Description

    Domaine technique de l'invention
  • L'invention relève du domaine des bracelets notamment destinés à être fixés à une montre ou un bijou.
  • Arrière-plan technologique
  • Dans le domaine de l'horlogerie ou dans le domaine de la joaillerie, il existe des bracelets réalisés entièrement ou partiellement en cuir, en fibres textiles tissées, ou encore en polymères, tels qu'en caoutchouc, et les besoins en matière de personnalisation se font de plus en plus sélectifs, notamment pour s'adapter aux souhaits des utilisateurs.
  • Certains bracelets peuvent présenter un effet fonctionnel comme une structure particulière pour favoriser l'évacuation de la transpiration ou encore une ou des charges fonctionnelles dans le bracelet en lui-même ayant diverses fonctions telle qu'une fonction antimicrobienne.
  • De tels bracelets comprenant un agent antibactérien sont connus et sont par exemple décrits dans le document DE20315119 . Selon ce document, le bracelet de montre en cuir comprend une bande intérieure en contact avec la peau du porteur réalisée dans un cuir traité pour présenter des propriétés antibactériennes. Ce bracelet présente l'avantage de ne pas développer de mauvaises odeurs, notamment en cas de transpiration.
  • On connait aussi des bracelets réalisés en matières plastiques et comprenant des principes actifs utilisés sous forme de microcapsules enrobées dans le matériau du bracelet. Dans la publication KR 20080003342 , l'agent fonctionnel est une vitamine. Dans la publication FR 2 842 107 , l'agent fonctionnel peut être un parfum, ou une dose médicamenteuse. La vitamine ou le médicament sont libérés par frottement du bracelet sur la peau et diffuseront dans l'organisme pour traiter le porteur du bracelet.
  • Toutefois, certains principes actifs incorporés dans le bracelet, tels que les agents antibactériens ou les parfums, peuvent devenir irritants pour la peau, surtout en cas de contact prolongé du bracelet sur la peau, et plus particulièrement dans des conditions chaudes et humides. En effet, de telles conditions favorisent une macération à l'interface de la peau et du bracelet, ce qui crée pour le porteur de la montre, une sensation très inconfortable. Cumulé aux frottements du bracelet contre la peau, le port d'un bracelet dans lequel sont incorporés des principes actifs peut provoquer à plus ou moins long terme des irritations de la peau. Le port du bracelet devient alors inconfortable voire impossible en cas de lésions importantes de la peau.

  • L'invention a notamment pour objectif de pallier les différents inconvénients des bracelets de l'art antérieur.
  • Plus précisément, un objectif de l'invention est de fournir un bracelet fonctionnel tissé ou tricoté dont toute ou partie des fils renferme des éléments fonctionnels
  • A cet effet, l'invention concerne un bracelet comprenant au moins un fil de chaîne et au moins un fil de trame, lesdits fils de de chaîne et de trame étant tissés de manière à créer une armure formant un bracelet. Selon l'invention, au moins un fil de trame et/ou de chaîne se présente sous la forme d'un fil microcapillaire agencé pour contenir au moins un élément fonctionnel.
  • Conformément à d'autres variantes avantageuses de l'invention :
    • le matériau de l'au moins un fil microcapillaire est choisi parmi : les FKM, PTFE, PEEK, TPE, PA, PP ou PC ;

