Abstract
Dans un mode de réalisation, de multiples plans conjugués sont utilisés pour créer une pluralité de plans de pupille optique et une pluralité de plans d'image. Ces plans optiques résolvent de multiples problèmes et introduisent d'importantes améliorations de performances dans le système. Dans une exécution d'un mode de réalisation décrit, le canal de mesure est basé sur le principe de Shack-Hartmann inversé. Par l'introduction d'un système de relais (par exemple, un système de lentille 4-f), le plan de fente pourrait être conjugué au plan de pupille du système mesuré (contrairement à une exécution précédente où les fentes ont été placées à distance du plan de pupille étant donné qu'il n'était pas directement accessible). La création d'un plan de pupille virtuel permet un placement plus précis du plan sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'entrer en contact avec le système optique mesuré.
