As shown in fig. 1, a drain valve 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be installed in a container containing water, and the drain valve 1 controls a discharge manner of the water contained in the container to meet different use requirements. For the convenience of understanding, in the embodiment of the present invention, the drain valve 1 is exemplified by being applied to a washing machine, and it should be understood that the application range of the drain valve 1 is not limited. The washing machine is provided with the drain valve 1, so that when the washing water needs to be heated in a washing mode, the washing water flowing out of the water bucket can be controlled by the drain valve 1 to flow into the circulating heating device for heating. In the drain mode, the water flowing out of the tub is directly drained by the drain valve 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drain valve 1 includes a valve body 11, a water inlet joint 12, a first water outlet joint 13, a second water outlet joint 14, a valve core 15, and a filter member 16. Specifically, the interior of the valve body 11 is formed with an accommodation chamber 111; the water inlet joint 12 is connected to the valve body 11, and a water inlet flow passage 121 communicating with the accommodating chamber 111 is formed inside the water inlet joint 12. The water inlet joint 12 is connected to a container containing washing water, so that the washing water contained in the container can flow into the accommodating chamber 111 of the valve body 11 through the water inlet flow passage 121. The first water outlet joint 13 and the second water outlet joint 14 are both connected to the valve body 11, and a first water outlet flow channel 131 communicated with the accommodating cavity 111 is formed inside the first water outlet joint 13, so that the washing water in the accommodating cavity 111 can flow out through the first water outlet flow channel 131. A second outlet flow passage 141 communicated with the receiving chamber 111 is formed in the second outlet joint 14, so that the washing water in the receiving chamber 111 can flow out through the second outlet flow passage 141. The first water outlet connector 13 and the second water outlet connector 14 are connected to an external device for distributing water from the accommodating cavity 111. For example, the inlet pipe of the circulation heating device is connected to the first outlet joint 13, so that the washing water flowing out of the first outlet flow passage 131 can enter the circulation heating device for heating. The drain pipe is connected to the second outlet joint 14 so that the washing water flowing out of the second outlet flow passage 141 can be introduced into the drain pipe.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a valve core 15 is installed in the accommodating chamber 111, and the valve core 15 is used for controlling the second outlet flow passage 141 to be opened or closed. Thus, the washing water in the receiving chamber 111 can be discharged through the first drain flow passage 131 or the second drain flow passage 141 as needed by controlling the valve body 15. That is, since the valve core 15 is used to control the second outlet flow channel 141 to be turned on or off, when the valve core 15 is in a state of closing the second outlet flow channel 141, the washing water in the receiving chamber 111 is discharged through the first outlet flow channel 131; when the valve body 15 is in a state of conducting the second outlet flow passage 141, the washing water in the receiving chamber 111 is discharged through the second outlet flow passage 141.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the filter member 16 is used to filter the washing water flowing out of the first outlet flow passage 131. Specifically, when the washing machine is in a mode of circularly heating the washing water, the washing water from the container into the drain valve 1 flows into the circulating heating device, and is heated and then delivered to the circulating heating device in the container. In the circulating flow of the washing water, the washing water flowing into the drain valve 1 from the container is mixed with impurities such as flocks or filings, and the flocks or filings are difficult to discharge when entering the heating rotary device and possibly cause blockage, so that the circulating heating device is damaged and even burnt. Therefore, the filter member 16 is provided to filter the washing water flowing into the circulation heating apparatus through the first outlet flow passage 131, thereby keeping the washing water clean. The filter member 16 includes a filter screen 161 for filtering the water flowing out of the first outlet flow passage 131, and a connector 162 for connecting the filter screen 161 to the valve body 15. By connecting the screen 161 to the valve core 15 so that the screen 161 follows the movement into the accommodating chamber 111 when the valve core 15 moves to conduct the second outlet flow passage 141, the screen 161 can be washed by the water flowing to the second outlet flow passage 141. That is, the screen 161 is provided in the first outlet flow