Definitions

  • the disclosure relates to a folding hip seat for a baby that is worn on a waist of a guardian and used to safely carry and protect a baby seated on the folding hip seat.
  • a guardian uses both arms to hold a baby, and a body weight of the baby is concentrated on the two arms and waist of the guardian. For this reason, in case that the guardian takes care of the baby over a long period of time in the above-mentioned posture of the guardian, muscles and joints of the two arms and waist of the guardian are fatigued. The fatigue, which accumulates over a long period of time, increases a likelihood of the occurrence of diseases.
  • the guardian takes care of the baby while holding the baby on his/her chest or carrying the baby on his/her back by using a baby carrier belt or a swaddle.
  • the guardian who uses the baby carrier belt or the swaddle, may advantageously use both hands comparatively freely, the baby carrier belts or the swaddles tend to be widely used.
  • a baby carrier belt which has a hip seat having a structure on which a baby may be seated, has been publicly known, and the baby carrier belt disperses a body weight of the baby to the guardian's waist and pelvis.
  • the baby carrier belt disperses a body weight of the baby to the guardian's waist and pelvis.
  • the hip seat a majority of the body weight of the baby is inevitably concentrated on the guardian's waist and pelvis, which causes a problem in that fatigue accumulates on muscles and joints of the guardian's waist and pelvis.
  • a product having a combination of the baby carrier belt and the hip seat has been developed. That is, a shoulder strip and a waistband are provided to be worn on the guardian's shoulder and waist, and a hip seat on which a baby may be seated is provided on the waistband, such that a body weight of the baby is evenly dispersed to the guardian's body. Therefore, the guardian, in a comfortable posture, may take care of the baby for a long period of time, and fatigue may be prevented from accumulating on the guardian's body. Furthermore, the hip seat is installed in the form of a folding hip seat so that the hip seat may be folded or unfolded, as necessary, such that the hip seat is advantageously and easily used and stored.

  • a rotation restriction state of the operation shafts is maintained with respect to the hip support plate in the deployed state, but the rotation restriction state is released in a folded state, such that the hip support plate may be deployed by an operation of simply rotating the hip support plate in a deployed direction without a separate manipulation. That is, because the hip support plate is fixed in the state in which the hip support plate is deployed, the baby may be safely seated.
  • the restricted state is released in the state in which the hip support plate is folded, there is a problem in that the hip support plate may be deployed arbitrarily regardless of the guardian's intention while the hip support plate is stored or transported.
  • the operation shafts are respectively provided at two opposite sides of the auxiliary support means, the user needs to use both hands to control the operation shafts. For this reason, the operation shafts cannot be used in the state in which the baby is seated, and a large number of components need to be used, which may cause a problem in that the structure thereof is complicated, a large amount of manufacturing costs is required, and the maintenance is relatively difficult.
  • the body weight of the baby seated on the deployed hip support plate is concentrated on the two operation shafts, there is a problem in that the hip support plate is damaged in accordance with a period of use, a body weight of the baby, or a degree of a motion.
  • the hip support plate may be used only in two modes including a case in which the hip support plate is deployed and a case in which the hip support plate is folded, but there is a limitation in that it is impossible to adjust a deployment angle.

  • The disclosure relates to a folding hip seat for a baby that is worn on a waist of a guardian and used to safely carry and protect a baby seated on the folding hip seat.
  • [Background Art]
  • Unless otherwise indicated herein, the contents described in this section are not prior art to the claims in this application and are not admitted as prior art even though the contents are included in this section.
  • In general, a guardian uses both arms to hold a baby, and a body weight of the baby is concentrated on the two arms and waist of the guardian.
  • In order to solve the problems, the guardian takes care of the baby while holding the baby on his/her chest or carrying the baby on his/her back by using a baby carrier belt or a swaddle. However, because the guardian, who uses the baby carrier belt or the swaddle, may advantageously use both hands comparatively freely, the baby carrier belts or the swaddles tend to be widely used.
