Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to a dispensing container.
  • BACKGROUND
  • A dispensing container that includes a container body with a mouth circumferential wall and a dispensing tool with a dispensing tool body attachable to the mouth circumferential wall is known (for example, Patent Literature [PTL] 1).
  • CITATION LIST Patent Literature
  • PTL 1: JP 2012-046200 A
  • Non-patent Literature SUMMARY (Technical Problem)
  • For the purpose of making it easy to dispose of the dispensing tool and container body separately, or making it easy to take the dispensing tool from the container body after the contents have been used up and newly attach it to another container body for reuse, for example, the above dispensing container may be configured so that dispensing tool body can be removed from the container body by unscrewing from a state in which it is screwed thereto. However, in this case, for example, in a case in which a cap that is attachable and detachable to and from the dispensing tool body by rotation is provided, unintended unscrewing of the dispensing tool body from the container body may occur due to co-rotation with the cap.
  • It would be helpful to provide a dispensing container by which unintentional unscrewing of the dispensing tool body from the container body can be restricted and by which the dispensing tool body can be easily removed as necessary.
  • (Solution to Problem)
  • An aspect of the present disclosure is as follows.
    1. [1] A dispensing container including:
      • a container body including a mouth circumferential wall and an engaged portion; and a dispensing tool including a dispensing tool body and a rotation stopper, the rotation stopper having an engaging portion, wherein
      • the dispensing tool body is removable by unscrewing from a state in which the dispensing tool body is screwed in a use position for dispensing contents of the container body with respect to the mouth circumferential wall, and
      • when the dispensing tool body is in the use position, the rotation stopper is movable in an axial direction of the mouth circumferential wall in response to an operation at least from an engaged position to a disengaged position, between the engaged position, in which the engaging portion engages with the engaged portion so that the engaging portion restricts rotation in an unscrewing direction of the dispensing tool body with respect to the mouth circumferential wall, and the disengaged position, in which the engaging portion does not engage with the engaged portion.
    2. [2] The dispensing container according to [1], wherein
the dispensing tool includes a cap that is removable from the dispensing tool body by unscrewing in a same rotational direction as the unscrewing of the dispensing tool body from the mouth circumferential wall.
    3. [3] The dispensing container according to [1] or [2], wherein
      • the dispensing tool body includes a mounting tube, and the mounting tube makes the dispensing tool body removable from the use position by unscrewing with respect to the mouth circumferential wall, and
      • the rotation stopper is connected to the mounting tube, so that relative rotation to both sides in a circumferential direction is restricted and relative movement to both sides in the axial direction is permitted.
    4. [4] The dispensing container according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein
      • the dispensing tool body is attachable to a temporary holding position with respect to the mouth circumferential wall, and the dispensing tool body includes an abutting portion,
      • in response to an operation of moving the dispensing tool body from the temporary holding position to the use position, the abutting portion abuts against a sealing member of the container body when the abutting portion moves into the container body on an inner side in a radial direction of the mouth circumferential wall, to thereby open the container body, and
      • the dispensing tool includes a stopper that is removable from an opening restriction position for restricting movement of the dispensing tool body from the temporary holding position to the use position.
    (Advantageous Effect)
  • According to the present disclosure, a dispensing container by which unintentional unscrewing of the dispensing tool body from the container body can be restricted and by which the dispensing tool body can be easily removed as necessary is provided.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • In the accompanying drawings:
    • FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view illustrating a dispensing container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure in a state before it starts to be used; and
    • FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view illustrating a rotation stopper in an engaged position with a dashed line and the rotation stopper in a disengaged position with a solid line, when a dispensing tool body of FIG. 1 is in a use position.
    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described by illustration with reference to the drawings.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a dispensing container 1 includes a container body 2 including a mouth circumferential wall 2a and an engaged portion 2b, and a dispensing tool 3 including a dispensing tool body 3a and a rotation stopper 3b, the rotation stopper 3b having an engaging portion 4. The mouth circumferential wall 2a has a tubular shape centered around a central axis O.
  • Additionally, in this embodiment, an axial direction is a direction along the central axis O, a radial direction is orthogonal to the central axis O, a circumferential direction is a direction around the central axis O, and a longitudinal section is a section including the central axis O. For convenience of explanation, a direction from the mouth circumferential wall 2a to an interior of the container body 2 along the axial direction is called a downward direction, and the opposite direction is called an upward direction.
  • The dispensing tool body 3a is attachable with respect to the mouth circumferential wall 2a by screwing to a use position for dispensing contents of the container body 2 as illustrated in FIG. 2, and it is removable by unscrewing from the screwed state in the use position.
  • When the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position, the rotation stopper 3b is movable in the axial direction of the mouth circumferential wall 2a in response to an axial sliding operation on the rotation stopper 3b at least from an engaged position to a disengaged position, between the engaged position illustrated by the two dotted lines in FIG. 2, in which the engaging portion 4 engages with the engaged portion 2b by meshing of a concavity and a convexity so that the engaging portion 4 restricts rotation in an unscrewing direction of the dispensing tool body 3a with respect to the mouth circumferential wall 2a, and the disengaged position illustrated by the solid line in FIG. 2, in which the engaging portion 4 does not engage with the engaged portion 2b.
