It has also been surprisingly found that providing a hollow tubular body 3, having a smaller inner diameter than hollow tubular member 5, immediately downstream of the hollow tubular member 5 provides a further improvement in the aerosol by channelling the hot aerosol through the centre of the hollow tubular member 5, further reducing condensation on the inner surface of the tubular member.
