Abstract

La présente invention concerne une pompe à chaleur géothermique (GSHP) comprenant : un trou de forage (1, 2) percé dans la terre ; un tuyau d'aspiration (3) monté dans le trou de forage (1) ; et une pompe (4) montée dans le trou de forage (2), la pompe (4) ayant une ouverture d'aspiration (5). Dans l'invention, la pompe (4) a été montée au-dessus du tuyau d'aspiration (3) ; un carter de pompe (7) a été disposé autour de la pompe (4) de sorte qu'un espace subsiste entre la pompe (4) et le carter de pompe (7) ; la pompe (4) a été disposée de façon à aspirer l'eau du tuyau d'aspiration (3) vers l'espace situé entre la pompe (4) et le carter de pompe (7) et plus vers le haut jusqu'à l'ouverture d'aspiration (5) de la pompe (4) et par l'intermédiaire de la pompe (4) et un tuyau côté pression (8) jusqu'au niveau du sol ; entre le carter de pompe (7) et la paroi du trou de forage (2), qui est un substratum rocheux ou un tuyau enfoncé dans le substratum rocheux, un espace a été disposé pour l'eau s'écoulant vers le bas ; et en ce que la pompe (4) peut être soulevée du trou de forage (2) sans le tuyau d'aspiration (3).
