, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.Chinese Patent Application No. 202011282645.0, entitled "VAPORIZER AND ELECTRONIC VAPORIZATION DEVICE" and filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on November 17, 2020 - Embodiments of this application relate to the field of electronic vaporization devices, and in particular, to a vaporizer and an electronic vaporization device.
- Tobacco products (such as cigarettes and cigars) bum tobacco during use to produce tobacco smoke. Attempts are made to replace these tobacco-burning products by making products that release compounds without burning.
- An example of this type of products is a heating device that releases compounds by heating rather than burning materials. For example, the materials may be tobacco or other non-tobacco products. These non-tobacco products may include or not include nicotine. In another example, there are aerosol-providing products, for example, the so-called electronic vaporization devices. These devices usually contain a vaporable liquid, and the liquid is heated to vaporize, so as to generate inhalable vapor or an aerosol. Generally, in a known electronic vaporization device, a liquid absorbing element gradually absorbs a liquid substrate and transfers the liquid substrate to a heating element for vaporization to generate an aerosol, and the aerosol is outputted through a vapor output channel to the outside of the device for inhalation. During use of the foregoing known electronic vaporization device, there is a risk that the liquid substrate seeps into the aerosol output channel through a gap between the liquid absorbing element and another component.
- An embodiment of this application provides a vaporizer, configured to vaporize a liquid substrate to generate an aerosol, and including an outer housing, where the outer housing is internally provided with:
- a liquid storage cavity, configured to store a liquid substrate;
- a liquid absorbing element, constructed to be in fluid communication with the liquid storage cavity to absorb the liquid substrate;
- a first support element, located between the liquid absorbing element and the liquid storage cavity, and configured to at least partially support the liquid absorbing element and at least partially define a vaporization chamber surrounding the liquid absorbing element;
- a heating element, combined on the liquid absorbing element, and configured to heat at least a part of the liquid substrate of the liquid absorbing element to generate an aerosol and release the aerosol to the vaporization chamber; and
- an aerosol output channel, at least partially formed on the first support element, and configured to output the aerosol in the vaporization chamber, where
- the first support element is provided with a first protruding edge extending into the vaporization chamber; and the first protruding edge is constructed to prevent the liquid substrate from flowing to the aerosol output channel through a gap between the first support element and the liquid absorbing element.
- In a preferred implementation, the first protruding edge is constructed to surround the aerosol output channel.
- In a preferred implementation, the first support element is further provided with a holding portion that extends toward the liquid absorbing element and holds the liquid absorbing element.
- In a preferred implementation, a grooved space is formed between the first protruding edge and the holding portion, to collect the liquid substrate flowing to the aerosol output channel through the gap between the first support element and the liquid absorbing element.
- In a preferred implementation, a first capillary groove extending in a horizontal direction is further provided on a surface of the grooved space, to absorb and hold the liquid substrate in the hook-shaped or grooved space by a capillary action.
- In a preferred implementation, the aerosol output channel includes a through hole extending in the first support element in a vertical direction;
- the aerosol output channel further includes an air pipe extending in the vertical direction of the outer housing; and
- the through hole and the air pipe are coaxially arranged and kept spaced.
- In a preferred implementation, the first support element further includes a second protruding edge extending in a direction away from the vaporization chamber; and the second protruding edge is constructed to surround the through hole, to prevent aerosol condensate generated from an inner wall of the air pipe from flowing to the through hole.
- In a preferred implementation, the first support element further includes a holding space surrounding the second protruding edge, to collect the aerosol condensate generated from the inner wall of the air pipe.
- In a preferred implementation, a second capillary groove in fluid communication with the holding space is further provided on an outer wall of the first support element, to absorb, by a capillary action, the aerosol condensate collected in the holding space.
- In a preferred implementation, the outer housing is further internally provided with:
a second support element, located on a side of the liquid absorbing element away from the first support element in a vertical direction, and at least partially supporting the liquid absorbing element, where the second support element and the first support element define the vaporization chamber. - In a preferred implementation, one of the first support element and the second support element is rigid and the other is flexible.
- In a preferred implementation, a third capillary groove is further provided on an inner wall of the vaporization chamber defined by the second support element, to absorb aerosol condensate in the vaporization chamber.
