Abstract

An electronic cigarette includes an atomizing body and an atomizing core disposed inside the atomizing body to absorb and atomize e-liquid. The atomizing body includes a first e-liquid chamber, a second e-liquid chamber, and an e-liquid delivery section. The e-liquid delivery section is disposed between the first e-liquid chamber and the second e-liquid chamber. Description

  • The disclosure relates to an electronic cigarette comprising an e-liquid chamber.
  • The conventional electronic cigarettes are typically pre-filled with factory-configured e-liquid and subsequently packaged and transported for retail sales or the e-liquid is temporarily filled by users for use. The conventional electronic cigarettes typically have a single sealing ring within an e-liquid chamber and lacks additional sealing measures between the atomizing core and the air passage. The design results in potential e-liquid leakage during transportation due to road vibrations and external forces. Additionally, prolonged periods of inactivity of electronic cigarettes lead to the infiltration of dust and humid air into the atomizing core and the air passage through pores, resulting in deterioration of the e-liquid, rust formation and dust accumulation. These issues impact the performance of the atomizing core and bring health risks to users.
  • The operation of manual e-liquid filling by users necessitates technical expertise, involving the disassembling and reassembling of atomizer components, which is a cumbersome process.
  • To solve the aforesaid problems, the disclosure provides an electronic cigarette comprising an e-liquid chamber.
  • The electronic cigarette comprises an atomizing body and an atomizing core; the atomizing core is disposed inside the atomizing body to absorb and atomize e-liquid. The atomizing body comprises a first e-liquid chamber, a second e-liquid chamber, and an e-liquid delivery section. The e-liquid delivery section is disposed between the first e-liquid chamber and the second e-liquid chamber, so that the first e-liquid chamber is in fluid communication with the second e-liquid chamber. The atomizing core is disposed within the first e-liquid chamber to absorb and atomize the e-liquid stored in the first e-liquid chamber. The e-liquid delivery section comprises a sealing component movable between a first position and a second position. The first position is where the sealing component seals the e-liquid delivery section and thus isolates the first e-liquid chamber and the second e-liquid chamber. The second position is where the sealing component is disconnected from the e-liquid delivery section, allowing the first e-liquid chamber and the second e-liquid chamber to communicate with each other.
  • While using the electronic cigarette of the disclosure, the e-liquid is directed from the second e-liquid chamber to the first e-liquid chamber by opening or closing the e-liquid delivery section, thus allowing for e-liquid refilling and enhancing the user experience.

  • To further illustrate the disclosure, embodiments detailing an electronic cigarette comprising an e-liquid chamber are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.
  • In this disclosure, unless otherwise defined, the terms "connected", "fixed", etc. should be broadly understood, for example, they can be directly connected, indirectly connected through intermediates, connected within two components, or the interaction relationship between two components. For ordinary technical personnel in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in this disclosure can be understood based on specific circumstances.
  • In this disclosure, "connectivity" refers to fluid connectivity, where fluids (including liquids and/or gases) can flow from one component to another. In addition, in this disclosure, the connection between two components can refer to direct connection between two components, for example, at least partially aligned between two holes, or connected through intermediates.
  • In this disclosure, the terms used in the description of various examples are only for the purpose of describing specific examples, and are not intended to be restrictive. Unless the context explicitly states otherwise, if the number of elements is not specifically limited, the element can be one or multiple. In addition, the terms "and/or" used in this disclosure cover any and all possible combinations of the listed items.
