- the distances between the twisting pin and the two sides of the twisting switch 6 are different.
- the lid body 21 does not move, therefore during twisting the twisting switch 6, the position of the twisting pin of the twisting switch 6 on the lid body 21 will change in height, so that the pulling portion 31 will also change in height, and then manifest as the up and down movement of the movable base 3.
- the groove of the twisting groove is located in front of the lid body (that is, the side which the twisting switch and the sliding cover), so that when the twisting switch is movably connected with the pulling portion, it is necessary to snap the twisting switch inward into the twisting groove along the groove of the twisting groove (squeeze the twisting switch inward, so that it is snapped into the pulling part from the groove position of the twisting groove).
- the twisting switch needs to be removed, the twisting switch is pulled outward along the groove of the twisting groove (the sliding cover slides out, which will not block the movement of the twisting switch), and the twisting switch can be removed. In the whole process, under the action of the twisting groove of the pulling portion and the elastic seal, the twisting switch and the pulling part can be stably connected.
- the twisting switch 6 is provided with an anti-accidental-opening safety structure.
- a limit portion 22 is disposed on the upper side of the container lid 2. After sliding the sliding cover 7 onto the twisting switch 6, the sliding cover 7 is abutted to the limit portion 22, and the sliding cover 7 can not be twisted. After sliding the sliding cover 7 out of the twisting switch 6, the sliding cover 7 is separated from the limit portion 22, and the sliding cover 7 can be twisted.
- the limit portion 22 is lower than the upper surface of the container lid 2.
- the sliding cover 7 After sliding the sliding cover 7 into the twisting switch 6, the sliding cover 7 is partly abutted to the limit portion 22, so that the sliding cover 7 can not be twisted, and the twisting switch 6 can not be twisted also. As a result, accidentally opening the twisting switch 6 thereby causing the liquid/object leakage in the container 1 can be avoided. And when the container lid 2 needs to be opened, the sliding cover 7 is slided out partly outward so that the sliding cover 7 is separated from the limit portion 22. As such, the sliding cover 7 and the twisting switch 6 can be twisted, so that the container lid 2 is opened. As such, by setting the limit portion 22, a container lid 2 can be formed to open and close the safety, improving the safety during use.
- a disassembly safety structure is provided, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 .
- a notch 62 is disposed at a side of the twisting switch 6, the twisting switch 6 can be attached to and detached from the pulling portion 31 at the notch 62.
- the sliding cover 7 slides out of the twisting switch 6, the sliding cover 7 covers the notch 62 or exposes the notch 62, so that the sliding cover 7 forms a disassembly safety portion at the notch 62 and limits movement between the twisting switch 6 and the pulling portion 31.
- the sliding cover 7 and the twisting switch 6 are provided with a positioning buckle for the sliding cover 7 and the twisting switch 6 snap positioning.
- the positioning buckle includes positioning grooves on both sides of the twisting switch, and positioning protrusions are disposed on both sides of the sliding cover, wherein during the sliding of the sliding cover, the positioning protrusions of the sliding cover are snapped in the positioning grooves.
- the positioning groove (or the positioning buckle) can also be set to one or more according to actual needs.
- a limit protrusion 72 is disposed on the inside of the sliding cover 7. When sliding the sliding cover 7 out to the maximum position, the limit protrusion 72 is abutted to the twisting switch 6, and the twisting switch 6 limits the sliding cover 7 to avoid the sliding cover 7 from continuing to slide and detach from the twisting switch 6.
- the first state is that the sliding cover 7 is abutted to the limit portion 22 on the container lid 2, now the container lid 2 and the container are in a sealed state. At this time, due to the limit effect of the limit portion 22, the sliding cover 7 and the twisting switch 6 are unable to be twisted. In sliding the sliding cover 7 to slide out partly, at this time the sliding cover 7 are separated from the limit portion 22, the sliding cover 7 can be twisted (the twisting switch 6 will be twisted together), that is, the second state.