- Another embodiment of this application further provides a vaporizer, configured to vaporize a liquid substrate to generate an aerosol, and including an outer housing, where the outer housing is internally provided with:
- a liquid storage cavity, configured to store a liquid substrate;
- a liquid absorbing element, constructed to be in fluid communication with the liquid storage cavity to absorb the liquid substrate;
- a first support element, located between the liquid absorbing element and the liquid storage cavity, and at least partially defining a vaporization chamber surrounding the liquid absorbing element;
- a heating element, combined on the liquid absorbing element, and configured to heat at least a part of the liquid substrate of the liquid absorbing element to generate an aerosol and release the aerosol to the vaporization chamber; and
- an aerosol output channel, configured to output the aerosol in the vaporization chamber, where the aerosol output channel includes a through hole extending in the first support element in a vertical direction and opposite to the heating element;
- the first support element is further provided with a second protruding edge extending in a direction away from the vaporization chamber; and the second protruding edge is constructed to prevent aerosol condensate generated from an inner wall of the aerosol output channel from flowing to the through hole.
- In a preferred implementation, the aerosol output channel further includes an air pipe extending in the vertical direction of the outer housing, and the through hole and the air pipe are arranged kept spaced.
- In a preferred implementation, the second protruding edge is constructed to surround the through hole.
- In a preferred implementation, the first support element further includes a holding space surrounding the second protruding edge, to collect the aerosol condensate generated from the inner wall of the air pipe.
- In a preferred implementation, a second capillary groove in airflow communication with the holding space is further provided on an outer wall of the first support element, to absorb, by a capillary action, the aerosol condensate collected in the holding space.
- In a preferred implementation, the first support element has a window located on the outer wall, and the holding space is in airflow communication with the second capillary groove through the window.
- In a preferred implementation, the outer housing is further internally provided with:
a second support element, located on a side of the liquid absorbing element away from the first support element in a vertical direction, and at least partially supporting the liquid absorbing element, where the second support element and the first support element define the vaporization chamber. - In a preferred implementation, one of the first support element and the second support element is rigid and the other is flexible.
- An embodiment of this application further provides an electronic vaporization device, including a vaporizer configured to vaporize a liquid substrate to generate an aerosol, and a power supply component supplying power to the vaporizer, where the vaporizer includes the vaporizer described above.

- This application provides an electronic vaporization device. Referring to
FIG. 1 , the electronic vaporization device includes: avaporizer 100, configured to store a liquid substrate and vaporize the liquid substrate to generate an aerosol; and apower supply mechanism 200, configured to supply power to thevaporizer 100. - In an optional implementation, as shown in
FIG. 1 , thepower supply mechanism 200 includes: a receivingcavity 270, provided at an end in a length direction and configured to receive and accommodate at least a part of thevaporizer 100; and firstelectrical contacts 230, at least partially exposed on a surface of the receivingcavity 270 and configured to be electrically connected to thevaporizer 100 to supply power to thevaporizer 100 when at least a part of thevaporizer 100 is received and accommodated in thepower supply mechanism 200. - According to a preferred implementation shown in
FIG. 1 , an end portion of thevaporizer 100 opposite to thepower supply mechanism 200 in the length direction is provided with secondelectrical contacts 21, so that when at least a part of thevaporizer 100 is received in the receivingcavity 270, the secondelectrical contacts 21 form conductivity through being in contact with and abutting against the firstelectrical contacts 230. - A
seal element 260 is arranged inside thepower supply mechanism 200, and at least a part of an internal space of thepower supply mechanism 200 is separated through theseal element 260 to form the receivingcavity 270. In the preferred implementation shown inFIG. 1 , theseal element 260 is constructed to extend in a cross section direction of thepower supply mechanism 200, and is prepared by a flexible material, so as to prevent the liquid substrate seeping from thevaporizer 100 to the receivingcavity 270 from flowing to components such as acontroller 220 and asensor 250 inside thepower supply mechanism 200. - In the preferred implementation shown in