passage 131, and the screen 161 and the valve body 15 are integrally connected by the connecting member 162. When the valve body 15 is in a state of closing the second outlet flow passage 141, the strainer 161 is disposed in the first outlet flow passage 131, and the washing water flowing through the first outlet flow passage 131 can be filtered, and the collected lint or lint is collected on a side of the strainer 161 close to the inside of the accommodating chamber 111. When the valve core 15 is in a state of conducting the second water outlet channel 141, the flow direction of the washing water in the accommodating chamber 111 is changed to flow out through the second water outlet channel 141, and at this time, the valve core 15 is driven by the connecting member 162 in the process of opening the movement, so that the filter screen 161 can move synchronously, and the filter screen 161 is taken out from the first water outlet channel 131 and enters the accommodating chamber 111. Thus, the filter screen 161 is positioned in the water flow formed by the washing water flowing from the water inlet flow passage 121 to the second water outlet flow passage 141, and the washing water flows to wash away the lint or thread dust attached to the filter screen 161, and finally, the dust is discharged through the second water outlet flow passage 141, thereby performing a function of automatically cleaning the filter screen 161.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, a positioning ring 112 for pressing the valve core 15 is disposed in the valve body 11, and a communication port 113 for allowing the washing water to flow from the water inlet flow passage 121 to the second water outlet flow passage 141 is formed in the positioning ring 112. The positioning ring 112 is formed on the inner wall of the accommodating chamber 111 in a protruding manner, and the shape of the communication port 113 matches the shape of the portion of the valve element 15 that can achieve sealing. Thus, when the valve core 15 is pressed against the positioning ring 112, the valve core can be blocked, so that the washing water in the accommodating cavity 111 cannot enter the second water outlet flow passage 141 through the communication port 113. When the valve core 15 moves to stop the communication port 113, the washing water in the accommodating chamber 111 can enter the second water outlet channel 141 through the communication port 113. In this way, the on and off control of the second outlet flow path 141 is realized.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the connection member 162 passes through the communication port 113, and one end of the connection member 162 is connected to the screen 161 and the other end is connected to the valve element 15. Thus, the connector 162 moves inside the communication port 113, and it is not necessary to provide a seal structure for the portion where the connector 162 is located. When the valve core 15 is pressed against the positioning ring 112, the communication port 113 can be reliably sealed without leakage. Specifically, it is preferable that the end of the connection member 162 connected to the screen 161 is connected to the center of the screen 161, and the end of the connection member 162 connected to the valve cartridge 15 is also connected to the center of the valve cartridge 15. With the arrangement, the filter screen 161 can be uniformly stressed everywhere, and when the valve core 15 pulls the filter screen 161 to move, the filter screen 161 can move smoothly and stably.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the strainer 161 includes a strainer body 1611 and a plurality of filtering holes 1612 formed in the strainer body 1611, and the shape of the strainer body 1611 matches the cross-sectional shape of the first outlet flow passage 131 perpendicular to the flow direction of the washing water therein, so that the strainer 161 is disposed in the first outlet flow passage 131, and the washing water can only pass through each filtering hole 1612, thereby achieving a reliable filtering effect on the washing water. In addition, the structural strength of the strainer body 1611 is required to be sufficient to prevent the washing water from leaking from the edge of the strainer body 1611 due to excessive deformation when the washing water moves in the first outlet flow channel 131 on the premise of smooth movement.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the valve spool 15 includes a sealing head 151, an elastomeric body 152, and a transmission member 153. The sealing head 151 is used to press against or separate from the positioning ring 112 to close or open the communication port 113; one end of the elastic body 152 is connected with the valve body 11, the other end is connected with the sealing head 151, and the elastic body 152 is used for driving the sealing head 151 to abut against the positioning ring 112; the transmission element 153 is connected to the sealing head 151 and/or the elastic body 152, and the transmission element 153 is used for connecting to a traction device for pulling the elastic body 152 to move. In this arrangement, the transmission member 153 and the connecting