    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solution of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the specific embodiments of the present application and the corresponding drawings. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present application.
  • Referring to Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, a lighting device 100 provided by an embodiment of the present application includes a lamp body 10, a lamp cover 20 and an elastic snap sheet 30. The lamp body 10 includes a light source cavity 14, an annular bottom wall 121 extending outward from a cavity opening of the light source cavity 14, and a groove wall 122 provided on the periphery of the annular bottom wall 121. The annular bottom wall 121 and the groove wall 122 forms a mounting groove 12, a groove opening of the mounting groove 12 forms the light outlet 11 of the lamp body 10, and a snap structure 13 is formed in a connection region of the annular bottom wall 121 and the groove wall 122. The lighting device 100 may include a light source module (not shown) fixedly mounted in the light source cavity 14. The lamp cover 20 is received in the mounting groove 12 to cover the light outlet 11, and includes an inner surface 21 and an outer surface 22 arranged oppositely, and a cover side wall 23 connecting the outer surface 22 and the inner surface 21. The elastic snap sheet 30 includes a bearing portion 31 and a hooking portion 32 that are connected, the bearing portion 31 can abut against the outer surface 22 to bear the lamp cover 20, and the hooking portion 32 can be inserted from the outer surface 22 into the gap between the cover side wall 23 and the groove wall 122 and snaps with the snap structure 13. In this application, the elastic snap sheet 30 can bear and support the lamp cover 20 and engage with the snap structure 13 on the lamp body 10, thereby achieving a quick connection between the lamp cover 20 and the lamp body 10, so that the lamp cover 20 is firmly installed. In the mounting groove 12, for example, the lamp cover 20 is abutted on the annular bottom wall 121 of the mounting groove 12 to prevent the lamp cover 20 from falling off the lamp body 10. There is no need to provide an outer frame and require a thread connection to realize the connection of the lamp cover 20 to the lamp body 10 as in the prior art.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, referring to Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the snap structure 13 may include a snap slot 131 and a snap surface 1321. The snap groove 131 may penetrate through the annular bottom wall 121 along the extending direction of the groove wall 122, and the snap surface 1321 faces away from and is parallel to the light outlet 11. Referring to Fig. 3, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the hooking portion 32 may include a body 321 and an elastic piece 322, the starting end of the elastic piece 322 is away from the bearing portion 31 and connected to the body 321, and the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 is close to the bearing portion 31 and is convex relative to the body 321 in an original state. The terminal end of the elastic piece 322 can be close to or away from the body 321 under the action of an external force. That is, the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 can deform relative to the starting end of the elastic piece 322. The hooking portion 32 can extend into the snap slot 131 from a position between the cover side wall 23 and the groove wall 122, and when the hooking portion 32 is inserted into the snap slot 131, the elastic piece 322 is disposed away from the groove wall 122 (and toward the inverted buckle 132 and the annular bottom wall 121), and the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 can abut on the snap surface 1321.
  • The snap structure 13 may include an inverted buckle 132, and the inverted buckle 132 may protrude from the end surface of the annular bottom wall 121 facing the groove wall 122 toward the direction of the groove wall 122, that is, the inverted buckle 132 is disposed on the end surface of the annular bottom wall 121. Along a cross-section perpendicular to the annular bottom wall 121 and the groove wall 122, the terminal end of the inverted buckle 132 faces the groove wall 122 and forms an acute angle, and the terminal end of the inverted buckle 132 may include the snap surface 1321 facing away from and parallel to the light outlet 11. Referring to Fig. 3, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the hooking portion 32 can extend into the snap slot 131 from a position between the cover side wall 23 and the groove wall 122, and when the hooking portion 32 is inserted into the snap slot 131, the elastic piece 322 moves away from the groove wall 122 (and toward the inverted buckle 132 and the annular bottom wall 121) and extends to the inverted buckle 132, and the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 can abut on the snap surface 1321.
  • Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram with a partial cross-section (B) viewed from the perspective of the backlight side of the lighting device 100. The backlight side refers to the side facing away from the light-emitting surface.