FIG. 1 , thepower supply mechanism 200 further includes acore 210, located close to another end opposite to the receivingcavity 270 in the length direction, and configured to supply power; and thecontroller 220, arranged between the core 210 and an accommodating cavity, and operably guiding a current between the core 210 and the firstelectrical contacts 230. - During use, the
power supply mechanism 200 includes asensor 250, configured to sense an inhalation flow generated during inhalation by using asuction nozzle cover 20 of thevaporizer 100, so that thecontroller 220 controls thecore 210 to output the current to thevaporizer 100 according to a detection signal of thesensor 250. - Further, in the preferred implementation shown in
FIG. 1 , a charginginterface 240 is arranged on another end of thepower supply mechanism 200 away from the receivingcavity 270, to supply power to thecore 210 after being connected to an external charging device. -
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a specific structure of thevaporizer 100 according to an embodiment of this application. In this embodiment, thevaporizer 100 is
overall in an elongated flat shape and has anear end 110 and afar end 120 opposite to each other in the length direction. During use, thenear end 110 serves as an end for the mouth of a user to vape, and thefar end 120 is an end received in apower supply device 200. In terms of external construction, thevaporizer 100 includes: - a
main housing 10, in a hollow barrel shape, where an end portion close to thefar end 120 is an opening; and - an
end cap 20, arranged on thefar end 120 of thevaporizer 100 and closing the opening of themain housing 10, to jointly form a complete housing of thevaporizer 100. In material use, theend cap 20 is made of stainless steel, and when thevaporizer 100 is at least partially received in thepower supply device 200, theend cap 20 can be magnetically attached to a magnetic member of thepower supply device 200, so that thevaporizer 100 is stably held in thepower supply device 200. - Further, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the secondelectrical contact 21 of thevaporizer 100 extends to the inside from thefar end 120, and is at least partially exposed on a surface of theend cap 20, so as to easily form conductivity with thepower supply device 200 during use. In addition, thefar end 120 of thevaporizer 100 is further provided withair inlets 22, for external air to enter thevaporizer 100 during inhalation of the user. - Further,
FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 show a schematic diagram of an internal structure of thevaporizer 100 and a schematic exploded view of some components of thevaporizer 100 inFIG. 2 . As shown inFIG. 3 andFIG. 4 , thevaporizer 100 further includes: - an
aerosol output pipe 11, extending in an axial direction of themain housing 10, where an upper end of theaerosol output pipe 11 is in airflow communication with a suction nozzle A located on an upper end of themain housing 100, so as to output the aerosol generated in thevaporizer 100 to the suction nozzle A for inhalation; - a
liquid storage cavity 12, formed by a space between theaerosol output pipe 11 and an inner wall of themain housing 10, and configured to store the liquid substrate; and - a
vaporization assembly 30, configured to absorb the liquid substrate from theliquid storage cavity 12 through capillary infiltration, and heat and vaporize the absorbed liquid substrate to generate the aerosol for inhalation. Specifically, thevaporization assembly 30 includes a liquid absorbingelement 31, and aheating element 32 at least partially surrounding theliquid absorbing element 31. As shown inFIG. 3 andFIG. 4 , theliquid absorbing element 31 is constructed to extend in a width direction of themain housing 10, and two ends of the liquid absorbingelement 31 are exposed or are in fluid communication with theliquid storage cavity 12. The liquid substrate in theliquid storage cavity 12 is absorbed by the two ends of the liquid absorbingelement 31 and then transferred to the inside along arrows R1 shown inFIG. 3 . Theheating element 32 surrounds or is wound around at least a part of the liquid absorbingelement 31, and is configured to heat at least a part of the liquid substrate in the firstliquid absorbing element 31 to generate the aerosol for inhalation. - In an optional implementation, the
liquid absorbing element 31 may be made of or include a porous ceramic body, fiber cotton, a porous material, and the like; and theheating element 32 may be made of a resistive metal material, such as, iron, nickel, chromium, or alloy thereof. - Further, referring to
FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 , for ease of assembly and fixing of thevaporization assembly 30 in themain housing 10, a first support element and a second support element are further arranged in themain housing 10. The second support element is arigid support frame 50, and the first support element is aflexible seal element 40. In some embodiments, thesupport frame 50 and theseal element 40 jointly clamp and hold thevaporization assembly 30. Specifically, referring toFIG. 5 , therigid support frame 50 is provided with afirst wall 510 and asecond wall 520 that extend in a length direction, and thefirst wall 510 and thesecond wall 520 are arranged oppositely close to two sides of themain housing 10 in a thickness direction. Avaporization chamber 530 andsupport grooves 540 located at two ends of thefirst wall 510 and thesecond wall 520 and configured to support the liquid absorbingelement 31 are formed between thefirst wall 510 and thesecond wall 520. As shown inFIG. 5 , thesupport groove 540 is generally in a U shape. - After assembly, the