  • According to this configuration, by placing the rotation stopper 3b in the engaged position when the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position, unintentional unscrewing of the dispensing tool body 3a from the container body 2 can be restricted.
  • When it is necessary to remove the dispensing tool body 3a from the mouth circumferential wall 2a, such as when disposing of the dispensing tool 3 and the container body 2 separately, by performing an upward sliding operation to the rotation stopper 3b so as to move it to the disengaged position and by performing a rotation operation in the unscrewing direction in a state in which the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position, the dispensing tool body 3a can be easily removed by unscrewing it from the mouth circumferential wall 2a.
  • As for the configuration of the engaged portion 2b and the engaging portion 4, for example, when the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position and when the rotation stopper 3b is in the engaged position, the engaging portion 4 may be configured to engage with the engaged portion 2b via a ratchet portion so that relative rotation is restricted in the same rotational direction as the unscrewing of the dispensing tool body 3a.
  • When the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position, the rotation stopper 3b is movable from the engaged position to the disengaged position in response to an upward sliding operation on the rotation stopper 3b, and it is also movable from the disengaged position to the engaged position in response to a downward sliding operation on the rotation stopper 3b.
  • According to this configuration, when for example the dispensing tool 3 is newly attached to another container body 2, by placing the dispensing tool body 3a in the use position and by performing a downward sliding operation on the rotation stopper 3b to thereby move it from the disengaged position to the engaged position, the dispensing tool body 3a can be attached to the mouth circumferential wall 2a, and the dispensing tool body 3a is placed in a state in which unintentional unscrewing from the container body 2 is restricted. The configuration of the engaged portion 2b and the engaging portion 4 is not limited to the aforementioned ratchet portion. For example, when the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position and when the rotation stopper 3b is in the engaged position, the engaged portion 2b and the engaging portion 4 may be configured to engage with each other (e.g., via a spline portion) so that relative rotation to both sides in the circumferential direction is restricted. The configuration of the rotation stopper 3b, however, is not limited to this.
  • As illustrated in FIG. 1, the dispensing tool 3 includes a cap 3c that is removable from the dispensing tool body 3a, by unscrewing via a second screw portion 6, in the same rotational direction as the unscrewing of the dispensing tool body 3a from the mouth circumferential wall 2a.
  • According to this configuration, when the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position illustrated in FIG. 2, the cap 3c can be easily attached and detached to and from the dispensing tool body 3a by screwing and unscrewing, because the rotation stopper 3b being placed in the engaged position restricts co-rotation of the dispensing tool body 3a.
  • The configuration of cap 3c, however, is not limited to this. The cap 3c may also be omitted.
  • The dispensing tool body 3a includes a mounting tube 7a, and the mounting tube 7a makes the dispensing tool body 3a removable from the use position by unscrewing with respect to the mouth circumferential wall 2a. The rotation stopper 3b is connected to the mounting tube 7a via, for example, a spline portion, so that relative rotation to the both sides in the circumferential direction is restricted and relative movement to both sides in the axial direction is permitted.
  • According to this configuration, using a simple structure, the rotation stopper 3b as described above may be configured to be movable from the engaged position to the disengaged position in response to an upward sliding operation on the rotation stopper 3b when the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position, and it can also be configured to be movable from the disengaged position to the engaged position in response to a downward sliding operation on the rotation stopper 3b. The configuration of the dispensing tool body 3a and the rotation stopper 3b, however, is not limited to this.
  • The dispensing tool body 3a is attachable to a temporary holding position illustrated in FIG. 1 with respect to the mouth circumferential wall 2a, and it includes an abutting portion 7b. In response to an operation of moving the dispensing tool body 3a from the temporary holding position to the use position, the abutting portion 7b abuts against a sealing member 2c of the container body 2 when it moves into the container body 2 on an inner side in the radial direction of the mouth circumferential wall 2a, to thereby open the container body 2 as illustrated in FIG. 2. The dispensing tool 3 also includes a stopper 3d, as illustrated in FIG. 1, that is removable from an opening restriction position, as illustrated in FIG. 1, for restricting the movement of the dispensing tool body 3a from the temporary holding position to the use position (for example, by being sandwiched between the rotation stopper 3b and the container body 2 in the axial direction, as illustrated in FIG. 1), and that has a C-shaped shape when viewed, for example, in the axial direction and can be elastically deformed.
  • According to this configuration, the stopper 3d can prevent the container body 2 from being opened unexpectedly, and moreover, the container body 2 can be opened and made ready for use by performing a simple operation of moving the dispensing tool body 3a from the temporary holding position to the use position after the stopper 3d is removed from the opening restriction position. The configuration of the dispensing container 1, however, is not limited to this.