  • The terminal end of the elastic piece 322 is close to the bearing portion 31 and is convex relative to the body 321 in the original state, and the starting end of the elastic piece 322 is connected to the body 321. Therefore, during the process of inserting the hooking portion 32 into the snap slot 131, the structure of the elastic piece 322 is set so that the hooking portion 32 receives less resistance and can be inserted smoothly. Even if the outer dimension of the snap slot 131 in the direction perpendicular to the groove wall 122 is small, the hooking portion 32 may be squeezed in this direction during insertion, since the elastic piece 322 is deformed by an external force and can stick to the body 321, the hooking portion 32 can be inserted into the snap slot 131 more smoothly. After the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 is deep enough, for example, relative to the snap surface 1321, the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 is slightly away from the light outlet 11. In this case, the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 can no longer be squeezed and return to the convex state relative to the body 321, then, the terminal end abuts against the contact surface of the inverted buckle 132. Even if the lamp cover 20 is heavy, the bearing portion 31 will cause the elastic snap sheet 30 to receive a force toward the light exit direction due to the weight of the lamp cover 20. According to the interaction of the forces, the contact surface can also apply an external force on the terminal end of the elastic piece 322, causing the terminal end to deform relative to the starting end of the elastic piece 322 and is more convex relative to the body 321.
  • Moreover, as shown in Fig. 5, the terminal end of the inverted buckle 132 faces the groove wall 122 and forms an acute angle, and the terminal end of the inverted buckle 132 includes a snap surface 1321 facing away from and parallel to the light outlet 11, thereby ensuring that the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 can abut on the snap surface 1321 after passing over the snap surface 1321.
  • Therefore, in the embodiments of the present application, the structural arrangement of the snap structure 13 and the hooking portion 32 can ensure the reliable connection between the lamp cover 20 and the lamp body 10.
  • As a modification, in the embodiments of the present application, the inverted buckle 132 may not protrude from the end surface of the annular bottom wall 121 facing the groove wall 122 toward the groove wall 122, that is, the inverted buckle 132 may not be disposed on the end surface of the annular bottom wall 121; instead, the inverted buckle 132 protrudes from the end surface of the groove wall 122 facing the annular bottom wall 121 toward the annular bottom wall 121, that is, the inverted buckle 132 is disposed on the groove wall 122, and the terminal end of the inverted buckle 132 can face the annular bottom wall 121. Correspondingly, when the hooking portion 32 extends from a position between the cover side wall 23 and the groove wall 122 into the snap slot 131, the elastic piece 322 is disposed toward the inverted buckle 132 132 and away from the annular bottom wall 121. Other structures of the terminal end of the inverted buckle 132 and other structures of the hooking portion 32 may be the same as the above-mentioned embodiments.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, after the lamp cover 20 and the lamp body 10 are connected, the vertical distance between the surface of the bearing portion 31 facing the outer surface 22 and the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 can be equal to the vertical distance between the outer surface 22 and the snap surface 1321. Therefore, after the lamp cover 20 is connected to the lamp body 10, the lamp cover 20 can be stably arranged relative to the lamp body 10 without the lamp body 10 shaking. Of course, in some embodiments, the vertical distance between the surface of the bearing portion 31 facing the outer surface 22 and the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 may be slightly greater than the vertical distance between the outer surface 22 and the snap surface 1321.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, referring to Fig. 8, the snap structure 13 may also include a guide limiting portion 133, the guide limiting portion 133 protrudes from the groove wall 122 toward the inverted buckle 132, and the guide limiting portion 133 and the inverted buckle 132 are respectively provided on two sides of the snap slot 131. The protruding arrangement of the guide limiting portion 133 makes the gap between the groove wall 122 and the annular bottom wall 121 in the snap slot 131 smaller, so that when the hooking portion 32 is inserted into the snap slot 131, the guide limiting portion 133 can squeeze the hooking portion 32 and apply a force toward the inverted buckle 132. For example, when the hooking portion 32 is inserted into the snap slot 131, the guide limiting portion 133 abuts against the body 321 to apply a force toward the inverted buckle 132 to guide the elastic