Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) zur Produktion von Wasserstoff. Das Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) umfasst dabei einen Elektrolysestack (8) zur Umwandlung von Wasser in Wasserstoff, eine Leistungselektronik (12), zum Transformieren des Wechselstroms in Gleichstrom zur Versorgung des Elektrolysestacks (8), Komponenten (56, 64, 72, 80) zur Medienaufbereitung der zum Elektrolysestack (8) zu- und abgeführten Prozessmedien, und eine Kontrolleinheit (18), zum Steuern des Elektrolysestacks (8), der Leistungselektronik (12) und der Komponenten (56, 64, 72, 80) zur Medienaufbereitung. Dabei sind zumindest der Elektrolysestack (8), die Leistungselektronik (12) und die Kontrolleinheit (18) zusammen als Elektrolyseurmodul (36) und die Komponenten (56, 64, 72, 80) zur Medienaufbereitung und Medienförderung zusammen als Prozessmodul (52) ausgebildet. An den Modulen (36, 52) sind Verbindungsmöglichkeiten (32, 40, 48, 84) vorgesehen, über welche die einzelnen Module (36, 52) fluidisch und elektrisch miteinander verbindbar sind.

Wasserelektrolyseur-System
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Wasserelektrolyseur-System zur Produktion von Wasserstoff. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Wasserstofffabrik, welches wenigstens ein solches Wasserelektrolyseur-System umfasst.
Stand der Technik
Der Kern eines PEM Wasserelektrolyseurs ist der Elektrolyse-Stack. Der allgemeine Trend für die industrielle Wasserstoffproduktion geht hier zu sehr leistungsstarken Einheiten mit mehreren MW Leistung. Zum Elektrolyseur gehören außerdem noch verschiedenen Versorgungseinheiten, das sog. Balance of Plant (BoP). Diese Einheiten sind Wasserpumpen, Gas-Wasser-Separator, lonenfilter, Wärmetauscher, Temperatursensoren, Drucksensoren, Gassensoren, Reinstwasseraufbereitung, Wasserstoffnachbehandlung und -aufreinigung, Transformatoren, Gleichrichter, Steuer- und Kontrolleinheiten, Kabel, Rohre und Ventile. Wie diese Komponenten miteinander verbunden sind und ob diese Komponenten einen Stack oder mehrere Stacks versorgen, liegt dabei im Design- und Ermessensspielraum des Herstellers. Je nach Designprinzip können unterschiedliche Zusammenstellungen und vormontierte Einheiten vorteilhaft sein.
Die DE 10 055 973 A1 offenbart ein Hochsee- Kraftwerk mit mehreren einzelnen Kraftanlagen mit jeweils eigener Energiespeichervorrichtung. Die Kraftanlagen sind dabei elektrisch mit einer Sammelschiene verbunden. Die Energiespeichervorrichtungen weisen Elektrolyseure auf, mit welchen Wasserstoff und Sauerstoff aus Wasser herstellbar ist, der in Drucktanks gelagert wird. In der Energiespeichervorrichtung ist eine Brennstoffzellenanordnung angeordnet, mit welchem elektrische Energie aus dem Wasserstoff erzeugbar ist.
Aus der DE 20 2019 003 849 U1 ist System zur Energieerzeugung und Energiemanagement bekannt. Das System umfasst dabei mehrere Solarpanele und mehrere Windkraftanlagen zum Erzeugen von Energie. Das System weist ein oder mehrere Elektrolyseure auf, mit welchen aus Wasser, Wasserstoff und Sauerstoff herstellbar ist.
Beim Aufbau des Elektrolyseurs beim Kunden (z.B. neben Solarfeld) spielen für die Kosten vor allem der Transport zur Baustelle und der Aufwand für Montage und Inbetriebnahme eine Rolle. Die Anlieferung von Einzelkomponenten mag dabei für den Transport günstig sein, die Montage und Inbetriebnahme erfordert dafür hohen Zeit- und Personalaufwand.
Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe liegt darin, ein Wasserelektrolyseur-System anzugeben, mit welchem ein einfacher, schnellerer und kostengünstigerer Aufbau eines solchen Systems möglich ist.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Wasserelektrolyseur-System mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1. Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen sind den abhängigen Ansprüchen zu entnehmen.
