Abstract
Description
- The present invention belongs to the field of laundry treatment, and in particular, relates to a laundry treatment device and a control method thereof.
- There are many types of multi-drum laundry treatment devices at present, and how to deal with the drainage between multiple drums has always been a key research topic for major home appliance companies. The water discharged from laundry treatments usually contains foreign objects such as mud, hair, coins, toothpicks, etc., so the water discharged from each drum needs to be filtered before being discharged to the outside of the device.
- In the existing multi-drum laundry treatment equipment, each drum is equipped with a set of filters, and filtering and draining operations are performed separately, which will cause the complexity of the overall structure of the machine and waste of materials. At the same time, the designers consider the aesthetic design of the appearance and place the corresponding filters at the rear of the machine. Users need to move the machine to operate when cleaning, which is inconvenient for users to clean regularly.
- In view of this, the present invention is proposed.
- The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art. The purpose is to provide a laundry treatment device, in which the drainage ports of the first drum and the second drum are connected to the drainage pipe that passes through the laundry treatment device after passing through the corresponding filter units. The two filter units are integrated in one filter assembly. The first drum and the second drum can be filtered independently in the corresponding filter units. At the same time, the filter structure of the entire laundry treatment device is highly integrated.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a control method.
- In order to solve the above technical problems, the basic concept of the technical solution adopted by the present invention is: a laundry treatment device, comprising:
- a first drum and a second drum for laundry treatment;
- a filter assembly, wherein it has two filter units, and drainage ports of the two drums are respectively connected to a drainage pipe of the laundry treatment device through the one-to-one corresponding filter units.
- Furthermore, the filter assembly comprises:
- a housing, arranged on the front side of the laundry treatment device;
- a partition is arranged in the housing to divide the housing into two filter chambers, and two filter units are respectively arranged in the filter chambers.
- Furthermore, the two filter chambers are each provided with a water inlet and a water outlet.
- The drainage port of the first drum is connected to the water inlet of one of the filter chambers through a first water pipe, and the water outlet of the filter chamber is connected to the drainage pipe of the laundry treatment device through a second water pipe to form a first water path.
- The drainage port of the second drum is connected to the water inlet of another of the filter chambers through a third water pipe, and the water outlet of the filter chamber is connected to the drainage pipe of the laundry treatment device through a fourth water pipe to form a second water path.
- Furthermore, a three-way joint is connected between the first water path, the second water path and the drainage pipe of the laundry treatment device, and a drainage pump is connected to the water outlet of the three-way joint.
- Furthermore, the filter assembly also includes:
an end cover, two filter units are jointly arranged on the end cover, and the end cover is detachably connected to the housing. - Furthermore, both the first water pipe and the third water pipe are provided with a boost control valve.
- Furthermore, at least two one-way assemblies with opposite conduction directions are arranged on the partition, and the one-way assemblies include:
- a water pipe, the water pipe is arranged on the partition;
- a plug is movably arranged in the water pipe and is used to plug the pipe opening of the water pipe;
- a reset member has one end arranged on the inner wall of the water pipe and the other end connected to the plug, and is used to provide a reset force for the plug to slide on the water pipe.
- The present invention also provides a control method, which is applied to any of the above-mentioned laundry treatment devices, comprising the following steps:
Detecting a water pressure P of water flowing out of the water outlets of the two filter units respectively to determine whether it is greater than or equal to a preset water pressure P0. - If so, proceeding with drainage normally. If not, connecting the two filter units and flushing the other filter unit with the washing water of the filter unit.
- Furthermore, after flushing the other filter unit with the washing water of the filter unit that drains normally, the drainage ports of the first drum and the second drum are closed, and the drainage pump is used to backwash the other filter unit with the external water through the filter unit that can be normally drained.
- Furthermore, the method further includes detecting the operating status of the first drum and the second drum.
- Determining operating timings of the corresponding filter units of respectively the first drum and the second drum according to the operating states of first drum and the second drum.
