BIJOU A PIERRES INTERCHANGEABLES
DEMANDE CORRESPONDANTE
La présente demande revendique la priorité de la demande de brevet antérieure Suisse N°CH070348/2021 déposée le 5 octobre 2021 au nom de M. David HOFMANN, le contenu de cette demande antérieure Suisse étant incorporé par référence en son entier dans la présente demande.
DOMAINE TECHNIQUE
La présente invention concerne un bijou, comme une bague, une boucle d'oreille, un piercing ou autre objet similaire, avec une pierre et/ou un chaton portant au moins une pierre.
SOMMAIRE DE L'INVENTION
Des anneaux, comme des bagues, portant une pierre sont connus de l'état de la technique. Typiquement, de tels anneaux ou bagues comprennent un corps de bague (sous une forme annulaire) portant un chaton dans lequel au moins une pierre est sertie.
Toutefois, un désavantage des produits connus est que l'anneau et la pierre sont fixés l'un à l'autre et ne peuvent pas être échangés de façon simple et sans posséder des outils particuliers et une compétence appropriée. En conséquence, il est nécessaire de posséder plusieurs bagues si l'on souhaite porter différentes pierres de couleurs et/ou formes différentes. Ce désavantage est identique pour une boucle d'oreille par exemple ou un autre bijou comme un collier ou un pendentif.
En conséquence, un but de la présente invention est d'améliorer les bijoux connus.
Un autre but de l'invention est de proposer un système permettant une personnalisation du bijou, par exemple de la bague ou autre bijou, ladite personnalisation étant facile a effectuer par le porteur ou la porteuse du bijou avec des moyens simples à mettre en œuvre.
Dans des modes d'exécution, l'invention concerne un objet comme un bijou comprenant au moins une pièce en forme de U (comme exemple non-limitatif), un levier pivotant sur un axe pour son articulation sur la pièce entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, et un deuxième support portant une pierre, ledit deuxième support étant destiné à s'insérer dans ladite pièce et à être maintenu dans ladite pièce par ledit levier en position fermée. De préférence l'insertion s'effectue de façon latérale. Une telle insertion permet une meilleure tenue et stabilité de l'assemblage par exemple.
Dans des modes d'exécution, le deuxième support est un chaton.
Dans des modes d'exécution, le chaton porte au moins une pierre, par exemple une pierre précieuse.
Dans des modes d'exécution, le levier et la pièce en forme de U comprennent des moyens de blocage pour maintenir le levier en position fermée.
Dans des modes d'exécution, le chaton et la pièce en forme de "U" ont des formes complémentaires de sorte qu'un fois le chaton inséré, il n'y a pas de rotation relative et le chaton et la pièce. Dans d'autres modes d'exécution, une telle rotation relative est possible.
Dans des modes d'exécution, les moyens de blocage sont des formes complémentaires.
Dans des modes d'exécution, le bijou comprend un anneau sur lequel est monté la pièce en forme de U et forme une bague. Dans des modes d'execution, le support comprend au moins un anneau permettant le passage d'une chaîne et l'objet forme un pendentif. En combinaison avec une chaine, ce mode d'exécution par exemple forme un collier. Le collier peut comprendre un ou plusieurs supports selon l'invention.
Dans des modes d'exécution, le support comprend au moins un clou destiné à traverser une oreille percée et l'objet forme une boucle d'oreille.
Dans des modes d'exécution, les parties du bijou sont en métal, de préférence en métal précieux. D'autres matières appropriées sont bien entendu possibles: synthétiques etc. La ou les pierres portées par un chaton sont précieuses, semi-précieuses ou non ou une combinaison.
Dans des modes d'exécution, l'invention concerne un ensemble comprenant au moins un bijou tel que décrit dans la présente demande et un ou plusieurs chatons portant des pierres différentes. On peut donc former des ensembles personnalisables avec une bague et/ou un pendentif et/ou une boucle d'oreille et un chaton ou une pluralité de chatons, les chatons pouvant être utilisés sur la bague, le pendentif ou la boucle. Les chatons peuvent être identiques, similaires ou différents (mêmes pierres ou non, tailles de pierre identique ou non, couleurs de pierres identiques ou non). Ces ensembles permettent de nombreuses combinaisons.
Dans des variantes, un support peut être formé pour recevoir plusieurs chatons pour former un bijou avec plusieurs pierres par exemple. Dans une autre variante, un chaton peut porter plusieurs pierres lui-même.