- the twisting switch 6 When the sliding cover 7 is twisted, the twisting switch 6 can be twisted, so that the container lid 2 and the container are opened. At this time, because the sliding cover 7 only slides partly out, and part of the position covers the groove position of the twisting switch 6, so that due to the limit effect of the sliding cover 7, the twisting switch 6 and the sliding cover 7 can not be separated from the pull part 31. Continue to slide the sliding cover 7 outward, with the sliding of the sliding cover 7, the notch 62 on the twisting switch 6 will all be exposed, that is, the third state. At this time, the twisting switch 6 can be separated from the pull part 31, and the twisting switch 6 and the sliding cover 7 are removed at the same time.
- a farthest stroke switch for example, the limit bulge mentioned above, to avoid the sliding cover 7 and the twisting switch 6 detached.
- it can be realized by 3 positioning buckles to position, or you can only set, according to the actual needs can be set.

- the vent hole 32 extends to the upper side of the lid body 21 through the pulling portion 31.
- An elastic sealing plug 8 is disposed at the upper part of the vent hole 32, and a sealing hole 81 communicated with the vent hole 32 is disposed at the middle part of the elastic sealing plug 8.
- the elastic seal 4 When using the above sealed container, the elastic seal 4 is located between the movable base 3 and the lid body 21. When the movable base 3 moves upward, the elastic seal 4 is deformed outward under the action of the movable base 3 and/or the lid body 21, so that the elastic seal 4 forms a sealing portion 41 between the movable base 3 and the container 1, for sealing the container lid 2 and the container 1.
- the overall structure of the elastic seal 4 is simple, and the installation and disassembly thereof are quick and convenient, which can effectively reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
- the elastic seal 4 when sealed by the elastic seal 4, it will only extend outward beyond the movable base 3 without bending.
- the elastic seal 4 has an N-layer structure

- the elastic seal may be mounted on the movable base 3, or may be mounted on the lower side of the lid body 21, as long as it is between the movable base 3 and the lid body 21.
- the movable base 3 is moved up, so that the movable base 3 and the container 1 are sealed by a deformed elastic seal 4.
- the upper end of the elastic seal 4 is connected with the lid body 21, and the lower end is located on the upper side of the movable base 3.
- the elastic seal is squeezed at the maximum diameter of the deformed part beyond the movable base at the position of the maximum diameter, and the maximum diameter of the deformed part of the squeezed elastic seal is greater than the diameter of the opening of the container, thereby preventing the movable base from continuing to move upward, so that the movable base presses the elastic seal on the inner neck portion of the container to form a sealing portion, and realizing the sealing of the container lid and the container.
- connection portion 9 for connecting the elastic seal 4 is disposed at the lower side of the lid body 21, and the connection portion 9 is fixed on the lower side of the lid body 21, the connection portion 9 is provided with an annular groove adapted to the upper side of the elastic seal 4.
- the elastic seal 4 is snapped in the annular groove, so that the elastic seal 4 can be disposed between the lid body 21 and the movable base 3.
- the connection between the elastic seal and the lid body 21 is an indirect connection.
- it may also be provided with an integrated connection portion 9 on the lower side of the lid body 21 for connecting the elastic seal to directly connect the elastic seal.
- the elastic seal 4 is provided with a bend, so that the diameter of the upper part, which is fixed to the connection portion, is smaller than the diameter of the lower deformation part.
- the lower part of the elastic seal 4 is easier to deform outward.
- the height of the inner and outer groove walls of the annular groove is also different.
- the inner side of the annular groove is higher than the outer side, which makes the elastic seal 4 more susceptible to deformation when in contact with the movable base 3, thereby forming the sealing portion 41, improving the smoothness of the sealing process.
- the elastic seal 4 may also be connected with the movable base 3, and a squeezing portion for squeezing and deforming is disposed at the lower side of the lid body 21, which can also achieve the sealing effect.
- the elastic seal 4 has a ring-like structure with a hole in the middle part.
- a protrusion portion 42 is disposed between the hole and the edge of the elastic seal 4, and the elastic seal 4 is connected to the movable base 3 or the lid body 21 through the middle opening.
- protrusion portion 42 is disposed between the middle opening and the edge of the elastic seal (may be upward or downward extrusion, in the present embodiment, it is upward extrusion).
- the movable base moves towards the lid body.