  • However, in the case of the baby carrier belt manufactured to allow the guardian to hold the baby on his/her chest, a majority of the body weight of the baby may be concentrated on the guardian's shoulders, and fatigue may accumulate on muscles and joints of the guardian's shoulder, which makes it impossible for the guardian, in a comfortable posture, to take care of the baby for a long period of time.
  • In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a baby carrier belt, which has a hip seat having a structure on which a baby may be seated, has been publicly known, and the baby carrier belt disperses a body weight of the baby to the guardian's waist and pelvis. However, even in the case of the hip seat, a majority of the body weight of the baby is inevitably concentrated on the guardian's waist and pelvis, which causes a problem in that fatigue accumulates on muscles and joints of the guardian's waist and pelvis.
  • In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, recently, a product having a combination of the baby carrier belt and the hip seat has been developed.
  • As a related art configured by a combination of the baby carrier belt and the hip seat, a baby carrier belt (hereinafter, referred to as Related Art 1) is disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-2205260 (January 14, 2021 ).
  • In Related Art 1, an auxiliary support means is mounted to selectively operate to auxiliarily support or release the baby's buttocks by being manipulated by the user, such that a baby carrier belt mode and a hip seat mode may be quickly and conveniently switched without putting the baby down. A process of fixing a position of the auxiliary support means in a deployed state or folding the auxiliary support means may be more conveniently and quickly performed, thereby further improving the convenience of use.
  • Related Art 1 provides a structure (see FIGS. 8 to 10 in Related Art 1) in which a rotation of a hip support plate of the auxiliary support means is controlled by operation shafts. However, a rotation restriction state of the operation shafts is maintained with respect to the hip support plate in the deployed state, but the rotation restriction state is released in a folded state, such that the hip support plate may be deployed by an operation of simply rotating the hip support plate in a deployed direction without a separate manipulation. That is, because the hip support plate is fixed in the state in which the hip support plate is deployed, the baby may be safely seated. However, because the restricted state is released in the state in which the hip support plate is folded, there is a problem in that the hip support plate may be deployed arbitrarily regardless of the guardian's intention while the hip support plate is stored or transported.
  • Further, because the operation shafts are respectively provided at two opposite sides of the auxiliary support means, the user needs to use both hands to control the operation shafts. For this reason, the operation shafts cannot be used in the state in which the baby is seated, and a large number of components need to be used, which may cause a problem in that the structure thereof is complicated, a large amount of manufacturing costs is required, and the maintenance is relatively difficult. In addition, because the body weight of the baby seated on the deployed hip support plate is concentrated on the two operation shafts, there is a problem in that the hip support plate is damaged in accordance with a period of use, a body weight of the baby, or a degree of a motion. Furthermore, the hip support plate may be used only in two modes including a case in which the hip support plate is deployed and a case in which the hip support plate is folded, but there is a limitation in that it is impossible to adjust a deployment angle.
  • Meanwhile, as a related art configured by a combination of the baby carrier belt and the hip seat, a baby carrier (hereinafter, referred to as Related Art 2) is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2018-0035105 (April 5, 2018 ).
  • According to Related Art 2, a simple manipulation of a load adjustment unit may change a ratio of a load applied to a shoulder band and a waistband by quickly changing a direction in which the load is applied.
  • In Related Art 2, the load adjustment unit has a structure (see FIGS. 2A to 3 in Related Art 2) in which a coupling protrusion protruding from the waistband is coupled, in an interference-fit manner, to a coupling hole formed in a base. However, in this case, the attachment/detachment use is not easy, and the repeated attachment and detachment may decrease a coupling force of the load adjustment unit to the waistband, which may directly cause a severe problem of a safety accident caused to the baby. In addition, the body weight of the baby is concentrated on the coupling protrusion of the waistband, which may cause a problem in that the corresponding part may be easily damaged.
  • [Disclosure] [Technical Problem]
  • An object is to provide a folding hip seat for a baby that has a comparatively simple structure, such that a rotation of a folding hip seat may be controlled with one hand, a body weight of a baby seated on the folding hip seat may be dispersed to a plurality of points, the folding hip seat and a waistband may be securely coupled and easily separated, and an angle by which the folding hip seat is unfolded relative to the waistband may be adjusted on the basis of an age of the baby and a body weight of the baby.
