Claims (5)

  1. Verschlussgerät für eine Flasche mit einem Hals, umfassend eine Ausgießhülse (1), die so hergestellt ist, dass sie auf den Hals aufgesetzt werden kann, eine geschlossene Hülse (2) mit Befestigungsmittel an der Ausgießhülse, ein Siegelmittel (5), eine offene Hülse (6) und einen Indikationsring (8), wobei die geschlossene Hülse (2) und die offene Hülse (6) einen Hohlraum (7) bilden und der Indikationsring (8) mit einem ringförmigen Band (9) versehen ist, das vor dem ersten Öffnen in den Hohlraum (7) eingesetzt wird, wobei das genannte ringförmige Band (9) so hergestellt ist, dass es während des ersten Öffnens aus dem genannten Hohlraum (7) gelöst werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte ringförmige Band (9) die Rückkehr des Indikationsrings (8) in seine Ausgangsposition beim erneuten Verschließen der Flasche verhindert, indem das genannte ringförmige Band (9) an einer unteren Endfläche der offenen Hülse (6) anliegt.
  2. Verschlussgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Siegelmittel in Form eines Sockels (5) hergestellt ist, der im Hals der Flasche eingesetzt wird.
  3. Verschlussgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Außenhülle (10) aufweist, die die geschlossene Hülse (2) zumindest teilweise umschließt.
  4. Verschlussgerät gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenhülle (10) aus Polymermaterial besteht.
  5. Verschlussgerät gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenhülle (10) aus Metall besteht.