- the elastic seal expands outward, so that the edge of the elastic seal extends beyond the movable base to be greater than the diameter of the opening of the container to prevent the movable base from continuing to move upward, and the movable base presses the elastic seal on the neck portion of the container to form a sealing portion, realizing the sealing of the container lid and container.
- the elastic seal 4 may be connected with the movable base 3 or the lid body 21.
- the elastic seal 4 is connected to the movable base 3.
- An annular groove 33 is disposed in the middle part of the movable base 3, and the elastic seal is snapped in the annular groove 33, removably connecting the elastic seal with the movable base 3.
- the annular groove 33 may be also disposed at the middle part of the lower side of the lid body 21 for connecting the elastic seal, so that in the upward moving of the movable base 3, the elastic seal can also be squeezed and deformed to form the sealing portion 41.
- a pressing plate 5 is disposed on the lower side of the lid body 21.
- the lower side of the pressing plate 5 is abutted to the upper side of the elastic seal 4, and the lower side of the elastic seal 4 is abutted to the upper side of the movable base 3, so that the elastic seal 4 is squeezed to be deformed, and the edge of the elastic seal 4 extends outward beyond the movable base 3.
- the pressing plate 5 and the lid body 21 may be a split or an integrated structure.

Description
- The present application relates to a container, in particular to a sealed container.
- A container is a basic device, usually a shell, used to hold materials or liquids. In the prior art, generally, thread or snap structure is adopted to the container for connection and sealing. When using thread connection, the thread is easy to be damaged after long-term use. Further, in the case of using threads, when opening the lid, it is necessary to twist a certain number of turns to open or close the container lid, and it is not inconvenient to use.
- The applicant firstly applied for a quick-open container, wherein using an elastic seal which can deform radially to seal the container lid with the container. In this process, it is necessary to twist a twisting switch to deform the elastic seal. Here, because the size of the twisting switch is unchanged, twisting the twisting switch is more laborious, so that it is inconvenient to use. Therefore, it can only be used in a container with small caliber in order to ensure smooth opening during use. For a container with larger caliber, since the elastic seal becomes larger, the pressure to deform the elastic seal also needs to be greater and it takes more effort to open the container, which results in a poor user experience.
- Based on this, it is necessary to provide a sealed container against the problems in the prior art.
- A sealed container, including a container and a container lid, wherein the container lid includes a lid body; a movable base that can be moved up and down is disposed under the lid body; an elastic seal is disposed between the movable base and the lid body, and the elastic seal is connected with the lid body or the movable base; wherein when the movable base is moved upward, an outer edge of the elastic seal is deformed outward to be greater than a diameter of an sealing part of the container under an action of the movable base and/or the lid body, thereby preventing the movable base from continuing to be moved upward, so that the movable base presses the elastic seal on a neck portion of the container to form a sealing portion, and realizing sealing of the container lid and the container; an opening and closing mechanism for opening and closing the container lid is disposed on an upper side of the container lid, and the opening and closing mechanism includes a twisting switch and a sliding cover, wherein when twisting the twisting switch on the lid body, the movable base is moved up and down; and the twisting switch is connected slidably with the sliding cover, and the sliding cover can slide relative to the twisting switch, so as to increase a length of a force arm of the twisting switch.

