Abstract
Description
- One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container having a button-separable structure, in which a part of an upper container can be easily detached from a lower container without being disturbed by a button through a button-separable structure provided on the upper container.
- A cosmetic product is an article used to beautify the appearance of a human body and cover defects of the appearance to enable the human body to appear attractive or to maintain a health of skis, hairs, etc.
- The cosmetic product is classified into base cosmetics, color cosmetics, and functional cosmetics according to the purpose of use, and produced in a liquid or gel form or a solid or powder form according to characteristics thereof and stored and used in various types of cosmetic containers.
- Accordingly, it is necessary to develop containers for various types of cosmetic products according to the purpose of use and characteristics of the cosmetic product. In general, a liquid or gel cosmetic product is used in such a manner that a user fills a glass container or a tube container with the liquid or gel cosmetic product, puts the cosmetic product on his/her hands for use or squeezes the cosmetic product from the container, and then applies the cosmetic product onto his/her skins.
- However, according to such a conventional cosmetic container, there is an inconvenience that the user is required to wash his/her hands on which a cosmetic material is put whenever the user uses the cosmetic material and there is a problem that the cosmetic material is wasted.
- In order to solve the problems as described above, a compact container in which a puff is mounted has been developed, so that the cosmetic material is not put on the hands and the puff is easily carried.

Korean Registration Patent No. 10-1584512 - However, the conventional compact container is inconvenient in use, in which the outer container lid and the refill container lid have to be opened from the outer container and the refill container, respectively, in order to check a type and color of a cosmetic material contained in the refill container.
- In addition, since the conventional compact container has a push button installed on the front of the outer container, even when both the outer container and the refill container are formed of a transparent material to allow the cosmetic material contained in the refill container to be reflected on the outside, a part of the outer container is blocked by the push button, such that the push button installed on the outer container interferes with checking the type and color of the cosmetic material and occupies a predetermined space inside the outer container, thereby resulting in a structural limitation that a space for containing the cosmetic material is reduced.

Korean Registration Patent No. 10-1684243 - However, the conventional compact container as described above has a structure in which the compact container is hinge-coupled to the container body in a state in which the mirror is fixedly coupled to an inner side of the container lid, such that it was inconvenient to use the mirror by holding the container body with the container lid open, and it is problematic that the container lid is arbitrarily closed due to external impact or inclination of the container body to cover the mirror.
- Accordingly, a mirror provided on the container lid may be separately used by applying a structure in which the container lid of the compact container is detached from the container body. In this case, in order to separate the container lid from the container body, there was inconvenience that a button is pushed to release fastening between the container lid and the container body, and then the container lid is forcibly removed and separated from the container body. In addition, the container lid of the compact container is formed with two or more configurations of an upper plate and a lower plate that are detachably coupled to each other, and the mirror may thus be separately used by separating an upper portion of the container lid from a lower portion thereof. In this case, because a button is installed on one side of the container lid, the button interferes with a detachment process between the container lid and the container body.
- Therefore, it is necessary to develop a cosmetic container, in which the button does not interfere with separating or coupling between the container body and the container lid when separating the container lid installed with the button from the container body in order to separately use or recycle the mirror.

Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1684243 (issued on January 25, 2016 - In order to solve the problems, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a cosmetic container having a button-separable structure, in which when an upper container is separated from a lower container in order to separately use or recycle a mirror provided in the upper container, some components of a button installed on the upper container are allowed to be separated together, so that the button does not interfere with detachment of the upper container from the lower container.
- Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a cosmetic container having a button-separable structure, in which a lower container is formed of a transparent material, and a button is installed on an upper container which opens and closes the lower container, such that contents are reflected on the outside through the entire transparent outer wall of the lower container, so that the user can easily check the contents, aesthetic feeling can be improved, and an internal space of the lower container can be easily secured.
- In order to achieve the above objects, the present disclosure provides a cosmetic container having a button-separable structure including: a lower container; an upper container which opens and closes the lower container; a button installed on the upper container; and a mirror formed on the upper container, wherein the upper container includes a connection member coupled to the lower container and a cover member detachably coupled to the connection member, and the button is divided into an elastic locking member formed on the connection member and a pressing member formed on the cover member.
- In addition, the lower container may be formed of a transparent material so that contents stored in the lower container may be reflected on an outside.
- In addition, the lower container may be mounted with a content container which contains contents and a content container cover which opens and closes the content container.
- In addition, the lower container may further include an intermediate body having a locking protrusion on one side thereof.
