Thepositioning plate 6 abuts against theknob 7 and theknob 7 is thus prevented from rotating and kept in a locked state. When theelectrical assembly 3 is needed to be removed from thebody 1, theknob 7 can be pressed and moved in the vertical direction. Theknob 7 drives thefirst protrusion 71 to exit thefirst positioning groove 22 and thesecond protrusion 72 to exit thesecond positioning groove 61. Then theknob 7 is rotated to misalign thefirst protrusion 71 with thefirst positioning groove 22. At this time, the mountingplate 2 can be pulled out from theclamping plates 4, and the mountingplate 2 and theelectrical assembly 3 can be taken off from thebody 1. - In detail, in this embodiment, the
knob 7 is provided with twofirst protrusions 71. The twofirst protrusions 71 are arranged at intervals along a length direction of one side of theknob 7 close to the mountingplate 2. The mountingplate 2 is provided with twofirst positioning grooves 22. A distance between the twofirst positioning grooves 22 is equal to a distance between the twofirst protrusions 71, and the twofirst positioning grooves 22 are in one-to-one correspondence with the twofirst protrusions 71, which ensures that theknob 7 is in stable contact with the mountingplate 2. Theknob 7 is further provided with twosecond protrusions 72. The twosecond protrusions 72 are arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of theknob 7. Thepositioning plate 6 is provided with threesecond positioning grooves 61, and the threesecond positioning grooves 61 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of theknob 7. An included angle between the twosecond protrusions 71 is equal to an included angle between every two adjacent second positioning grooves. When thepositioning member 5 is in the locked state or the unlocked state, the twosecond protrusions 72 cooperate with two of the threesecond positioning grooves 61 to keep theknob 7 in the locked state or the unlocked state. Unintended rotation of theknob 7 is avoided. - In another embodiment, there may be other number of
first protrusions 71, such as three or morefirst protrusions 71. Thosefirst protrusions 71 are distributed along the length direction of one side of theknob 7 close to the mountingplate 2. Thefirst positioning grooves 22 are consistent with thefirst protrusions 71 in number, and a distance between every two adjacentfirst positioning grooves 22 is consistent with a distance between every two adjacentfirst protrusions 71. - In another embodiment, there may be other number of
second protrusions 72, such as three or moresecond protrusions 72. Thosesecond protrusions 72 are distributed along the circumferential direction of theknob 7. The number of thesecond positioning grooves 61 is greater than that of thesecond protrusions 72. Thesecond positioning grooves 61 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of theknob 7, and an included angle between every two adjacentsecond positioning grooves 61 is equal to an included angle between every two adjacentsecond protrusions 72. - Referring to
FIG. 7 andFIG. 8 , the positioningmember 5 further includes a guidingrod 8. The guidingrod 8 includes ahead 81 and arod 82 connected to the head. Theknob 7 is provided with a throughhole 73 for therod 82 to pass through. The guidingrod 8 is extended along the vertical direction. Therod 82 of the guidingrod 8 passes through the throughhole 73, and thehead 81 of the guidingrod 8 abuts against theknob 7. An outer wall of therod 82 is provided with threads, and thebody 1 is provided with a first threadedhole 12 to engage with therod 82. Theknob 7 is guided to move in the vertical direction by the guidingrod 8 which is fixed on thebody 1, and the traveled distance of theknob 7 is limited by abutting thehead 81 of the guidingrod 8 against theknob 7. Therefore, theknob 7 is prevented from loosening. - In an embodiment, the positioning
member 5 further includes anelastic member 51 sleeved on the guidingrod 8. Theelastic member 51 includes two opposite ends along a moving direction of theelastic member 51, one of which abuts against thebody 1, and the other of which abuts against a surface of theknob 7 away from thehead 81 to move theknob 7 toward thehead 81. When theknob 7 abuts against thehead 81, thesecond protrusion 72 is moved into thesecond positioning groove 61. Thus, theknob 7 can automatically reset when theknob 7 is pressed and moved in the vertical direction, and theknob 7 is kept at a height such that thefirst protrusion 71 is engaged with thefirst positioning groove 22 under the action of theelastic member 51. The operation of theknob 7 is more convenient. - Referring to
FIG. 7 andFIG. 9 , on the basis of the first embodiment, the second embodiment of the present application adopts another technical solution for the configuration of the mountingplate 2, and the difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is only the configuration of the mountingplate 2. - As shown in
FIG. 7 andFIG. 9 , in this embodiment, each clampingmember 21 on the mountingplate 2 includes anextension portion 23. Theextension portion 23 is bent towards one side of the mountingplate 2 close to thebody 1, and a gap is formed between theextension portion 23 and the mountingplate 2 to receive acorresponding clamping plate 4. When the clampingmember 21 is engaged with thecorresponding clamping plate 4, the correspondingclamping plate 4 is moved into the gap. The clampingplate 4 abuts against theextension portion 23 and also contacts the mountingplate 2, which keeps the relative position between the clampingplate 4 and the mountingplate 2 stable, and prevents the mountingplate 2 from loosening. - In general, according to the present application, the installation and disassembly of the electrical assembly is realized through the cooperation of the mounting plate, the clamping plates and the positioning member. When to mount the electrical assembly on the body of the lamp, the clamping plates are moved into the clamping members. The knob is pressed and rotated, so that the first protrusion of the knob is engaged with the first positioning groove of the mounting plate, the second protrusion of the knob is engaged with the second positioning groove of the positioning plate and the position of the mounting plate is fixed. When to remove the electrical assembly, the knob is pressed and rotated to exit the first protrusion from the first positioning groove, and then the clamping members are separated from the clamping plates. No more operation is needed. The operation is simple and the installation and disassembly of the electrical assembly is facilitated. The electrical assembly can be quickly taken out or put in by the maintenance operator who overhauls the lamp. The electrical assembly can be installed or disassembled without removing the lamp from the lamp's installation position. Thus, the maintenance efficiency of the lamp is greatly improved.
- The above is only an optional embodiment of the present application, and is not therefore limiting the scope of the present application. Any equivalent structural transformation made based on the contents of the specification and drawings of the present application or any direct/indirect application in other related technical fields under the inventive concept of the present application is included in the claimed scope of the present application.
