Definitions
- the present invention relates to a detergent with improved washing/cleaning performance compared to known detergents, in particular at low temperatures of the washing or cleaning process.
- Sulfonates and in particular linear alkylbenzenesulfonates (LAS) are one of the most commonly used anionic surfactant groups in detergents for cleaning textiles.
- LAS linear alkylbenzenesulfonates
- Sulfosuccinates are known as anaerobically biodegradable surfactants. However, the washing performance is poor when LAS are completely or partially replaced by sulfosuccinates.
- a detergent for cleaning textiles or textile surfaces which in particular uses anaerobically biodegradable surfactants.
- the washing performance should be sufficient to remove common soiling from textiles even at temperatures of 30 °C or less, in particular at 25 °C or 20 °C.
- a detergent which has a mixture of surfactants with an HLD in the range of -4 to 0.5 performs well even at 20 °C.
- such surfactant systems can also be obtained with sustainable surfactants.
- the object underlying the present invention is therefore achieved by a detergent which comprises at least two different surfactants in a proportion of 1 wt.% to 30 wt.%, based on the total weight of the detergent, wherein the surfactants result in a surfactant system which has an HLD (hydrophilic-lipophilic deviation) of -4.5 to 0.5, in particular of -4.0 to 0.5.
- the object underlying the present invention is achieved by a method for cleaning textiles or textile surfaces, characterized in that a washing solution which comprises a detergent as described above is brought into contact with the textiles or textile surfaces at a temperature of 30 °C or less, in particular of 25 °C or less, preferably at 20 °C or less.
- At least one or “at least one” or “at least one” as used herein refers to 1 or more, for example 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or more.
- at least two or “at least two” or “at least two” as used herein refers to 2 or more, for example 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or more.
- Textiles in the sense of the present invention include textile fibers, the linear textile structures produced therefrom, such as yarns and twisted yarns, the sheet-like textile structures such as woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, braids, stitch-knitted fabrics, nonwovens and felts and the spatial textile structures (body structures) such as textile tubes, stockings or textile semi-finished products for reinforced plastic components, as well as those finished products which, using the aforementioned products, are brought into a saleable condition by making up, opening and/or other operations for passing on to the processor, the trade or the end consumer.
- the textiles can consist of or comprise any known materials, such as natural or synthetic materials such as cotton, linen, hemp, polyester, viscose, wool, new wool, etc.
- the textile in the sense of the present invention comprises at least one natural material selected from cotton, linen, wool and/or hemp, particularly preferably it comprises cotton or consists of cotton.
- Detergents within the meaning of the invention are all types of washing or cleaning agents, such as heavy-duty detergents, color detergents, delicate detergents, etc.
- the invention also includes fabric softeners.
- the agents according to the invention (washing or cleaning agents) preferably come into contact with the textile during a washing or cleaning process, which includes the fabric softener process.
- the detergent according to the invention can be solid or liquid or in the form of a gel.
- HLB hydrophilic-lipophilic balance
- HLD hydrophilic-lipophilic balance
- the concept of hydrophilic-lipophilic deviation can therefore be understood as an extension of the HLB concept, in which, in addition to the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of the surfactant system, the type of surfactant, the temperature, the salt content and the hydrophobicity of the oil (oil of the contaminant to be removed) are also taken into account. These parameters are converted into numbers, which then give an HLD value.
- the head and tail of the surfactant or surfactant system should be well balanced throughout the formulation so that the surfactant is mainly located at the interface.
- the HLD 0. If the HLD is greater than zero, the heads of the surfactants point inwards and the tails outwards in the micelles; if the HLD is less than zero, the heads of the surfactants point outwards and the tails inwards. If the HLD is around zero, the surfactants are in a lamellar structure.
- the aim of the present invention is to provide a surfactant system with an HLD of approximately zero.
- the HLD should not exceed 0.5 and in particular 0.
- the detergent according to the invention is therefore free of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS).
- the detergent according to the invention has a total surfactant content of 1 wt.% to 30 wt.%, preferably 5 wt.% to 30 wt.%, in particular 10 wt.% to 25 wt.%, based on the total weight of the detergent.

Description

Pektinmethylesterase, Pektinoesterase, Pektinpektylhydrolase, Pektindepolymerase, Endopolygalacturonase, Pektolase, Pektinhydrolase, Pektin-Polygalacturonase, Endo-Polygalacturonase, Poly-a-1 ,4-Galacturonid Glycanohydrolase, Endogalacturonase, Endo-D-galacturonase, Galac- turan 1 ,4-a-Galacturonidase, Exopolygalacturonase, Poly(galacturonat) Hydrolase, Exo-D-Galactu- ronase, Exo-D-Galacturonanase, Exopoly-D-Galacturonase, Exo-poly-a-Galacturonosidase, Exo- polygalacturonosidase oder Exopolygalacturanosidase.
AOT: sodium ethylhexyl sulfoccinate, purity: 99%
Taxapon N70: Sodium Laureth Sulfate +2EO, puritiy: 70%, BASF Ammonyx
CSO: alkyl dimethyl (c12-18) amine oxide, purity: 32%, Stepan
Dehydol LS4: fatty alcohol (C12-C14)-polyglycolether (4 mol EO), 99%, BASF
Glucopon 600: C10-16-alkyl Glycoside, 50%, BASF
Dehydol LT7: fatty alcohol (C12-C18)-polyglycolether (7 mol EO), 99%, BASF LAS:
Disponil LDBS 55, Sodium n-alkyl (C10-13) benzene Sulfante 55%, BASF