Offenbarung der Erfindung
Die Erfindung gibt ein Wasserelektrolyseur-System zur Produktion von Wasserstoff an. Das Wasserelektrolyseur-System umfasst dabei wenigstens einen Elektrolysestack zur Umwandlung von Wasser in Wasserstoff, eine Leistungselektronik zur Versorgung des Elektrolysestacks, Komponenten zur Medienaufbereitung und Medienförderung der zum Elektrolysestack zu- und abgeführten Prozessmedien, und eine Kontrolleinheit, zum Steuern des Elektrolysestacks, der Leistungselektronik und der Komponenten zur Medienaufbereitung und Medienförderung. Dabei sind zumindest der Elektrolysestack, die Leistungselektronik und die Kontrolleinheit zusammen als Elektrolyseurmodul, und die Komponenten zur Medienaufbereitung und Medienförderung zusammen als Prozessmodul ausgebildet, wobei an den Modulen Verbindungsmöglichkeiten vorgesehen sind, über welche die einzelnen Module fluidisch und elektrisch miteinander verbindbar sind.
Der Elektrolysestack ist vorteilhafterweise ein PEM-Elektrolysestack. Unter einem Modul wird im Sinne der Erfindung eine bauliche Einheit verstanden, welche zusammen in einer Herstellungsfabrik gefertigt wird. Vorzugsweise werden diese Module automatisiert gefertigt. Nach der Herstellung werden die Module beispielsweise mittels eine Lastkraftwagens oder eines Schiffes an den Ort verbracht, an welchem eine Wasserstofffabrik errichtet oder erweitert werden soll. Gemäß der Erfindung weist das Elektrolyseur-System lediglich die Baugruppen des Elektrolysemoduls, des Prozessmoduls und des Kontrollmoduls auf. Von diesen Modulen können dabei, abhängig von der Größe der Wasserstofffabrik, mehrere vorgesehen sein. Durch die automatisierte Fertigung in der Fabrik wird der Zeit- und Personalaufwand zum Aufbau und Verbindung der einzelnen Komponenten und die Kosten für eine solche Anlage wesentlich reduziert.
Die Module können dabei nach einem Baukastenprinzip aufgebaut und erweitert werden. Durch die modulare Ausbildung wird zusätzlich der Transportaufwand reduziert, da durch die Zusammenfassung der Einzelbauteile zu Modulen, weniger Fahrten notwendig werden, um alle Bauteile vor Ort zu bringen. Um eine gute Transportierbarkeit des Elektrolyseurmoduls zu gewährleisten, weisen die Elektrolysestacks eine Leistung von maximal 1 MW auf. Bei einer solchen Leistung übersteigt das Gewicht keinen für die Transportierbarkeit notwendigen Grenzwert. Vorzugsweise ist die Leistung der Elektrolysestacks zwischen 500kW und 1500kW. Vor Ort müssen die Module lediglich über die Verbindungsmöglichkeiten, welche beispielsweise standardisiert ausgebildet sein können, verbunden werden. Es sind somit lediglich Leitungen zwischen diesen Verbindungsmöglichkeiten notwendig, wodurch Leitungsanzahl verringert wird. Dadurch wird der Verbindungsaufwand der Module untereinander ebenfalls reduziert. In bevorzugten Ausführungen sind das Elektrolyseurmodul oder das gesamte Wasserelektrolyseur-System in einem Seefracht-Containergehäuse angeordnet. In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist die Leistungselektronik zum Transformieren eines Wechselstroms in Gleichstrom ausgestaltet. An den Elektrolysestacks muss Gleichstrom angelegt werden. Wird das Wasserelektrolyseur-System mit Wechselstrom versorgt, dann ist eine entsprechende Transformation notwendig.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung sind die Verbindungsmöglichkeiten als Steck- und/oder Flanschverbindungen ausgebildet. Die Verwendung von Steck- und Flanschverbindungen hat den Vorteil, dass Verbindungen nicht über beispielsweise aufwändige Schweißungen hergestellt werden müssen. Dadurch können Kosten für einen Schweißer eingespart werden. Zusätzlich können die Verbindungen schnell, durch beispielsweise ein Anziehen von Schrauben, ausgebildet werden. Dadurch können die Module schnell und kostengünstig verbunden werden.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführung der Erfindung sind die Module untereinander ausschließlich mit vorgefertigten Prozessmedien- und Stromleitungen verbunden. Mit anderen Worten sind die vorgefertigten Prozessmedien- und Stromleitungen bereits beispielsweise in einem automatisierten Produktionsprozess hergestellt worden. Diese werden nur noch zum Verbinden der Verbindungsmöglichkeiten angeschlossen. Es müssen somit keine Verbindungsleitungen aufwändig verlegt werden. Auch dadurch werden die Herstellungskosten eines solchen Wasserelektrolyseur-Systems und die dazu benötigte Zeit wesentlich reduziert.