liquid absorbing element 31 and theheating element 32 are both mainly accommodated in thevaporization chamber 530, so that the generated aerosol can be released to thevaporization chamber 530, and outputted from thevaporization chamber 530 to theaerosol output pipe 11 through an airpipe insertion hole 41 on theseal element 40. - Two ends of the
heating element 32 are further connected to the secondelectrical contacts 21 through elongated pins orwires 321, so as to supply power to theheating element 32 through the secondelectrical contacts 21. - The
seal element 40 is further wrapped outside thefirst wall 510 and thesecond wall 520 of thesupport frame 50. After assembly, theseal element 40 clamps or tightly presses the liquid absorbingelement 31 from the top ofFIG. 5 , so that thevaporization assembly 30 is stably held between theseal element 40 and thesupport frame 50. - Usually, in an optional implementation, the
seal element 40 is prepared by a flexible material such as silicone or rubber. The airpipe insertion hole 41 is provided on theseal member 40, and during assembly, a lower end of theaerosol output pipe 11 is inserted into the airpipe insertion hole 41 to communicate with thevaporization chamber 530, to output the aerosol in thevaporization chamber 530 to the suction nozzle A for inhalation. During use, theseal element 40 is configured to prevent the liquid substrate in theliquid storage cavity 12 from entering theaerosol output pipe 11 and thevaporization chamber 530, so that the liquid substrate can leave theliquid storage cavity 12 only by being absorbed by the firstliquid absorbing element 31. - Further, referring to
FIG. 5 , through holes 42 are provided on two sides of theseal element 40 in the width direction, and after the liquid absorbingelement 31 is clamped or tightly pressed, theliquid absorbing element 31 can at least partially extend into theliquid storage cavity 12 through the through holes. - Further, for an airflow design of the
e-cigarette vaporizer 100, refer toFIG. 4 andFIG. 6 . Thesupport frame 50 is provided with amain air chamber 51, andbuffer air chambers 52 that are located on two sides of themain air chamber 51 in the width direction and in communication with themain air chamber 51. Thebuffer air chambers 52 are in direct airflow communication with theair inlets 22 on theend cap 20. In this way, during inhalation, after external air enters thebuffer air chambers 52 through theair inlets 22, and then enters themain air chamber 51 from thebuffer air chambers 52, the external air is outputted from anair outlet hole 511 to theaerosol output pipe 11 through thevaporization chamber 530, thereby forming a complete inhalation airflow shown by an arrow R2 inFIG. 6 . - Further, referring to
FIG. 6 , a structure of theseal element 40 includes a holdingportion 43 extending toward theliquid absorbing element 31, and the holdingportion 43 holds the liquid absorbingelement 31 on thesupport frame 50 by clamping or tightly pressing. - An extending protruding
edge 44 surrounding the airpipe insertion hole 41 is provided on an inner wall of theseal element 40 close to thevaporization chamber 530. A hook-shaped or groovedspace 45 away from theaerosol output pipe 11 is formed between the protrudingedge 44 and the clampingportion 43. When thevaporizer 100 is placed flat or upside down in a direction opposite to that inFIG. 3 during use, after the liquid substrate in theliquid storage cavity 12 seeps into thevaporization chamber 530 through a gap between the holdingportion 43 and the liquid absorbingelement 31 along an arrow R3 shown inFIG. 6 , the liquid substrate can be blocked by the protrudingedge 44 and held in the hook-shaped or groovedspace 45 formed between the protrudingedge 44 and the clampingportion 43. Therefore, the problem that the liquid substrate directly flows into the airpipe insertion hole 41 and is inhaled by the user during inhalation can be avoided. - Further, referring to
FIG. 6 , an outer surface of the protrudingedge 44 opposite to the clampingportion 43 is designed in a step shape. When thevaporizer 100 is turned to an inhalation or holding state shown inFIG. 3 from being placed flat or upside down, the step-shaped outer surface of the protrudingedge 44 can guide the liquid substrate accumulated in the hook-shaped or groovedspace 45 to drip to thevaporization assembly 30 to be re-vaporized. Alternatively, in other variation implementations, the outer surface of the protrudingedge 44 opposite to the clampingportion 43 is designed to be inclined, such as an inclined surface or an arc surface. -