    Description détaillée de l'invention
  • Dans le présent texte, le bracelet selon l'invention est décrit dans une de ses applications préférées, à savoir un bracelet de montre.
  • La figure 1 illustre une représentation schématique de dessus d'un bracelet 100 de montre selon l'invention.
  • Bien évidemment, le bracelet 100 peut avantageusement être utilisé dans d'autres applications sans que cela ne conduise à un changement de ses caractéristiques techniques. A titre d'exemple non limitatif, il peut prendre la forme d'une ceinture, d'un collier ou même d'une sangle de sac à main par exemple.
  • La figure 1 illustre un brin d'un bracelet selon un exemple préféré de réalisation de la présente invention. Le bracelet est tissé ou tricoté, comprend une face supérieure et une face inférieure, et est formé par au moins un fil de chaîne 1 et au moins un fil de trame 2.
  • Le ou les « fils de chaîne » 1 sont les fils longitudinaux, tendus d'un bout à l'autre du métier à tisser et forment le châssis du bracelet.
  • Le ou les fils de « trame » 2 sont constitués d'un fil continu, enroulé autour d'une navette et qui navigue au-dessus et au-dessous des fils de chaîne.
  • Selon un aspect particulièrement avantageux de l'invention, au moins un fil de trame 1 et/ou un fil de chaîne 2 se présente sous la forme d'un fil microcapillaire agencé pour contenir au moins un élément fonctionnel.
  • On peut par exemple réaliser un bracelet entièrement obtenu à partie de fils microcapillaires ou un bracelet obtenu à partir de fils textiles ou synthétiques et de fils microcapillaires. Ainsi, au moins un fil de chaine est un fil textile ou fil synthétique et au moins un fil de trame est un fil microcapillaire, ou inversement.
  • Comme le montre la vue de la figure 1, le bracelet 100 comprend une face extérieure, ou face supérieure, et une face intérieure, ou face inférieure, qui est destinée à être en contact avec le poignet d'un porteur lorsque le bracelet est porté.
  • Le fil microcapillaire est réalisé en un matériau parmi : les fluoroélastomères (FKM), le polytétrafluoroéthylène (PTFE), le polyétheréthercétone (PEEK), les élastomères thermoplastiques (TPE), les polyamides (PA), les polypropylène (PP) ou les polycarbonates (PC).
  • Le fil microcapillaire est réalisée dans un matériau transparent ou translucide ou opaque, le choix sera généralement guidé par la fonction de l'élément fonctionnel.
  • Le diamètre de l'au moins un fil microcapillaire présente un diamètre extérieur inférieur à 0.25mm et un diamètre intérieur compris entre 0.10mm et 0.20mm, le fil microcapillaire présentant ainsi un volume interne dans lequel est encapsulé au moins un élément fonctionnel.
  • Le ou les fils micropcapillaires sont agencés pour recevoir au moins un élément fonctionnel contenu dans le volume interne du fil microcapillaire, le fil étant obturé de manière étanche à l'aide d'un joint à chacune de ses extrémités. Le joint peut être réalisé via une soudure ou de la colle par exemple.
  • Selon un premier mode de réalisation, le fil microcapillaire contient des sels liquides ioniques. Les sels ioniques font partie des matériaux à changement de phase et permettent une transition de phase dans une gamme de température comprise entre 27°C et 32°C dans le cadre de l'invention. Un tel agencement permet de réguler la température au niveau de la peau, lorsque les sels sont chauffés par la température corporelle ces dernier fondent en absorbant la chaleur. Il est à noter que l'inverse est également possible, à savoir d'obtenir une sensation de chaleur au lieu de d'une sensation de fraicheur.
  • Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation, le fil microcapillaire contient un fluide avec des microparticules en suspensions pour obtenir un effet esthétique particulier. Les particules en suspension sont diverses et variées, on peut imaginer des paillettes métalliques, des grains de sables, des microbilles, des particules luminescentes, etc ...
  • Des micropompes peuvent également y être ajoutées de manière à mettre les particules en mouvement.
  • Toujours dans l'objectif d'obtenir un effet esthétique particulier ou surprenant, les fils de de chaîne et de trame sont tissés de manière à créer une armure avec au moins un motif, l'au moins un motif étant formé par au moins un fil de trame microcapillaire de manière à mettre le motif obtenu en valeur par rapport au reste du bracelet.
  • Le motif réalisé peut prendre la forme d'un logo, d'un caractère alphanumérique, ou encore d'un dessin/ornement.
  • Selon un troisième mode de réalisation, le fil microcapillaire contient un fluide associé à au moins une micropompe permettant la mise sous-pression du fluide présent dans le fil microcapillaire. A cet effet, le fil microcapillaire est sélectionné dans une matière élastomère souple, de préférence avec une dureté shore inférieure à 80 shore A et est rempli de liquide à 90% de son volume interne. La mise sous-pression du fluide dans le fil microcapillaire via la micropompe permet de rigidifier le ou les fils microcapillaires et ainsi de resserrer la structure formant le bracelet et d'ajuster le micro-serrage du bracelet. Il est également possible de maintenir le bracelet sous pression lorsqu'il fait chaud et les micropompes sont activées pour relâcher la pression et permettre un gain de confort lorsque le bracelet sert moins fort le poignet du porteur. Un tel effet peut être associé à la sensation de fraicheur des sels ioniques pour augmenter le gain de confort.
  • Selon un quatrième mode de réalisation, le fil microcapillaire contient un fluide avec des particules variochromique. Un tel agencement permet d'avoir une indication en temps réel de la température corporelle, la couleur du fluide pouvant être associée à un seuil de température. Ainsi pour une température corporelle comprise entre 35°C et 37°C le fluide peut présenter une couleur bleue, entre 38°C et 39°C une couleur orange et une couleur rouge au-dessus de 40°C.
  • Ainsi grâce à ces caractéristiques, il est possible d'obtenir un bracelet tissé ou tricoté présentant une ou plusieurs fonctions. Les différents modes de réalisation ont été décrits séparément, mais rien n'empêche l'homme du métier de combiner différentes fonctions. Par exemple, un bracelet peut comprendre plusieurs fils microcapillaires dans lesquels est encapsulé un fluide avec des sels ioniques et plusieurs fils microcapillaires comprenant un fluide associé à une micropompe.
  • L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un bracelet conforme à l'invention, comprenant les étapes suivantes :