Besonders bevorzugt ist eine Stromleitung als gemeinsame Stromschiene ausgeführt, welche sowohl in das Elektrolyseurmodul als auch in das Prozessmodul hineinragt. Alle elektrischen Verbraucher von Elektrolyseurmodul und Prozessmodul können an der Stromschiene angeschlossen werden und werden demzufolge bevorzugt nur über diese Stromschiene mit elektrischem Strom versorgt.
Vorteilhafterweise ist ein Prozessmodul mit mehreren Elektrolyseurmodulen verbunden. Dadurch kann ein solches Wasserelektrolyseur-System zu größeren Anlagen skaliert werden. Je nach Leistungsfähigkeit können dann einzelne Komponenten zur Medienaufbereitung und Medienförderung dem Prozessmodul, also mehrere Elektrolyseurmodule versorgend, oder den einzelnen Elektrolyseurmodulen selbst, also immer nur ein Elektrolyseurmodul versorgend, zugeordnet sein. Die Anlage des Wasserelektrolyseur-Systems bleibt somit variabel, insbesondere in ihrer Leistungsgröße.
In vorteilhaften Ausführungen weist das Elektrolyseurmodul mehrere Elektrolysestacks auf. Dies ist insbesondere dann von Vorteil, wenn die Bauraumgröße - beispielsweise ein Seefracht-Container - entsprechend die Anordnung mehrerer Elektrolysestacks in einem Elektrolyseurmodul zulässt. Weiterhin ist dies von Vorteil, wenn sich mehrere Elektrolysestacks eine Kontrolleinheit des Elektrolyseurmoduls teilen können.
Vorzugsweise ist die Verbindungsmöglichkeit derart ausgebildet, dass eine Daten- und eine Stromverbindung über einen gemeinsamen Stecker verbindbar ist. Der Stecker weist somit sowohl Kontakte zum Herstellen einer Strom- als auch Kontakte für eine Datenverbindung auf. Es ist somit lediglich ein einziger Stecker notwendig, um eine Strom- und Datenverbindung zu gewährleisten. Ein Stecker hat dabei den Vorteil, dass kein Werkzeug notwendig ist, um die Strom- und Datenkabel für eine Verbindung vorzubereiten und diese zu verbinden. Dadurch lässt sich schnell und einfach eine Verbindung herstellen.
Vorteilhafterweise sind die Stecker vertausch sicher ausgebildet, so dass auch ein Nichtfachmann in diesem Bereich diese korrekt anschließen kann.
In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung weist das Prozessmodul zusätzlich eine Pumpe, zur Zirkulation des Wassers durch den Elektrolysestack, auf. Die Anordnung der Pumpe in dem Prozessmodul hat den Vorteil, dass die Pumpe mehrere Elektrolyseurmodule versorgen kann.
In einer alternativen vorteilhaften Weiterbildung weist das Elektrolyseurmodul die Pumpe, zur Zirkulation des Wassers durch den Elektrolysestack, auf. Eine Anordnung der Pumpe in dem Elektrolyseurmodul, anstelle der Anordnung in dem Prozessmodul, hat den Vorteil, dass eine kleinere Pumpe für jedes Elektrolyseurmodul verwendet werden kann. Zusätzlich werden bei einem Ausfall der Pumpe nicht alle Elektrolyseurmodule deaktiviert, sondern lediglich das Elektrolyseurmodul, in welchem die Pumpe angeordnet ist. Dadurch bleibt das Wasserelektrolyseur-System weiter in Betrieb, so dass eine Redundanz geschaffen ist. Falls bei einer Pumpe durch einen Defekt Metallspäne in den Elektrolysestack geleitet werden, muss lediglich dieser Elektrolysestack ausgetauscht werden, anstelle von allen Elektrolysestacks.