  • The disclosure provides an electronic cigarette 100 comprising an e-liquid chamber. The electronic cigarette 100 comprises an atomizing body 10 and an atomizing core 30. The atomizing core 30 is disposed inside the atomizing body 10 to absorb and atomize e-liquid. The atomizing body 10 comprises a first e-liquid chamber 21, a second e-liquid chamber 22, and an e-liquid delivery section 23. The e-liquid delivery section 23 is disposed between the first e-liquid chamber 21 and the second e-liquid chamber 22, so that the first e-liquid chamber 21 is in fluid communication with the second e-liquid chamber 22. The atomizing core 30 is disposed within the first e-liquid chamber 21 to absorb and atomize the e-liquid stored in the first e-liquid chamber 21. The e-liquid delivery section 23 is opened and closed; when the e-liquid delivery section 23 is open, the first e-liquid chamber 21 is in fluid communication with the second e-liquid chamber 22; and when the e-liquid delivery section 23 is closed, the first e-liquid chamber 21 is isolated from the second e-liquid chamber 22. Before using the electronic cigarette, the e-liquid is stored only in the second e-liquid chamber, preventing contact with the atomizing core during storage and transportation, prolonging the service life of the atomizing core while preventing e-liquid leakage; the electronic cigarette further comprises a push-pull rod 43; when using the electronic cigarette, the push-pull rod 43 is used to manage the opening and closing of the e-liquid delivery section 23. The management transfers the e-liquid from the second e-liquid chamber to the first e-liquid chamber, reducing the risk of e-liquid leakage during transportation and satisfying the user's durability expectations; even during extended non-use, there is no concern about e-liquid contamination, ultimately enhancing the user experience.
  • The atomizing body 10 further comprises a first cover 10a and a second cover 10b.
  • In certain embodiments of the disclosure, the end face of the e-liquid delivery section 23 have different shapes, including but not limited to circular, elliptical, square, triangular, racetrack-shaped, rectangular, quadrilateral, polygonal, or irregular shapes, preferably the circular shape; the e-liquid delivery section 23 has a diameter of 8-10 mm, such as 8.0 mm, 8.5 mm, 9.0 mm, 9.5 mm, or 10.0 mm, preferably 8.5 mm. In an alternative preferred embodiment of the disclosure, the e-liquid delivery section 23 is circular for ease of manufacturing, offering a maximal area relative to a minimal perimeter, thereby mitigating the risk of e-liquid leakage with a reduced contact surface effectively minimizing the hazard of e-liquid leakage.
  • Further, the e-liquid delivery section 23 comprises an interior cavity having different shapes, including but not limited to cylindrical, trapezoidal, and gourd-shapes. In some embodiments, the interior cavity of the e-liquid delivery section 23 is cylindrical, offering the advantages of ease of manufacturing and high production efficiency. In other embodiments, the e-liquid delivery section 23 is trapezoidal and comprises a narrow end disposed near the second e-liquid chamber 22, which controls the area of the e-liquid delivery section 23, reducing the risk of e-liquid leakage. The e-liquid delivery section 23 comprises a wide end disposed near the first e-liquid chamber 21, maintaining a smooth e-liquid delivery. In certain embodiments, the e-liquid delivery section 23 is gourd-like and comprises a narrow end disposed near the second e-liquid chamber 22, possessing the advantages of the trapezoidal shape; the difference is that the gourd-like e-liquid delivery section 23 further comprises a narrow end disposed near the first e-liquid chamber 21 to prevent excessive accumulation of the e-liquid within the e-liquid delivery section 23, thereby ensuring unused e-liquid does not go to waste by being inaccessible to the atomizing core 30.
  • In some embodiments, the e-liquid delivery section 23 further comprises a one-way valve used to prevent the e-liquid from the first e-liquid chamber 21 from flowing backward into the second e-liquid chamber 22, improving the efficiency of e-liquid utilization and preventing e-liquid residue within the second e-liquid chamber 22. In certain embodiments, the e-liquid delivery section 23 further comprises a permeable membrane used to prevent irregular filling due to the formation of bubbles, ensuring a consistent and smooth e-liquid delivery.
  • Notably, a relative placement of the first e-liquid chamber 21 and the second e-liquid chamber 22 is flexible, as long as two conditions are met: first, the first e-liquid chamber 21 communicate with the second e-liquid chamber 22, and second, the atomizing core 30 is disposed within the first e-liquid chamber 21.
