Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Verändern einer für den menschlichen Verzehr geeigneten Flüssigkeit, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) umfasst:a) ein erstes selbsttragendes Element (3), das ein Funktionsmaterial umfasst, das in der Lage ist, die Flüssigkeit zu verändern;b) ein zweites Element (4), das so dimensioniert ist, dass es das erste selbsttragende Element (3) lösbar greifen kann, und wobei das zweite Element (4) mit einem ersten Stück (5) versehen ist; undc) ein zweites Stück (6);wobei sowohl das erste (5) als auch das zweite (6) Stück ein festes ferromagnetisches oder ferrimagnetisches Material umfassen, wobei mindestens eines des ersten (5) und des zweiten (6) Stücks ein Permanentmagnet ist, und wobei das zweite Element (4) so bemessen ist, dass es durch eine Öffnung (11) eines Handbehälters (2) eingeführt werden kann, wobei die Öffnung (11) die größte Abmessung D aufweist, die nicht größer als 80 mm ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite Element (4) derart bemessen ist, dass es durch eine Öffnung (11) eines Handbehälters (2) eingeführt werden kann, wobei die Öffnung (11) die größte Abmessung D aufweist, die nicht größer als 75 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 70 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 65 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 60 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 55 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 50 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 45 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 40 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 35 mm ist, oder nicht größer als 30 mm ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das zweite Element (4) ein hohles Element mit einer zylindrischen Form mit einer Basis (16) ist, die eine Form aufweist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, die aus kreisförmigen, elliptischen, quadratischen, rechteckigen, dreieckigen, rautenförmigen, sternförmigen, polygonalen, und beliebigen Kombinationen davon besteht.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Element (4) ein Hohlelement mit zumindest teilweise einer insgesamt zylindrischen Form mit einer durchgehenden festen Seitenwand (12) mit einer Innenfläche (13) und einer Außenfläche (14) ist, wobei das zweite Element (4) mit mindestens einer Öffnung in der oberen Basis (15) und/oder der unteren Basis (16) der zylindrischen Form versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Seitenwand (12) des zweiten Elements (4) mit mindestens einer Öffnung (17) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Element (4) ein Hohlelement mit zylindrischer Form mit einer unteren Basis (16), einer oberen Basis (15) und einer durchgehenden massiven Seitenwand (12) ist, wobei die untere Basis (16) einen Durchmesser L hat, wobei die durchgehende massive Seitenwand (12) eine Höhe H hat, und das zweite Element (4) durch ein Seitenverhältnis AR gekennzeichnet ist, das durch das Verhältnis seiner Höhe H zu seinem Durchmesser L definiert ist, und wobei das Seitenverhältnis AR größer als 0,5 oder größer als 1 oder größer als 2 oder größer als 3 oder größer als 5 oder größer als 10 oder größer als 15 ist, oder größer als 20.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Element (4) mit einem ersten Stück (5) versehen ist, das sich von dem zweiten Element (4) unterscheidet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Element (4) mit dem ersten Stück (5) durch einen mechanischen Übergang (18), insbesondere über ein Scharnier, verbunden ist, das es dem zweiten Element (4) ermöglicht, sich zumindest teilweise um den mechanischen Übergang (18) zu drehen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das zweite Element (4) mit einem ersten Stück (5) versehen ist, das einen integralen Bestandteil des zweiten Elements (4) bildet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste selbsttragende Element (3) ein Funktionsmaterial umfasst, das in der Lage ist, den Geschmack, die Farbe, die Reinheit, das Aroma oder den Geruch der Flüssigkeit zu verändern.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste selbsttragende Element (3) derart dimensioniert ist, dass es durch die Öffnung (11) des Handbehälters (2) eingeführt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Stück (5) in der Lage ist, mit dem zweiten Stück (6) eine lösbare magnetische Bindung zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die ferner mit einem dritten Element (25) versehen ist, das das lösbare Befestigen des zweiten Stücks (6) an dem Handbehälter (2) ermöglicht.
