Description

Title of invention: Fencing panel
Technical field The present invention relates to a fencing panel usable, among others, in fencing spans of metal fences in a transverse position.
State of Art
Fences that are made, among others, of panels in the form of closed hollow aluminium sections are known in the prior art, an example being a solution by the fence manufacturer, Zalu sp. z o.o., available on the website: [https://zalu.pl/ogrodzenia]
A fence profile is known from the Polish patent description PL 214817 B1 which comprises interconnected sections with a spatial structure that form a closed profile, the front section having inwardly-facing channel-like bends, and the other of the sections also having inwardly-facing channel-like bends which enter, on both sides, the slots of at least one connector that is situated inside the profile, and the front section being pinned in the same slots of the connector, preferably by means of a snapped connection.
A fencing system is known from the Polish patent description PL 204579 B1 which is provided, among others, with a section for vertical rungs and/or a section for crossbars consisting of at least two mutually overlapping portions which, when interconnected, form a closed profile. The system is also characterized in that the profile of one portion consists of a front surface which bends inward to the section on both sides to form an inlet for the other portion. The profile of the other portion has the shape of a gutter that is adapted in shape and dimensions to the inlet formed in the first portion. A segmented fencing system is known from the Polish patent description PL 233834 B1 which is provided with channel-shaped panels with perpendicularly bent ends of panel arms. In order to enhance the visual effect, masking panel segments are arranged in the panel on the rear side thereof.
A fencing field filling element with a closed profile is known from the application description P. 376512 which consists of two architectural details symmetrical to each other, each of the portions having edges in the form of flat slats, the width of a slat of one architectural detail being two times the width of a slat of the other architectural detail, and the wider slat being bent at an angle of 180°. Both architectural details are interconnected by inserting one slat into the other. Summary of Invention
The aim of the present invention was to develop a fencing panel formed of two separate sections that are detachable during assembly, which facilitates and accelerates the assembly of the span, and that, once connected, form a uniform flush fencing panel. The arms of the panel sections form specially designed locks that allow the sections to be assembled together easily. Additionally, the panel is made of a thin, coated sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm, which reduces the weight of the finished product without reducing its rigidity. The panel is structurally reinforced by roll-forming the two sections integrated therewith, between which a filling material is arranged detachably. Such a structure of the panel results in it being rigid, reinforced and, at the same time, light-weight. Most of the commonly available fencing panels are usually made of a raw material with a thickness of 0.7 mm in order to ensure the rigidity of the element. The solution according to the present invention can be assembled by press-fitting or by sliding the panel sections on top of each other. Solution of Technical Problem
The solution solves a technical problem concerning the elimination of additional connecting elements, such as e.g. rivets, screws or welds, when connecting the sections that form the panel.
Disclosure of Invention
The fencing panel according to the present invention comprising interconnected sections that form a closed profile, wherein the sections include intermeshing bends, has:
- inwardly-facing arms of the front section of a width si that are arranged at two opposite ends of the front surface, each of which being deflected at an obtuse angle a relative to the front surface and exhibiting an outer bend radius that is Ri and having a single bend formed by a pair of walls, a shorter wall of a width S2 and a longer wall of a width S3, that are parallel relative to each other and to the front surface, wherein the distance between the shorter and longer wall is I, the outer radii of that bend being Ri, the angle formed between the shorter wall of the arm and that arm being equal to the deflection angle of the arms relative to the front surface;
- opposing outwardly-facing arms of the rear section of a width S7 that are arranged at two opposite ends of a rear surface, each of which being inclined perpendicular relative to the rear surface and including a first arm of a width S4 that is perpendicular relative thereto and a second arm of a width S5, each of them exhibiting an outer bend radius that is Ri, and a final arm of a width S6 that is inclined inwardly at an acute angle b relative to the second arm and exhibits an outer bend radius of the final arm that is Ri.
Preferably, there is a slot Sz of minimum width Z between the final arm of a width S6 and the rear surface of the rear section.
Preferably, in the closed profile, the front plane of the front section is flush with the first arm of the rear section. Preferably, the space of the panel that forms the closed profile, which resembles an isosceles trapezoid in the cross-section, that encompasses an area between an assembly of locks formed by a first arm assembly of the front section and a first arm assembly of the rear section, and a second arm assembly of the front section and a second arm assembly of the rear section is filled detachably, within the appropriate tolerance, with a filling material, most preferably expanded polystyrene.

Industrial Applicability
In order to assemble the fencing panel 1 according to the present invention, the filling material 4 is arranged on the rear section 3 that is positioned flat on its rear surface 3.1. by appropriately orienting (positioning) the filling material 4 and press-fitting it into the space of the section 3, and then the panel 1 is assembled into the closed profile by simultaneously inserting the bend formed by the shorter wall 2.2.1. and the longer wall 2.2.2. of the arm 2.2. of the front section 2 into the slot Sz located between the rear surface 3.1. and the final arm 3.5. and, respectively, the bend formed by the shorter wall 2.3.1. and the longer wall 2.3.2. of the front section 2 into the slot Sz located between the rear surface 3.1. and the final arm 3.9. of the rear section 3, such that the longer walls 2.2.2. and 2.3.2. are in contact with the rear surface 3.1. over their entire surface, and the bend formed by the second arm 3.4. and the second arm 3.8., respectively, and by the final arm 3.5. and the final arm 3.9., respectively, is supported by the arm 2.2. and, respectively, acts as support for the arm 2.3. Due to the tension applied between the surface of the arm 2.2. and the arm 2.3, respectively, of the front section 2 and the surface of the second arm 3.4. and the second arm 3.8., respectively, of the rear section 3, it is possible for the front surface 2.1. of the front section 2 to be easily pressed inwards and for the arm 2.2. and the arm 2.3., respectively, to be locked under the second arm 3.4. and the second arm 3.8., respectively, of the rear section 3. In this way, the front plane 2.1. of the front section 2 is flush with the first arm 3.3. and with the first arm 3.7., respectively, of the rear section 3, which yields the final result that the elements 2 and 3 of the fencing panel 1 have been positioned. The structure of the locks also enables the front section 2 to be inserted into the rear section 3.