  • In certain embodiments, the e-liquid delivery section 23 comprises a sealing component 41 movable between a first position 41a and a second position 41b. The first position 41a is where the sealing component 41 returns to seal the e-liquid delivery section 23 and thus isolates the first e-liquid chamber 21 and the second e-liquid chamber 22. The second position 41b is where the sealing component 41 moves from the e-liquid delivery section 23, allowing the first e-liquid chamber 21 and the second e-liquid chamber 22 to communicate with each other.
  • In certain embodiments, the first e-liquid chamber 21 is disposed above the second e-liquid chamber 22; when the sealing component 41 is moved from the second position 41b to the first position 41a, the electronic cigarette 100 is inverted, facilitating the gravitational flow of the e-liquid from the second e-liquid chamber 22 into the first e-liquid chamber 21; subsequently, by shaking the electronic cigarette 100, the e-liquid is directed into the atomizing core 30.
  • In certain embodiments, the second e-liquid chamber 22 is disposed above the first e-liquid chamber 21; when the sealing component 41 is moved from the second position 41b to the first position 41a, there is no need to invert the electronic cigarette 100; gravity causes the e-liquid in the second e-liquid chamber 22 to flow into the first e-liquid chamber 21, and then, by shaking the electronic cigarette 100, the e-liquid enters the atomizing core 30.
  • Understandably, a distance between the first position 41a and the second position 41b is undefined. In certain embodiments, the electronic cigarette further comprises an elastic element 44 connected to the sealing component 41; and the compression ratio of the elastic element 44 is adjusted to position the sealing component 41 anywhere between the first position 41a and the second position 41b.
  • Notably, the sealing component 41 is disposed at one end of the e-liquid delivery section 23 or inside the e-liquid delivery section 23. The sealing component 41 is disposed at one end of the e-liquid delivery section 23 and offers the advantage of simpler assembly and better sealing effectiveness compared to be positioned inside the e-liquid delivery section 23. Further, the sealing component 41 is disposed at one end of the facing the first e-liquid chamber 21 or at the other end of the e-liquid delivery section 23 facing the second e-liquid chamber 22.
  • The sealing component 41 comprises an elastic gel with a high density. The term "elastic gel" as used herein, refers to a material that deforms under external forces but quickly reverts to its original form upon removal of the external forces. The elastic gel is used to enhance the adherence of the sealing component 41 to the end face of the e-liquid delivery section 23. The elastic gel comprises rubber, silicone gel, latex, or plastics. In certain embodiments, given that the sealing component 41 is in long-term contact with the e-liquid, food-grade rubber is the preferred choice to ensure product safety while concurrently optimizing hardness, sealing efficacy, and cost-efficiency.
  • Notably, the atomizing core 30 is disposed within the first e-liquid chamber 21. In certain embodiments, before using the electronic cigarette, the first e-liquid chamber 21 is empty because the e-liquid is stored in the second e-liquid chamber 22, ensuring separation from the atomizing core 30 during transportation.
  • The e-liquid delivery section 23 is disposed between the first e-liquid chamber 21 and the second e-liquid chamber 22. The sealing component 41 is movable to close or open the e-liquid delivery section 23. When not in use, the sealing component 41 separates the first e-liquid chamber 21 from the second e-liquid chamber 22 to prevent e-liquid contamination or leakage. During use, the sealing component 41 is opened, allowing the e-liquid from the second e-liquid chamber 22 to enter the first e-liquid chamber 21; the e-liquid from the first e-liquid chamber 21 is then directed to the atomizing core 30 for aerosol production. The design prevents e-liquid contamination and leakage during transportation and enables immediate use without disassembly, meeting user needs for extended usage and an improved experience.
  • In certain embodiments, the push-pull rod 43 is disposed on the sealing component 41 to regulate the motion of the sealing component 41. When an external force is applied, the push-pull rod 43 shifts the sealing component 41 from the first position 41a to the second position 41b. The push-pull rod 43 protrudes partially from the atomizing body 10, enabling the user to adjust the position of the sealing component 41 by pushing or pulling, thus controlling the operation of the e-liquid delivery section 23. The electronic cigarette, comprising the push-pull rod, is compact, reliable, and efficient to produce.
