- the holding element can be designed so that it is no longer live when the electrical connection means are completely connected to each other. In such a scenario, a slight play can even be provided (for example of the order of a few tens of millimeters, or even a few millimeters between the face 17 and the support element 23.
- the holding element also plays the role of polarizer, or in other words poka-yoke. If the second electrical connection means 16 is incorrectly connected to the first electrical connection means 15, the holding element 20 does not return completely to its rest position or it returns insufficiently to its rest position, or even the holding element breaks, which can be easily detected visually or by means of checking the position of the holding element 20. Then, the luminous device 1 can be assembled to a motor vehicle. During operation of the vehicle, the light device may be subjected to vibrations.
- the holding element 20 secures the connection of the second electrical connection means 16 to the first electrical connection means 15, even in the presence of vibration. An involuntary disconnection of the printed circuit board 5 during a vehicle maintenance operation is also avoided. Since the holding element is made directly in the support, securing the electrical connection is obtained without providing any additional component in the light device. The luminous device remains compact and simple to manufacture.