FIG. 7 to FIG. 9 show a schematic structural diagram of avaporizer 100a according to another embodiment. Construction of thevaporizer 100a includes: - a
main housing 10a, where a suction nozzle A is arranged at an upper end of themain housing 10a, and themain housing 10a is in a hollow barrel shape with an opening at a lower end of themain housing 10a; - an
end cap 20a, arranged on the opening at the lower end of themain housing 10a; - an aerosol output pipe 11a, extending in an axial direction of the
main housing 10a, and configured to output an aerosol generated in thevaporizer 100a to the suction nozzle A; - a
liquid storage cavity 12a, defined and formed by a space between themain housing 10a and the aerosol output pipe 11a, and configured to store a liquid substrate; and - a
vaporization assembly 30a, configured to absorb the liquid substrate from theliquid storage cavity 12a through capillary infiltration, and heat and vaporize the absorbed liquid substrate to generate the aerosol for inhalation. Specifically, thevaporization assembly 30a includes a liquidabsorbing element 31a extending in a width direction of themain housing 10a, and aheating element 32a at least partially surrounding theliquid absorbing element 31a and heating a part of the liquid substrate of the liquid absorbing element 3 1a to generate the aerosol. Two ends of the liquid absorbingelement 31a are in fluid communication with theliquid storage cavity 12a, and the liquid substrate in theliquid storage cavity 12a is absorbed by the two ends of the liquid absorbingelement 31a and then transferred to the inside along arrows R1 shown inFIG. 7 . Likewise, thevaporizer 100a further includes secondelectrical contacts 21a configured to supply power to theheating element 32a. - For ease of sealing the
liquid storage cavity 12a and holding thevaporization assembly 30a, themain housing 10a is further internally provided with:
a first support element and a second support element arranged in sequence in a vertical direction of themain housing 10a, where the first support element is arigid holder 40a, and the second support element is aflexible support base 50a. Therigid holder 40a is close to theliquid storage cavity 12a, and theflexible support base 50a is held on theend cap 20a. After assembly, avaporization chamber 70a is formed between therigid holder 40a and theflexible support base 50a. Thevaporization assembly 30a is located between therigid holder 40a and theflexible support base 50a, and is clamped or held in thevaporization chamber 70a by therigid holder 40a and theflexible support base 50a, so that the generated aerosol is released to thevaporization chamber 70a during use. - In addition, the
rigid holder 40a is provided with afirst insertion hole 41a, for an end portion of the aerosol output pipe 11a to be inserted into thefirst insertion hole 41a. At least a partial surface of therigid holder 40a is covered with aseal element 60a to seal a gap between therigid holder 40a and themain housing 10a, so as to prevent the liquid substrate in theliquid storage cavity 12a from seeping through the gap. - To match liquid guiding and assembly of the
rigid holder 40a, theseal element 60a is provided with a firstliquid guide hole 62a for the liquid substrate to flow to therigid holder 40a, and asecond insertion hole 61a for the aerosol output pipe 11a to run through and then be inserted into thefirst insertion hole 41a. In addition, theseal element 60a further seals a gap between therigid holder 40a and thefirst insertion hole 41a, to prevent the liquid substrate in theliquid storage cavity 12a from seeping into the aerosol output pipe 11a through the gap. - As shown by the arrows R1 in
FIG. 7 , therigid holder 40a is further provided with a secondliquid guide hole 42a, and during use, the liquid substrate in theliquid storage cavity 12a flows through the firstliquid guide hole 62a and the secondliquid guide hole 42a in sequence and is then transferred to thevaporization assembly 30a for absorption and vaporization. - Specifically, in construction of details, the
flexible support base 50a is provided with aconcave cavity 51a facing therigid holder 40a, and thevaporization assembly 30a is accommodated and placed in theconcave cavity 51a. Therigid holder 40a matches theflexible support base 50a in to jointly clamp thevaporization assembly 30a, so that thevaporization assembly 30a is stably held between therigid holder 40a and theflexible support base 50a. - An
air inlet channel 52a is provided in one side of theflexible support base 50a, for external air to flow through an air inlet hole on theend cap 20a and theair inlet channel 52a in sequence and enter thevaporization chamber 70a between therigid holder 40a and theflexible support base 50a during use. - Further, referring to
FIG. 9 , therigid holder 40a is provided with a holdingportion 46a extending toward thevaporization assembly 30a, and thevaporization assembly 30a is pressed tightly or held between therigid holder 40a and theflexible support base 50a by the holdingportion 46a. - As shown by an arrow R2 in
FIG. 8 , therigid holder 40a is further provided with anair outlet hole 44a located at the center and opposite to thefirst insertion hole 41a, and the aerosol in thevaporization chamber 70a is outputted to the aerosol output pipe 11a through theair outlet hole 44a. - The