Vorteilhafterweise sind die Module derart ausgebildet, dass deren Größe kleiner oder gleich der Größe eines Seefracht-Containers ist. Die Größe eines solchen Seefracht-Container ist nach der ISO-Norm festgelegt. Der Vorteil solcher Container ist, dass diese einfach mittels des Schiffs, der Eisenbahn oder dem Lastkraftwagen transportiert werden können. Zum Transport der Module zum Aufstellort ist somit kein Schwerlasttransport und keine gesonderte Transportroute notwendig. Dadurch werden Kosten und Zeit für den Transport der Komponenten wesentlich reduziert.
Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführung weisen das Elektrolyseurmodul und die Kontrolleinheit zusammen eine gemeinsame Verbindungsmöglichkeit zu dem Prozessmodul auf. Unter einer gemeinsamen Verbindungsmöglichkeit wird dabei verstanden, dass die Anschlüsse der Kontrolleinheit und des Elektrolyseurmoduls direkt nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Es muss somit lediglich das Prozessmodul mit der gemeinsamen Verbindungsmöglichkeit verbunden werden. Dadurch wird die Verbindung der Module weiter vereinfacht, so dass lediglich Strom- und Prozessleitungen zwischen der gemeinsamen Verbindungsmöglichkeit und dem Prozessmodul vorgesehen werden müssen.
Die gemeinsame Verbindungsmöglichkeit ist dabei vorteilhafterweise derart angeordnet, dass bei positionierten Modulen die Entfernung zwischen der gemeinsamen Verbindungsmöglichkeit und einer Verbindungsmöglichkeit am Prozessmodul minimal, beziehungsweise sich direkt gegenüberliegen.
Gemäß einer zweckmäßigen Ausführung bilden mehrere Elektrolyseurmodule eine gemeinsame Verbindungsmöglichkeit zu dem Prozessmodul aus. Die mehreren Elektrolyseurmodule sind somit in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse angeordnet. Innerhalb des Gehäuses sind die Prozess- und Datenleitungen der Elektrolyseurmodule miteinander verbunden und stellen am Gehäuse eine einzige gemeinsame Verbindungsmöglichkeit aller Elektrolyseurmodule zu dem Prozessmodul bereit. Die Verbindungen der Elektrolyseurmodule untereinander wird dabei vorzugsweise automatisiert, im Zuge der Herstellung der Module, ausgeführt. Die Herstellungskosten der Verbindung der Elektrolyseurmodule untereinander werden dadurch reduziert, da diese nicht vor Ort ausgebildet werden müssen. Es muss somit lediglich eine Verbindung zwischen der gemeinsamen Verbindungsmöglichkeit und dem Prozessmodul hergestellt werden.
Es wird zusätzlich eine Wasserstofffabrik angegeben, welche wenigstens ein solches Wasserelektrolyseur-System umfasst. Mit einer solchen Wasserstofffabrik werden im Wesentlichen die zuvor genannten Vorteile erzielt. Eine solche Wasserstofffabrik lässt sich somit schnell, wirtschaftlich und einfach aufbauen. Zusätzlich wird durch die modulare Bauweise eine einfache Erweiterungsmöglichkeit der Wasserstofffabrik, insbesondere deren Leistungsgröße, gewährleistet.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In der Figur 1 ist ein Wasserelektrolyseur-System 1 nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung gezeigt. Das Wasserelektrolyseur-System 1 nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel umfasst zwei Elektrolysemodule 4, welche jeweils einen Elektrolysestack 8 (nur für ein Elektrolysemodul gezeigt), zum Umwandeln von Wasser in Wasserstoff, aufweist. Zusätzlich ist in dem Elektrolysemodul 4 eine Leistungselektronik 12 angeordnet, über welche bevorzugt ein zugeführter Wechselstrom in Gleichstrom umgewandelt wird. Darüber hinaus ist in dem Elektrolysemodul 4 eine Pumpe 16 angeordnet, mit welcher Wasser beziehungsweise das Prozessmedium durch den Elektrolysestack 8 zirkulierbar ist.