  • Notably, the push-pull rod 43 is not limited to the motion depicted in the figures. The push-pull rod 43 is pushed, allowing the sealing component 41 to open the e-liquid delivery section 23, or pulled inward, allowing the sealing component 41 to open the e-liquid delivery section 23.
  • Further, the push-pull rod 43 comprises a locking mechanism used to keep the sealing component 41 at the second position 41b. When further pushed, the locking mechanism is released, allowing the push-pull rod 43 to return the sealing component 41 to the first position 41a. The design simplifies the overturning operation of the atomizer for users, no need for prolonged pressing and thus improving the user experience.
  • In certain embodiments, the locking mechanism is a friction block that creates a frictional force against the push-pull rod 43, maintaining the suspension of the sealing component 41. The precise positioning and structure of the friction block are not explicitly specified, as long as the friction block serves the intended purpose. In an alternative preferred embodiment of the disclosure, the friction block is disposed within the interior cavity of the e-liquid delivery section 23 and comprises a rough-surfaced material to enhance static friction.
  • In certain embodiments, the locking element is a latching device comprising an elastic snap-fit structure. As the push-pull rod 43 moves inside the interior cavity of the atomizer, the elastic snap-fit structure is compressed and deforms, thereby locking the push-pull rod 43 at the second position 41b. And further pressing releases the locking state, allowing the push-pull rod 43 to revert to its original position, holding the sealing component 41 at the first position 41a.
  • In certain embodiments, the elastic element 44 is used to control the reset of the sealing component 41; alternatively, the push-pull rod 43 is deformable under external forces and resilient when the external forces are removed. The inherent resilience, present in the elastic element 44 or the push-pull rod 43, enables automatic retraction. The design ensures the automatic sealing of the e-liquid delivery section 23 after use, thereby enhancing sealing performance and maintaining the quality of the e-liquid in the second e-liquid chamber 22. The elastic element 44 comprises a spring, a resilient plate, or an elastic gel.
  • In certain embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the push-pull rod 43 comprises a rod body 43b and a cap 43a; the rod body 43b comprises a distal end away from the sealing component 41; the cap 43a is disposed at the distal end of the rod body 43b; the rod body 43b extends at least partially into the atomizing body 10; and the cap 43a protrudes from the outside of the atomizing body 10; FIG. 3 shows an exploded view of the push-pull rod, revealing that the push-pull rod 43 further comprises a rod core 43c disposed at the distal end of the rod body 43b and embedded within both the cap 43a and the rod body 43b; the cap 43a extends radially outward from the rod core 43c. The structure of the push-pull rod facilitates easy assembly and contributes to enhanced production efficiency.
  • In certain embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the atomizing body 10 further comprises an installation groove 51; the rod body 43b extends at least partially into the installation groove 51; the atomizing body 10 further comprises an elastic groove 52 disposed surround the installation groove 51 to receive the elastic element 44; one end of the elastic element 44 abuts against the push-pull rod 43, and the other end of the elastic element 44 abuts against the elastic groove 52. For instance, one end of the elastic element 44 is fixedly connected to the cap 43a, and the other end of the elastic element 44 abuts against the bottom of the elastic groove 52. When an external force is applied to the push-pull rod 43, the elastic element 44 compresses and stores elastic potential energy; when the external force is removed, the elastic element 44 is released, causing the push-pull rod 43 to return to its original position and subsequently moving the sealing component 41 to abut against the end face of the e-liquid delivery section 23. The elastic element 44 comprises, but not limited to, a spring, a resilient plate, or an elastic gel (such as silicone gel, latex, and rubber).