- After adopting the above technical scheme, the present invention has the following beneficial effects compared with the prior art.
- (1) The present invention provides a filter assembly with two filter units, and connects the drainage ports of the first drum and the second drum through the corresponding filter units and the drainage pipe that passes through the laundry treatment device together, so that when the first drum and the second drum discharge washing water, they can be filtered separately through the corresponding filter units, and then the filtered washing water is discharged through the drainage pipe in the laundry treatment device through the filter assembly. The two filter units are integrated in one filter assembly, so that the filter structure of the entire laundry treatment device is highly integrated.
- (2) In the present invention, a three-way joint is connected between the first water path, the second water path and the drainage pipe of the laundry treatment device, the water outlet of the three-way joint is connected to a drainage pump, and the drainage pipe is connected to the drainage pump. Therefore, the washing water filtered by the first drum and the second drum can be discharged at the same time, thereby reducing the setting of the corresponding drainage pumps, and making the structural design of the drainage system of the laundry treatment device more compact and reasonable.
- (3) In the present invention, two filter units are jointly arranged on the end cover, and the end cover is detachably connected to the housing, so that the two filter units on one end cover can be assembled into the filter chamber, while ensuring that the end cover can be normally detachably connected to the housing, and the structure is compact.
- (4) The present invention provides a boost control valve on both the first water pipe and the third water pipe. Since the position between the first drum and the second drum is arranged in an up-down manner, the boost control valve can be used to increase the water pressure during drainage, thereby facilitating the upper drainage operation of the water path located in the lower filter unit.
- (5) The present invention provides at least two one-way assemblies with opposite conduction directions on the partition. When one of the filter holes is blocked, the other boost control valve is controlled to boost the drainage water pressure to impact the plug in the one-way assembly on the partition. The water pipe connects the two filter chambers, and the blocked filter unit is flushed with washing water from the partition, so that the mud and wire scraps in the filter unit are flushed away from the filter hole, thereby ensuring that the blocked filter unit can continue to drain.

- As shown in
Figures 1 to 4 , a laundry treatment device according to the present invention comprises a first drum 1 and a second drum 2 for processing clothes. - A filter assembly 3 has two filter units 32, and the drainage ports of the two drums are connected to the drainage pipe 5 of the laundry treatment device through the corresponding filter units 32 respectively.
- In the present invention, the laundry treatment device is internally assembled with two laundry treatment drums, namely a first drum 1 and a second drum 2, the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 include an inner drum and an outer drum respectively. The inner drum is rotatably arranged in the outer drum, and a motor assembly and a reducer are arranged at the bottom of the outer drum, and the inner drum is driven by the cooperation of the motor assembly and the reducer. The first drum 1 and the second drum 2 can both wash, spin dry, and dry the laundry.
- The laundry treatment device is also provided with a filter assembly 3, wherein the filter assembly 3 is provided with two filter units 32, and the washing water discharged from the drainage ports of the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 is filtered through the corresponding filter units 32 respectively, and then discharged into the sewer pipe through the drainage pipe 5 of the laundry treatment device.
- Since two filter units 32 are provided in the filter assembly 3 of the laundry treatment device, the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 can independently pass through the corresponding filter units 32 for filtering when discharging washing water, and then the filtered washing water is discharged through the drainage pipe 5 in the laundry treatment device through the filter assembly 3. The two filter units 32 are integrated in one filter assembly 3, so that the filter structure of the entire laundry treatment device is highly integrated.
- Furthermore, the filter assembly 3 includes a housing 31 and a partition 33.
- The housing 31 is disposed on the front side of the laundry treatment device.
- The partition 33 is disposed in the housing 31 to divide the housing 31 into two filter chambers 34, and two filter units 32 are respectively disposed in the filter chambers 34.
- In the present invention, the housing 31 of the filter assembly 3 is prismatic or cylindrical, and is adaptively designed according to the shapes of the two filter units 32.