- As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 9 , a sealed container includes acontainer 1 and acontainer lid 2, wherein thecontainer lid 2 includes alid body 21. Amovable base 3 that can be moved up and down is disposed under thelid body 21. Anelastic seal 4 is disposed between themovable base 3 and thelid body 21, and theelastic seal 4 is connected with thelid body 21 or themovable base 3. When themovable base 3 is moved upward, an outer edge of the elastic seal is deformed outward to be greater than a diameter of an opening of the container under an action of the movable base and/or the lid body, thereby preventing the movable base from continuing to be moved upward, so that the movable base presses the elastic seal on an inner neck portion of the container to form a sealing portion, and realizing sealing of the container lid and the container. An opening and closing mechanism for opening and closing thecontainer lid 2 is disposed on an upper side of thecontainer lid 2, and the opening and closing mechanism includes a twistingswitch 6 and a slidingcover 7. When twisting the twistingswitch 6 on the lid body, themovable base 3 is moved up and down. The twistingswitch 7 is connected slidably with the slidingcover 6, and the slidingcover 7 can slide out of the twistingswitch 6, so as to increase a length of the twisting switch. - After sliding the sliding
cover 7 out of the twistingswitch 6, the slidingcover 7 can be twisted, so that the twistingswitch 6 is twisted synchronously, and thereby themovable base 3 is moved up and down under the action of the lever force. As such, during opening and closing the lid, the arm length of the twistingswitch 6 when being twisted can be increased by means of the slidingcover 7, forming a labor-saving lever. As a result, it is more convenient and easier to open and close thecontainer 1, and in the case of containers with greater pressure and larger caliber, it is more convenient to open and close the container by means of the labor-saving lever. - In this case, for the connection between the twisting
switch 6 and themovable base 3, in this embodiment, a pullingportion 31 passes through thecontainer lid 2 to the upper side of thecontainer lid 2 is disposed on the upper side of the movable base. The twistingswitch 6 is movably connected with the pullingportion 31, and the pulling portion is provided with twisting grooves on both sides. The twisting switch is movably connected with the pulling portion at the twisting groove, and the twisting switch and the pulling portion can be stably connected under an action of an elastic force of the twisting grooves of the pulling portion and the elastic seal. As shown inFIGS. 8 and9 , specifically, there are twisting pins on both sides of the twistingswitch 6, and twisting grooves are provided on the corresponding sides of the pullingportion 31. In this case, the distances between the twisting pin and the two sides of the twistingswitch 6 are different. As such, during twisting the twistingswitch 6, thelid body 21 does not move, therefore during twisting the twistingswitch 6, the position of the twisting pin of the twistingswitch 6 on thelid body 21 will change in height, so that the pullingportion 31 will also change in height, and then manifest as the up and down movement of themovable base 3. In this case, the groove of the twisting groove is located in front of the lid body (that is, the side which the twisting switch and the sliding cover), so that when the twisting switch is movably connected with the pulling portion, it is necessary to snap the twisting switch inward into the twisting groove along the groove of the twisting groove (squeeze the twisting switch inward, so that it is snapped into the pulling part from the groove position of the twisting groove). When the twisting switch needs to be removed, the twisting switch is pulled outward along the groove of the twisting groove (the sliding cover slides out, which will not block the movement of the twisting switch), and the twisting switch can be removed. In the whole process, under the action of the twisting groove of the pulling portion and the elastic seal, the twisting switch and the pulling part can be stably connected. - In order to avoid accidentally opening the twisting
switch 6 in use, as shown inFIG 2 andFIG 5 , in the present embodiment, the twistingswitch 6 is provided with an anti-accidental-opening safety structure. Specifically, alimit portion 22 is disposed on the upper side of thecontainer lid 2. After sliding the slidingcover 7 onto the twistingswitch 6, the slidingcover 7 is abutted to thelimit portion 22, and the slidingcover 7 can not be twisted. After sliding the slidingcover 7 out of the twistingswitch 6, the slidingcover 7 is separated from thelimit portion 22, and the slidingcover 7 can be twisted. Here, thelimit portion 22 is lower than the upper surface of thecontainer lid 2. After sliding the slidingcover 7 into the twistingswitch 6, the slidingcover 7 is partly abutted to thelimit portion 22, so that the slidingcover 7 can not be twisted, and the twistingswitch 6 can not be twisted also. As a result, accidentally opening the twistingswitch 6 thereby causing the liquid/object leakage in thecontainer 1 can be avoided. And when thecontainer lid 2 needs to be opened, the slidingcover 7 is slided out partly outward so that the slidingcover 7 is separated from thelimit portion 22. As such, the slidingcover 7 and the twistingswitch 6 can be twisted, so that thecontainer lid 2 is opened. As such, by setting thelimit portion 22, acontainer lid 2 can be formed to open and close the safety, improving the safety during use. - At the same time, in order to avoid accidentally moving the twisting