member 162 are respectively connected to opposite sides of the sealing head 151. Specifically, the elastic body 152 itself has elastic deformation performance, and the sealing head 151 can be driven to abut against the positioning ring 112 by the acting force generated by the elastic deformation of itself, so as to seal the communication port 113. The external traction device is connected with the transmission member 153, and the transmission member 153 is connected with the sealing head 151 and/or the elastic body 152, so that when the traction device generates acting force, the elastic body 152 can deform through the transmission of the transmission member 153, and the sealing head 151 can move and can not be pressed on the positioning ring 112 any more, and the communication port 113 is opened. When the traction device withdraws the traction force, the sealing head 151 is driven to keep pressing against the positioning ring 112 under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic body 152, so that the communication port 113 can be blocked.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to enable the traction device to smoothly pull the valve core 15, a cavity 154 is formed inside the elastic body 152, and the transmission member 153 is disposed in the cavity 154 and is connected to the center of the sealing head 151. Like this, the produced effort of draw gear can evenly distributed on sealed head 151, makes elastic body 152 can steadily warp, and then can drive sealed head 151 steady, smooth and easy removal.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the central axis of the valve core 15, the central axis of the connecting member 162, and the central axis of the first water outlet joint 13 are all collinear. By the arrangement, all parts are stressed uniformly, so that the valve core 15 can perform reciprocating motion smoothly, and meanwhile, the filter piece 16 can be pulled to perform reciprocating motion smoothly.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, a water inlet connector 12 and a second water outlet connector 14 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the valve body 11, and the central axis of the water inlet connector 12 and the central axis of the second water outlet connector 14 are arranged in a staggered manner; meanwhile, the central axis of the water inlet joint 12 is perpendicular to the central axis of the first water outlet joint 13. The arrangement is that the joints are distributed at intervals and do not interfere with each other, so that the connection with the corresponding external connecting part is facilitated. Meanwhile, the overall structure of the formed drain valve 1 has good appearance.
According to the drain valve 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the filtering element 16 and the valve core 15 can be linked, so that the filtering element 16 can filter circularly heated washing water during washing. In the draining operation, the filter member 16 is moved into the receiving chamber 111, so that the filter screen 161 is directly washed by the flow of the washing water discharged from the second water discharge passage 141, thereby automatically cleaning the filter screen 161. Moreover, the filter screen 161 is completely in the middle of water flow during cleaning, and the cleaning effect is good due to the washing of the water flow. This drain valve 1's setting, collection loop filter and automatic cleaning filter screen 161 function are as an organic whole, need not artifical manual the dismantlement washing, have promoted reliability and convenience that use.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, a laundry treating apparatus 2 is further provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and the laundry treating apparatus 2 may be a washing machine or a washing and drying machine. The laundry treating apparatus 2 includes a tub 21, a drain valve 1, a circulation heating apparatus 22, and a traction apparatus 23. The tub 21 holds wash water, and the tub 21 is provided with a water outlet through which water flows out. The drain valve 1 serves to control the flow direction of water drained inside the tub 21. The drain valve 1 comprises a valve body 11, a water inlet joint 12, a first water outlet joint 13, a second water outlet joint 14, a valve core 15 and a filter piece 16. Specifically, the interior of the valve body 11 is formed with an accommodation chamber 111; the water inlet joint 12 is connected to the valve body 11, and a water inlet flow passage 121 communicating with the accommodating chamber 111 is formed inside the water inlet joint 12. The water inlet joint 12 is connected to a water outlet of the tub 21, so that the washing water contained in the tub 21 can flow out through the water outlet and then flow into the accommodating chamber 111 of the valve body 11 from the water inlet flow passage 121. The actual connection mode is that the water inlet of the circulation heating device 22 is connected with the first water outlet joint 13, so that the washing water flowing out of the first water outlet flow channel 131 can enter the circulation heating device 22 for heating; an external drain pipe is connected to the second water outlet joint 14 so that the washing water flowing out of the second water outlet flow passage 141 can be introduced into the drain pipe.