- The partition 33 is provided in the chamber of the housing 31 of the filter assembly 3, wherein the partition 33 can be integrally injection molded with the housing 31. The partition 33 divides the interior of the housing 31 into two filter chambers 34, and the two filter units 32 are assembled in the corresponding filter chambers 34.
- The housing 31 of the filter assembly 3 forms two filter chambers 34 with filter units 32 by the partition 33. The first drum 1 and the second drum 2 are respectively connected to the corresponding filter chambers 34, and the discharged washing water is independently filtered through the corresponding filter units 32 to ensure the filtering effect.
- Furthermore, the two filter chambers 34 are both provided with a water inlet and a water outlet.
- The drainage port of the first drum 1 is connected to the water inlet of one of the filter chambers 34 through a first water pipe 11, and the water outlet of the filter chamber 34 is connected to the drainage pipe 5 of the laundry treatment device through a second water pipe 12, forming a first water path.
- The drainage port of the second drum 2 is connected to the water inlet of another of the filter chambers 34 via a third water pipe 21, and the water outlet of the filter chamber 34 is connected to the drainage pipe 5 of the laundry treatment device via a fourth water pipe 22, forming a second water path.
- In the present invention, the two filter chambers 34 are respectively provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the first drum 1 is connected to the water inlet of the corresponding filter chamber 34 through a first water pipe 11, and the water outlet of the filter chamber 34 discharges the washing water through the second water pipe 12, and then the first drum 1 is connected to the corresponding filter chamber 34 through the first water pipe 11 and the second water pipe 12 to form a first water path.
- The setting of the second drum 2 is the same as that of the first drum 1, that is, the second drum 2 is connected to the water inlet of the corresponding filter chamber 34 through the third water pipe 21, and the water outlet of the filter chamber 34 discharges the washing water through the fourth water pipe 22, and then the second drum 2 is connected to the corresponding filter chamber 34 through the third water pipe 21 and the fourth water pipe 22 to form a second water path.
- Thus, the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 are connected to the corresponding filter chamber 34 to form a first water path and a second water path. The laundry water in the corresponding first drum 1 and the second drum 2 is filtered and discharged through the first water path and the second water path respectively. The washing water of different drums is filtered independently by two chambers in one filter assembly 3, thereby ensuring the filtering effect.
- Furthermore, a three-way joint 7 is connected between the first water path, the second water path and the drainage pipe 5 of the laundry treatment device, and a drainage pump 4 is connected to the water outlet of the three-way joint 7.
- In the present invention, the end of the first water path and the end of the second water path, that is, the end of the second water pipe 12 and the end of the fourth water pipe 22 are connected to the two inlets of the three-way joint 7, and the outlet of the three-way joint 7 is connected to the drainage pipe 5 of the laundry treatment device, so that the washing water after filtering from the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 will converge to the drainage pipe 5 of the laundry treatment device.
- In addition, a drainage pump 4 is connected to the drainage pipe 5, so that the washing water filtered by the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 can be discharged at the same time, reducing the setting of the corresponding drainage pump 4, making the structural design of the drainage system of the laundry treatment device more compact and reasonable.
- Furthermore, the filter assembly 3 further comprises an end cover, wherein two filter units 32 are jointly arranged on the end cover, and the end cover is detachably connected to the housing 31.
- In the present invention, two filter units 32 are installed on the end surface of the end cover, wherein the end cover and the housing 31 are detachably connected, specifically, they can be connected and fixed by a snap-fit connection or a threaded connection.
- Taking the snap-fit method as an example, at least two elastic claws are provided on the end face of the end cover relative to the side wall of the housing 31, and buckles corresponding to the elastic claws are provided on the side wall of the housing 31, and a sealing ring is provided on the side wall where the end face of the end cover abuts against the housing 31 to ensure the sealing performance of the connection between the two. When the end cover is connected to the housing 31 by snap-fitting, the two filter units 32 are connected to the end face of the end cover by a fixing method such as bonding.
