Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne des dispositifs vertébraux réglables, des instruments pour implanter les dispositifs vertébraux, des procédés pour régler la hauteur et les angles de lordose des dispositifs vertébraux et des procédés pour implanter de tels dispositifs. Un dispositif de fusion vertébrale réglable comprend un composant de plaque supérieure dont la surface extérieure est destinée à être placée contre une plaque terminale d'un corps vertébral et un composant de plaque inférieure dont la surface extérieure est destinée à être placée contre une plaque terminale d'un corps vertébral. Le dispositif comprend en outre un premier élément de translation configuré pour se déplacer longitudinalement par rapport aux plaques supérieure et inférieure afin de régler une distance entre les plaques supérieure et inférieure et un second élément de translation configuré pour se déplacer longitudinalement par rapport aux plaques supérieure et inférieure afin de régler un angle entre les plaques supérieure et inférieure.
