Abstract

Kühlmittelsystem (4) für ein Elektrofahrzeug, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von mittels des Kühlmittels durchströmbarer Komponenten (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 30, 34), wobei die Komponenten (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 30, 34) mittels mindestens eines Ventils (26) und Kühlmittelleitungen (32) miteinander kühlmittelleitend verbindbar sind, wobei das mindestens eine Ventil (26) als lediglich ein einziges Mehrwegeventil ausgebildet ist und zu mindestens einer der von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbaren Komponenten (22) eine Komponentenbypassleitung (24) des Kühlmittelsystems (4) derart angeordnet ist, dass diese Komponente (22) mittels der Komponentenbypassleitung (24) mit dem Mehrwegeventil (26) derart kühlmittelleitend verbindbar ist, dass in einem ersten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils (26) sowohl die Komponentenbypassleitung (24) in einer ersten Strömungsrichtung als auch diese Komponente (22) von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind und in einem zweiten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils (26) die Komponentenbypassleitung (24) in einer zu der ersten Strömungsrichtung entgegengesetzten zweiten Strömungsrichtung von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.

Description

Kühlmittelsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug und Kühlsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug mit einem Kühlmittelsystem und einem Kältemittelkreislauf
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Kühlmittelsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 genannten Art und ein Kühlsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug mit einem Kühlmittelsystem und einem Kältemittelkreislauf der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 11 genannten Art.
Derartige Kühlmittelsysteme für Elektrofahrzeuge und Kühlsysteme für Elektrofahrzeuge sind aus dem Stand der Technik in zahlreichen Ausführungsvarianten bereits bekannt.
Hier setzt die vorliegende Erfindung an.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kühlmittelsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug und ein Kühlsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug mit einem Kühlmittelsystem und einem Kältemittelkreislauf zu verbessern.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Kühlmittelsystem für Elektrofahrzeuge mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das mindestens eine Ventil als lediglich ein einziges Mehrwegeventil ausgebildet ist und zu mindestens einer der von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbaren Komponenten eine Komponentenbypassleitung des Kühlmittelsystems derart angeordnet ist, dass diese Komponente mittels der Komponentenbypassleitung mit dem Mehrwegeventil derart kühlmittelleitend verbindbar ist, dass in einem ersten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils sowohl die Komponentenbypassleitung in einer ersten Strömungsrichtung als auch diese Komponente von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind und in einem zweiten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils die Komponentenbypassleitung in einer zu der ersten Strömungsrichtung entgegengesetzten zweiten Strömungsrichtung im Bypass zu dieser Komponente von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Die vorgenannte Komponente kann dabei als jede sinnvolle und geeignete von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbare Komponente des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems ausgebildet sein. Bei der Umgehung einer Komponente mittels der Komponentenbypassleitung wird das Kühlmittel im Bypass zu dieser Komponente geführt. Ferner wird dieses Problem durch ein Kühlsystem für Elektrofahrzeuge mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 11 gelöst. Die Unteransprüche betreffen vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Erfindung liegt insbesondere darin, dass ein Kühlmittelsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug und ein Kühlsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug mit einem Kühlmittelsystem und einem Kältemittelkreislauf verbessert sind. Aufgrund der Erfindung sind funktional komplexe Kühlmittelsysteme und Kühlsysteme für Elektrofahrzeuge auf konstruktiv und fertigungstechnisch einfachere Art und Weise realisierbar. Mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination mit dem Mehrwegeventil und der Komponentenbypassleitung ist es möglich, die Komponentenbypassleitung für voneinander verschiedene Betriebszustände des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems zu verwenden, da die Komponentenbypassleitung in beide grundsätzlich mögliche Strömungsrichtungen mit dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Entsprechend ist die Anzahl an Kühlmittelleitungen und Ventilen wesentlich reduziert. Gleichzeitig ist mittels der Erfindung die Effizienz derartiger Kühlmittelsysteme und Kühlsysteme gesteigert, da die vorgenannten Systeme mit wesentlich weniger Komponenten eine im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik höhere funktionale Komplexität ermöglichen. Entsprechend lassen sich mit einem einfach aufgebauten System mit wenigen Komponenten und Kühlmittelleitungen eine Vielzahl von Betriebszuständen, also Betriebsmodi des Systems, realisieren.