- In addition, the cover member of the upper container may be rotatably coupled to an extent of a predetermined section while covering an upper portion of the connection member.
- In addition, the connection member of the upper container may be formed with an insertion groove and a fixing protrusion to fix the elastic locking member of the button.
- In addition, an elastic protrusion may be formed on the connection member of the upper container to horizontally and elastically support the elastic locking member of the button while allowing the elastic locking member to be spaced apart from an outer surface of the connection member at a predetermined interval.
- In addition, a fastening portion including a horizontal fastening groove and a vertical separation groove may be formed on the connection member of the upper container, and a fastening protrusion may be formed on the pushing member of the button so that the pushing member of the button may be fastened to the horizontal fastening groove or located in the vertical separation groove.
- In addition, a locking hook may be formed on an elastic locking member of the button, and elastic blades may extend from both sides of the locking hook.
- In addition, the pushing member of the button may include a pushing portion exposed to an outside of the upper container and a coupling portion coupled to the cover member.
- In addition, the coupling portion of the pushing member may be formed in a ring shape and coupled to an inside of the cover member, and the pushing portion may protrude outward from the coupling portion and be located in front of the elastic locking member.
- In addition, the cover member of the upper container may be fastened to the connection member or fastening between the cover member and the connection member may be released while being rotated to an extent of a predetermined section, and simultaneously, the pushing member may be rotated together with the cover member so that the pushing member of the button may be connected to or separated from the elastic locking member.
- According to the aspect of the present disclosure, when the upper container is separated from the lower container in order to separately use or recycle the mirror provided in the upper container, some components of the button installed on the upper container are allowed to be separated together, so that the button does not interfere with detachment of the upper container from the lower container.
- According to the aspect of the present disclosure, the lower container is formed of a transparent material, and the button is installed on the upper container which opens and closes the lower container, such that the contents are reflected on the outside through the entire transparent outer wall of the lower container, so that the user can easily check the contents, aesthetic feeling can be improved, and an internal space of the lower container can be easily secured.

- When a part may "include" a certain constituent element, unless specified otherwise, it may not be construed to exclude another constituent element but may be construed to further include other constituent elements.
- Hereinafter, a cosmetic container having a button-separable structure according to one aspect of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to
FIGS. 1 to 9 . -
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure,FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure, andFIG. 3 is a sectional view of the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure. - As illustrated in the drawings, the present disclosure includes a
lower container 10, anupper container 20, abutton 30, and amirror 40, in which theupper container 20 includes aconnection member 22 coupled to thelower container 10 and acover member 24 detachably coupled to theconnection member 22, and thebutton 30 is divided into anelastic locking member 32 formed on theconnection member 24 and a pushingmember 34 formed on thecover member 24. - The
lower container 10 stores a cosmetic product and is formed in a cylindrical shape with an open top and bottom. In the drawings of the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure, thelower container 10 is illustrated as having a cylindrical shape with a lower height and a wide width, but is not limited thereto, and may be changed into various shapes according to convenience of use or preference or fashion of a purchaser. - The entire
lower container 10 may be formed of a transparent material so that contents stored in thelower container 10 may be reflected on the outside. That is, even though a user does not directly check the contents stored in thelower container 10 by opening theupper container 20 from thelower container 10, the contents are reflected on the outside through the entire transparent outer wall of thelower container 10, such that the contents stored in thelower container 10 can be easily checked, and accordingly, aesthetic feeling of an appearance of the cosmetic container can be improved. - As illustrated in
FIG. 2 , a hinge insertion hole 12 may be formed in one side of thelower container 10, and a hinge insertion protrusion 12a may be formed on the hinge insertion hole 12 so that theupper container 20 may be hinge-coupled to thelower container 10. In this case, the hinge insertion protrusion 12a preferably protrudes in a pair from both side walls of the hinge insertion hole 12. - In addition, a ring-shaped
