Claims (20)

  1. Artikelträger (90) zum Verpacken eines oder mehrerer Artikel (B), wobei der Artikelträger (90) eine Vielzahl von Primärplatten (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28; 112, 114, 116, 118, 122, 124) zum Formen einer röhrenförmigen Struktur umfasst, wobei die Vielzahl von Primärplatten (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28; 112, 114, 116, 118, 122, 124) eine erste Platte (14, 28; 122, 124) und eine zweite Platte (18, 24; 114, 118) einschließt, wobei die erste und zweite Platte (14/18, 28/24; 122/114, 124/118) voneinander beabstandet und zueinander entgegengesetzt angeordnet sind, wobei der Artikelträger (90) weiter eine Trennstruktur (P1, P2) umfasst, die sich zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Platte (14/18, 28/24; 122/114, 124/118) erstreckt, wobei die Trennstruktur (P1, P2) eine erste Trennplatte (66; 160) und eine erste Befestigungsplatte (68; 162) umfasst, wobei die erste Trennplatte (66; 160) mindestens zum Teil aus der ersten Platte (14, 28; 122) geformt und durch eine erste Faltlinie (69, 161) gelenkig mit der ersten Platte (14, 28; 122) verbunden ist, und die erste Befestigungsplatte (68; 162) aus einer der ersten Platte (14, 28; 122) und der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) geformt ist, wobei die erste Befestigungsplatte (68; 162) faltbar mit der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) durch einen Verbindungsabschnitt (66B, JP) der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) verbunden ist, wobei die erste Befestigungsplatte (68; 162) mindestens zum Teil durch eine Schnittlinie (71; 169) definiert ist, wenn der Artikelträger (90) in einer Form eines Zuschnitts (10; 110) ist, die Schnittlinie (71; 169) ein abschließendes Ende (Te) in der Nähe eines freien Endes (E1) der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) aufweist, die Schnittlinie (71; 169) eine gedachte Linie (N1) definiert, die durch das abschließende Ende (Te) der Schnittlinie (71; 169) durchgeht, wobei die gedachte Linie (N1) parallel zu der ersten Faltlinie (69, 161) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (66B, JP) eine geschwächte Linie (79, 167) umfasst, die von der gedachten Linie (N1) beabstandet ist.

Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (66B, JP) einen Bereich der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) umfasst, der sich zwischen der gedachten Linie (N1) und dem freien Ende (E1) der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) erstreckt, und wobei die geschwächte Linie (79, 167) von dem freien Ende (E1) der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) beabstandet ist.
  3. Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die geschwächte Linie (79, 167) parallel zu der gedachten Linie (N1) angeordnet ist.
  4. Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die geschwächte Linie (79, 167) aus einem oder mehreren Elementen geformt ist, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus einer Perforation, mindestens einem Schnitt, mindestens einem Halbschnitt, mindestens einer Öffnung, mindestens einer Faltlinie besteht.
  5. Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das freie Ende (E1) der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) auf einer gelenkigen Verbindung zwischen der ersten Trennplatte (14, 28; 122) und einer dritten Platte (16; 120) der Vielzahl von Primärplatten (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28; 112, 114, 116, 118, 122, 124) liegt.
  6. Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Trennstruktur (P1, P2) weiter eine zweite Trennplatte (62) und eine zweite Befestigungsplatte (64) umfasst, wobei die zweite Trennplatte (62) mindestens zum Teil aus der ersten Platte (14, 28) geformt und durch eine zweite Faltlinie (63) gelenkig mit der ersten Platte (14, 28) verbunden ist, wobei die zweite Befestigungsplatte (64) durch eine dritte Faltlinie (67) gelenkig mit der zweiten Trennplatte (62) verbunden ist.
  7. Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die dritte Faltlinie (67) von der zweiten Faltlinie (63) um einen ersten Abstand (L1) beabstandet ist, und der erste Abstand (L1) im Wesentlichen gleich einem Abstand zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Platte (14/18, 28/24) ist.
  8. Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die zweite Befestigungsplatte (64) mindestens zum Teil durch eine Schnittlinie (65) definiert ist, wenn sich der Träger (90) in einer Form eines Zuschnitts (10; 110) befindet, wobei die Schnittlinie (65) mindestens ein abschließendes Ende aufweist, das auf der dritten Faltlinie (67) liegt, und wobei die erste Faltlinie (69, 161) von der gedachten Linie (N1) um einen zweiten Abstand (L2) beabstandet ist, wobei der zweite Abstand (L2) kleiner als der erste Abstand (L1) ist.
  9. Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 6, wobei ein Teil der zweiten Befestigungsplatte (64) aus der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) geformt ist.
  10. Artikelträger (90) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die gedachte Linie (N1) von der ersten Faltlinie (69, 161) um einen Abstand beabstandet ist, der kleiner ist als ein Abstand zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Platte (14/18, 28/24; 122/114, 124/118).