Das Wasserelektrolyseur-System 1 umfasst zusätzlich eine Kontrolleinheit 18, welche in einem Steuergerät 20 angeordnet ist Die Kontrolleinheit 18 ist dabei über Kontrolldatenleitungen 24 mit den Elektrolysemodulen 4, zum Steuern der Elektrolysestacks 8, der Leistungselektronik 12 und der Pumpe 16 verbunden. Die Kontrolldatenleitung 24 ist zusammen mit einer Stromleitung 28 an einer gemeinsamen ersten Elektrolysemodul-Verbindungsmöglichkeit 32 angeschlossen. Beide Leitungen 24, 28 können dabei über einen gemeinsamen Stecker mit der als Buchse ausgebildeten ersten Elektrolysemodul- Verbindungsmöglichkeit 32 verbunden werden.
In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind die beiden Elektrolysemodule 4 und die Kontrolleinheit 18 in einem gemeinsamen Elektrolyseurmodul 36 angeordnet, welches bevorzugt in einem Gehäuse, beispielsweise ein einem Seefracht- Container, untergebracht ist. An den Elektrolysemodulen 4 ist eine zweite Elektrolysemodul-Verbindungsmöglichkeit 40 angeordnet, über die Prozessmedienleitungen 44 der Elektrolysemodule 4 mit einer gemeinsamen Gehäuse-Verbindungsmöglichkeit 48 verbunden sind. An dieser gemeinsamen Gehäuse-Verbindungsmöglichkeit 48 ist ebenso eine Kontrolldatenleitung 24 der Kontrolleinheit 18 angeschlossen.
Das Wasserelektrolyseur-System 1 umfasst zusätzlich ein Prozessmodul 52, welches verschiedene Komponenten zur Aufbereitung und Konditionierung der Prozessmedien aufweist. In dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel weist das Prozessmodul 52 einen Wärmetauscher 56 auf, mit welchem das Kühlwasser für die Leistungselektronik 12 und das Wasser für den Elektrolysestack 8 gekühlt wird. Der Wärmetauscher 56 ist dazu mit einem Kühlwasseranschluss 60 verbunden. In dem Prozessmodul 52 ist zusätzlich ein Kathoden Gas-Wasser Separator 64 angeordnet, in welchem der von der Kathode kommende Wasserstoff aus dem Kathodenprozessmedium abgetrennt und zu einem Wasserstoffanschluss 68 geleitet wird. Darüber hinaus ist in dem Prozessmodul 52 ein Anoden Gas-Wasser Separator 72 angeordnet, in welchem der Sauerstoff aus dem Anodenprozessmedium abgetrennt und zu einem Sauerstoffanschluss 76 geleitet wird. In einem lonentauscher 80 wird das Prozessmedium zur Verwendung in dem Elektrolysestack 8 deionisiert.
Das Prozessmodul 52 weist eine gemeinsame Prozessmodul- Verbindungsmöglichkeit 84 auf, mit welchem die Komponenten des Prozessmoduls 52 verbunden sind. Über Verbindungsleitungen 88 ist die Gehäuse-Verbindungsmöglichkeit 48 mit der Prozessmodul- Verbindungsmöglichkeit 84 verbunden.
In bevorzugten Ausführungen ist die Stromleitung 28 als gemeinsame Stromschiene ausgeführt. Beide Elektrolysemodule 4, sowie das Kontrollmodul 20 und das Prozessmodul 52, weisen elektrische Verbindungen zu dieser gemeinsamen Stromschiene auf.
In der Figur 2 ist ein weiteres Wasserelektrolyseur-System 1 nach einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung gezeigt. Das Wasserelektrolyseur- System 1 weist zwei Elektrolysemodule 4 mit je einem Elektrolysestack 8 und einer Leistungselektronik 12 auf. Die Leistungselektroniken 12 weisen dabei bevorzugt jeweils Netzumschalter und/oder Transformatoren auf. Die beiden Elektrolysemodule 4 bilden zusammen mit der Kontrolleinheit 18 ein Elektrolyseurmodul 36 aus. Das Wasserelektrolyseur-System 1 umfasst weiterhin ein Prozessmodul 52. In dem Prozessmodul 52 sind die Pumpe 16, der Wärmetauscher 56, der Kathoden Gas-Wasser Separator 64, der Anoden Gas- Wasser Separator 72 und der lonentauscher 80 angeordnet.
