Abstract
L'invention concerne un système informatique basé au sol qui reçoit des données de paramètres de performance pour des composants similaires disposées sur un aéronef similaire, et qui détermine des niveaux correspondants de dégradation et des taux de changement de dégradation pour les composants similaires respectifs. Un niveau de flotte de dégradation pour des groupes de composants similaires est généré sur la base d'une analyse des dégradations combinées des composants similaires dans le groupe respectif. Au moins un élément parmi une longévité utile résiduelle (RUL) et un état de santé (SOH) pour chaque composant des composants similaires respectifs est déterminé sur la base d'une comparaison des niveaux de dégradation pour chacun des composants similaires et un niveau de flotte de dégradation pour les groupes de composants similaires. Un temps prédit d'entretien pour chaque composant similaire est déterminé sur la base de l'élément ou des éléments parmi la RUL et le SOH du composant similaire, permettant ainsi des déterminations d'entretien efficace pour des composants sur la base d'informations au niveau de la flotte.