Grundsätzlich sind das erfindungsgemäße Kühlsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug und das erfindungsgemäße Kühlmittelsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug jeweils nach Art, Funktionsweise, Material und Dimensionierung in weiten geeigneten Grenzen frei wählbar. Auch ist die Erfindung nicht auf eine Anwendung bei reinen Elektrofahrzeugen beschränkt. Beispielsweise ist die Erfindung auch bei sogenannten Hybridfahrzeugen vorteilhaft einsetzbar. Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems sieht vor, dass die Mehrzahl von Komponenten mindestens eine Untermenge der folgenden Komponenten eines Kühlsystems aufweist: Kühlmittelpumpe, Batterie, Chiller, Kühlmittelheizung, Powertrain mit einem Elektromotor und einer Leistungselektronik für den Elektromotor, Kühlluftradiator zum Wärmeaustausch mit einer freien Umgebung, Kondensator. Die genannten Komponenten können dabei auch in einer Mehrzahl der jeweiligen Komponente in dem erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystem verbaut sein. Hierdurch sind wesentliche Komponenten für ein Kühlmittelsystem für das erfindungsgemäße Kühlmittelsystem angegeben.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der vorgenannten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems sieht vor, dass die Mehrzahl von Komponenten einen Chiller aufweist, wobei die Komponentenbypassleitung als eine Chillerbypassleitung ausgebildet ist und der Chiller als die in dem zweiten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils mittels der Komponentenbypassleitung im Bypass umströmbare Komponente ausgebildet ist, bevorzugt, dass ein als Chillerausgang ausgebildeter Komponentenausgang mittels der Komponentenbypassleitung mit dem Mehrwegeventil kühlmittelleitend verbindbar ist. Auf diese Weise sind die Komponente und die Komponentenbypassleitung auf besonders geeignete Art realisiert. Mittels des Chillers ist insbesondere die Batterie, trotz nachteiliger Umgebungs- und/oder Betriebsbedingungen des Elektrofahrzeugs, auf einen für deren Funktion erforderlichen Temperaturbereich kühlbar. Jedoch kann der Chiller aufgrund der Erfindung zusätzlich dazu oder alternativ dazu auch für andere Kühlaufgaben, beispielsweise zur Kühlung der Leistungselektronik und/oder des Elektromotors, herangezogen werden. Die bei jedweder Kühlung mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems entstehende Abwärme, also auch die Abwärme des Chillers, kann dabei, je nach Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils, sinnvoll zur Erwärmung anderer Bereiche des Fahrzeugs, beispielsweise einer Fahrgastzelle, oder zur Erwärmung anderer Komponenten des Kühlmittelsystems genutzt werden. Selbstverständlich ist auch eine Abgabe dieser Abwärme an die freie Umgebung, beispielsweise mittels eines Kühlluftradiators des Kühlmittelsystems, denkbar.
Eine andere vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems sieht vor, dass die Mehrzahl von Komponenten auf mindestens zwei Kühlmittelkreisläufe des Kühlmittelsystems verteilt angeordnet ist, wobei die mindestens zwei Kühlmittelkreisläufe mittels des Mehrwegeventils miteinander kühlmittelleitend verbindbar sind, bevorzugt, dass zum einen eine erste Kühlmittelpumpe und/oder die Batterie und/oder der Chiller und/oder die Kühlmittelheizung in einem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf und/oder zum anderen eine zweite Kühlmittelpumpe und/oder der Powertrain und/oder der Kühlluftradiator und/oder der Kondensator in einem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf angeordnet sind. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, einerseits die mindestens zwei Kühlmittelkreisläufe jeweils getrennt oder andererseits in kühlmittelleitender Verbindung miteinander zu betreiben. Die bevorzugte Ausführungsform dieser Weiterbildung gibt eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung dieser Weiterbildung an. Selbstverständlich umfasst die vorliegende Weiterbildung auch Ausführungsformen der Erfindung mit mehr als zwei Kühlmittelkreisläufen.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der vorgenannten Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems sieht vor, dass der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf als ein Batterieteilkreislauf, mit dem Chiller, der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe, der, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe angeordneten Batterie, und der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf als ein Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf, mit der zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe und dem, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe angeordneten Powertrain und Kühlluftradiator zur Kühlung des in dem Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf strömenden Kühlmittels mit Umgebungsluft, ausgebildet sind. Hierdurch sind der erste und der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf auf sehr vorteilhafte Art und Weise realisiert. Eine besonders vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der letztgenannten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems sieht vor, dass das Mehrwegeventil derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf in allen möglichen Schaltzuständen des Mehrwegeventils und bei der Überführung des Mehrwegeventils von einem dieser Schaltzustände in einen anderen dieser Schaltzustände unterbrechungslos mit dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Hierdurch ist gewährleistet, dass der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf, und damit die Leistungselektronik und der Elektromotor, unter allen Umgebungs- und Betriebsbedingungen des Elektrofahrzeugs sicher auf eine für deren ordnungsgemäße Funktion erforderliche Temperatur gekühlt wird.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, rückbezogen auf Anspruch 3, sieht vor, dass ein Ende der Chillerbypassleitung, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung des Chillers und der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe mit dem Kühlmittel, kühlmittelleitend in Strömungsrichtung nach dem Chillerausgang und vor einem Eingang der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe angeordnet ist. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, zum einen den Chiller ohne im Wesentlichen gleichzeitige Kühlung der Batterie, zum Beispiel für andere Kühlaufgaben, zu verwenden. Dies ist dann möglich, wenn die erste Kühlmittelpumpe ausgeschaltet ist. Bei eingeschalteter erster Kühlmittelpumpe ist es mittels dieser Weiterbildung zum anderen beispielsweise möglich, abweichend von dem Fall, dass die Batterie unter Nutzung des Chillers mit dem Kühlmittel durchströmt wird, die Batterie unter Umgehung des Chillers mittels der Chillerbypassleitung mit dem Kühlmittel zu durchströmen.