Zwischen dem Elektrolyseurmodul 36 und dem Prozessmodul 52 sind Prozessmedienleitungen 44 angeordnet, über welche die Medienführungen (insbesondere Wasser und Wasserstoff) zwischen den beiden Modulen 36, 52 laufen.
In bevorzugten Ausführungen weist das Wasserelektrolyseur-System 1 weitehrin die als gemeinsame Stromleitung 28 ausgeführte Stromschiene auf, welche sowohl in das Elektrolyseurmodul 36 als auch in das Prozessmodul 52 ragt. Die elektrischen Verbraucher, wie beispielsweise die Elektrolysestacks 8, die Pumpe 16 und die Kontrolleinheit 18, weisen elektrische Anschlüsse zu der Stromschiene 28 auf.

Claims

Ansprüche
1 . Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) zur Produktion von Wasserstoff, umfassend wenigstens: einen Elektrolysestack (8) zur Umwandlung von Wasser in Wasserstoff, eine Leistungselektronik (12) zur Versorgung des Elektrolysestacks (8), Komponenten (16, 56, 64, 72, 80) zur Medienaufbereitung und Medienförderung der zum Elektrolysestack (8) zu- und abgeführten Prozessmedien, und eine Kontrolleinheit (18), zum Steuern des Elektrolysestacks (8), der Leistungselektronik (12) und der Komponenten (16, 56, 64, 72, 80) zur Medienaufbereitung und Medienförderung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Elektrolysestack (8), die Leistungselektronik (12) und die Kontrolleinheit (18) zusammen als Elektrolyseurmodul (36) und die Komponenten (16, 56, 64, 72, 80) zur Medienaufbereitung und Medienförderung zusammen als Prozessmodul (52) ausgebildet sind, wobei an den Modulen (36, 52) Verbindungsmöglichkeiten (32, 40, 48, 84) vorgesehen sind, über welche die einzelnen Module (36, 52) fluidisch und elektrisch miteinander verbindbar sind.
2. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leistungselektronik (12) zum Transformieren eines Wechselstroms in Gleichstrom ausgestaltet ist.
3. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmöglichkeiten (32, 40, 48, 84) als Steck- und/oder Flanschverbindungen ausgebildet sind.
4. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Module (36, 52) untereinander ausschließlich mit vorgefertigten Prozessmedien- und Stromleitungen (28) verbunden sind. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stromleitung (28) als gemeinsame Stromschiene ausgeführt ist, welche sowohl in das Elektrolyseurmodul (36) als auch in das Prozessmodul (52) hineinragt. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Elektrolyseurmodul (36) mehrere Elektrolysestacks (8) aufweist. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Prozessmodul (52) mittels Prozessmedienleitungen (44) mit einem oder mehreren Elektrolyseurmodulen (36) verbunden ist. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmöglichkeit (32, 40, 48, 84) derart ausgebildet ist, dass eine Daten- und eine Stromverbindung über einen gemeinsamen Stecker verbindbar ist. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmöglichkeit (32, 40, 48, 84) derart ausgebildet ist, dass alle Prozessmedien über einen gemeinsamen Stecker verbindbar sind. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Prozessmodul (52) eine Pumpe (16), zur Zirkulation des Wassers durch den mindestens einen Elektrolysestack (8), aufweist. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Elektrolyseurmodul (36) eine Pumpe (16), zur Zirkulation des Wassers durch den mindestens einen Elektrolysestack (8), aufweist. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Module (36, 52) derart ausgebildet sind, dass deren Größe kleiner oder gleich der Größe eines Seefracht-Containers ist.
13. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektrolysestack (8), die
Leistungselektronik (12) und die Kontrolleinheit (18) zusammen eine gemeinsame Verbindungsmöglichkeit (48) zu dem Prozessmodul (52) aufweisen. 14. Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Elektrolysestacks (8) eine gemeinsame Verbindungsmöglichkeit (48) zu dem Prozessmodul (52) ausbilden. 15. Wasserstofffabrik umfassend wenigstens ein Wasserelektrolyseur-System (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