- In the case of threaded connection, a rotatable rotating plate is provided on the end surface of the end cover, and the two filter units 32 are fixed on the rotating plate by bonding or other fixing methods. An external thread is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the end cover, and an internal thread matching the external thread is provided in the housing 31. Similarly, a sealing ring is provided on the side wall in contact with the housing 31 when the end cover is connected to ensure the sealing after the connection. Both methods can realize that the two filter units 32 on one end cover can be assembled into the filter chamber 34, and at the same time ensure that the end cover can be normally disassembled and connected with the housing 31.
- Furthermore, both the first water pipe 11 and the third water pipe 21 are provided with a boost control valve.
- In the present invention, a boost control valve is provided between the first water pipe 11 and the corresponding filter unit 32, which is the first boost control valve. The boost control valve is also provided between the third water pipe 21 and the corresponding filter unit 32, which is the second boost control valve. Since the position between the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 is arranged in an up-and-down manner, the water pressure can be increased during drainage by the arrangement of the first boost control valve or the second boost control valve, so as to facilitate the operation of draining water from the waterway located in the lower filter unit 32.
- Furthermore, at least two one-way assemblies 6 with opposite conduction directions are arranged on the partition 33, and the one-way assemblies 6 include:
- a water pipe 61, wherein the water pipe 61 is disposed on the partition 33;
- a plug 62 is movably disposed in the water pipe 61 and is used to plug the pipe opening of the water pipe 61;
- a reset member 63, with one end disposed on the inner wall of the water pipe 61 and the other end connected to the plug 62, so as to provide a reset force for the plug 62 to slide in the water pipe 61.
- In the present invention, at least two through holes are provided through the partition 33, and water pipes 61 are respectively inserted into the two through holes, wherein the plug ends of the two water pipes 61 are arranged oppositely. Specifically, one end of the water pipe 61 has a closing structure, and the plug 62 is inserted from one end of the water pipe 61 into the end with the closing structure. The plug 62 is connected to the reset member 63, and the reset member 63 is connected to the side wall of the water pipe 61 away from the plug end. Specifically, the reset member 63 is a reset spring.
- Under normal circumstances, the reset member 63 abuts the plug 62 against the plug end of the water pipe 61, thereby ensuring that the filter chamber 34 separated by the housing 31 by the entire partition 33 is not connected.
- When the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 are filtering and draining water for a long time through the filter assembly 3, the filter unit 32 in the filter chamber 34 will be adhered with impurities such as mud, wire scraps, etc., and the filter hole of the corresponding filter unit 32 will be blocked. At this time, another boost control valve 8 can be controlled to boost the drainage water pressure, so that under the action of water pressure, the plug 62 in the one-way assembly 6 on the partition 33 can be impacted, and the reset part 63 is squeezed and deformed. At this time, the water pipe 61 connects the two filter chambers 34, the blocked filter unit 32 is flushed by the washing water passing through the partition 33, so that the mud, wire scraps in the filter unit 32 are flushed away from the filter hole, thereby ensuring that the blocked filter unit 32 can continue to drain. The use time of the entire filter assembly 3 in the laundry treatment device is improved, and frequent disassembly and cleaning of the filter assembly 3 is avoided.
- The present invention also provides a control method for a laundry treatment device having any of the above-mentioned features, which specifically includes the following steps: respectively detecting the water pressure P of the washing water flowing out of the water outlets of the two filter units 32, and determining whether it is greater than or equal to a preset water pressure P0; if so, draining the water normally; if not, connecting the two filter units 32, and using the washing water of the filter unit 32 that can drain the water normally to rinse the other filter unit 32.
- In the present invention, a pressure sensor is provided on the side wall of the water outlet of the second drainage pipe 5 or the corresponding filter chamber 34, and a pressure sensor is also provided on the side wall of the water outlet of the fourth drainage pipe 5 or the corresponding filter chamber 34.