intermediate body 14 may be further provided on an upper end of thelower container 10. Theintermediate body 14 is formed on the upper end of thelower container 10 in a ring shape, and a lockingprotrusion 14a protrudes upward from one side thereof and is engaged with abutton 30 installed on theupper container 20. The lockingprotrusion 14a may have a protrusion portion formed on an inner upper portion thereof, an outer wall may extend to both lower portions of the protrusion portion, and a groove may be formed between the protrusion portion and the outer wall. - As illustrated in
FIG. 3 , abonding groove 14b may be formed on a lower end of theintermediate body 14, and abonding protrusion 16 may be formed on the upper end of thelower container 10, so that theintermediate body 14 and thelower container 10 may be bonded to each other while they are fitted with each other. In this case, theintermediate body 14 is preferably bonded to the upper end of thelower container 10 through ultrasonic bonding, high-frequency bonding, or thermal bonding. This is to prevent the aesthetic feeling of the cosmetic container from being degraded due to the coupling structure when thelower container 10 and theintermediate body 14 have separate coupling structures. - Meanwhile, a
content container 50 for containing contents and acontent container cover 60 for opening and closing thecontent container 50 may be mounted in thelower container 10. - The contents are contained in the
content container 50 or an impregnated sponge impregnated with contents is mounted in thecontent container 50, the impregnated sponge is preferably formed of at least one material selected from the group consisting of butadiene rubber (BR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), natural rubber styrene butadiene rubber (NRSBR), acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), wet urethane, dry urethane, polyether, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, latex, silicone, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, and neoprene. - Like the
lower container 10, thecontent container 50 may have a surface formed of a transparent material, such that the contents contained in thecontent container 50 may be reflected on the outside through thetransparent content container 50 andlower container 10, thereby allowing the user to easily check the contents. - Meanwhile, the
lower container 10 and thecontent container 50 may adjust transparency (a value expressed as a ratio of light transmitted through a mineral) for improving information delivery function or aesthetic feeling. For example, the contents contained in thelower container 10 and thecontent container 50 can be clearly visible through thelower container 10 and thecontent container 50 by increasing the transparency of thelower container 10 and thecontent container 50, the contents contained in thelower container 10 and thecontent container 50 can be delicately visible through thecontent container 50 and thelower container 10 by lowering the transparency. - As illustrated in
FIG. 2 , a ring-shaped contentcontainer coupling ring 52 is coupled to an upper end of thecontent container 50, in which the contentcontainer coupling ring 52 may seal the inside of thecontent container 50, and simultaneously, may be shaft-coupled to thecontent container cover 60. - First and second lower extension protrusion rings 52a and 52b may vertically extend from a lower edge of the content
container coupling ring 52, and a third lowerextension protrusion ring 52c may vertically extend while being inwardly spaced apart from the first and second lower extension protrusion rings 52a and 52b. As illustrated inFIG. 3 , the first and second lower extension protrusion rings 52a and 52b are coupled while surrounding an upper end of the outer wall of thecontent container 50, and when thecontent container cover 60 is closed, the third lowerextension protrusion ring 52c comes into close contact with a sealingprotrusion ring 62 formed on a lower portion of thecontent container cover 60 to seal the inside of thecontent container 50. In this case, a horizontalextension protrusion ring 52d may horizontally extend from an inside of the third lowerextension protrusion ring 52c, in which the horizontalextension protrusion ring 52d may limit an exposed portion of the impregnated sponge contained in thecontent container 50 or prevent the impregnated sponge from going out. - In addition, a first
hinge coupling portion 54 may protrude from one side of an upper portion of the contentcontainer coupling ring 52, so that the contentcontainer coupling ring 52 may be hinge-coupled to thecontent container cover 60. - The
content container cover 60 is hinge-coupled to the contentcontainer coupling ring 52 and rotates about an axis to open and close thecontent container 50. The sealingprotrusion ring 62 may extend downward from the lower portion of thecontent container cover 60, come into close contact with an inner periphery of the third lowerextension protrusion ring 52c of thecontent container 50 when thecontent container cover 60 is closed, and a makeuptool storage groove 66 may be formed on an upper portion of thecontent container cover 60 to store a makeup tool (not illustrated). - In addition, as illustrated in
FIG. 2 , a secondhinge coupling portion 64 may be formed on one side of thecontent container cover 60 to be hinge-coupled to the firsthinge coupling portion 54 of thecontent container 50, and aknob 68 may be formed on an opposite side of the secondhinge coupling portion 64 and protrude outward so as to allow the user to easily hold theknob 68. - The
upper container 20 is coupled to one side of thelower container 10 to open and close thelower container 10. Theupper container 20 may include theconnection member 22 coupled to thelower container 10 and thecover member 24 detachably coupled to theconnection member 22. - The