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7 sieht vor, dass in dem Batterieteilkreislauf, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der Batterie mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der Batterie zusätzlich ein Rückschlagventil derart angeordnet ist, dass das Rückschlagventil lediglich eine Strömung des Kühlmittels von der Batterie in Richtung des Mehrwegeventils ermöglicht. Hierdurch ist es beispielsweise möglich, das Mehrwegeventil einfacher zu gestalten, da eine ungewünschte Durchströmung der Batterie aus Richtung des Mehrwegeventils mittels des Rückschlagventils wirksam unterbunden ist. Anderenfalls, also wenn kein derartiges Rückschlagventil vorgesehen ist, ist diese ungewünschte Durchströmung der Batterie mit dem Kühlmittel mittels des Mehrwegeventils, also in einem Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils, zu verhindern.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8 sieht vor, dass der Batterieteilkreislauf zusätzlich eine Kühlmittelheizung zur bedarfsweisen Beheizung der Batterie aufweist, wobei die Kühlmittelheizung, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung des Chillers mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach dem Mehrwegeventil und vor dem Chiller angeordnet ist, bevorzugt, dass der Chiller und die Kühlmittelheizung in einer gemeinsamen Kühlmittelleitung des Batterieteilkreislaufs angeordnet sind, besonders bevorzugt, dass die Kühlmittelheizung als eine elektrische Heizung ausgebildet ist. Auf diese Weise ist die Batterie, bei Vorliegen extremer Umgebungskälte oder dergleichen, auch beheizbar. Die bevorzugte Ausführungsform dieser Weiterbildung hat darüber hinaus den weiteren Vorteil, dass nicht nur der Chiller, sondern auch die Kühlmittelheizung mittels der Chillerbypassleitung auf konstruktiv und fertigungstechnisch einfache Art umgehbar ist. Bei der Umgehung mindestens einer Komponente, beispielsweise des Chillers und der Kühlmittelheizung, wird das Kühlmittel im Bypass zu dieser Komponente oder diesen Komponenten geführt. Ferner ist die Kühlmittelheizung gemäß der besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform dieser Weiterbildung besonders vorteilhaft realisierbar; dies gilt insbesondere, wenn es sich bei dem Fahrzeug um ein Elektrofahrzeug handelt.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9 sieht vor, dass das Kühlmittelsystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass in Abhängigkeit des Schaltzustands des Mehrwegeventils die folgenden kühlmittelleitenden Verbindungen zumindest in einer Untermenge, bevorzugt alle, lediglich mittels des Mehrwegeventils realisierbar sind: a) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers mit der Batterie, b) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers mit der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, c) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers mit dem Kühlluftradiator, der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, d) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers mit der Batterie, der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, e) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers mit der Batterie, dem Kühlluftradiator, der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor. Hierdurch ist das erfindungsgemäße Kühlmittelsystem besonders flexibel und damit auch für schaltungstechnisch an sich sehr anspruchsvolle Temperieraufgaben bei einem Elektrofahrzeug einsetzbar. Dies gilt insbesondere für die bevorzugte Ausführungsform dieser Weiterbildung.
Die Vorteile, die mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystem verbunden sind, sind auch für das erfindungsgemäße Kühlsystem, umfassend ein Kühlmittelsystem und einen Kältemittelkreislauf zur Klimatisierung einer Fahrgastzelle des Elektrofahrzeugs, nutzbar.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems sieht vor, dass der Kältemittelkreislauf zur Klimatisierung einer Fahrgastzelle des Elektrofahrzeugs und/oder zur Temperierung eines in dem Kühlmittelkreislauf strömenden Kühlmittels ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch ist der Kältemittelkreislauf in besonders vorteilhafter Weise einsetzbar.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems, rückbezogen auf Anspruch 2, sieht vor, dass das Kühlsystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass mittels des Chillers bedarfsweise eine Wärmeübertragungsverbindung zwischen dem Kühlmittelsystem auf der einen Seite und dem Kältemittelkreislauf auf der anderen Seite herstellbar ist. Auf diese Weise ist mittels des Kühlmittels zusätzlich zu einer Temperierung des Kältemittelkreislaufs, also eines in dem Kältemittelkreislauf strömenden Kältemittels, auch eine Temperierung des Kühlmittelsystems auf konstruktiv und fertigungstechnisch sehr einfache Art ermöglicht. Der Chiller ist somit eine Komponente sowohl des Kühlmittelsystems wie auch des Kältemittelkreislaufs.
Ferner sieht eine weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems, rückbezogen auf Anspruch 2, vor, dass das Kühlsystem derart ausgebildet ist, dass mittels des Kondensators bedarfsweise eine Wärmeübertragungsverbindung zwischen dem Kühlmittelsystem auf der einen Seite und dem Kältemittelkreislauf auf der anderen Seite herstellbar ist, bevorzugt, dass der Kondensator kühlmittelleitend in dem Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf angeordnet ist. Hierdurch ist beispielsweise eine in einem üblichen Kältemittelkreislauf für ein Elektrofahrzeug vorhandene Komponente, nämlich der Kondensator, sowohl für den Betrieb des Kältemittelkreislaufs wie auch zur Wärmeübertragung zwischen dem Kühlmittelsystem auf der einen Seite und dem Kältemittelkreislauf auf der anderen Seite nutzbar. Entsprechend ergeben sich hier Vorteile, die mit denen der vorgenannten Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems vergleichbar sind. In Kombination der beiden genannten Weiterbildungen des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems ergibt sich darüber hinaus zum einen die Möglichkeit, noch mehr Energie zwischen dem Kühlmittelsystem und dem Kältemittelkreislauf auszutauschen. Zum anderen ist die Flexibilität des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems dadurch weiter gesteigert.
Anhand der beigefügten, grob schematischen Zeichnung wird die Erfindung nachfolgend näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt:

In den Fig. 1 bis 8 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems für ein Elektrofahrzeug mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug rein exemplarisch dargestellt.
Das Elektrofahrzeug ist hier als ein reines Elektrofahrzeug ausgebildet und nicht näher dargestellt.
Das Kühlsystem 2 für das Elektrofahrzeug umfasst einerseits ein Kühlmittelsystem 4 mit einem als Batterieteilkreislauf ausgebildeten ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf 6 und einem als Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf ausgebildeten zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf 8 und andererseits einen Kältemittelkreislauf 10 zur Klimatisierung einer nicht dargestellten Fahrgastzelle des Elektrofahrzeugs und zur Temperierung des Kühlmittelsystems 4.
