- In the following, X, Y, and Z mean a trio of directions substantially perpendicular each other to, which essentially define a Cartesian triple. Preferably the Y direction is a substantially vertical direction.
- As can be seen from the figures, the dividing system according to the invention (indicated overall with the reference 1) for dividing and/or organizing the internal space of a
container 100, which for example can be a basket, a chest, a furniture drawer or similar containers, comprises: - at least one element with substantially
laminar development 2, - at least one
device 3 which is provided withelastic means 4 and a fixedportion 5 configured to cooperate with saidlaminar development element 2 and amobile portion 6 configured to be pushed by saidelastic means 4 to rest against an internal wall, preferably of calledcontainer 100. - Preferably, said substantially
laminar element 2 is a profile, preferably metallic or plastic. In another possible embodiment, said substantiallylaminar element 2 is made of wood, for example plywood or chipboard. - Preferably, said element with substantially
laminar development 2 develops longitudinally along the X direction and has a cross section with two facingsurfaces 30, 30' which develop along the Y direction, perpendicular to the Z corresponding to the thickness of said element, where the Z direction is perpendicular to the X direction and also to the Y direction. - Preferably, said element with substantially
laminar development 2 develops further along the X and Y directions with respect to the Z direction, which substantially defines the thickness of the element with substantiallylaminar development 2. In particular, the element with substantiallylaminar development 2 can have a substantially elongated development, in particular the development along the X direction can be substantially greater than that along the Y direction. Alternatively, the development along the Y direction can be substantially greater than that along the Y direction, based on the dimensions of thecontainer 100. - Therefore, the substantially
laminar development element 2 has twomajor surfaces 30, 30', which are preferably substantially flat, and which develop along the XY plane and which are mutually spaced apart along the Z direction. - Furthermore, the
element 2 with a substantially laminar development has a pair of end surfaces 32, 32', which develop on the YZ plane, and are therefore substantially perpendicular to themajor surfaces 30, 30'. Conveniently, from what has been said above, it is clear that the end surfaces 32, 32' have a shorter development than thelarger surfaces 30, 30'. - Furthermore, the substantially
laminar development element 2 has alower edge 34 and an upper edge 34' which develop longitudinally along the X direction and transversally along the Z direction; conveniently, the development of theedges 34, 34' along the Z direction corresponds to the distance between the twomajor surfaces 30, 30'. Preferably, said substantiallylaminar element 2 comprises a panel. - Preferably, said substantially
laminar element 2 acts as a partition or divider inside thecontainer 100, box, drawer or similar. - Preferably, said substantially
laminar element 2 comprises at least afirst groove 10 for engaging further storage baskets oraccessories 11. - In particular, said element with a substantially
laminar development 2 comprises, in correspondence with the upper edge 34', at least afirst groove 10 which develops along the X direction, for the sliding attachment of at least afurther accessory 11, for example a further container or tray or a bottle holder unit or container holder unit or similar. - Preferably, said substantially
laminar development element 2 comprises, on the upper 34' or lower 34 thick section (i.e. defined in correspondence with the transverse ends opposite each other along the Y direction, and thus defining the upper edge 34' and the lower edge respectively 34 of said element 2) and which extends along the X direction, twofirst grooves 10 which develop along the or container holder units or similar. - Suitably, said
further accessories 11 can compriseappendages 104 shaped to couple in a simple and reversible manner with at least one of thefirst grooves 10. The appendages can conveniently be made with a material which has a reduced friction coefficient with the material which makes up the element with a substantiallylaminar development 2, and in particular thefirst grooves 10. In this way it is possible to allow the sliding of thefurther accessory 11 along thefirst groove 10, as shown infigure 11 . - Preferably, a second longitudinal
internal groove 12 is formed in correspondence with at least one surface of said substantiallylaminar element 2. - Advantageously, the
further accessory 11 can comprise further appendages 106 configured to couple in a simple and reversible manner with at least one of the second internallongitudinal grooves 12. Conveniently, the appendages can be made with a material which has a reduced friction coefficient with the material which makes up the substantiallylaminar development element 2, and in particular the first second internallongitudinal grooves 12. In this way it is possible to allow the sliding of thefurther accessory 11 along the second internallongitudinal groove 12, as shown infigure 11 . - Preferably, the
laminar development element 2 is internally hollow. - Preferably, in particular, said laminar development element comprises at least two
cavities 35 superimposed on each other along the Y direction. Conveniently saidcavities 35 can be separated from each other byseparation sections 36 , which preferably have a substantially horizontal orientation and which substantially connect the twolarger surfaces 30, 30'. - Conveniently, at least one