- When the two filter chambers 34 are draining water, the water pressure P of the washing water flowing out of the water outlets of the two filter units 32 is detected in real time by two corresponding pressure sensors, and the real-time pressure is compared with the preset water pressure P0. When the water pressure P of the washing water flowing out is always greater than or equal to the preset water pressure P0, it means that the corresponding filter unit 32 can perform normal filtering operation, and the corresponding drainage operation is performed normally.
- When the water pressure P of the washing water flowing out of one of the filter units 32 is less than the preset water pressure P0, it means that the filter unit 32 is clogged. At this time, the boost control valve 8 connected to the other filter unit 32 is controlled to increase the water pressure and conduct the one-way assembly 6 on the partition 33. At this time, the water pipe 61 connects the two filter chambers 34, and the clogged filter unit 32 is flushed by the washing water through the partition 33, so that the sand and wire scraps in the filter unit 32 are flushed away from the filter hole, thereby ensuring that the clogged filter unit 32 can continue to drain water. At the same time, the use time of the entire filter assembly 3 in the laundry treatment device is increased, and frequent disassembly and cleaning of the filter assembly 3 is avoided.
- Furthermore, after flushing the other filter unit 32 with washing water from the filter unit 32 that can drain water normally, close the drainage ports of the first drum 1 and the second drum 2, and use the drainage pump 4 to backwash the other filter unit 32 with external water through the filter unit 32 that can drain water normally.
- In the present invention, after flushing the other clogged filter unit 32 through one of the normally draining filter units 32, the drainage pump 4 can use the water discharged after the previous procedure to extract the washing water, enter through the corresponding second water pipe 12 or the fourth water pipe 22, and flush the clogged filter unit 32 from the normally draining filter unit 32 through the one-way assembly 6 in the partition 33, thereby further flushing the mud and wire scraps in the filter unit 32 away from the filter hole, thereby ensuring that the clogged filter unit 32 can continue to drain.
- In order to ensure that the washing water backwashed by the drainage pump 4 will enter the corresponding first drum 1 and the second drum 2 along the first water pipe 11 and the third water pipe 21, the corresponding boost control valve 8 can be closed at this time to ensure that the backwashing washing water can be discharged from the second water pipe 12 or the fourth water pipe 22 connected to the blocked filter unit 32.
- Furthermore, it also includes detecting the operating status of the first drum 1 and the second drum 2.
- According to the operating states of the first drum 1 and the second drum 2, the operating timings of controlling the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 and the corresponding filter unit 32 are confirmed.
- In the present invention, the operating states of the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 are detected in real time to determine the corresponding washing states of the first drum 1 and the second drum 2. The first drum 1 and the second drum 2 can both perform washing, spinning and drying procedures.
- Specifically, when one of the drums is in the washing and drying program, and the other drum is in the drying program. Take the first drum 1 for example to perform the washing and drying program, and the second drum 2 needs to perform the drying program. At this time, the boost control valve 8 corresponding to the first drum 1 is controlled to be turned on, and the drainage action of the first drum 1 during washing and drying is first performed, and then the boost control valve 8 corresponding to the second drum 2 is turned on, and the pipeline pressure of the second water path in the second drum 2 is increased at this time, so that the hot air generated by the drying dries the entire second water path and the corresponding filter unit 32. At the same time, the one-way assembly 6 on the partition 33 is turned on by the pressurized hot air, and the pipeline of the first water path in the first drum 1 and the corresponding filter unit 32 are dried at the same time.
- When both the first drum 1 and the second drum 2 are in the washing and drying program, the corresponding boost control valve 8 is normally turned on, and the washing water is filtered by the corresponding filter unit 32 and then discharged from the drainage pump 4 together.
- The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention in any form. Although the present invention has been disclosed as a preferred embodiment as above, it is not used to limit the present invention. Any technician familiar with this patent can make some changes or modifications to equivalent embodiments of equivalent changes by using the technical content suggested above without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