Das Kühlmittelsystem 4 zum Umwälzen eines flüssigen Kühlmittels umfasst einerseits den Batterieteilkreislauf 6 mit den folgenden Komponenten des Kühlmittelsystems 4, nämlich einer ersten Kühlmittelpumpe 12 und einer, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe 12 mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe 12 angeordneten Batterie 14 und andererseits den Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 mit den folgenden Komponenten des Kühlmittelsystems 4, nämlich einer zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe 16 und einem, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe 16 mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe 16 angeordneten Powertrain 18, mit einer Leistungselektronik und einem Elektromotor, und Kühlluftradiator 20 zur Kühlung des in dem Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 strömenden Kühlmittels mit Umgebungsluft, wobei der Batterieteilkreislauf 6 und der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 mittels mindestens eines Ventils und Kühlmittelleitungen miteinander kühlmittelleitend verbindbar sind. Das Kühlmittel ist in den Fig. 1 bis 8 nicht dargestellt. Darüber hinaus weist das Kühlmittelsystem 4 mindestens eine von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbare und als ein Chiller ausgebildete Komponente 22 und eine als eine Chillerbypassleitung ausgebildete Komponentenbypassleitung 24 auf. Ferner ist das mindestens eine Ventil als lediglich ein einziges Mehrwegeventil 26 ausgebildet, wobei ein als Chillerausgang ausgebildeter Komponentenausgang des Chillers 22 mittels der Chillerbypassleitung 24 mit dem Mehrwegeventil 26 derart kühlmittelleitend verbindbar ist, dass in einem ersten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 sowohl die Chillerbypassleitung 24 in einer ersten Strömungsrichtung als auch der Chiller 22 von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind und in einem zweiten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 die Chillerbypassleitung 24 in einer zu der ersten Strömungsrichtung entgegengesetzten zweiten Strömungsrichtung im Bypass zu dem Chiller 22 von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Siehe hierzu beispielsweise die Fig. 5 und 7, wobei in der Fig. 5 der erste Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 und in der Fig. 7 der zweite Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 dargestellt ist. Das Mehrwegeventil 26 kann konstruktiv und fertigungstechnisch auf eine Vielzahl von für die Erfindung geeigneten Ausführungsformen ausgebildet sein.
Somit sind die Komponente 22 mit dem Komponentenausgang als ein in dem Batterieteilkreislauf 6 angeordneter Chiller mit einem Chillerausgang und die Komponentenbypassleitung 24 als eine Chillerbypassleitung ausgebildet, wobei in dem zweiten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 mittels der Chillerbypassleitung 24 die Batterie 14 im Bypass zu dem Chiller 22 mit dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Ein Ende der Chillerbypassleitung 24 ist hier, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung des Chillers 22 und der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe 12 mit dem Kühlmittel, kühlmittelleitend in Strömungsrichtung nach dem Chillerausgang und vor einem Eingang der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe 12 angeordnet, wobei die Batterie 14, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der erste Kühlmittelpumpe 12 mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe 12 angeordnet ist. Ferner ist in dem Batterieteilkreislauf 6 gemäß der Fig. 1 bis 7, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der Batterie 14 mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der Batterie 14 zusätzlich ein Rückschlagventil 28 derart angeordnet, dass das Rückschlagventil 28 lediglich eine Strömung des Kühlmittels von der Batterie 14 in Richtung des Mehrwegeventils 26 ermöglicht.
Im Unterschied dazu sind aber auch Varianten des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems, zum Beispiel des Kühlmittelsystems 4, denkbar, bei denen die vorgenannte Verwendung eines Rückschlagventils verzichtbar ist. Siehe hierzu beispielsweise die Fig. 8, in der eine solche Variante rein exemplarisch dargestellt ist. In dieser Variante gemäß der Fig. 8, also wenn kein Rückschlagventil vorgesehen ist, ist die vorgenannte ungewünschte Durchströmung der Batterie 14 mit dem Kühlmittel mittels des Mehrwegeventils 26, also in einem Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26, verhindert.
Das Mehrwegeventil 26 ist bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel derart ausgebildet, dass der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 in allen möglichen Schaltzuständen des Mehrwegeventils 26 und bei der Überführung des Mehrwegeventils 26 von einem dieser Schaltzustände in einen anderen dieser Schaltzustände unterbrechungslos mit dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.
Der Batterieteilkreislauf 6 weist bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel zusätzlich eine als elektrische Heizung ausgebildete Kühlmittelheizung 30 zur bedarfsweisen Beheizung der Batterie 14 auf, wobei die Kühlmittelheizung 30, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung des Chillers 22 mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach dem Mehrwegeventil 26 und vor dem Chiller 22 angeordnet ist, und wobei der Chiller 22 und die Kühlmittelheizung 30 in einer gemeinsamen Kühlmittelleitung 32 des Batterieteilkreislaufs 6 angeordnet sind.
Wie ebenfalls aus den Fig. 1 bis 8 ersichtlich ist, ist zum einen mittels des Chillers 22 bedarfsweise eine Wärmeübertragungsverbindung zwischen dem Kühlmittelsystem 4 auf der einen Seite und dem Kältemittelkreislauf 10 auf der anderen Seite herstellbar. Zum anderen weist der Kältemittelkreislauf 10 hier einen Kondensator 34 auf, wobei das Kühlsystem 2 derart ausgebildet ist, dass mittels des Kondensators 34, alternativ oder zusätzlich zu dem Chiller 22, bedarfsweise eine Wärmeübertragungsverbindung zwischen dem Kühlmittelsystem 4 auf der einen Seite und dem Kältemittelkreislauf 10 auf der anderen Seite herstellbar ist. Hierzu ist der Kondensator 34 kühlmittelleitend in dem Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 angeordnet.