switch 6 out of the pullingportion 31 position, in the present embodiment, a disassembly safety structure is provided, as shown inFIGS. 8 and9 . Specifically, anotch 62 is disposed at a side of the twistingswitch 6, the twistingswitch 6 can be attached to and detached from the pullingportion 31 at thenotch 62. When the slidingcover 7 slides out of the twistingswitch 6, the slidingcover 7 covers thenotch 62 or exposes thenotch 62, so that the slidingcover 7 forms a disassembly safety portion at thenotch 62 and limits movement between the twistingswitch 6 and the pullingportion 31. When the slidingcover 7 covers the groove, if the twistingswitch 6 is moved, the slidingcover 7 is abutted to thepull part 31 to be limited, hence the twistingswitch 6 can not be moved, and the slidingcover 7 at this time has a disassembly safety function, which can avoid accidental removal of the twistingswitch 6. When the slidingcover 7 is moved so that the notch 62is exposed, the twistingswitch 6 can be removed from thepull part 31 at the groove. As such, the twisting switch 6 (together with the sliding cover 7) can be easily removed for cleaning, and will not be accidentally removed. After the twistingswitch 6 and slidecover 7 are removed, the cleaning process can be convenience. - In the relative movement of the sliding portion and the twisting
switch 6, in order to make the slidingcover 7 slide into and out of the twistingswitch 6, the relative position between the cannot slidingcover 7 and switch cap, the slidingcover 7 and the twistingswitch 6 are provided with a positioning buckle for the slidingcover 7 and the twistingswitch 6 snap positioning. In one of the embodiments, the positioning buckle includes positioning grooves on both sides of the twisting switch, and positioning protrusions are disposed on both sides of the sliding cover, wherein during the sliding of the sliding cover, the positioning protrusions of the sliding cover are snapped in the positioning grooves. Here, in order to make the slidingcover 7 in the moving has a relatively certain position, two sets of positioning grooves are provided, and there is a certain interval between the two sets of positioning grooves, so that in moving the sliding cover, the positioning protrusions on the side of the sliding cover can be snapped into different positioning cannot groove thereby the slidingcover 7 is determined in sliding on the twistingswitch 6, at this time, for the user, sliding to different positioning groove represents different states,. Of course, the positioning groove (or the positioning buckle) can also be set to one or more according to actual needs. In order to avoid theslide cover 7 sliding out and being separated from the twistingswitch 6, alimit protrusion 72 is disposed on the inside of the slidingcover 7. When sliding the slidingcover 7 out to the maximum position, thelimit protrusion 72 is abutted to the twistingswitch 6, and the twistingswitch 6 limits the slidingcover 7 to avoid the slidingcover 7 from continuing to slide and detach from the twistingswitch 6. - During the movement of the sliding
cover 7 on the outer side of the twistingswitch 6, there are at least three different states between the sliding cover and the twisting switch due to the different relative positions of the sliding cover and the twisting switch. The first state is that the slidingcover 7 is abutted to thelimit portion 22 on thecontainer lid 2, now thecontainer lid 2 and the container are in a sealed state. At this time, due to the limit effect of thelimit portion 22, the slidingcover 7 and the twistingswitch 6 are unable to be twisted. In sliding the slidingcover 7 to slide out partly, at this time the slidingcover 7 are separated from thelimit portion 22, the slidingcover 7 can be twisted (the twistingswitch 6 will be twisted together), that is, the second state. When the slidingcover 7 is twisted, the twistingswitch 6 can be twisted, so that thecontainer lid 2 and the container are opened. At this time, because the slidingcover 7 only slides partly out, and part of the position covers the groove position of the twistingswitch 6, so that due to the limit effect of the slidingcover 7, the twistingswitch 6 and the slidingcover 7 can not be separated from thepull part 31. Continue to slide the slidingcover 7 outward, with the sliding of the slidingcover 7, thenotch 62 on the twistingswitch 6 will all be exposed, that is, the third state. At this time, the twistingswitch 6 can be separated from thepull part 31, and the twistingswitch 6 and the slidingcover 7 are removed at the same time. A farthest stroke switch (for example, the limit bulge mentioned above, to avoid the slidingcover 7 and the twistingswitch 6 detached). In the above 3 states, it can be realized by 3 positioning buckles to position, or you can only set, according to the actual needs can be set. - Furthermore, in order to maintain the pressure balance inside and outside the container when in use, in the present embodiment, as shown in