  • Notably, the elastic element 44 comprises an elastic spring, a resilient plate, or an elastic gel, preferably a circular elastic spring (as shown in FIG. 4). In certain embodiments, one end of the circular elastic spring abuts against the push-pull rod 43, and the other end of the circular elastic spring abuts against the atomizing body 10. In certain embodiments, the elastic element 44 comprises an elastic gel, and the push-pull rod 43 is connected to the elastic gel; the term "elastic gel" as used herein, refers to a material that deforms when subjected to an external force and quickly returns to its original shape once the force is removed; and the material comprises, but not limited to rubber, silicone gel, or latex. When the external force is applied to the push-pull rod 43, the elastic gel compresses, propelling the push-pull rod 43 towards the atomizing body 10, thereby moving the sealing component 41 from the first position 41a to the second position 41b; upon removal of the external force, the elastic gel rapidly regains its original shape, causing the push-pull rod 3 to return from the second position 41b back to the first position 41a.
  • In certain embodiments, instead of using the elastic element 44, the push-pull rod 43 comprises a material or structure that deforms under the external force and recover to its original shape once the force is removed. For instance, the push-pull rod 43 comprises an elastic gel material or a folded structure. The design provides inherent resilience through the elastic gel material or folded structure of the push-pull rod, allowing for a greater compression range compared to the elastic element 44.
  • In certain embodiments, the elastic element 44 is disposed around the push-pull rod 43 and is disposed between the cap 43a and the atomizing body 10; one end of the elastic element 44 is fixed to the cap 43a, and the other end of the elastic element 44 is fixed to the atomizing body 10. When the external force is applied, the push-pull rod 43 moves towards the atomizing body 10, compressing the elastic element 44; upon removal of the external force, the elastic element 44 generates a counterforce, prompting the sealing component 41 to revert to its original position.
  • In certain embodiments, the elastic groove 52 has a width of 1 to 1.5 times the width of the elastic element 44; the elastic groove 52 is disposed in a direction parallel to the second e-liquid chamber 22 to prevent the elastic element 44 from dislodging. The width of the elastic groove 52 is 1.1 times, 1.2 times, 1.3 times, 1.4 times, or 1.5 times the width of the elastic element 44, preferably 1.1 times.
  • The installation groove 51 serves as a guide for the rod body 43b into the interior cavity of the atomizing body 10 and aligns with the e-liquid delivery section 23. A projection of the installation groove 51 towards the cap 43a is located within the contour of the cap 43a and surrounds the contour of the rod body 43b. The arrangement ensures that a protruding part of the cap 43a, which extends outside the atomizing body 10, cannot enter the installation groove 51, thereby permitting free movement of the rod body 43b within the installation groove 51. In certain embodiments, shown in FIG. 6, the cap 43a is disposed at one end of the rod body 43b and extends beyond the exterior of the atomizing body 10; the rod body 43b is inserted through both the installation groove 51 and the e-liquid delivery section 23; one end of the rod body 43b extends outside the e-liquid delivery section 23 and is connected to the sealing component. As shown in FIG. 6, when the installation groove 51 is disposed coaxially with the e-liquid delivery section 23, the rod body 43b remains straight, simplifying the overall structure and manufacturing process. Understandably, in certain embodiments, when the rod body 43b is bent, the installation groove 51 is disposed non-coaxially with the e-liquid delivery section 23, such as being axially offset.
  • The push-pull rod 43 is in the shape of the letter "T". The horizontal portion of the letter "T" represents the cap 43a; the cap 43a has a larger radius compared to that of the installation groove 51. In other words, the cap is disposed over the installation groove 51, preventing the push-pull rod 43 from fully entering the e-liquid chamber. The vertical portion of the letter "T" represents the rod body 43b; the rod body 43b has a smaller radius compared to the installation groove 51, enabling free movement of the rod body 43b within the atomizer. Inside the atomizer, the elastic element 44 is disposed to facilitate repeated e-liquid refilling.
  • In certain embodiments, the electronic cigarette further comprises a plurality of circular sealing rings 53 disposed around the rod body 43b; specifically, the plurality of circular sealing rings 53 is disposed between the rod body 43b and the installation groove 51 to reduce the risk of e-liquid leakage from the first e-liquid chamber 21 into the atomizing body 10.