Der Kältemittelkreislauf 10 weist zusätzlich zu dem Chiller 22 und dem Kondensator 34 noch die folgenden weiteren Komponenten auf: einen Kompressor 36, einen weiteren Kondensator 38, einen Trockner 40, einen Verdampfer 42 sowie zwei Expansionsventile 44, 46 und ein Schaltventil 48. Die genannten Komponenten des Kältemittelkreislaufs 10 sind hier gemäß der Fig. 1 bis 8 miteinander verschaltet und wirken, zwecks Klimatisierung der Fahrgastzelle des Elektrofahrzeugs, in üblicher Art und Weise miteinander als eine Wärmepumpe zusammen.
Das Kühlmittelsystem 4 ist hier derart ausgebildet, dass in Abhängigkeit des Schaltzustands des Mehrwegeventils 26 alle der folgenden kühlmittelleitenden Verbindungen lediglich mittels des Mehrwegeventils 26 realisierbar sind: a) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers 22 mit der Batterie 14, b) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers 22 mit dem Powertrain 18, also der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, c) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers 22 mit dem Kühlluftradiator 20 und dem Powertrain 18, also der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, d) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers 22 mit der Batterie 14 und dem Powertrain 18, also der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, e) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers 22 mit der Batterie 14, dem Kühlluftradiator 20 und dem Powertrain 18, also der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor. Dies wird anhand der Fig. 2 bis 8 noch näher erläutert.
Im Nachfolgenden wird die Funktionsweise des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystem gemäß dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der Fig. 1 bis 8 näher erläutert.
Je nach Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2, also des Batterieteilkreislaufs 6, des Antriebsstrangteilkreislaufs 8 und des Kältemittelkreislaufs 10, sowie unter Berücksichtigung der Fahrsituation und der Umgebungstemperatur können die vorgenannten Kreisläufe Wärmequellen oder Wärmesenken des Kühlsystems 2 darstellen.
Die Effizienz des Gesamtsystems, also des Kühlsystems 2, kann durch ein bedarfsgerechtes Verbinden oder Trennen der einzelnen vorgenannten Kühlmittelkreisläufe verbessert werden. Dies geschieht erfindungsgemäß auf konstruktiv und fertigungstechnisch besonders einfache Art und Weise, bei gleichzeitig hoher Effizienz des Gesamtsystems.
Beispielsweise kann während der Fahrt die Batterie 14 im kalten Zustand effizient durch die Abwärme des Powertrains 18, nämlich der Leistungselektronik und des Elektromotors, aufgewärmt werden. Hierzu muss der Batterieteilkreislauf 6 kühlmittelleitend mit der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, also dem Powertrain 18, verbunden werden. Bei sehr hohen Umgebungstemperaturen ist jedoch ein Trennen von Batterieteil- und Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 6, 8 zwingend erforderlich, damit ausschließlich die hitzeempfindliche Batterie 14 mittels des Chillers 22 gekühlt werden kann. Insbesondere das Heizen des Innenraums, also der Fahrgastzelle, stellt eine große Herausforderung dar, da in einem Elektrofahrzeug, im Vergleich zu einem Fahrzeug mit Verbrennungsmotor, der Powertrain 18 für gewöhnlich zu wenig Abwärme erzeugt. Aus diesem Grund wird der Chiller 22 genutzt, um Wärme aus allen verfügbaren Wärmequellen des Kühlsystems 2 dem Kältemittelkreislauf 10, also der Wärmepumpe, zuzuführen. Dementsprechend muss die Abwärme aus der Batterie 14, dem Powertrain 18, oder aus einer Umgebungsluft, die mittels des Kühlluftradiators 20 an das Kühlmittel übertragen wird, je nach Verfügbarkeit dem Chiller 22 zugeführt werden, indem eine kühlmittelleitende Verbindung zwischen diesen Komponenten geschaffen wird.
Um die Abwärme aus der Batterie 14 und/oder dem Powertrain 18 und/oder aus der Umgebungsluft optimal unter Berücksichtigung aller denkbaren Fahrzustände und Umgebungsbedingungen kombinieren zu können, wird eine Vielzahl an kühlmittelleitenden Verbindungen zwischen der Batterie 14, dem Powertrain 18, dem Kühlluftradiator 20 und dem Chiller 22 benötigt. Dies ist erfindungsgemäß ermöglicht, bei gleichzeitig geringer baulicher Komplexität des Kühlsystems 2, also bei gleichzeitig geringer Anzahl benötigter Kühlmittelleitungen und Ventile. In der Fig. 1 ist das Kühlsystem 2 gezeigt, mit dem die oben genannten Kombinationen a) bis e) zur Nutzung von verschiedenen Wärmequellen des Kühlsystems 2 möglich sind.
Da die Kühlmittelheizung 30, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der Kühlmittelheizung 30 mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung vor dem Chiller 22 angeordnet, ist deren Wärme jederzeit zusätzlich zu der Abwärme über den Chiller 22 an den Kältemittelkreislauf 10 übertragbar. Außerdem ist die Umgehungsmöglichkeit für den Chiller 22 mittels der Chillerbypassleitung 24 gegeben, sodass Powertrain 18 und Batterie 14 direkt kühlmittelleitend verbunden werden können. Dies kann beispielsweise genutzt werden, um den Kältemittelkreislauf 10 in einem sogenannten Dreiecksprozess zu betreiben. Die hohe Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Abwärmenutzung sowie die weiteren benötigten Betriebsmodi, also Betriebszustände des Kühlsystems 2, würden sonst mindestens drei Standardkühlmittelventile erfordern, welche die Systemkosten und den Gesamtdruckverlust erhöhen und damit gleichzeitig die Systemeffizienz verringern würden. Gemäß der Erfindung, wie in dem Ausführungsbeispiel verwirklicht, ist die bauliche Systemkomplexität stark reduziert und die Systemeffizienz deutlich verbessert.