La figure 1 illustre un exemple d'un mode d'exécution de la présente invention, sous forme de bague. Les figures 2A/2B illustrent un autre mode d'execution de l'invention sous forme de collier/pendentif.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE
Dans un mode d'exécution, l'invention porte sur une bague 1 avec un chaton 3 interchangeable.
Plus précisément, selon un mode d'exécution de l'invention, un corps de bague (ou un anneau) 1 est destiné à être porté au doigt d'une personne. Cet anneau 1 a la fonction de support lié à la personne portant l'objet de l'invention et d'autres objets peuvent avoir la même fonction, par exemple d'autres modes d'exécution peuvent être une boucle d'oreille, un piercing, un pendentif etc. comme décrit ci-après.
Dans ce mode d'exécution, l'anneau 1 comprend une partie 5 en forme de "fer à cheval" ou de "U" ou une autre forme équivalente qui permet d’accueillir par insertion un chaton 3 amovible portant au moins une pierre 6. La partie 5 et/ou le levier 2 et le chaton 3 peuvent avoir des formes et/ou moyens complémentaires empêchant la rotation du chaton 3 une fois inséré. Alternativement, on peut prévoir que la rotation du chaton 3 est libre une fois inséré.
La partie 5 en forme de fer à cheval comprend en outre un système de fermeture comprenant un fermoir 2 (sous forme de levier) monté sur un axe 4 permettant la rotation dudit fermoir 2 entre une position ouverte ou déployée dans laquelle un chaton 3 peut être inséré dans la partie 5 ou retiré de ladite partie 5 et une position fermée dans laquelle le chaton est "enfermé" et maintenu dans la partie 5. Selon l'invention, le chaton 3 est l’element sur lequel une pierre 6 est montée par exemple par sertissage (ou par d'autres moyens équivalents comme le collage). Le chaton 3 est indépendant du corps de bague 1 et peut être échangé lorsque le fermoir 2 est déployé ouvrant ainsi la partie en forme de fer à cheval 5 et permettant l'insertion ou le retrait du chaton 3. Un chaton 3 peut bien entendu porter plus d'une pierre 6.
En conséquence, Il est facile de changer le chaton 3 sur le corps de bague 1 et de personnaliser la bague de cette façon. Plus précisément, la pierre 6 et le chaton 3 peuvent être facilement échangés par la personne portant la bague, par exemple pour montrer son humeur, ou le jour de la semaine, ou encore pour correspondre à une tenue ou à une couleur de tenue, ou encore en fonction de l'occasion (travail, évènement social ou sortie au restaurant par exemple). La personne porteuse peut donc posséder plusieurs pierres différentes montées sur des chatons "standard" et l'échange est rendu très facile par simple ouverture du fer à cheval 5, retrait du chaton 3 présent et insertion d'un autre chaton 3 portant une autre pierre 6.
Les pierres 6 montées sur les chatons 3 (p.ex. par sertissage, collage ou autre moyen équivalent) peuvent être différentes: couleur, forme, taille, matière etc. pour s'adapter au choix de la personne concernée au moment où elle va porter le bijou.
Le fermoir 2 et la partie 5 comprennent des moyens de blocage 7 - 8 par exemple des formes complémentaires assurant que le fermoir 2 reste en une position fermée stable (enfermant un chaton 3 dans le fer à cheval 5). De préférence, lorsque le fermoir atteint une position fermée, un "clic" se produit pour indiquer à l'utilisateur que le système est correctement fermé. On peut éventuellement prévoir des moyens supplémentaires de verrouillage du fermoir 2 en position fermée. Dans un autre mode d'execution illustre figures 2A et 2B, le bijou est un pendentif 10 pour un collier, la figure 2A illustrant un éclaté des parties formant le pendentif et la figure 2B illustrant un état monté.
Le pendentif 10 comprend un chaton 3' similaire au chaton 3 du mode d'exécution de la figure 1 (par exemple portant une ou plusieurs pierres). Le chaton 3' s'insère dans un support 11 qui est fermé par un fermoir 12 monté sur un axe, de façon similaire au mode d'exécution de la figure 1. Le support 11 a par exemple la forme d'un "U" ou d'un fer à cheval ou une autre forme équivalente. Un fois le chaton 3' inséré dans le support, le "U" est fermé au moyen du fermoir 12. La partie 11 et/ou le levier 12 et le chaton 3' peuvent avoir des formes et/ou moyens complémentaires empêchant la rotation du chaton 3' une fois inséré. Alternativement, on peut prévoir que la rotation du chaton 3' est libre une fois inséré. De préférence, des formes complémentaires sont prévues sur le support 11 et le fermoir 12 pour atteindre une position fermée stable et de préférence également, un "clic" est ressenti par l'utilisateur lorsque cette position fermée et stable est atteinte (voir figure 2B).