FIGS. 5 to 8 , thevent hole 32 is disposed on themovable base 3. Thevent hole 32 extends to the upper side of thelid body 21 through the pullingportion 31. Anelastic sealing plug 8 is disposed at the upper part of thevent hole 32, and a sealinghole 81 communicated with thevent hole 32 is disposed at the middle part of theelastic sealing plug 8. When the twistingswitch 6 is opened or closed, the inner side of the slidingcover 6 is in communicated with or separated from theelastic sealing plug 8, so that it can be communicated with the outer side of the container through the vent hole or separated from the outer side through the sealing hole during use. During the opening and closing of the container, the pressure balance inside and outside the container can be maintained, reducing the difficulty of opening and closing the container lid. - When using the above sealed container, the
elastic seal 4 is located between themovable base 3 and thelid body 21. When themovable base 3 moves upward, theelastic seal 4 is deformed outward under the action of themovable base 3 and/or thelid body 21, so that theelastic seal 4 forms a sealingportion 41 between themovable base 3 and thecontainer 1, for sealing thecontainer lid 2 and thecontainer 1. The overall structure of theelastic seal 4 is simple, and the installation and disassembly thereof are quick and convenient, which can effectively reduce production costs and improve production efficiency. - Here, when sealed by the
elastic seal 4, it will only extend outward beyond themovable base 3 without bending. In particular, theelastic seal 4 has an N-layer structure, and when thecontainer 1 is sealed and connected with thecontainer lid 2, the sealingportion 41 formed by theelastic seal 4 has an N-layer structure. Here, N is a natural number that is not 0. In case of theelastic seal 4 having a one-layer (single-layer) structure, theelastic seal 4 has the single-layer structure in the unsealed state, while theelastic seal 4 will not bend in the sealed state and will keep the single-layer structure. In case of theelastic seal 4 having two-layers (double-layer) structure, each layer of sub-elastic seals is fixed to each other (or not fixed, and in this case, a fixed connection position is provided between thesub-elastic seals 4, so as to avoid relative movement in use, affecting the sealing effect). As such, the sealing can still be formed in use, and when theelastic seal 4 has a multi-layer structure, it has the same structure, that is, the sub-elastic seals are relatively fixed with each other and position offset will not occur. In the present embodiment, theelastic seal 4 has a single-layer structure, which has a simple overall structure and a better sealing performance when used. - As for the installation of the
elastic seal 4, it is fixedly connected or removably connected with themovable base 3 or thelid body 21. In the present embodiment, theelastic seals 4 are installed in a manner of removable connection. The installation in the removable manner can facilitate the installation and removal, and furthermore, when makes it is easy to clean. - The elastic seal may be mounted on the
movable base 3, or may be mounted on the lower side of thelid body 21, as long as it is between themovable base 3 and thelid body 21. When sealing, themovable base 3 is moved up, so that themovable base 3 and thecontainer 1 are sealed by a deformedelastic seal 4. - As shown in
FIGS. 3 ,4 and5 , inembodiment 1 for theelastic seal 4 which has a ring structure in particular, the upper end of theelastic seal 4 is connected with thelid body 21, and the lower end is located on the upper side of themovable base 3. When themovable base 3 is moved upward, the elastic seal is squeezed at the maximum diameter of the deformed part beyond the movable base at the position of the maximum diameter, and the maximum diameter of the deformed part of the squeezed elastic seal is greater than the diameter of the opening of the container, thereby preventing the movable base from continuing to move upward, so that the movable base presses the elastic seal on the inner neck portion of the container to form a sealing portion, and realizing the sealing of the container lid and the container. - Here, a