recess 33 configured to accommodate at least onefoot 51 of the fixedportion 5 can be provided in correspondence with the lower portion of at least oneend surface 32 of the substantiallylaminar element 2. - Preferably, the system can comprise at least two
laminar elements 2 and, in particular, comprises at least a first laminar element 2' and at least a second laminar element 2' which are arranged perpendicular to each other. Advantageously, in this way thecontainer 100 is substantially internally divided into compartments of a rectangular and/or square, or in any case polygonal shape. - Preferably, the
device 3 comprises means for themechanical engagement 7, preferably interlocking and/or shape-ratio and/or snap-type, of saiddevice 3 with saidlaminar development element 2. In particular, for example, thedevice 3 can comprise at least one shaped portion 38, and preferably a plurality of shaped portions 38 configured to fit inside thecavities 35 and/or hook onto theseparation sections 36. Conveniently thedevice 3 can have a substantially number of shaped portions 38 corresponding to the number ofcavities 35 present on theend surface 32 on which it is intended to be associated. In particular, said shaped portions can comprise a plurality of hooks or hooks, or arrow-shaped portions, so as to allow a stable coupling between thedevice 3 and thelaminar development element 2. - Substantially, therefore, the
device 3 can be associated with at least one of the end surfaces 32. - Preferably, each
device 3 comprises at least aclosing cap 20 which substantially corresponds to said fixedportion 5 for one or eachend surface 32 of saidlaminar development element 2, to close and thus cover the thickness of said laminar development element in correspondence of said surface. Preferably, said at least oneclosing cap 20 is configured to engage, preferably by interlocking, within the longitudinal end of a first 2' and/or secondlaminar element 2" and is also provided with a protrudingsection 21 for I engagement within a correspondinggroove 12 obtained on a surface of anotherlaminar element 2" and/or 2'. - Advantageously, the fixed
portion 5 can present at least onepart 39 which has a transversal development (i.e. that on the YZ plane) which is greater than that of the substantiallylaminar element 2, so as to allow the easy removal of thedevice 3 from the element substantially laminar development itself. - Conveniently, furthermore, the fixed portion can have a thickened base, in order to present a better support on the base of the
container 100. - Preferably, said
device 3 comprises a first closing cap 20' for a longitudinal end of said element withlaminar development 2, and a mobile engagingportion 6, preferably with flat development, which is configured to be pushed by saidelastic means 4 moving away from the first closing cap 20' so as to come into contact with an internal wall of thecontainer 100, box, drawer or similar. - Preferably, a
device 3 is associated with anend surface 32 of saidlaminar development element 2, while aclosing cap 20 is associated with the other end of saidlaminar development element 2. - Preferably, said first closing cap 20' comprises:
- a base 5' which engages, preferably by interlocking, within the thickness of the
laminar development element 2 at a longitudinal end of said element -
elastic means 4, preferably defined by acompression spring 44, which is placed between a first section of said fixedportion 5 and a second section of saidmobile portion 6. - Preferably, said
closing cap 20 is defined only by a fixed base which engages, preferably by interlocking, within the thickness of thelaminar development element 2 in correspondence with a longitudinal end of said element, in particular in correspondence with anextreme surface 32, 32'. Conveniently, said fixed base of saidclosing cap 20 can comprise anarea 46 made of soft material, for example co-molded in silicone, non-slip rubber or defined by adhesive inserts. - Preferably, said
device 3 is configured so that, when it is associated with saidlaminar development element 2, theelastic means 4 are housed and hidden within the thickness of saidlaminar development element 2, and in particular inside of at least onecavity 35. - Preferably, said
device 3 is configured so that the mobile engagingportion 6 moves while remaining parallel to the base 5' of the fixedportion 5. - Conveniently, for this aim, the mobile engaging
portion 6 is associated with the fixedportion 5 by means of anappendix 40, preferably cylindrical, configured to pass inside acorresponding opening 42 provided on said fixedportion 5. Appropriately theappendix 40 it can collaborate with theelastic means 4 in order to allow the movement of the mobile portion with respect to the fixed portion. In particular, for example, thespring 44 can be wrapped around theappendage 40, and have a first end 44' abutting on a tubular portion 40' which substantially wraps and can slide theappendix 40 and which is rigidly connected to theportion mobile 6. Conveniently theother end 44" of thespring 44 can abut on acounter surface 46 which is integral with the fixed portion 5' of thedevice 3. Advantageously the tubular portion 40' can have a first end associated with the portion fixed 5, and a secondconical end 41, which has a larger base with a diameter greater than that of theopening 42, and a smaller diameter smaller than that of theopening 42, but still greater than that of thespring 40, in so as to allow the spring itself to come into contact with it. - Advantageously, the