Le support 11 comprend de plus au moins un anneau 13 dans lequel une chaîne 30 (illustrée schématiquement dans les figures 2A et 2B comme passant à travers lesdits anneaux) est destinée à passer pour former un collier. Le support 11 peut comprendre un seul anneau 13 ou plus de deux anneaux 13 en fonction des circonstances (par exemple de la taille du pendentif 10 ou de la pierre 6).
Dans un autre mode d'exécution illustré figures 3A et 3B, le bijou est une boucle d'oreille 20, la figure 3A illustrant un éclaté des parties formant le pendentif et la figure 3B illustrant un état monté.
La boucle d'oreille 20 comprend un chaton 3" similaire au chaton 3 du mode d'exécution de la figure 1 ou au chaton 3' du mode d'exécution des figures 2A/2B. Le chaton 3" s'insère dans un support 21 par exemple en forme de "U" ou de "fer à cheval" qui est fermé par un fermoir 22 monté sur un axe, de façon similaire au mode d'exécution de la figure 1. Le support 21 et/ou le levier 22 et le chaton 3" peuvent avoir des formes et/ou moyens complémentaires empêchant la rotation du chaton 3" une fois inséré. Alternativement, on peut prévoir que la rotation du chaton 3" est libre une fois inséré. Le support 21 comprend un clou 23 pour son insertion dans une oreille percée afin d'être porté comme boucle d'oreille. Un fois le chaton 3" inséré dans le support 21 , ledit support 21 est fermé au moyen du fermoir 22. De préférence, des formes complémentaires sont prévues sur le support 21 et le fermoir 22 pour atteindre une position fermée stable et de préférence également, un "clic" est ressenti par l'utilisateur lorsque cette position fermée et stable est atteinte (voir figure 3B).
Dans des variantes, les chatons 3, 3' et 3" sont identiques de sorte que le même chaton 3/3/3'" peut être monté sur un anneau (configuration de bague, figure 1), un pendentif (configuration de collier, figures 2A/2B) ou un clou (configuration de boucle d'oreille, figures 3A/3B). On multiplie ainsi les possibilités de personnalisation des bijoux portés par une même personne.
Toutes matières appropriées peuvent être utilisées pour réaliser les parties du dispositif: par exemple métaux et/ou métaux précieux, alliages etc. et/ou toute matière équivalente.
Comme décrit ci-dessus, le principe de l'invention s'applique non seulement à une bague mais aussi à d'autres bijoux: pendentifs, colliers, boucles d'oreilles, piercings (en utilisant le clou 23 par exemple) etc.
Les modes d'exécution décrits dans la présente demande le sont à titre d'exemples illustratifs et ne doivent pas être considérés comme limitatifs. D'autres modes d'exécution peuvent faire appel à des moyens équivalents à ceux décrits par exemple. Les modes d'exécution peuvent également être combinés entre eux en fonction des circonstances, ou des moyens utilisés dans un mode peuvent être utilisés dans un autre mode.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Bijou comprenant au moins une pièce en forme de U (5, 11 , 21), un levier (2, 12, 22) monté sur un axe (4) pour son articulation sur la pièce (5, 11 , 21) entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, et un deuxième support (3, 3', 3") portant une pierre (6), ledit deuxième support (3, 3', 3") étant destiné à s'insérer dans ladite pièce (5, 11 , 21) et à être maintenu dans ladite pièce (5, 11 , 21) par ledit levier (2) en position fermée.
2. Bijou selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le deuxième support est un chaton (3, 3', 3").
3. Bijou selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le chaton (3, 3', 3") porte une pierre, par exemple une pierre précieuse.
4. Bijou selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lesquels le levier (2) et la pièce en forme de U (5,11 ,21) comprennent des moyens de blocage (7,8) pour maintenir le levier en position fermée.
5. Bijou selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel lesdits moyens de blocage sont des formes complémentaires.

7. Bijou selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le support (11) comprend au moins un anneau (13) permettant le passage d'une chaîne et formant un pendentif.

8. Bijou selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le support (21) comprend au moins un clou (23) destiné à traverser une oreille percée et formant une boucle d'oreille.
9. Bijou selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lesquels les parties dudit bijou sont en métal, de préférence en métal précieux.
10. Ensemble comprenant au moins un bijou selon l'une des revendications précédentes et un ou plusieurs chatons (3) portant des pierres (6) différentes.