Die erfindungsgemäße Kombination der Komponenten des Kühlsystems 2, insbesondere des Mehrwegeventils 26, des Chillers 22 und der Chillerbypassleitung 24 ermöglicht die folgenden sechs Betriebsmodi des Kühlsystems 2.
In einem ersten Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 und einem dazu korrespondierenden Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 wird die Batterie 14 separat über den Chiller 22 gekühlt, während der Powertrain 18 mit dem Kühlluftradiator 20 in einem dazu parallelen Kühlmittelkreislauf verbunden ist. Siehe hierzu die Fig. 2. Die jeweils von Kühlmittel durchströmten Kühlmittelleitungen des Kühlmittelsystems 4 oder von Kältemittel durchströmten Kältemittelleitungen des Kältemittelkreislaufs 10 sind in den Fig. 1 bis 8 jeweils fett gezeichnet. Dieser erste Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 korrespondiert zu der oben genannten kühlmittelleitenden Verbindung a.
In einem zu dem vorgenannten Abwärmenutzungsfall alternativen zweiten Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 mit dazu korrespondierendem Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 wird die Batterie 14 separat über die Kühlmittelheizung 30 erwärmt, während der Powertrain 18 in einem parallelen Kühlmittelkreislauf unter Umgehung des Kühlluftradiators 20 mit dem Mehrwegeventil 26 verbunden ist. Siehe hierzu die Fig. 3. Dieser zweite Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 korrespondiert ebenfalls zu der oben genannten kühlmittelleitenden Verbindung a.
In einem dritten Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 mit dazu korrespondierendem Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 sind der Batterieteilkreislauf 6 und der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8, unter Umgehung des Kühlluftradiators 20, parallel realisiert, jedoch über den Chiller 22 gekoppelt. Dabei fungiert der Chiller 22 als Mischstrecke, das heißt, dass sich die Kühlmittelströme der beiden vorgenannten Kühlmittelkreisläufe in dem Chiller 22 überlappen und durchmischen. Siehe hierzu die Fig. 4. Der Kühlmittelstrom in dem Batterieteilkreislauf 6 ist zur leichteren Unterscheidung gepunktet dargestellt. Entsprechend korrespondiert der dritte Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 sowohl zu der vorgenannten kühlmittelleitenden Verbindung b und gleichzeitig zu der vorgenannten kühlmittelleitenden Verbindung d. Sind beide Kühlmittelpumpen 12, 16 in Betrieb, so entspricht dieser dritte Betriebsmodus des Kühlsystems 2 der kühlmittelleitenden Verbindung d. Wird die erste Kühlmittelpumpe 12 ausgeschaltet, so ergibt dies die kühlmittelleitende Verbindung b.
In einem vierten Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 mit dazu korrespondierendem Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 sind der Batterieteilkreislauf 6 und der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 parallel realisiert, jedoch wiederum über den Chiller 22 gekoppelt. Dabei fungiert dieser wieder als Mischstrecke, das heißt, dass die Kühlmittelströme der beiden vorgenannten Kreisläufe sich in dem Chiller 22 überlappen und durchmischen. In dem Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 wird der entsprechende Kühlmittelstrom danach durch den Kühlluftradiator 20 geleitet. Siehe hierzu die Fig. 5. Der Kühlmittelstrom in dem Batterieteilkreislauf 6 ist der Übersicht wegen wieder gepunktet dargestellt. Sind beide Kühlmittelpumpen 12, 16 in Betrieb, so entspricht dieser Betriebsmodus der vorgenannten kühlmittelleitenden Verbindung e. Wird die erste Kühlmittelpumpe 12 ausgeschaltet, so ergibt dies die vorgenannte kühlmittelleitende Verbindung c. Anhand des vorliegenden Betriebszustands gemäß der Fig. 5 sei hier beispielhaft auf die Durchströmung der Chillerbypassleitung 24 in der ersten Strömungsrichtung, also vom Chiller 24 in Richtung des Mehrwegeventils 26, hingewiesen. Siehe hierzu auch die diesbezüglichen Ausführungen zu dem sechsten Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß der Fig. 7.
In einem fünften Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 mit dazu korrespondierendem Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 bilden der Batterieteilkreislauf 6 und der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 mit dem Chiller 22 einen gemeinsamen Kühlmittelkreislauf. Der Kühlluftradiator 20 ist nicht kühlmittelleitend verbunden. Siehe hierzu die Fig. 6. Dieser fünfte Betriebszustand entspricht der vorgenannten kühlmittelleitenden Verbindung d.
In einem sechsten Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 mit dazu korrespondierendem Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils 26 bilden der Batterieteilkreislauf 6 und der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf 8 einen gemeinsamen Kühlmittelkreislauf, wobei der Kühlmittelstrom den Chiller 22 hierbei mittels der Chillerbypassleitung 24 umgeht. Auch der Kühlluftradiator 20 ist hier nicht kühlmittelleitend verbunden. Siehe hierzu die Fig. 7. Anhand des vorliegenden Betriebszustands gemäß der Fig. 7 sei hier beispielhaft auf die Durchströmung der Chillerbypassleitung 24 in der zweiten Strömungsrichtung, also von dem Mehrwegeventil 26 in Richtung der Batterie 14, hingewiesen. Siehe hierzu auch die diesbezüglichen Ausführungen zu dem vierten Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß der Fig. 5.