  • [Technical Solution]
  • One embodiment of the disclosure provides a folding hip seat for a baby, which is to be worn on a guardian by means of a waistband, the folding hip seat including a base plate part fixedly installed at a front side of the waistband and having a plurality of fastening hooks provided at one front side thereof and an elastic fastening protrusion provided at the other front side thereof, an installation plate part detachably coupled to a front side of the base plate part and having fastening grooves formed at one side thereof and configured to be coupled to the plurality of fastening hooks, an insertion hole formed at the other side thereof and configured to be coupled to the elastic fastening protrusion, and a first hinge part protruding from a front upper portion thereof, and a hip seat part rotatably installed on the first hinge part and configured to be stored in a state of being in close contact with the installation plate part or used in an unfolded state depending on whether the hip seat part rotates, the hip seat part having a second hinge part provided at a rear upper portion thereof and hingedly coupled to the first hinge part, and a one-touch control part provided at one front side of the second hinge part and selectively fixed to the first hinge part such that rotated and fixed states with respect to the installation plate part is controlled by the one-touch control part.
  • In the disclosure, the first hinge part may be supported by a reinforcement rib extending toward the installation plate part.
  • [Advantageous Effects]
  • According to the folding hip seat for a baby described above, only the single one-touch control part, which may be manipulated with one hand, is provided, such that the user may control the rotation of the folding hip seat with one hand even in the state in which the baby is seated. Therefore, a relatively small number of components are used for the one-touch control part, which reduces manufacturing costs and makes maintenance easy in comparison with a case in which a control part needs to be controlled with both hands.
  • Further, the installation plate part may be securely coupled to or easily separated from the base plate part by means of the fastening hooks, the fastening grooves, the elastic fastening protrusions, and the insertion holes. Further, the first hinge part is supported by the reinforcement ribs, such that the body weight of the baby may be dispersed to the plurality of points such as the fastening hooks, the elastic fastening protrusions, and the reinforcement ribs, and the first hinge part may be safely used.
  • Furthermore, a backrest part, which selectively rotates, may be further installed so that a rotation angle of the hip seat part may be adjusted, and the baby's waist may be supported on the hip seat part. An outer sheath having cushioning properties may be provided to cover the hip seat part. A pocket may be formed at one side of the outer sheath, and a refrigerant pack or a heating pack is selectively accommodated in the pocket to adjust the body temperature of the baby seated on the hip seat part on the basis of health conditions or seasons. Therefore, the utilization is very excellent.

The embodiments of the disclosure are provided so that the disclosure is completely disclosed, and a person with ordinary skill in the art can fully understand the scope of the disclosure. The disclosure will be defined only by the scope of the appended claims. Throughout the specification, the same reference numerals denote the same constituent elements.
  • In addition, in the description of the embodiments of the disclosure, the specific descriptions of publicly known functions or configurations will be omitted when it is determined that the specific descriptions may unnecessarily obscure the subject matter of the disclosure. In addition, the terms used herein are defined considering the functions in the disclosure and may vary depending on the intention or usual practice of an operator.
  • Therefore, the definition of the disclosure should be made based on the entire contents of the present specification.
  • FIGS. 1 to 7 illustrate one embodiment according to the embodiment of the disclosure. FIG. 1 is a use state view, FIG. 2A is a perspective view, FIGS. 2B, 4A, 4B, and 5A to 5C are operational views, FIG. 3 is a partially exploded perspective view, FIGS. 6A and 6B are partial operational views, and FIG. 7 is a partially enlarged perspective view.
  • Hereinafter, constituent members of a folding hip seat 1 for a baby according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure and operational relationships between the constituent members will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8.
  • First, with reference to FIGS. 1, 2A, and 2B, the folding hip seat 1 for a baby according to the disclosure may be worn on a guardian only by a waistband 200, as illustrated in FIG. 1. Alternatively, as illustrated in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the folding hip seat 1 for a baby may be worn on the guardian by shoulder strips 100 and the waistband 200 and include an upper body support part 300 that enables the baby to be seated on a hip seat part 600, which will be described below, in a state in which the baby's body and buttocks are surrounded and supported. The hip seat part 600, which will be described below, is rotatably installed on the waistband 200. The hip seat part 600 is used in a state of being unfolded in a horizontal direction when the baby is seated. When the hip seat part 600 is not used, the hip seat part 600 is folded toward the waistband 200 so that the hip seat part 600 is easily stored and carried.