  • In certain embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the electronic cigarette further comprises a positioning block 50 disposed between the atomizing body 10 and the cap 43a; the positioning block 50 is used to restrict the movement of the push-pull rod 43; and the positioning block 50 is detachably connected to the cap 43a.
  • In certain embodiments, the cap 43a comprises a notch 56 matching the contour of the positioning block 50.
  • Notably, the usage of the positioning block 50 is as follows: when the positioning block 20 is removed, the user can then depress the push-pull rod 43; as a result, the push-pull rod 43 moves the sealing component 41 from the first position 41a to the second position 41b; in the process, a gap forms between the sealing component 41 and the e-liquid delivery section 23; subsequently, the electronic cigarette 100 is inverted, enabling the e-liquid from the second e-liquid chamber 22 to flow into the first e-liquid chamber 21 through the gap and diffuse into the atomizing core 30; then, the atomizing core 30 heats the e-liquid, generating an aerosol that the user inhales through the mouthpiece.
  • In certain embodiments, the sealing component 41 comprises a sealing cap disposed at one end of the push-pull rod 43. The sealing cap comprises a proximal end near the e-liquid delivery section, and the proximal end of the sealing cap comprises an extending portion; when reaching the first position 41a, the sealing cap is located within the second e-liquid chamber 22, and the extending portion abuts against the end face of a portion of the atomizing body that defines the e-liquid delivery section 23; and the e-liquid delivery section 23 directly aligns with the sealing cap.
  • Notably, the push-pull rod 43 is disposed in both the installation groove 51 and the e-liquid delivery section 23 and is movable within both the installation groove 51 and the e-liquid delivery section 23. For example, the installation groove 51 and the e-liquid delivery section 23 are disposed along a common axis, facilitating the sequential insertion of the push-pull rod 43 into the installation groove 51 and then into the e-liquid delivery section 23 to reach the second e-liquid chamber 22. The configuration leads to a compact structure and enhanced production efficiency.
  • The sealing cap is in the shape of the letter "T" or an umbrella; the T-shaped sealing component 41 is formed by extending along the push-pull rod 43 and protruding radially to create a circular cap. The T-shaped sealing cap offers the advantage of improved production efficiency.
  • In certain embodiments, the umbrella-shaped sealing cap is formed by extending along the push-pull rod 43 and protruding outward to form an inverted cap that extends towards one side of the first e-liquid chamber 21. The umbrella-shaped sealing cap provides improved sealing performance.
  • In certain embodiments, the volume of the second e-liquid chamber 22 is 2-10 times that of the first e-liquid chamber 21, such as 2 times, 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, 6 times, 7 times, 8 times, 9 times, or 10 times, preferably 3-5 times.
  • For example, the first e-liquid chamber 21 has a volume of 1-3 mL, and the second e-liquid chamber 22 has a volume of 8-15 mL. Optionally, the first e-liquid chamber 21 has a volume of 1-5 mL, and the second e-liquid chamber 22 has a volume of 8-30 mL. Optionally, the first e-liquid chamber 21 has a volume of, but not limited to, 1 mL, 1.5 mL, 2 mL, 2.5 mL, or 6 mL, preferably 1.5 mL, 5 mL, and 3 mL. The second e-liquid chamber 22 has a volume of, but not limited to, 8 mL, 9 mL, 10 mL, 11 mL, 12 mL, 13 mL, preferably 10 mL, 11 mL, and 12 mL.
  • As shown in figures, the first e-liquid chamber 21 has a volume of 3 mL, and the second e-liquid chamber 22 has a volume of 15 mL.
  • To prevent any leakage and contamination during transportation, in certain embodiments, the electronic cigarette is pre-filled only in the second e-liquid chamber 22 at the manufacturing facility; the e-liquid in the second e-liquid chamber 22 is then transferred multiple times to the first e-liquid chamber 21 through the e-liquid delivery section 23. The design increases the e-liquid storage capacity to meet the long-term usage needs of consumers and solves the problem of repeated heating of the e-liquid in direct contact with the atomizing core 30, preventing potential degradation. Consequently, the design ensures a superior taste and purer flavor with each refill. A 12 mL capacity caters to a week's worth of usage for users, ensuring convenience in carrying and prolonged use.