rigid holder 40a is further provided with a first protrudingedge 442a extending into thevaporization chamber 70a and surrounding theair outlet hole 44a, so as to form a hook-shaped orgrooved space 47a between the first protrudingedge 442a and the holdingportion 46a. The hook-shaped orgrooved space 47a is configured to, when thevaporizer 100a is placed flat or upside down, prevent the liquid substrate in the secondliquid guide hole 42a from seeping into theair outlet hole 44a through a gap between the holdingportion 46a and thevaporization assembly 30a. According to a preferred implementation shown inFIG. 10 , a surface of the hook-shaped orgrooved space 47a is provided withseveral grooves 471a extending in the width direction and capable of absorbing and holding the liquid substrate flowing into the hook-shaped orgrooved space 47a. - Further, referring to
FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 , therigid holder 40a is further provided with a second protrudingedge 441a extending toward thefirst insertion hole 41a, and an accommodating or holdingspace 45a defined by an outer wall of the second protrudingedge 441a and surrounding the second protrudingedge 441a. When thevaporizer 100a is obliquely held by a user for inhalation or is placed flat, condensate formed after the aerosol on an inner wall of the aerosol output pipe 11a is cooled obliquely drips into the holdingspace 45a rather than directly vertically dripping into thevaporization chamber 70a. In addition, the holdingspace 45a is in airflow communication with severalcapillary grooves 43a on an outer wall of therigid holder 40a, so that the condensate or liquid in the holdingspace 45a can be transferred or absorbed to thecapillary grooves 43a by capillary absorption and is therefore prevented from seeping through theend cap 20a. Specifically, as can be seen fromFIG. 10 , the holdingspace 45a is in airflow communication with thecapillary grooves 43a throughwindows 48a on two sides of therigid holder 40a. - Further, referring to
FIG. 10 , the holdingportion 46a of therigid holder 40a is located between the secondliquid guide hole 42a and the first protrudingedge 442a In other variation implementations, the holdingportion 46a may also be in a U shape, so as to better match the shape of thevaporization assembly 30a, thereby reducing the gap between the holdingportion 46a and thevaporization assembly 30a, and preventing and reducing seeping of the liquid substrate. - In addition, in a preferred implementation shown in
FIG. 9 , a thirdcapillary groove 53a extending in the vertical direction is further formed on an inner wall of thevaporization chamber 70a defined by theflexible support base 50a. A function and an objective of the thirdcapillary groove 53a are basically to absorb and hold the condensate of the aerosol generated and accumulated in thevaporization chamber 70a, to prevent the condensate from flowing out of theair inlet channel 52a. - Further, in the foregoing preferred implementations, a width of the
capillary groove 43a and/or thegroove 471a and/or the thirdcapillary groove 53a configured to absorb a liquid by a capillary action is preferably maintained at a millimeter level, and is more preferably less than 1 mm. - It should be noted that, the specification of this application and the accompanying drawings thereof illustrate preferred embodiments of this application, but are not limited to the embodiments described in this specification. Furthermore, a person of ordinary skill in the art may make improvements or modifications according to the foregoing description, and all the improvements and modifications shall fall within the protection scope of the attached claims of this application.
Claims (21)
- A vaporizer, configured to vaporize a liquid substrate to generate an aerosol, and comprising an outer housing, wherein the outer housing is internally provided with:a liquid storage cavity, configured to store a liquid substrate;a liquid absorbing element, constructed to be in fluid communication with the liquid storage cavity to absorb the liquid substrate;a first support element, located between the liquid absorbing element and the liquid storage cavity, and configured to at least partially support the liquid absorbing element and at least partially define a vaporization chamber surrounding the liquid absorbing element;a heating element, combined on the liquid absorbing element, and configured to heat at least a part of the liquid substrate of the liquid absorbing element to generate an aerosol and release the aerosol to the vaporization chamber; andan aerosol output channel, at least partially formed on the first support element, and configured to output the aerosol in the vaporization chamber, whereinthe first support element is provided with a first protruding edge extending into the vaporization chamber; and the first protruding edge is constructed to prevent the liquid substrate from flowing to the aerosol output channel through a gap between the first support element and the liquid absorbing element.