  • The shoulder strips 100, the waistband 200, and the upper body support part 300 are identical to those used for a hip seat for a baby in the related art, and thus a further detailed description of the constituent elements and use method thereof will be omitted to simplify the specification. However, the upper body support part 300 may be made of a material having flexibility so that the hip seat part 600, which will be described below, may be extended to be suitable for a posture of the baby inclined rearward when the hip seat part 600 is in a gentle unfolded state with respect to an installation plate part 500.
  • With reference to FIG. 3, a base plate part 400 is fixedly installed at a front side of the waistband 200. The installation plate part 500 is detachably coupled to the base plate part 400. The base plate part 400 is formed in an outward convex plate shape so as to be in close contact with a lower abdomen of the guardian when the base plate part 400 is positioned on the lower abdomen of the guardian A plurality of fastening hooks 410 is provided at a front inner side in the horizontal direction, and elastic fastening protrusions 420 are respectively provided at two opposite sides of the plurality of fastening hooks 410.
  • The fastening hooks 410 and the elastic fastening protrusions 420 serve to allow the installation plate part 500 to be detachably fixed and disperse the body weight of the baby transmitted through the installation plate part 500. With reference to FIGS. 4A and 4B, the installation plate part 500 is coupled to the base plate part 400 by coming into close contact with the base plate part 400 and then moving downward. To this end, the fastening hook 410 protrudes in a "∟"-shaped angle shape. A fastening groove 510 includes a through port 511 penetrated by the fastening hook 410 when the installation plate part 500 comes into close contact with the base plate part 400, and a support groove 512 formed at an upper side of the through port 511 and configured to fixedly couple a tip of the fastening hook 410 when the installation plate part 500 positioned to be in close contact with the base plate part 400 moves downward on the base plate part 400.
  • The elastic fastening protrusion 420 not only serves to couple the base plate part 400 to the installation plate part 500 and disperse the body weight of the baby, but also serves to allow the user to identify whether the base plate part 400 is coupled to the installation plate part 500. That is, when the installation plate part 500 is completely coupled to the base plate part 400, a "click" sound is generated at the moment when an insertion protrusion 421 formed on the elastic fastening protrusion 420 is inserted into an insertion hole 520 formed in the installation plate part 500, such that the user identifies whether the installation plate part 500 is coupled to the base plate part 400. In addition, because the user necessarily needs to press the insertion protrusion 421 to separate the insertion protrusion 421 from the insertion hole 520 at the time of separating the installation plate part 500 from the base plate part 400, the elastic fastening protrusion 420 also serves to securely position and fix the installation plate part 500 so that the installation plate part 500 is not arbitrarily moved freely or separated from the base plate part 400.
  • The elastic fastening protrusion 420 is integrated with the base plate part 400, and two opposite sides and an upper end of the elastic fastening protrusion 420, except for a lower end thereof, are cut out so that the elastic fastening protrusion 420 is elastically biased forward. The insertion protrusion 421 protrudes from a front side of an upper end of the elastic fastening protrusion 420 and is detachably inserted into the insertion hole 520 formed in the installation plate part 500. Therefore, when the tip of the fastening hook 410 is fixedly supported in the support groove 512 as the installation plate part 500 comes into close contact with the base plate part 400 and then moves downward, the insertion protrusion 421 may be elastically and fixedly inserted into the insertion hole 520 at the same time.