  • Understandably, to maximize e-liquid storage capacity, in other embodiments, both the first e-liquid chamber 21 and the second e-liquid chamber 22 are filled concurrently; the design caters to customers seeking larger e-liquid volumes, particularly those without the need for long-distance transport.
  • In certain embodiments, the atomizing core 30 comprises a smoke guide tube 33, a heating element, and an e-liquid guide component. The heating element and the e-liquid guide component are disposed within the smoke guide tube 33. The smoke guide tube 33 comprises an e-liquid inlet 32 through which the e-liquid flows from the first e-liquid chamber 21 into the smoke guide tube 33. One end of the atomizing body 10 comprises a smoking port through which the user inhales the smoke. A smoke channel is formed between the smoking port and the first chamber 21. The smoke channel communicates with the smoke guide tube 33, so that the smoke is discharged from the heating element to the outside of the atomizing body 10. The electronic cigarette further comprises a mouthpiece cover 15 disposed on the smoking port and detachably connected to the atomizing body 10.
  • In certain embodiments, the electronic cigarette further comprises a bracket 12 used to separate the interior cavity of the atomizing body 10 into the first e-liquid chamber 21, the second e-liquid chamber 22, and a battery compartment. The second e-liquid chamber 22 and the battery compartment are arranged side by side in a transverse direction. The second e-liquid chamber 22 and the battery compartment are disposed longitudinally adjacent to the first e-liquid chamber 21. The atomizing core 30 is disposed inside the first e-liquid chamber 21 and within the projection area of the battery compartment. A battery is disposed inside the battery component. The atomizing core 30 comprises an electrode. The electrode passes through the bracket 12 and is electrically connected to the battery.
  • In certain embodiments, the bracket 12 comprises a first sealing part and a second sealing part. The first sealing part 121 is disposed inside the first e-liquid chamber 21, and the second sealing part 122 is disposed on one side of the second e-liquid chamber 22.
  • The first sealing part 121 comprises a drainage groove 31 disposed around the atomizing core 30. The e-liquid inlet 32 is disposed at least partially within the drainage groove 31, so that the e-liquid is directed from the first e-liquid chamber 21 into the e-liquid inlet 32 via the drainage groove 31, thereby enhancing the efficiency of e-liquid utilization.
  • The second sealing part 122 comprises a protrusion 1221 disposed in alignment with the sealing component 41. Upon reaching the first position 41a, the sealing component abuts against the protrusion 1221, thereby establishing a secure connection and improving the sealing performance.
  • It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that changes and modifications may be made, and therefore, the aim in the appended claims is to cover all such changes and modifications.

Claims (15)

  1. An electronic cigarette, comprising:
    1) an atomizing body; and
    2) an atomizing core disposed inside the atomizing body to absorb and atomize e-liquid;
    wherein,
    the atomizing body comprises a first e-liquid chamber, a second e-liquid chamber, and an e-liquid delivery section; the e-liquid delivery section is disposed between the first e-liquid chamber and the second e-liquid chamber, so that the first e-liquid chamber is in fluid communication with the second e-liquid chamber; and the atomizing core is disposed within the first e-liquid chamber to absorb and atomize the e-liquid stored in the first e-liquid chamber; and
    the e-liquid delivery section comprises a sealing component movable between a first position and a second position; the first position is where the sealing component seals the e-liquid delivery section and thus isolates the first e-liquid chamber and the second e-liquid chamber; and the second position is where the sealing component is disconnected from the e-liquid delivery section, allowing the first e-liquid chamber and the second e-liquid chamber to communicate with each other.
  2. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein no e-liquid is stored in the first e-liquid chamber, and the e-liquid is stored in the second e-liquid chamber.
