For example, "connection" may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; "connection" may be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; "connection" may be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium; and "connection" may be an internal communication of two members. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in embodiments of the present application may be understood according to the specific situation.
  • In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and comprehensively in combination with the drawings in the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are merely some rather than all of embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on embodiments of the present application without creative effort shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
  • A gas-fired clothes dryer in the related art includes a casing, a clothes drying drum, a blower fan and a gas-fired heating device, an accommodating space is provided in the casing, and the clothes drying drum, the blower fan and the gas-fired heating device are all disposed in the accommodating space. The gas-fired heating device includes a gas valve, an inlet pipe, a burner, a combustion cylinder and an igniter, the gas valve is provided with an inlet and an outlet, the inlet is connected with the inlet pipe, and the outlet is connected with the burner. The burner is provided with a combustion-supporting air inlet and a spray nozzle, the combustion-supporting air inlet is arranged to enable the combustion-supporting air to enter the burner, and the combustion-supporting air and the fuel gas are mixed in the burner and then sprayed from the spray nozzle. Both the spray nozzle and the igniter are accommodated in the combustion cylinder, and the fuel gas sprayed from the spray nozzle is ignited by the igniter, heat generated by the combustion of the fuel gas heats the air in the combustion cylinder, and under the action of the blower fan, the heated air enters the clothes drying drum to dry the clothes in the clothes drying drum.
  • The fuel gas used in the gas-fired clothes dryer may be natural gas or liquefied gas, and the amount of combustion-supporting air required when natural gas and liquefied gas are combusted is quite different. When the same volume of natural gas and liquefied gas are combusted, the amount of combustion-supporting air required by liquefied gas is about three times the amount of combustion-supporting air required by natural gas, so the burners adapted to natural gas and liquefied gas are different in structure, and the combustion-supporting air inlet on the burner adapted to liquefied gas is larger than that on the burner adapted to natural gas.
  • When the gas-fired clothes dryer leaves factory, the burner mounted in the casing is adapted to natural gas, and if the user wants to use liquefied gas, the burner needs to be replaced. For replacing the burner, it is necessary to open the casing and move the clothes drying drum out of the accommodating space before replacing the burner, and the process is cumbersome.
  • This embodiment provides a gas-fired clothes dryer, where a mounting base is disposed in a housing, a gas-fired heating device is connected to a mounting frame, the mounting frame is detachably connected to the mounting base, and a maintenance port is provided on the housing, and the maintenance port directly faces the mounting base. For replacing a burner, the mounting frame is detached from the mounting base through the maintenance port, and then the gas-fired heating device and the mounting frame are moved out of the housing from the maintenance port to replace the burner on the gas-fired heating device, and the whole process is convenient and fast.
  • The principles and features of embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings. The cited examples are only used to explain the embodiments of the present application, and are not used to limit the scope of the embodiments of the present application.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, a gas-fired clothes dryer provided in embodiments of the present application includes a housing 100, a gas-fired heating device 300 and a mounting frame 400. An accommodating space is provided in the housing 100, and a mounting base 200 is disposed in the accommodating space. As shown in FIG. 2, the housing 100 has an operating side surface 101. The operating side surface 101 is disposed toward the user. A maintenance port 102 (as shown in FIG. 1) is provided on the operating side surface 101, and the maintenance port 102 is connected with the accommodation space and directly faces the mounting base 200.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 1, the gas-fired heating device 300 is connected to the mounting frame 400. The gas-fired heating device 300 includes a burner 301, and the burner 301 is detachably connected to the mounting frame 400. The mounting frame 400 is detachably connected to the mounting base 200. The maintenance port 102 also directly faces the gas-fired heating device 300 and the mounting frame 400, and the gas-fired heating device 300 and the mounting frame 400 can pass through the maintenance port 102.
  • When the burner 301 needs to be replaced, the mounting frame 400 is detached from the mounting base 200 through the maintenance port 102, then the gas-fired heating device 300 and the mounting frame 400 are moved out of the housing 100 from the maintenance port 102. The burner 301 is detached from the mounting frame 400, and the burner 301 to be used is mounted on the mounting frame 400. Then the mounting frame 400 and the gas-fired heating device 300 are moved from the maintenance port 102 into the accommodating space, and the mounting frame 400 is assembled on the mounting base 200 through the maintenance port 102.
  • In the process of replacing the burner 301, there is no need to open a casing and remove a clothes drying drum, the whole process is convenient and fast, the maintenance time is saved and the maintenance cost is reduced.