  • With reference back to FIG. 3, the installation plate part 500 is detachably coupled to a front side of the base plate part 400. The installation plate part 500 is detachably coupled to the base plate part 400 and serves to allow the hip seat part 600, which will be described below, to be rotatably installed. The installation plate part 500 is formed in an outward convex plate shape so as to be in close contact with the base plate part 400 formed in an outward convex shape. In addition, the installation plate part 500 has the fastening grooves 510 formed at the positions corresponding to the fastening hooks 410 so that the fastening hooks 410 are coupled to the fastening grooves 510. The installation plate part 500 has the insertion holes 520 formed at the positions corresponding to the insertion protrusions 421 of the elastic fastening protrusions 420 so that the insertion protrusions 421 are electrically coupled to the insertion holes 520. Further, a first hinge part 530 protrudes from a front upper portion of the installation plate part. Because the fastening between the fastening hook 410 and the fastening groove 510 and the fastening between the elastic fastening protrusion 420 and the insertion hole 520 have been described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned description of the base plate part 400, a repeated description will be omitted to simplify the specification.
  • The first hinge part 530 includes first hinge protrusions 531 protruding from two opposite sides of a front upper portion of the installation plate part 500 and respectively having first hinge holes 532 formed therethrough, and a second hinge protrusion 533 protruding between the first hinge protrusions 531 and having a second hinge hole 534 formed therethrough on the same line as the first hinge hole 532. A first stop groove 535 and a second stop groove 536 are formed in one surface of the second hinge protrusion 533 along a rotation radius of a one-touch control part 620 to be described below.
  • The first hinge protrusions 531 and the second hinge protrusion 533 are connected by a hinge shaft 615 and serve to enable the rotation of the hip seat part 600 relative to the installation plate part 500 together with third and fourth hinge protrusions 611 and 613 to be described below. Further, an end of the one-touch control part 620, which will be described below, is selectively inserted into the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536, such that the hip seat part 600 is fixed in the unfolded state or the folded state depending on an insertion position.
  • Further, the first hinge protrusions 531 and the second hinge protrusion 533 are supported by reinforcement ribs 540 extending toward the installation plate part 500. Therefore, the first hinge protrusions 531 and the second hinge protrusion 533, to which the body weight of the baby is concentratedly applied, may be securely supported by the reinforcement ribs 540, such that the body weight of the baby may be effectively dispersed.
  • With reference to FIGS. 5A to 5C, the hip seat part 600 is rotatably installed on the first hinge part 530 of the installation plate part 500. Depending on whether the hip seat part 600 rotates, the hip seat part 600 is stored in the state of being in close contact with the installation plate part 500 or used in the unfolded state so that the baby is seated on the hip seat part 600 in the state in which the baby's upper body and buttocks are surrounded and supported by the upper body support part 300. The hip seat part 600 has a second hinge part 610 provided on a rear upper portion thereof and hingedly coupled to the first hinge part 530. Further, the one-touch control part 620 is provided at one front side of the second hinge part 610 and selectively fixed into the first stop groove 535 or the second stop groove 536 of the second hinge hole 534. The rotated and fixed states of the hip seat part 600 with respect to the installation plate part 500 may be controlled by the one-touch control part 620.
  • An upper surface and a lateral portion of the hip seat part 600 each have a curved structure corresponding to a body structure, such that all the baby's buttocks, which are surrounded by the upper body support part 300, and the baby's thighs, which are exposed to the outside of the upper body support part 300, may be stably in close contact with the hip seat part 600. Therefore, even though the baby is seated over a long period of time or the baby excessively moves in the seated state, it is possible to effectively prevent injuries to the baby's buttocks, which are surrounded by the upper body support part 300, and the inner skin of the baby's thighs exposed to the outside of the upper body support part 300. In addition, the hip seat part 600 is formed in a shape that gradually rises from the front side toward the rear side. This is to maintain a stable posture of the baby by allowing a center of gravity of the baby to be biased toward the guardian without being biased toward the rear side when the baby is seated on the hip seat part 600 unfolded from the installation plate part 500.
  • The second hinge part 610 includes: the third hinge protrusion 611 positioned between the second hinge protrusion 533 and the first hinge protrusion 531 positioned in a direction in which the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536 are not formed, the third hinge protrusion 611 having a third hinge hole 612 formed therein to communicate with the first hinge hole 532 and the second hinge hole 534; the fourth hinge protrusion 613 positioned between the second hinge protrusion 533 and the first hinge protrusion 531 positioned in a direction in which the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536 are formed, the fourth hinge protrusion 613 having a fourth hinge hole 614 formed therein and formed therethrough to communicate with the first hinge hole 532 and the second hinge hole 534; and a hinge shaft 615 integrally inserted into the first hinge hole 532, the second hinge hole 534, the third hinge hole 612, and the fourth hinge hole 614.