  3. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the electronic cigarette further comprises a push-pull rod disposed on the sealing component to regulate the motion of the sealing component.
  4. The electronic cigarette of claim 3, wherein the push-pull rod comprises a rod body and a cap; and the cap is disposed on one end of the rod body away from the sealing component.
  5. The electronic cigarette of claims 3 or 4, wherein the electronic cigarette further comprises an elastic element sleeving the push-pull rod to reset the sealing component; or the push-pull rod is deformable under an external force and resilient when the external force is removed.
  6. The electronic cigarette of claim 5, wherein the elastic element is disposed around the push-pull rod and is disposed between the cap and the atomizing body; one end of the elastic element is fixed to the cap, and the other end of the elastic element is fixed to the atomizing body.
  7. The electronic cigarette of claims 5 or 6, wherein the atomizing body further comprises an elastic groove used to receive the elastic element; and the elastic groove has a width of 1 to 1.5 times a width of the elastic element.
  8. The electronic cigarette of claim 7, wherein the atomizing body further comprises an installation groove serving as a guide for the rod body into an interior cavity of the atomizing body; the installation groove is coaxial with the e-liquid delivery section; and a projection of the installation groove towards the cap is located within the contour of the cap and surrounds a contour of the rod body.
  9. The electronic cigarette of any one of claims 4-8, wherein the electronic cigarette further comprises a positioning block disposed between the atomizing body and the cap; the positioning block is used to restrict the movement of the push-pull rod; and the positioning block is detachably connected to the cap.
  10. The electronic cigarette of any one of claims 3-9, wherein the sealing component comprises a sealing cap disposed at one end of the push-pull rod; the sealing cap comprises a proximal end near the e-liquid delivery section, and the proximal end of the sealing cap comprises an extending portion; when reaching the first position, the sealing cap is located within the second e-liquid chamber, and the extending portion abuts against an end face of a portion of the atomizing body that defines the e-liquid delivery section; and the e-liquid delivery section directly aligns with the sealing cap.
  11. The electronic cigarette of any one of claims 1-10, wherein a volume of the second e-liquid chamber is 2-10 times that of the first e-liquid chamber.
  12. The electronic cigarette of claim 11, wherein the first e-liquid chamber has a volume of 1-3 mL, and the second e-liquid chamber has a volume of 8-15 mL.
  13. The electronic cigarette of any one of claims 1-12, wherein the atomizing core comprises a smoke guide tube and a heating element; the heating element is disposed within the smoke guide tube; the smoke guide tube comprises an e-liquid inlet through which the e-liquid flows from the first e-liquid chamber into the smoke guide tube; one end of the atomizing body comprises a smoking port through which a user inhales the smoke; a smoke channel is formed between the smoking port and the first chamber; the smoke channel communicates with the smoke guide tube, so that the smoke produced by the heating element is discharged outside of the atomizing body; and the electronic cigarette further comprises a mouthpiece cover disposed on the smoking port and detachably connected to the atomizing body.
  14. The electronic cigarette of any one of claims 1-13, wherein the electronic cigarette further comprises a bracket used to separate the interior cavity of the atomizing body into the first e-liquid chamber, the second e-liquid chamber, and a battery compartment; the second e-liquid chamber and the battery compartment are arranged side by side in a transverse direction; the second e-liquid chamber and the battery compartment are disposed longitudinally adjacent to the first e-liquid chamber; and the atomizing core is disposed inside the first e-liquid chamber and within an projection area of the battery compartment.
  15. The electronic cigarette of claim 14, wherein the bracket comprises a first sealing part and a second sealing part; the first sealing part is disposed inside the first e-liquid chamber; and the second sealing part is disposed on one side of the second e-liquid chamber;
    the first sealing part comprises a drainage groove disposed around the atomizing core; and the e-liquid inlet is disposed at least partially within the drainage groove; and
    the second sealing part comprises a protrusion disposed in alignment with the sealing component; upon reaching the first position, the sealing component abuts against the protrusion.