  • The mounting base 200 described above may be disposed on an inner sidewall of the housing 100 or at a bottom of the accommodating space. With continued reference to FIG. 1, in the implementation that the mounting base 200 is disposed at the bottom of the accommodating space, a fixing plate may be disposed at a bottom of the mounting base 200. The fixing plate may be parallel to the horizontal plane, and a fixing hole may be disposed on the fixing plate, and a fastening bolt is connected with the housing 100 after passing through the fixing hole, so that the base may be detachably connected to the housing 100. Of course, the mounting base 200 may also be welded on the housing 100. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG.4, a supporting plate 201 may be provided on a top of the mounting base 200. The mounting base 200 is also provided with a connecting sidewall 202. The connecting sidewall 202 is located below the supporting plate 201, and the connecting sidewall 202 is adjacent to the supporting plate 201, and the connecting sidewall 202 is disposed toward the maintenance port 102. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the mounting frame 400 may include a first connecting plate 401 and a second connecting plate 402. The first connecting plate 401 is parallel to the supporting plate 201, and the second connecting plate 402 is disposed at a bottom of the first connecting plate 401. As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the first connecting plate 401 is attached to the supporting plate 201, and the second connecting plate 402 is attached to the connecting sidewall 202, and the fastening bolt is connected with the connecting sidewall 202 after penetrating the second connecting plate 402.
  • For replacing the burner 301, the fastening bolt is loosened, so that the second connecting plate 402 is detached from the connecting sidewall 202. Then the mounting frame 400 is held by hand and moved toward the maintenance port 102 to detach the mounting frame 400 from the mounting base 200 and move the mounting frame 400 out of the maintenance port 102. Since the gas-fired heating device 300 is connected to the mounting frame 400, the gas-fired heating device 300 is moved out of the maintenance port 102 together with the mounting frame 400, so as to facilitate the replacement of the burner 301 by maintenance personnel. After the replacement is finished, the mounting frame 400 is mounted on the mounting base 200 from the maintenance port 102.
  • In the implementation that the mounting base 200 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the housing 100, the mounting base 200 may have a second sidewall and a third sidewall. The second sidewall is away from the inner sidewall of the housing 100 where the mounting base 200 is located, the third sidewall is adjacent to the second sidewall, and the third sidewall faces the maintenance port 102. The mounting frame 400 may include a first connecting plate 401 and a second connecting plate 402. The first connecting plate 401 is adjacent to the second connecting plate 402, the first connecting plate 401 is attached to the second sidewall, and the second connecting plate 402 is attached to the third sidewall, and the fastening bolt is connected with the third sidewall after penetrating the second connecting plate 402.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 6, in the implementation that the mounting base 200 is disposed at the bottom of the accommodating space, a first clamping plate 403 may also be provided at the bottom of the first connecting plate 401. The first clamping plate 403 is perpendicular to the first connecting plate 401, and a notch 404 is provided at an end of the first clamping plate 403 away from the second connecting plate 402 (as shown in FIG. 9), and a top end of the notch 404 extends to the bottom of the first connecting plate 401. With continued reference to FIG. 3, the supporting plate 201 is provided with a first mounting hole 203, the first mounting hole 203 is arranged to allow the first clamping plate 403 to pass through, and the supporting plate 201 is clamped in the notch 404 (as shown in FIG. 4).
  • A width of the notch 404 described above in a direction perpendicular to the first connecting plate 401 is equal to a thickness of the supporting plate 201, so the supporting plate 201 may be just clamped in the notch 404, so that after the supporting plate 201 is clamped in the notch 404, it is not easy for a shake to occur between the first connecting plate 401 and the supporting plate 201, thereby making the connection between the mounting frame 400 and the mounting base 200 more stable.
  • For assembling the mounting frame 400 and the mounting base 200, the first clamping plate 403 is first moved above the first mounting hole 203, and then the mounting frame 400 is moved downward, so that the first clamping plate 403 is inserted into the first mounting hole 203 from top to bottom. After that, the mounting frame 400 is moved away from the maintenance port 102, so that the supporting plate 201 is clamped in the notch 404, thereby realizing the connection between the first connecting plate 401 and the supporting plate 201 and making the connection between the mounting frame 400 and the mounting base 200 more stable.