  • The hip seat part 600 may be stored in the state of being in close contact with the installation plate part 500 or used in the unfolded state depending on whether the other end of a shaft 630 to be described below is selectively inserted into any one of the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536. A third stop groove 537 may be further formed between the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536 along a rotation radius of the one-touch control part 620, such that a rotation angle at which the hip seat part 600 is unfolded may be adjusted.
  • That is, with reference to FIG. 5A, when the other end of the shaft 630 is inserted into the first stop groove 535, the hip seat part 600 is fixed in the state of being in close contact with the installation plate part 500. In this state, the folding hip seat 1 for a baby may be stored and transported. As described above, the hip seat part 600 is securely fixed by the shaft 630 in the state in which the hip seat part 600 is in close contact with the installation plate part 500, and the hip seat part 600 does not arbitrarily rotate while the hip seat part 600 is stored and transported, which may effectively prevent an accident or damage.
  • With reference to FIG. 5B, when the other end of the shaft 630 is inserted into the second stop groove 536, the hip seat part 600 is fixed in the state of being fully unfolded from the installation plate part 500. In this state, the guardian may take care of the baby seated on the folding hip seat 1 for a baby or move in the state in which the baby is seated on the folding hip seat 1 for a baby.
  • Even in the state in which the hip seat part 600 is fully rotated from the installation plate part 500, the hip seat part 600 is securely fixed by the shaft 630, such that the baby seated on the hip seat part 600 may be safely supported and protected.
  • With reference to FIG. 5C, when the other end of the shaft 630 is inserted into the third stop groove 537, the hip seat part 600 is fixed in a state of being gently unfolded from the installation plate part 500. In this state, the posture of the baby seated on the hip seat part 600 is somewhat inclined rearward. Therefore, this state may be easily used when the guardian gets a closer look at the baby's face or when the guardian, in a seated posture, feeds the baby with formula and other foods.
  • With reference to FIGS. 6A and 6B, the one-touch control part 620, which is used to control the rotation of the hip seat part 600, includes: a body 621 integrally formed at a front side of the fourth hinge protrusion 613 and having a movement hole 622 formed therein and formed therethrough in a length direction, the body 621 being configured such that an inner diameter of a portion in the movement hole 622, which is adjacent to the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536, is larger than an inner diameter of a portion opposite to the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536, and a first catching stepped portion 623 is formed along an inner peripheral edge of a point at which the inner diameter varies; the shaft 630 inserted into the movement hole 622 so as to be movable in the length direction and having one end at which a handle 631 is installed in a state in which one end protrudes to the outside of the body 621, and the other end protruding toward the second hinge protrusion 533 and selectively inserted into the first stop groove 535 or the second stop groove 536, the shaft 630 being configured such that an outer diameter of a portion adjacent to the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536 is larger than an outer diameter of a portion opposite to the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536, and a second catching stepped portion 632 is formed along an outer peripheral edge of a point at which the outer diameter varies; and a spring 633 provided at a position, at which the movement hole 622 has the large inner diameter, and having one end supported on the first catching stepped portion 623, and the other end supported on the second catching stepped portion 632, the spring 633 being configured to be elastically biased toward the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536 when the shaft 630 moves toward the handle 631.
  • The shaft 630 serves to control the rotation of the hip seat part 600. In the state in which the other end of the shaft 630 is selectively inserted into the first stop groove 535, the second stop groove 536, and the third stop groove 537, the shaft 630 is elastically biased toward the first stop groove 535, the second stop groove 536, and the third stop groove 537 by the spring 633. Therefore, the position of the hip seat part 600 may always be kept fixed as long as the user does not withdraw the shaft 630 by pulling the shaft 630 outward by using the handle 631. Further, the shaft 630 also serves to support and disperse the body weight of the baby together with the fastening hooks 410, the elastic fastening protrusions 420, and the reinforcement ribs 540.