piece 322 to abut against the inverted buckle 132, and when the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 does not pass through the inverted buckle 132, it is squeezed by the inverted buckle 132 and approaches the body 321, and it can be pushed forward easily. After the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 passes the inverted buckle 132, the external force applied on the elastic piece 322 is canceled, so that the elastic piece 322 is obviously protruded relative to the body 321. This ensures that the terminal end of the elastic piece 322 recovers its elastic force after passing the inverted buckle 132 and can abut against the snap surface 1321. It can be seen that the provision of the guide limiting portion 133 can further ensure the snap connection between the inverted buckle 132 and the hooking portion 32. Of course, in some embodiments, the guide limiting portion 133 may not be provided.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, referring to Fig. 2, along a direction parallel to the intersection of the bearing portion 31 and the hooking portion 32, the elastic piece 322 is symmetrically arranged in the middle portion of the body 321. Correspondingly, referring to Fig. 8, in each snap structure 13, the number of the guide limiting portion 133 is two, and the number of the inverted buckle 132 is one. Along the direction parallel to the annular bottom wall 121, the inverted buckle 132 is provided in the middle portion between the two guide limiting portions 133. When the hooking portion 32 is inserted into the snap slot 131, combined with Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, the two guide limiting portions 133 respectively abut against the body 321 located on two sides of the elastic piece 322, and the elastic piece 322 abuts against the inverted buckle 132, the two guide limiting portions 133 apply the same force on the body 321, so that the elastic piece 322 is not easily deflected on the inverted buckle 132, and the intersection line of the elastic piece 322 and the snap surface 1321 is as parallel to the groove wall 122 as possible, to ensure that the elastic piece 322 is not easily separated from the inverted buckle 132 due to deflection. Of course, the hooking portion 32 and the snap structure 13 may also have other forms of structures, as long as the snap connection between the two can be achieved, which will not be described again here.
  • In order to increase the elastic force of the elastic piece 322 relative to the body 321, that is, to increase the deformable range of the elastic piece 322 relative to the body 321, a through hole 3211 may be provided in the body 321 at a position corresponding to the elastic piece 322. Of course, in some embodiments, the through hole 3211 may not be provided.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, along a cross-section perpendicular to the annular bottom wall 121 and the groove wall 122, the guide portion is limited in a triangular shape (not shown), and the portion facing the direction of the light outlet 11 is in an acute angle, thereby achieving guidance effect.
  • The horizontal positions of the limiting guide portion and the inverted buckle 132 in the lighting device 100 are similar.
  • In the lighting device 100 of the embodiments of the present application, the number of the elastic snap sheet 30 is at least two, such as two, three, four or more, etc. The number of the snap structure 13 is at least two correspondingly, such as two, three, four or more, etc. The elastic snap sheets 30 are in one-to-one correspondence with the snap structures 13. The bearing portion 31 can abut against the edge of the outer surface 22 to bear or support the lamp cover 20, and the snap structures 13 are symmetrically arranged relative to the periphery of the mounting groove 12. Therefore, after the elastic snap sheets 30 are connected to the snap structures 13, the elastic snap sheets 30 can also be symmetrically arranged on the outer surface 22 of the lamp cover 20, thereby firmly connecting the lamp cover 20 to the lamp body 10. In this embodiment, the bearing portion 31 only blocks the edge portion of the outer surface 22 without blocking most of the region of the lamp cover 20 used to transmit light. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 6, the number of the elastic snap sheet 30 and the number of the snap structure 13 are both two.
  • As a variation, the number of the elastic snap sheet 30 is half of the number of the snap structure 13 in the lighting device 100. For example, the number of the elastic snap sheet 30 is only one and the number of the snap structure 13 is two. The elastic snap sheet 30 includes two hooking portions 32 and one bearing portion 31, the one bearing portion 31 is connected between the two hooking portions 32, and the distance between the two hooking portions is equal to the distance between the two snap structures 13, so that in the lighting device 100, after the elastic snap sheet 30 is connected to the snap structure 13, the bearing portion 31 can extend from one end of the outer surface 22 to the other end of the outer surface 22.
