Abstract
Les modes de réalisation de la divulgation concernent un appareil de décodage vidéo et un procédé de prédiction de signes de coefficients de transformée sur un côté décodeur vidéo. Le procédé peut consister à recevoir un train de bits comprenant une séquence de bits de signalisation de signe pour un ensemble de coefficients de transformée candidats. Le procédé peut en outre consister à générer, par un processeur d'un décodeur, un ensemble de signes prédits pour l'ensemble de coefficients de transformée candidats associés à un bloc de transformée d'une trame vidéo à partir d'une vidéo. Le procédé peut également consister à décoder, par le processeur, la séquence de bits de signalisation de signe sur la base d'un ou de plusieurs contextes utilisés pour coder par entropie la séquence de bits de signalisation de signe pour obtenir une indication d'exactitude des signes prédits des coefficients de transformée candidats respectifs. Le procédé peut en outre consister à estimer, par le processeur, des signes d'origine pour l'ensemble de coefficients de transformée candidats sur la base de l'ensemble de signes prédits et de la séquence décodée de bits de signalisation de signe.