elastic means 4, and in particular thespring 40, are movable between a first compressed configuration, in which the tubular portion 40' is closer to theabutment surface 46 and the spring is in a condition of maximum compression. In this first condition themobile portion 6 can be substantially in contact with the fixedportion 5, thus defining the minimum longitudinal bulk (i.e. along the X direction) of thedevice 3, and a second extended configuration, in which the tubular portion 40' is further away than theabutment surface 46, and in particular the larger base of theconical end 41 abuts with the edges of theopening 42, and the spring is in a condition of maximum extension. Therefore, in this second condition, themobile portion 6 can be spaced as far as possible from the fixedportion 5 without leading to the separation of the two elements. - Preferably, said mobile engaging
portion 6 comprises an area made of soft material, for example co-molded in silicone, non-slip rubber or defined by adhesive inserts. - Conveniently, the external surface of the
mobile engagement device 6 is configured to abut one of the walls of thecontainer 100 or a furtherlaminar element 2,2'. - Preferably, the means for the
mechanical engagement 7 comprise first mechanical engagement members 7' and second mechanical engagement means 7". Preferably, theelastic means 4 are interposed between the first mechanical engagement members 7' and the second mechanical engagement means 7". - Ideally, the first mechanical engagement means 7' and the second mechanical engagement means 7" are intended to be inserted and engage respectively within two
distinct cavities 35 of saidlaminar development element 2. - Ideally, the first mechanical engagement members 7', the second mechanical engagement means 7" and also the
elastic means 4 are intended to be inserted and engaged respectively within threedistinct cavities 35 of saidlaminar development element 2. - Preferably, the
system 1 according to the invention comprises a first laminar development element 2' provided, at each of its two longitudinal ends, with acorresponding device 3 configured to push themobile engagement part 6 of each device into contact with the internal wall of the basket, box, drawer or similar, thus stabilizing the positioning of the first laminar element 2' inside thecontainer 100, box, drawer or similar. - Preferably,
system 1 comprises at least a secondlaminar element 2" provided, at one of its longitudinal ends, with aclosing cap 20 which engages by interlocking within the thickness of said secondlaminar element 2" and which is provided with a protruding ormale portion 21 which engages within agroove 12 obtained on the surface of said first laminar element 2'. - Preferably, the
system 1 comprises at least a first closing cap 20' which engages by interlocking within the thickness of said secondlaminar element 2" and which is provided with a protrudingsection 21 or male which engages within agroove 12 obtained on the surface of said first laminar element 2'. - Advantageously, therefore, the system according to the invention comprises:
- at least a first laminar element 2', and
- at least a second
laminar element 2" which is arranged perpendicular to the first laminar element 2', - said
device 3 which comprises means for themechanical engagement 7, preferably interlocking and/or aspect ratio and/or snap-type, of said device in said at least one first laminar element 2', - at least one
further closing cap 20 which engages, preferably by interlocking, within the thickness of said at least one first laminar element 2' and of said at least one secondlaminar element 2" in correspondence with their corresponding longitudinal end. - Preferably, the
system 1 comprises at least oneaccessory 11 with a protruding edge provided with a hooking profile configured to hook into said at least onefirst groove 10 obtained on the upper 34' and lower 34 thick section of said at least one first laminar element 2' and/or of said at least a secondlaminar element 2". Preferably, said coupling profile has a shaped profile and said at least one groove comprises a counter-shaped profile , to thus allow a coupling which is both stable and smooth. - The present invention also concerns a kit for defining the
dividing system 1 as described and illustrated above. Conveniently, said kit comprises at least a first laminar element 2', at least a secondlaminar element 2", at least adevice 3 and/or at least aclosing cap 20 for said first 2' and/or second laminar elementlaminar development 2". - Unlike
DE202013002600 andEP1084662 , in the solution according to the present invention, the substantially laminar development element comprises, on the upper and/or lower thickness section, at least a first groove which develops longitudinally along the direction of longitudinal development of the element itself and which is configured for the sliding attachment of at least one further accessory . This is particularly advantageous as it allows to implement in a particularly simple way from a construction and manufacturing point of view, as well as in an inexpensive way, a solution in which, inside the basket (or the chest, drawer or similar container), not only the substantially laminar element which acts as a divider of the basket (or of the chest, drawer or similar container), but also the further accessory can be easily and quickly repositioned inside the basket (or of the chest, drawer or similar container). Furthermore, the fact that the groove is obtained on the upper and/or lower thickness section - and therefore on the upper and/or lower edge - of the substantially laminar development element allows the positioning (or repositioning) of the further accessory even when the substantially laminar element is already installed in the basket (or in the chest, drawer or similar container), and also allows the possible removal or repositioning of the further accessory without having to remove/uninstall the substantially laminar element from the basket (or from the chest, drawer or similar container). - The present invention has been illustrated in some of its preferred embodiments, but it is understood that executive variations may be made in practice, without however departing from the scope of protection of the present patent for industrial invention.