  • Of course, the number of the elastic snap sheet 30 can be two or four, and correspondingly, the number of the snap structure 13 can be four, eight, etc. In some embodiments, the number of the elastic snap sheet 30 and the number of the snap structure 13 in the lighting device 100 may be in one-to-three or one-to-four correspondence, that is, the elastic snap sheet 30 includes three hooking portions 32 and one bearing portion 31, or four hooking portions and one bearing portion 31.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, an adhesive (not shown) may be coated on the annular bottom wall 121, and the peripheral portion of the inner surface 21 is adhered to the annular bottom wall 121. In one embodiment, for reliable bonding, a sunken adhesive-containing groove 1211 may be provided on the annular bottom wall 121, and the adhesive is filled in the adhesive-containing groove 1211 for bonding the lamp cover 20. In the embodiments of the present application, through the adhesive method and the above-mentioned snap connection method of the elastic snap sheet 30 and the snap structure 13, the connection between the lamp cover 20 and the lamp body 10 has two superimposed connection methods, thereby further ensuring the connection reliability.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, the inner surface 21 may include a light exit region and a non-light exit region (not shown), and the non-light exit region surrounds the light exit region and is provided with ink. The light exit region is used to project light, and the ink can block the non-light exit region. For example, components such as a power supply can be provided on the edge of the lamp body 10, which does not emit light. In order to prevent the user from seeing these components, the corresponding non-light exit region is provided on the lamp cover 20 and the ink is provided thereon.
  • In order to prevent the bearing portion 31 from blocking the light exit region of the lamp cover 20, the orthographic projection of the bearing portion 31 on the inner surface 21 is located within the non-light exit region. Of course, in actual applications, the orthographic projection of the bearing portion 31 on the inner surface 21 may be partially located outside the non-light exit region.
  • In addition, in order to avoid exposure of the adhesive in the light exit region, the orthographic projection of the annular groove on the inner surface 21 is located within the non-light exit region.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, the lamp body 10 may also include a light source cavity 14, the light source cavity 14 is connected with the mounting groove 12, and relative to the mounting groove 12, the light source cavity 14 is far away from the light outlet 11. A light source module may be disposed in the light source cavity 14, and the light emitted by the light source module is transmitted to the illuminated region through the light exit region of the lamp cover 20.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, referring to Fig. 3, the angle between the bearing portion 31 and the hooking portion 32 may be a right angle, so that the bearing portion 31 can fit the outer surface 22 of the lamp cover 20, and the hooking portion 32 can fit the cover side wall 23. Of course, the angle between the bearing portion 31 and the hooking portion 32 may also be or be slightly smaller than a right angle. When the bearing portion 31 supports the lamp cover 20, the bearing portion 31 can be slightly deformed relative to the hooking portion 32, so that the inverted buckle 132 is more reliably in contact with the snap surface 1321.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, the bearing portion 31 may be in the shape of a flat plate, and may be relatively flush on the outer surface 22 of the lamp cover 20 to better fit and support the lamp cover 20. The hooking portion 32 may also be in the shape of a flat plate. Referring to Fig. 3, the bearing portion 31 and the hooking portion 32 form an L shape. The groove wall 122 and the cover side wall 23 may both be planar walls, so that the hook portion 32 in the shape of a flat plate may be inserted into the snap slot 131 between the cover side wall 23 and the groove wall 122 in a straight direction. Of course, in some embodiments, the hooking portion 32 may not be in the shape of a flat plate, and the groove wall 122 and the cover side wall 23 may not be in the shape of a flat wall. For example, the cross-section of the hooking portion 32 parallel to the outer surface 22 may be arc-shaped, and correspondingly, the groove wall 122 and the cover side wall 23 may also be arc-shaped in the cross-section parallel to the outer surface 22.
  • In the embodiments of the present application, the lamp cover 20 may be a glass lamp cover, such as an organic glass lamp cover or other lamp cover made of a light-transmitting material, which will not be described again here.
  • The above descriptions are only examples of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and variations of the present application will be obtained by those skilled in the art. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