Das Rückschlagventil 28 in dem Batterieteilkreislauf 6 wird ausschließlich für den vierten Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 gemäß der Fig. 5 bei ausgeschalteter erster Kühlmittelpumpe 12 benötigt, der mit der vorgenannten kühlmittelleitenden Verbindung c korrespondiert, da hierbei ansonsten eine ungewollte Durchströmung der Batterie 14 von dem Mehrwegeventil 26 in Richtung der Batterie 14 möglich wäre. Gemäß der oben bereits erläuterten Variante des Kühlsystems 2 sieht der zu dem vierten Betriebszustand alternative siebte Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 vor, dass der Kühlmittelrücklauf von dem Mehrwegeventil 26 in die Batterie 14 mittels des Mehrwegeventils 26, also mittels eines zu dem siebten Betriebszustand des Kühlsystems 2 korrespondierenden Schaltzustands des Mehrwegeventils 26, verhindert wird. Siehe hierzu die Fig. 8. Bei der letztgenannten Variante des Kühlsystems 2 gemäß der Fig. 8 kann somit das Rückschlagventil komplett entfallen. Sofern bei anderen Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlsystems oder des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems ein zu dem vorgenannten vierten Betriebszustand analoger Betriebszustand nicht erforderlich ist, kann das vorgenannte Rückschlagventil ersatzlos entfallen. Entsprechend wäre dann auch eine Anpassung des Mehrwegeventils analog zu dem siebten Betriebszustand nicht erforderlich.
Aufgrund der Erfindung ist das funktional komplexe Kühlsystem 2 für ein Elektrofahrzeug mit dem Kühlmittelsystem 4 auf konstruktiv und fertigungstechnisch einfache Art und Weise realisierbar. Mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination mit dem Mehrwegeventil 26 und der Komponentenbypassleitung 24 ist es möglich, die Komponentenbypassleitung 24 für voneinander verschiedene Betriebszustände des Kühlmittelsystems 4 zu verwenden, da die Komponentenbypassleitung 24 in beide grundsätzlich möglichen Strömungsrichtungen mit dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Entsprechend ist die Anzahl an Kühlmittelleitungen und Ventilen wesentlich reduziert. Gleichzeitig ist mittels des Kühlsystems 2 die Effizienz gesteigert, da das Kühlmittelsystem 4 des Kühlsystems 2 mit wesentlich weniger Komponenten eine im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik höhere funktionale Komplexität ermöglicht. Entsprechend lassen sich mit dem einfach aufgebauten Kühlsystem 2, insbesondere des einfach aufgebauten Kühlmittelsystems 4, eine Vielzahl von Betriebszuständen, also Betriebsmodi des Kühlsystems 2, realisieren.
Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das vorliegende Ausführungsbeispiel begrenzt. Siehe hierzu beispielsweise die diesbezüglichen Ausführungen in der Beschreibungseinleitung. Im Unterschied zu dem erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiel kann es in anderen Ausführungsformen der Erfindung zum Beispiel vorgesehen sein, dass kein Kondensator analog zu dem Kondensator 34 des Ausführungsbeispiels vorhanden ist. Stattdessen kann der Kältemittelkreislauf lediglich einen Kondensator analog zu dem Kondensator 38 des Ausführungsbeispiels aufweisen. Ferner ist es denkbar, dass die Komponente gemäß dem Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 nicht als ein Chiller des Batterieteilkreislaufs, sondern als eine andere Komponente des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmittelsystems ausgebildet ist. Auch bei der letztgenannten Ausführungsform ist es selbstverständlich erfindungsgemäß, wenn neben der Komponente mit der Komponentenbypassleitung auch ein Chiller in dem Batterieteilkreislauf verwendet wird.

Claims

Kühlmittelsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug und Kühlsystem für ein Elektrofahrzeug mit einem Kühlmittelsystem und einem Kältemittelkreislauf Patentansprüche
1 . Kühlmittelsystem (4) für ein Elektrofahrzeug zum Umwälzen eines flüssigen Kühlmittels, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von mittels des Kühlmittels durchströmbarer Komponenten (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 30, 34), wobei die Komponenten (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 30, 34) mittels mindestens eines Ventils (26) und Kühlmittelleitungen (32) miteinander, zumindest in mindestens einer Untermenge, kühlmittelleitend verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Ventil (26) als lediglich ein einziges Mehrwegeventil ausgebildet ist und zu mindestens einer der von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbaren Komponenten (22) eine Komponentenbypassleitung (24) des Kühlmittelsystems (4) derart angeordnet ist, dass diese Komponente (22) mittels der Komponentenbypassleitung (24) mit dem Mehrwegeventil (26) derart kühlmittelleitend verbindbar ist, dass in einem ersten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils (26) sowohl die Komponentenbypassleitung (24) in einer ersten Strömungsrichtung als auch diese Komponente (22) von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar sind und in einem zweiten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils (26) die Komponentenbypassleitung (24) in einer zu der ersten Strömungsrichtung entgegengesetzten zweiten Strömungsrichtung im Bypass zu dieser Komponente (22) von dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist.
2. Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mehrzahl von Komponenten (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 30, 34) mindestens eine Untermenge der folgenden Komponenten eines Kühlsystems aufweist: Kühlmittelpumpe (12, 16), Batterie (14), Chiller (22), Kühlmittelheizung (30), Powertrain (18) mit einem Elektromotor und einer Leistungselektronik für den Elektromotor, Kühlluftradiator (20) zum Wärmeaustausch mit einer freien Umgebung, Kondensator (34). Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mehrzahl von Komponenten (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 30, 34) einen Chiller (22) aufweist, wobei die Komponentenbypassleitung (24) als eine Chillerbypassleitung ausgebildet ist und der Chiller (22) als die in dem zweiten Schaltzustand des Mehrwegeventils (26) mittels der Komponentenbypassleitung (24) im Bypass umströmbare Komponente ausgebildet ist, bevorzugt, dass ein als Chillerausgang ausgebildeter Komponentenausgang mittels der Komponentenbypassleitung (24) mit dem Mehrwegeventil (26) kühlmittelleitend verbindbar ist. Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mehrzahl von Komponenten (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 30, 34) auf mindestens zwei Kühlmittelkreisläufe (6, 8) des Kühlmittelsystems (4) verteilt angeordnet ist, wobei die mindestens zwei Kühlmittelkreisläufe (6, 8) mittels des Mehrwegeventils (26) miteinander kühlmittelleitend verbindbar sind, bevorzugt, dass zum einen eine erste Kühlmittelpumpe (12) und/oder die Batterie (14) und/oder der Chiller (22) und/oder die Kühlmittelheizung (30) in einem ersten Kühlmittelkreislauf (6) und/oder zum anderen eine zweite Kühlmittelpumpe (16) und/oder der Powertrain (18) und/oder der Kühlluftradiator (20) und/oder der Kondensator (34) in einem zweiten Kühlmittelkreislauf (8) angeordnet sind. Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Kühlmittelkreislauf (6) als ein Batterieteilkreislauf, mit dem Chiller (22), der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe (12), der, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe (12) mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe (12) angeordneten Batterie (14), und der zweite Kühlmittelkreislauf (8) als ein Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf, mit der zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe (16) und dem, bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe (16) mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der zweiten Kühlmittelpumpe (16) angeordneten Powertrain (18) und Kühlluftradiator (20) zur Kühlung des in dem Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf (8) strömenden Kühlmittels mit Umgebungsluft, ausgebildet sind. Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mehrwegeventil (26) derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf (8) in allen möglichen Schaltzuständen des Mehrwegeventils (26) und bei der Überführung des Mehrwegeventils (26) von einem dieser Schaltzustände in einen anderen dieser Schaltzustände unterbrechungslos mit dem Kühlmittel durchströmbar ist. Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, rückbezogen auf Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende der Chillerbypassleitung (24), bezogen auf eine Durchströmung des Chillers (22) und der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe (12) mit dem Kühlmittel, kühlmittelleitend in Strömungsrichtung nach dem Chillerausgang und vor einem Eingang der ersten Kühlmittelpumpe (12) angeordnet ist. Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Batterieteilkreislauf (6), bezogen auf eine Durchströmung der Batterie (14) mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach der Batterie (14) zusätzlich ein Rückschlagventil (28) derart angeordnet ist, dass das Rückschlagventil (28) lediglich eine Strömung des Kühlmittels von der Batterie (14) in Richtung des Mehrwegeventils (26) ermöglicht. Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Batterieteilkreislauf (6) zusätzlich eine Kühlmittelheizung (30) zur bedarfsweisen Beheizung der Batterie (14) aufweist, wobei die Kühlmittelheizung (30), bezogen auf eine Durchströmung des Chillers (22) mit dem Kühlmittel, in Strömungsrichtung nach dem Mehrwegeventil (26) und vor dem Chiller (22) angeordnet ist, bevorzugt, dass der Chiller (22) und die Kühlmittelheizung (30) in einer gemeinsamen Kühlmittelleitung (32) des Batterieteilkreislaufs (6) angeordnet sind, besonders bevorzugt, dass die Kühlmittelheizung (30) als eine elektrische Heizung ausgebildet ist. Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kühlmittelsystem (4) derart ausgebildet ist, dass in Abhängigkeit des Schaltzustands des Mehrwegeventils (26) die folgenden kühlmittelleitenden Verbindungen zumindest in einer Untermenge, bevorzugt alle, lediglich mittels des Mehrwegeventils (26) realisierbar sind: a) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers (22) mit der Batterie (14), b) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers (22) mit der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, c) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers (22) mit dem Kühlluftradiator (20), der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, d) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers (22) mit der Batterie (14), der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor, e) kühlmittelleitende Verbindung des Chillers (22) mit der Batterie (14), dem Kühlluftradiator (20), der Leistungselektronik und dem Elektromotor. Kühlsystem (2) für ein Elektrofahrzeug, umfassend einerseits ein Kühlmittelsystem (4) und andererseits einen Kältemittelkreislauf (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kühlmittelsystem (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 ausgebildet ist. Kühlsystem (2) nach Anspruch 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kältemittelkreislauf (10) zur Klimatisierung einer Fahrgastzelle des Elektrofahrzeugs und/oder zur Temperierung eines in dem Kühlmittelkreislauf (4) strömenden Kühlmittels ausgebildet ist. Kühlsystem (2) nach Anspruch 12, rückbezogen auf Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kühlsystem (2) derart ausgebildet ist, dass mittels des Chillers (22) bedarfsweise eine Wärmeübertragungsverbindung zwischen dem Kühlmittelsystem (4) auf der einen Seite und dem Kältemittelkreislauf (10) auf der anderen Seite herstellbar ist. Kühlsystem (2) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, rückbezogen auf Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kühlsystem (2) derart ausgebildet ist, dass mittels des Kondensators (34) bedarfsweise eine Wärmeübertragungsverbindung zwischen dem Kühlmittelsystem (4) auf der einen Seite und dem Kältemittelkreislauf (10) auf der anderen Seite herstellbar ist, bevorzugt, dass der Kondensator (34) kühlmittelleitend in dem Antriebsstrangteilkreislauf (8) angeordnet ist.