  • The sealing member 2c has a sheet shape that closes the mouth circumferential wall 2a, and the abutting portion 7b opens the container body 2 by breaking the sealing member 2c when the abutting portion 7b abuts against the sealing member 2c. This configuration realizes simplification of the structure. The configuration of the dispensing container 1, however, is not limited to this.
  • The sealing member 2c is provided integrally in an innermost layer body of the container body 2 that is provided on an innermost side thereof. According to this configuration, by forming the innermost layer body of aluminum, for example, barrier properties, light shielding properties, or the like of the innermost layer body can be efficiently enhanced.
  • The dispensing tool body 3a includes a valve body 8a that permits outflow from the container body 2 and that also inhibits inflow in the opposite direction. According to this configuration, the contents in the container body 2 can be less exposed to the outside air during use, and the quality of the contents can be well maintained. The configuration of the dispensing tool body 3a, however, is not limited to this.
  • The dispensing tool body 3a has an assembly structure including a mounting member 7, which includes the mounting tube 7a and the abutting portion 7b and which is screwable to the cap 3c via the second screw portion 6, a packing 9 that is axially sandwiched between the mounting member 7 and the mouth circumferential wall 2a when the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position, a valve member 8 including the valve body 8a, and a nozzle member 10 including a dispensing port 10a. The configuration of the dispensing tool body 3a, however, is not limited to this. Additionally, the mounting member 7, the valve member 8, the nozzle member 10, and the rotation stopper 3b are each made of synthetic resin, for example.
  • The container body 2 is configured, for example, as a tube container from which the contents can be squeezed out, and it is elastically deformable by receiving a pressing operation to dispense the contents, and the dispensing tool body 3a is configured as a dispenser cap including the dispensing port 10a through which the contents are dispensed in response to a pressing operation on the container body 2. The configuration of the dispensing container 1, however, is not limited to this. For example, the dispensing tool body 3a may be configured as a pump device that dispenses the contents in response to an operation.
  • The present disclosure is not limited to the aforementioned embodiment and can be modified in various ways without departing from the gist thereof.
  • Accordingly, it is possible to modify the dispensing container 1 according to the aforementioned embodiment, as long as the dispensing container 1 includes: the container body 2 including the mouth circumferential wall 2a and the engaged portion 2b; and the dispensing tool 3 including the dispensing tool body 3a and the rotation stopper 3b, the rotation stopper 3b having the engaging portion 4, wherein the dispensing tool body 3a is removable by unscrewing from a state in which the dispensing tool body is screwed in the use position for dispensing contents of the container body 2 with respect to the mouth circumferential wall 2a, and when the dispensing tool body 3a is in the use position, the rotation stopper 3b is movable in the axial direction of the mouth circumferential wall 2a in response to an operation at least from the engaged position to the disengaged position, between the engaged position, in which the engaging portion 4 engages with the engaged portion 2b so that the engaging portion 4 restricts rotation in the unscrewing direction of the dispensing tool body 3a with respect to the mouth circumferential wall 2a, and the disengaged position, in which the engaging portion 4 does not engage with the engaged portion 2b.

Claims (4)

  1. A dispensing container comprising:
a container body including a mouth circumferential wall and an engaged portion; and a dispensing tool including a dispensing tool body and a rotation stopper, the rotation stopper having an engaging portion, wherein
the dispensing tool body is removable by unscrewing from a state in which the dispensing tool body is screwed in a use position for dispensing contents of the container body with respect to the mouth circumferential wall, and
when the dispensing tool body is in the use position, the rotation stopper is movable in an axial direction of the mouth circumferential wall in response to an operation at least from an engaged position to a disengaged position, between the engaged position, in which the engaging portion engages with the engaged portion so that the engaging portion restricts rotation in an unscrewing direction of the dispensing tool body with respect to the mouth circumferential wall, and the disengaged position, in which the engaging portion does not engage with the engaged portion.
  2. The dispensing container according to claim 1, wherein the dispensing tool includes a cap that is removable from the dispensing tool body by unscrewing in a same rotational direction as the unscrewing of the dispensing tool body from the mouth circumferential wall.
  3. The dispensing container according to claim 1, wherein
the dispensing tool body includes a mounting tube, and the mounting tube makes the dispensing tool body removable from the use position by unscrewing with respect to the mouth circumferential wall, and
the rotation stopper is connected to the mounting tube, so that relative rotation to both sides in a circumferential direction is restricted and relative movement to both sides in the axial direction is permitted.
  4. The dispensing container according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein
the dispensing tool body is attachable to a temporary holding position with respect to the mouth circumferential wall, and the dispensing tool body includes an abutting portion,
in response to an operation of moving the dispensing tool body from the temporary holding position to the use position, the abutting portion abuts against a sealing member of the container body when the abutting portion moves into the container body on an inner side in a radial direction of the mouth circumferential wall, to thereby open the container body, and
the dispensing tool includes a stopper that is removable from an opening restriction position for restricting movement of the dispensing tool body from the temporary holding position to the use position.
