Abstract
Operationstisch (100, 400), umfassend eine Lastsensoranordnung (102) mit mehreren Lastsensoren (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) zur Messung mindestens einer Größe, aus der sich eine auf die Lastsensoranordnung (102) wirkende Last bestimmen lässt, und eine Lastbestimmungseinheit (104), die an die Lastsensoreinheit (102) gekoppelt ist und anhand der gemessenen mindestens einen Größe zumindest eine definierte Last, die eine Messlast, eine Wirklast oder eine Gesamtlast ist, und/oder den Schwerpunkt der definierten Last bestimmt, und eine Überlastungsschutzeinheit (116), die anhand der definierten Last und/oder des Schwerpunkts der definierten Last ein Überlastungsschutzsignal (130) erzeugt, das angibt, ob ein Überlastungsrisiko für den Operationstisch (100, 400) und/oder mindestens eine Komponente des Operationstischs (100, 400) besteht, wobei die Messlast die auf die Lastsensoranordnung (102) wirkende Last ist, wobei die Wirklast eine durch Personen und Komponenten, die nicht dem Operationstisch (100, 400) zugeordnet sind, sowie durch externe Kräfte verursachte und auf den Operationstisch (100, 400) wirkende Last ist, und wobei die Gesamtlast sich aus der Messlast und aus einer durch Komponenten verursachten Last, die dem Operationstisch (100, 400) zugeordnet sind und sich unterhalb der Lastsensoranordnung (102) befinden, ergibt.Operating table (100, 400), comprising a load sensor arrangement (102) with a plurality of load sensors (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) for measuring at least one variable from which a load acting on the load sensor arrangement (102) can be determined, and a load determination unit (104) which is coupled to the load sensor unit (102) and, based on the measured at least one variable, determines at least one defined load, which is a measurement load, an effective load or a total load, and/or the center of gravity of the defined load, and an overload protection unit (116) which, based on the defined load and/or the center of gravity of the defined load, generates an overload protection signal (130) which indicates whether there is a risk of overload for the operating table (100, 400) and/or at least one component of the operating table (100, 400), wherein the measurement load is the load acting on the load sensor arrangement (102), wherein the effective load is a by persons and components not associated with the operating table (100, 400) as well as by external forces and acting on the operating table (100, 400), and wherein the total load results from the measuring load and from a load caused by components associated with the operating table (100, 400) and located below the load sensor arrangement (102).