  • For detaching the mounting frame 400 from the mounting base 200, the mounting frame 400 is moved toward the maintenance port 102 to detach the supporting plate 201 from the notch 404, and then the mounting frame 400 is moved upward to detach the first clamping plate 403 from the first mounting hole 203, thereby detaching the mounting frame 400 from the mounting base 200, which is convenient and fast.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 3, further, the first mounting hole 203 may include a first hole section 204, a second hole section 205 and a third hole section 206. The first hole section 204, the second hole section 205 and the third hole section 206 are connected with each other, and distances between the first hole section 204 and the second connecting plate 402, between the second hole section 205 and the second connecting plate 402, and between the third hole section 206 and the second connecting plate 402 increase in sequence. In a direction perpendicular to the first clamping plate 403, a width of the third hole section 206 is equal to a thickness of the first clamping plate 403 so as to clamp the first clamping plate 403 in the third hole section 206. A width of the first hole section 204 is greater than a width of the third hole section 206, that is, the width of the first hole section 204 is greater than the thickness of the first clamping plate 403, and thus the first clamping plate 403 may be inserted into the first hole section 204 more easily. A width of the second hole section 205 decreases in a direction from the first hole section 204 to the third hole section 206, and a sidewall of the second hole section 205 may guide the first clamping plate 403, so that the first clamping plate 403 may move into the third hole section 206 along the sidewall of the second hole section 205 after be inserted into the first hole section 204, which makes the assembly of the mounting frame 400 and the mounting base 200 more convenient and fast.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 6, in the implementation that the mounting base 200 is disposed at the bottom of the accommodation space, a second clamping plate 405 may also be provided at the bottom of the first connecting plate 401. The second clamping plate 405 has a fixed end 406 and a movable end 407. The fixed end 406 is connected with the first connecting plate 401, the movable end 407 extends away from the second connecting plate 402, and there is an accommodating gap 408 between the second clamping plate 405 and the first connecting plate 401. The supporting plate 201 is provided with a second mounting hole, the second mounting hole is arranged to allow the second clamping plate 405 to pass through, and the supporting plate 201 is clamped in the accommodating gap 408.
  • For assembling the mounting frame 400 and the mounting base 200, the second clamping plate 405 is first moved above the second mounting hole, and then the mounting frame 400 is moved downward, so that the second clamping plate 405 is inserted into the second mounting hole from top to bottom. After that, the mounting frame 400 is moved toward a direction away from the maintenance port 102, so that the supporting plate 201 is clamped in the accommodating gap 408 (as shown in FIG. 4), thereby realizing the connection between the first connecting plate 401 and the supporting plate 201 and making the connection between the mounting frame 400 and the mounting base 200 more stable.
  • For detaching the mounting frame 400 from the mounting base 200, the mounting frame 400 is moved toward the maintenance port 102 to move the supporting plate 201 out of the accommodating gap 408, and then the mounting frame 400 is moved upward to move the second clamping plate 405 out of the second mounting hole, so as to detach the mounting frame 400 from the mounting base 200, which is convenient and fast.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 3, further, part of the first connecting plate 401 is concave downward to form a mounting groove 207, and a rabbet of the mounting groove 207 forms a second mounting hole. The second clamping plate 405 may be accommodated in the mounting groove 207, and a groove wall of the mounting groove 207 away from the second connecting plate 402 is provided with a third mounting hole 208. The third mounting hole 208 is located below the first connecting plate 401, a top end of the third mounting hole 208 may extend to the bottom of the first connecting plate 401, and the third mounting hole 208 is arranged to allow the second clamping plate 405 to pass through.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 6 and FIG. 9, the second clamping plate 405 described above may extend in a wave shape, and the second clamping plate 405 may have a wave trough and a wave peak. The second clamping plate 405 at the wave peak may abut against a bottom of the supporting plate 201 to reduce a contact area between the second clamping plate 405 and the supporting plate 201, thereby reducing the friction between the second clamping plate 405 and the supporting plate 201, so that for mounting/detaching the mounting frame 400 on/from the mounting base 200, less external force is needed, and it is easier to assemble the mounting frame 400 and mounting base 200.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 2, in some embodiments, a maintenance cover plate 103 may be disposed on the operating side surface 101. The maintenance cover plate 103 is arranged to close the maintenance port 102, and the maintenance cover plate 103 is detachably connected with the housing 100. For example, the maintenance cover plate 103 may be connected with the housing 100 by a fastening bolt.
  • When the burner 301 needs to be replaced, the maintenance cover plate 103 is opened to expose the maintenance port 102, and then the mounting frame 400 is detached from the mounting base 200 through the maintenance port 102, and the burner 301 is replaced.