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the drawing device 23 is used to control the operation of the drain valve 1, so as to realize the control switching between the flow modes that the discharged washing water is filtered, then flows into the circulation heating device 22 for heating and directly flows into the second water outlet flow channel 141 for discharging, thereby meeting the control requirements under different use functions. Specifically, the drain valve 1, the circulation heating device 22 and the traction device 23 may be mounted on the tub 21, or a bottom plate 25 may be provided, the drain valve 1 and the traction device 23 are fixed on the bottom plate 25 by fixing the bottom plate 25 on the tub 21, and the circulation heating device 22 may be directly fixed on the bottom of the tub 21 to achieve the fixed mounting. After the installation is completed, the water inlet flow passage 121 in the drain valve 1 is communicated with the water outlet, so that the washing water in the water tub 21 can flow out from the water outlet and flow into the accommodating chamber 111 through the water inlet flow passage 121. Then, according to the use requirement, the entering water flows into the first outlet flow channel 131 or the second outlet flow channel 141. The water flowing into the first outlet flow passage 131 is filtered by the filter 16, and then flows into the circulation heating device 22 to be heated, and then is supplied into the tub 21.
Specifically, this drain valve 1 collection can filter the water that flows through and can utilize rivers to carry out abluent function as an organic whole to filter screen 161 is automatic, and clothing processing apparatus 2 is through using this drain valve 1, just not only can realize filtering the water that needs the circulation heating, can also realize that self-cleaning falls the impurity that the filtering arrived to need not artifical manual washing, it is good to wash the convenience, has improved convenience and reliability that clothing processing apparatus 2 used.
In some embodiments, the circulation heating device 22 (see fig. 4) includes a water inlet communicated with the first water outlet flow passage 131 and a water outlet communicated with the inner cavity of the tub 21 through the water duct 25 (see fig. 5) or directly to input the washing water heated in the circulation heating device 22 into the container.
Specifically, in the washing machine in the washing water circulation heating mode, the washing water from the container into the drain valve 1 flows into the circulation heating device 22, and is heated and then delivered into the container. In the circulating flow of the washing water, the washing water flowing into the drain valve 1 from the container is mixed with impurities such as flocks or lint, and the flocks or lint are difficult to be discharged when entering the heating rotary device, and may cause blockage, so that the circulating heating device 22 is damaged or even burnt. Therefore, the filter member 16 is provided to filter the washing water flowing into the circulation heating device 22 through the first outlet flow passage 131, thereby keeping the washing water clean.
The sealing head 151 is used to press against or separate from the positioning ring 112 to close or open the communication port 113; one end of the elastic body 152 is connected with the valve body 11, the other end is connected with the sealing head 151, and the elastic body 152 is used for driving the sealing head 151 to abut against the positioning ring 112; the transmission element 153 is connected to the sealing head 151 and/or the elastic body 152, and the transmission element 153 is used for connecting the traction device 23 for pulling the elastic body 152 to move. The external traction device 23 is connected with the transmission member 153, and the transmission member 153 is connected with the sealing head 151 and/or the elastic body 152, so that when the traction device 23 generates an acting force, the elastic body 152 can be deformed through the transmission of the transmission member 153, and the sealing head 151 can move and can not be pressed on the positioning ring 112 any more, and thus the communication port 113 is opened. When the traction device 23 cancels the traction force, the sealing head 151 is driven to keep pressing against the positioning ring 112 under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic body 152, so as to close the communication port 113.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to enable the traction device 23 to smoothly pull the valve core 15, a cavity 154 is formed inside the elastic body 152, and the transmission member 153 is disposed in the cavity 154 and is connected to the center of the sealing head 151. Like this, the effort that draw gear 23 produced can evenly distributed on sealed head 151, makes elastic body 152 can steadily warp, and then can drive sealed head 151 steady, smooth and easy removal.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