  • In order to rotate the hip seat part 600, the user withdraws the shaft 630 by pulling the shaft 630 outward by using the handle 631. In this case, the second catching stepped portion 632 of the shaft 630 approaches the first catching stepped portion 623 in the movement hole 622, such that the spring 633 having the two opposite ends supported between the second catching stepped portion 632 and the first catching stepped portion 623 is compressed. At the same time, the other end of the shaft 630 is separated from the first stop groove 535, the second stop groove 536, and the third stop groove 537. The third stop groove 537 may be formed or not formed. In case that only the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536 are formed, the hip seat part 600 may be easily rotated or folded in a one-touch manner by the one-touch control part 620.
  • That is, in order to unfold the hip seat part 600, the user withdraws the shaft 630 by pulling the handle 631 so that the other end of the shaft 630 inserted into the first stop groove 535 is separated, and then the user rotates the hip seat part 600. In this case, a force, which is applied to withdraw the shaft 630, may be eliminated when the other end of the shaft 630 departs from the first stop groove 535. The other end of the shaft 630, which moves at the same time when the hip seat part 600 is fully unfolded, reaches the second stop groove 536 and is elastically inserted into the second stop groove 536 by the spring 633, such that the rotation of the hip seat part 600 is completed. The above-mentioned method is applied in the same way to rotate and fold the hip seat part toward the installation plate part 500 when the hip seat is in the fully unfolded state.
  • In case that the third stop groove 537 is further formed between the first stop groove 535 and the second stop groove 536, the rotation of the hip seat part 600 may be controlled in the same one-touch manner when the shaft 630 moves from the first stop groove 535 to the third stop groove 537 or from the third stop groove 537 to the second stop groove 536 or when the shaft 630 moves from the second stop groove 536 to the third stop groove 537 or from the third stop groove 537 to the first stop groove 535. However, because the shaft 630 needs to pass over the third stop groove 537 in case that the shaft 630 moves from the first stop groove 535 to the second stop groove 536 or from the second stop groove 536 to the first stop groove 535, the operation of withdrawing the shaft 630 is performed once more, or the force, which is applied to withdraw the shaft 630, is maintained until the shaft 630 passes over the third stop groove 537. In the disclosure, only the single third stop groove 537 is further formed between the first stop groove and the second stop groove 536. However, more stop grooves may, of course, be formed so that the hip seat part 600 may be fixed at various angles.
  • Meanwhile, with reference to FIG. 7, an accommodation space 640 may be formed in an upper surface of the hip seat part 600 and covered by a cover 641, and a body temperature adjustment pack 643 such as a refrigerant pack or a heating pack may be selectively accommodated in the accommodation space 640. The body temperature adjustment pack 643 serves to adjust a body temperature of the baby seated on the hip seat part 600 on the basis of health conditions or seasons.
  • For example, in case that a temperature of the baby is raised or the baby is out in hot summer weather, the refrigerant pack is accommodated in the accommodation space 640, and then the baby is seated on the hip seat part 600, thereby preventing the body temperature from being raised or effectively lowering the raised body temperature. Further, in case that the baby is out in the winter weather with a low atmospheric temperature, the heating pack is accommodated in the accommodation space 640, and then the baby is seated on the hip seat part 600, thereby preventing the body temperature of the baby from being lowered.
  • In this case, because the baby is seated on the hip seat part 600 in the state in which the baby is surrounded by the upper body support part 300, cold air or thermal conductivity may be decreased by the body temperature adjustment pack 643. Therefore, one or more through-holes 642 may be formed in the cover 641 so that the body temperature of the baby is easily adjusted by the body temperature adjustment pack 643. Alternatively, the cover 641 may be made of a material having high conductivity such as metal, woven fabric, or synthetic vinyl.
  • The disclosure is merely illustrative and may be carried out by being variously modified by those skilled in the art without departing from the subject matter claimed in claims, and the protection scope of the disclosure is not limited to the above-mentioned particular embodiments.