- The vaporizer according to claim 1, wherein the first protruding edge is constructed to surround the aerosol output channel.
- The vaporizer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first support element is further provided with a holding portion that extends toward the liquid absorbing element and holds the liquid absorbing element.
- The vaporizer according to claim 3, wherein a grooved space is formed between the first protruding edge and the holding portion, to collect the liquid substrate flowing to the aerosol output channel through the gap between the first support element and the liquid absorbing element.
- The vaporizer according to claim 4, wherein a first capillary groove extending in a horizontal direction is further provided on a surface of the grooved space, to absorb and hold the liquid substrate in the grooved space by a capillary action.
- The vaporizer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the aerosol output channel comprises a through hole extending in the first support element in a vertical direction of the outer housing;the aerosol output channel further comprises an air pipe extending in the vertical direction of the outer housing; andthe through hole and the air pipe are coaxially arranged and kept spaced.
- The vaporizer according to claim 6, wherein the first support element further comprises a second protruding edge extending in a direction away from the vaporization chamber; and the second protruding edge is constructed to surround the through hole, to prevent aerosol condensate generated from an inner wall of the air pipe from flowing to the through hole.
- The vaporizer according to claim 7, wherein the first support element further comprises a holding space surrounding the second protruding edge, to collect the aerosol condensate generated from the inner wall of the air pipe.
- The vaporizer according to claim 8, wherein a second capillary groove in fluid communication with the holding space is further provided on an outer wall of the first support element, to absorb, by a capillary action, the aerosol condensate collected in the holding space.
- The vaporizer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the outer housing is further internally provided with:
a second support element, located on a side of the liquid absorbing element away from the first support element in a vertical direction, and at least partially supporting the liquid absorbing element, wherein the second support element and the first support element define the vaporization chamber. - The vaporizer according to claim 10, wherein one of the first support element and the second support element is rigid and the other is flexible.
- The vaporizer according to claim 10, wherein a third capillary groove is further provided on an inner wall of the vaporization chamber defined by the second support element, to absorb aerosol condensate in the vaporization chamber.
- A vaporizer, configured to vaporize a liquid substrate to generate an aerosol, and comprising an outer housing, wherein the outer housing is internally provided with:a liquid storage cavity, configured to store a liquid substrate;a liquid absorbing element, constructed to be in fluid communication with the liquid storage cavity to absorb the liquid substrate;a first support element, located between the liquid absorbing element and the liquid storage cavity, and at least partially defining a vaporization chamber surrounding the liquid absorbing element;a heating element, combined on the liquid absorbing element, and configured to heat at least a part of the liquid substrate of the liquid absorbing element to generate an aerosol and release the aerosol to the vaporization chamber; andan aerosol output channel, configured to output the aerosol in the vaporization chamber, wherein the aerosol output channel comprises a through hole extending in the first support element in a vertical direction of the outer housing and opposite to the heating element;the first support element is further provided with a second protruding edge extending in a direction away from the vaporization chamber; and the second protruding edge is constructed to prevent aerosol condensate generated from an inner wall of the aerosol output channel from flowing to the through hole.
- The vaporizer according to claim 13, wherein the aerosol output channel further comprises an air pipe extending in the vertical direction of the outer housing, and the through hole and the air pipe are kept spaced.
- The vaporizer according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the second protruding edge is constructed to surround the through hole.
- The vaporizer according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the first support element further comprises a holding space surrounding the second protruding edge, to collect the aerosol condensate generated from the inner wall of the air pipe.
- The vaporizer according to claim 16, wherein a second capillary groove in airflow communication with the holding space is further provided on an outer wall of the first support element, to absorb, by a capillary action, the aerosol condensate collected in the holding space.
- The vaporizer according to claim 17, wherein the first support element has a window located on the outer wall, and the holding space is in airflow communication with the second capillary groove through the window.
- The vaporizer according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the outer housing is further internally provided with:
a second support element, located on a side of the liquid absorbing element away from the first support element in a vertical direction, and at least partially supporting the liquid absorbing element, wherein the second support element and the first support element define the vaporization chamber. - The vaporizer according to claim 19, wherein one of the first support element and the second support element is rigid and the other is flexible.
- An electronic vaporization device, comprising a vaporizer configured to vaporize a liquid substrate to generate an aerosol, and a power supply component supplying power to the vaporizer, wherein the vaporizer comprises the vaporizer according to any one of claims 1 to 20.