connection portion 9 for connecting theelastic seal 4 is disposed at the lower side of thelid body 21, and theconnection portion 9 is fixed on the lower side of thelid body 21, theconnection portion 9 is provided with an annular groove adapted to the upper side of theelastic seal 4. Theelastic seal 4 is snapped in the annular groove, so that theelastic seal 4 can be disposed between thelid body 21 and themovable base 3. Here, the connection between the elastic seal and thelid body 21 is an indirect connection. Of course, it may also be provided with anintegrated connection portion 9 on the lower side of thelid body 21 for connecting the elastic seal to directly connect the elastic seal. Here, in order to enable theelastic seal 4 to deform quickly when being squeezed, theelastic seal 4 is provided with a bend, so that the diameter of the upper part, which is fixed to the connection portion, is smaller than the diameter of the lower deformation part. As such, when themovable base 3 is in contact with the lower part of theelastic seal 4, the lower part of theelastic seal 4 is easier to deform outward. Further, the height of the inner and outer groove walls of the annular groove is also different. Here the inner side of the annular groove is higher than the outer side, which makes theelastic seal 4 more susceptible to deformation when in contact with themovable base 3, thereby forming the sealingportion 41, improving the smoothness of the sealing process. - Of course, the
elastic seal 4 may also be connected with themovable base 3, and a squeezing portion for squeezing and deforming is disposed at the lower side of thelid body 21, which can also achieve the sealing effect. - As shown in
FIGS. 6 and7 , inembodiment 2 for theelastic seal 4, theelastic seal 4 has a ring-like structure with a hole in the middle part. Aprotrusion portion 42 is disposed between the hole and the edge of theelastic seal 4, and theelastic seal 4 is connected to themovable base 3 or thelid body 21 through the middle opening. When themovable base 3 is moved upward, themovable base 3 moves towards thelid body 21. Under the action of themovable base 3 and thelid body 21, theelastic seal 4 expands outward, and the edge of theelastic seal 4 extends beyond themovable base 3 to form a sealingportion 41 between thecontainer 1 and thecontainer lid 2. Here, protrusion portion 42 is disposed between the middle opening and the edge of the elastic seal (may be upward or downward extrusion, in the present embodiment, it is upward extrusion). When the movable base is moved upward, the movable base moves towards the lid body. Under the action of the movable base and the lid body, the elastic seal expands outward, so that the edge of the elastic seal extends beyond the movable base to be greater than the diameter of the opening of the container to prevent the movable base from continuing to move upward, and the movable base presses the elastic seal on the neck portion of the container to form a sealing portion, realizing the sealing of the container lid and container. - Here, the
elastic seal 4 may be connected with themovable base 3 or thelid body 21. In the present embodiment, theelastic seal 4 is connected to themovable base 3. Anannular groove 33 is disposed in the middle part of themovable base 3, and the elastic seal is snapped in theannular groove 33, removably connecting the elastic seal with themovable base 3. Of course, theannular groove 33 may be also disposed at the middle part of the lower side of thelid body 21 for connecting the elastic seal, so that in the upward moving of themovable base 3, the elastic seal can also be squeezed and deformed to form the sealingportion 41. - In the above embodiment for the elastic seal, in order to make the
elastic seal 4 expand more smoothly, apressing plate 5 is disposed on the lower side of thelid body 21. When themovable base 3 is moved upward, the lower side of thepressing plate 5 is abutted to the upper side of theelastic seal 4, and the lower side of theelastic seal 4 is abutted to the upper side of themovable base 3, so that theelastic seal 4 is squeezed to be deformed, and the edge of theelastic seal 4 extends outward beyond themovable base 3. In this way, it can be ensured that theelastic seal 4 can be fully expanded. Of course, here, thepressing plate 5 and thelid body 21 may be a split or an integrated structure. In the present embodiment, thepressing plate 5 and thelid body 21 are a split structure, so as to facilitate production, removal, and installation. - In the above two embodiments for the elastic seals, during using, the sliding
cover 7 is slided out, and then the slidingcover 7 is twisted to twist the twisting switch and the sliding cover together. During opening the container lid, the deformed elastic seal needs to return to its original shape, and will produce a force acting on the movable base. Therefore, under the action of the elastic seal, the movable base will move down, and the elastic seal restore from, the sealed state is released, and the container lid can be opened. - In the above embodiments of two elastic seals, in order to make the deformation of the
elastic seal 4 smoother, at least one of the contact surfaces of themovable base 3 and theelastic seal 4 is an arc surface. The contact surface is set as an arc surface, which can reduce the friction during deformation, thereby making the deformation of theelastic seal 4 smoother. Here, the upper outer edge of themovable base 3 and the lower inner edge of theelastic seal 4 are both arc surfaces, so that the deformation of theelastic seal 4 is smoother. - The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of conciseness, not all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are described.
