Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
  • This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202110650077.3, filed on June 10, 2021 in China, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • This application pertains to the field of wireless communication technologies, and specifically relates to a QoS control method and apparatus.
  • BACKGROUND
  • In a process of downloading a data service, for example, a playback service of a video, a download rate of originally downloaded first data (for example, the first few minutes of the video) needs to be greater than a download rate of subsequently downloaded data because a user is waiting in the process of downloading the first data, and user experience can be improved only through fast downloading. In the subsequent data downloading process, the user is still watching cached data that has been downloaded, and service experience of the user is not affected as long as the download does not affect a viewing progress. However, in a process in which the user watches the video, the user may perform an operation such as dragging a progress or changing a perspective on the video, and therefore video viewing experience returns to a state of the first data. In this case, a data download rate needs to be improved.
  • In other words, quality of service (Quality of Service, QoS) requirements of a same service in different time periods are different, and how to meet QoS requirements of a same service in different time periods is an urgent problem to be resolved.
