by the accident detection portion.
  4. The information processing device according to any one from claim 1 to claim 3, wherein, when the moving body is turned on, the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion is configured to acquire, from a portable terminal with which a connection by a short-range wireless communication is established, identification information for calling of the portable terminal.
  5. The information processing device according to any one from claim 1 to claim 3, wherein, when an accident is detected by the accident detection portion, the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion is configured to acquire, from a portable terminal with which a connection by a short-range wireless communication is established, identification information for calling of the portable terminal.
  6. The information processing device according to any one from claim 1 to claim 3, wherein the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion is configured to acquire, from a portable terminal with which a connection by a short-range wireless communication is established, identification information for calling of the portable terminal at predetermined time intervals.
  7. The information processing device according to claim 1, further comprising a biological information acquisition processing portion configured to acquire biological information of a user using a portable terminal from the portable terminal by using a short-range wireless communication,
    wherein the transmission processing portion is configured to transmit the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion and the biological information acquired by the biological information acquisition processing portion to the server apparatus if the accident is detected by the accident detection portion.
  8. The information processing device according to claim 1, further comprising a calling processing portion configured to make a call to contacts for calling regarding the server apparatus if an accident is detected by the accident detection portion.
  9. The information processing device according to claim 1, wherein the transmission processing portion is configured to transmit accident information regarding the accident and the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing portion to the server apparatus if the accident is detected by the accident detection portion.
  10. An information processing method being executed by an information processing device provided in a moving body, comprising:
    an identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing step of using a short-range wireless communication to acquire identification information for calling from a portable terminal as identification information for a calling using the portable terminal;
    an accident detection step of detecting an accident of the moving body; and
    a transmission processing step of transmitting the identification information for calling acquired by the identification-information-for-calling acquisition processing step to a server apparatus if the accident is detected by the accident detection step.
  11. An information processing program for making a computer to execute the information processing method according to claim 10.
  12. A computer-readable recording medium for recording the information processing program according to claim 11.