    • tisser l'au moins un fil de chaîne 1 et l'au moins un fil de trame 2 pour former un ruban ;
    • dimensionner le ruban aux dimensions souhaitées pour obtenir un brin de bracelet ;
    • remplir l'au moins un fil microcapillaire d'au moins un élément fonctionnel ;
    • sceller le fil microcapillaire au moyen d'un joint au niveau de chaque extrémité de l'au moins un fil microcapillaire.

Claims (9)

  1. Bracelet (100) comprenant au moins un fil de chaîne et au moins un fil de trame, lesdits fils de de chaîne et de trame étant tissés de manière à créer une armure formant un bracelet, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un fil de trame (1) et/ou de chaîne (2) se présente sous la forme d'un fil microcapillaire agencé pour contenir au moins un élément fonctionnel.
  2. Bracelet (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le matériau de l'au moins un fil microcapillaire est choisi parmi : les FKM, PTFE, PEEK, TPE, PA, PP ou PC.
  3. Bracelet (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le diamètre de l'au moins un fil microcapillaire présente un diamètre extérieur inférieur à 0.25mm et un diamètre intérieur compris entre 0.10mm et 0.20mm.
  4. Bracelet (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit élément fonctionnel contenu dans l'au moins un fil microcapillaire est choisie parmi : des sels liquides ioniques, des fluides avec des microparticules en suspensions, des fluides variochromiques, ou des micropompes.
  5. Bracelet (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'au moins un fil microcapillaire est souple et présente une dureté shore inférieure à 80 shore A.
  6. Bracelet (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'au moins un microcapillaire est transparent ou translucide ou opaque.
  7. Bracelet (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel lesdits fils de de chaîne et de trame microcapillaire sont tissés de manière à créer une armure avec au moins un motif, ledit au moins un motif étant formé par l'au moins un fil de trame microcapillaire.
  8. Bracelet (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel au moins fil de chaine est un fil textile ou fil synthétique et au moins un fil de trame est un fil microcapillaire, ou inversement.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un bracelet (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - fournir au moins un fil de chaîne (1) et au moins un fil de trame (2), au moins le fil de trame étant le fil microcapillaire ;
    - tisser l'au moins un fil de chaîne et l'au moins un fil de trame pour former un ruban ;
    - dimensionner le ruban aux dimensions souhaitées pour obtenir un brin de bracelet ;
    - remplir l'au moins un fil microcapillaire d'au moins un élément fonctionnel et sceller le fil microcapillaire ;
    - sceller le fil microcapillaire au moyen d'un joint au niveau de chaque extrémité de l'au moins un fil microcapillaire.