Zuschnitt (10; 110) zum Formen eines Artikelträgers (90), wobei der Zuschnitt (10; 110) eine Vielzahl von Primärplatten (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28; 112, 114, 116, 118, 122, 124) zum Formen von Wänden einer rohrförmigen Struktur umfasst, wobei die Vielzahl von Primärplatten (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28; 112, 114, 116, 118, 122, 124) eine erste Platte (14, 28; 122, 124) und eine zweite Platte (18, 24; 114, 118) einschließt, wobei die erste und zweite Platte (14/18, 28/24; 122/114, 124/118) dazu konfiguriert sind, voneinander beabstandet und zueinander entgegengesetzt in einem Aufstellträger (90) angeordnet zu sein, wobei der Zuschnitt (10; 110) weiter eine Vielzahl von Sekundärplatten zum Formen einer Trennstruktur (P1, P2) umfasst, die dazu konfiguriert ist, sich zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Platte (14/18, 28/24; 122/114, 124/118) in einem Aufstellträger (90) zu erstrecken, wobei die Vielzahl von Sekundärplatten eine erste Trennplatte (66; 160) und eine erste Befestigungsplatte (68; 162) umfasst, die erste Trennplatte (66; 160) mindestens zum Teil aus der ersten Platte (14, 28; 122) geformt und durch eine erste Faltlinie (69, 161) gelenkig mit der ersten Platte (14, 28; 122) verbunden ist, und die erste Befestigungsplatte (68; 162) aus einer der ersten Platte (14, 28; 122) und der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) geformt ist, wobei die erste Befestigungsplatte (68; 162) faltbar mit der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) durch einen Verbindungsabschnitt (66B, JP) der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) verbunden ist, wobei die erste Befestigungsplatte (68; 162) mindestens zum Teil durch eine Schnittlinie (71; 169) definiert ist, die ein abschließendes Ende (Te) in der Nähe eines freien Endes (E1) der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) aufweist, die Schnittlinie (71; 169) eine gedachte Linie (N1) definiert, die durch das abschließende Ende (Te) der Schnittlinien (71; 169) durchgeht, wobei die gedachte Linie (N1) parallel zu der ersten Faltlinie (69, 161) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (66B, JP) eine geschwächte Linie (79, 167) umfasst, die von der gedachten Linie (N1) beabstandet ist.

Zuschnitt (10; 110) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die geschwächte Linie (79, 167) aus einem oder mehreren Elementen geformt ist, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus einer Perforation, mindestens einem Schnitt, mindestens einem Halbschnitt, mindestens einer Öffnung, mindestens einer Faltlinie besteht.

Zuschnitt (10; 110) nach Anspruch 11, wobei das freie Ende (E1) der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) auf einer ersten gelenkigen Verbindung (15; 121) zwischen der ersten Trennplatte (14, 28; 122) und einer dritten Trennplatte (16; 120) der Vielzahl von Primärplatten (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28; 112, 114, 116, 118, 122, 124) liegt.

Zuschnitt (10; 110) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Vielzahl von Sekundärplatten weiter eine zweite Trennplatte (62) und eine zweite Befestigungsplatte (64) umfasst, wobei die zweite Trennplatte (62) mindestens zum Teil aus der ersten Platte (14, 28) geformt und durch eine zweite Faltlinie (63) gelenkig mit der ersten Platte (14, 28) verbunden ist, wobei die zweite Befestigungsplatte (64) durch eine dritte Faltlinie (67) gelenkig mit der zweiten Trennplatte (62) verbunden ist.

Zuschnitt (10; 110) nach Anspruch 16, wobei die dritte Faltlinie (67) von der zweiten Faltlinie (63) um einen zweiten Abstand (L1) beabstandet ist, und der erste Abstand (L1) im Wesentlichen gleich einem Abstand zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Platte (14/18, 28/24) in einem Aufstellzustand ist.
  18. Zuschnitt (10; 110) nach Anspruch 17, wobei die zweite Befestigungsplatte (64) mindestens zum Teil durch eine Schnittlinie (65) definiert ist, die mindestens ein abschließendes Ende aufweist, das auf der dritten Faltlinie (67) liegt, und wobei die erste Faltlinie (69, 161) von der gedachten Linie (N1) um einen zweiten Abstand (L2) beabstandet ist, wobei der zweite Abstand (L2) kleiner als der erste Abstand (L1) ist.
  19. Zuschnitt (10; 110) nach Anspruch 16, wobei ein Teil der zweiten Befestigungsplatte (62) aus der ersten Trennplatte (66; 160) geformt ist.