connection member 22 has a ring shape where a center thereof is perforated, connects thecover member 24 and thelower container 10 to each other, and is hinge-coupled to the upper portion of thelower container 10 so as to rotate about an axis. - As illustrated in
FIG. 2 , aninsertion groove 22a may be formed in one side of theconnection member 22, a pair ofinsertion grooves 22a may be formed in front of theconnection member 22 while being spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, and both end portions of thebutton 30 are inserted into the pair ofinsertion grooves 22a to horizontally fix thebutton 30. At least one fixingprotrusion 22b is formed on a front upper end of theconnection member 22, in which the fixingprotrusion 22b presses the upper end of thebutton 30 to vertically fix thebutton 30. As a result, thebutton 30 is stably fixed in front of theconnection member 22 by theinsertion groove 22a and the fixingprotrusion 22b. - An
elastic protrusion 22c may protrude adjacent to theinsertion groove 22a and the fixingprotrusion 22b of theconnection member 22, that is, between the pair ofinsertion grooves 22a, in which like theinsertion groove 22a, a pair ofelastic protrusions 22c is formed while being spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval to support a rear surface of theelastic locking member 32 of thebutton 30. Accordingly, theelastic protrusion 22c vertically and elastically supports theelastic locking member 32 while being spaced apart from an outer periphery of theconnection member 22 at a predetermined interval. - An
insertion hole 22d may be formed in a front side of theconnection member 22. The lockingprotrusion 14a of thelower container 10 and alocking hook 34a of thebutton 30 are inserted into theinsertion hole 22d together and fastened to each other. - In addition, a hinge connection portion 22e is formed opposite to the
insertion hole 22d and inserted into the hinge insertion hole 12 of thelower container 10 to allow thelower container 10 to shaft-couple to theconnection member 22, in which ahinge insertion groove 22f is formed in the hinge connection portion 22e so that the hinge insertion protrusion 12a of thelower container 10 is fitted into thehinge insertion groove 22f. In this case, like the hinge insertion protrusion 12a, a pair ofhinge insertion grooves 22f is preferably formed on both side walls of the hinge connection portion 22e. - Meanwhile, a
fastening portion 26 including ahorizontal fastening groove 26a and avertical separation groove 26b may be formed on the outer periphery of theconnection member 22. In this case, thehorizontal fastening groove 26a and thevertical separation groove 26b are disposed continuously or adjacent to each other, in which thehorizontal fastening groove 26a is preferably formed as a groove vertically extending along the outer periphery of theconnection member 22, and thevertical separation groove 26b is preferably formed as a groove with an open upper portion by vertically extending in a height direction of theconnection member 22. As illustrated in a partially enlarged view ofFIG. 2 , aseparation prevention protrusion 26c may protrude outward from an upper portion adjacent to thehorizontal fastening groove 26a, and anoblique surface 26d inclined at a predetermined angle may be formed on one side surface of thevertical separation groove 26b adjacent to thehorizontal fastening groove 26a. That is, theseparation prevention protrusion 26c may prevent thefastening protrusion 34c of the pushingmember 30 from being separated from the upper portion of theconnection member 22, and thefastening protrusion 34c of the pushingmember 30 may be smoothly moved from thevertical separation groove 26b to thehorizontal fastening groove 26a by theoblique surface 26d during rotation of thecover member 24. - In addition, the
cover member 24 has a disc shape having open one side and provided with a certain space inside thereof, and is rotatably coupled to the extent of a predetermined section from theconnection member 22 while covering the upper portion of theconnection member 22. A button through-hole 24a may be formed in a front side of thecover member 24 of theupper container 20, and at least a part of thebutton 30 may pass through the button through-hole 24a. - At least one
mirror guide protrusion 24b may be formed on an inner upper surface of thecover member 24, in which themirror guide protrusion 24b is disposed in a circle along an edge of thecover member 24, and themirror 40 is inserted into an inside of themirror guide protrusion 24b. In addition, afirst coupling protrusion 24c may be formed on an inner periphery of thecover member 24 so that thecover member 24 is fixedly coupled to the pushingmember 34 of thebutton 30. - The
button 30 may be installed and pushed by the user so that theupper container 20 may be fastened or released from thelower container 10, and thebutton 30 may be divided into theelastic locking member 32 and the pushingmember 34. - The
elastic locking member 32 may be formed on one side of theconnection member 22 and located on a rear side of the pushingmember 34 to provide elasticity to the pushingmember 34, and thelocking hook 32a fastened to the lockingprotrusion 14a of theintermediate body 14 may be formed on a center thereof. In this case, the upper portion of thelocking hook 32a is more recessed inward than other parts, so that the lockingprotrusion 14a is preferably inserted into the recessed portion. - In addition, a pair of
elastic blades 32b may be formed on both sides of thelocking hook 32a, in which theelastic blade 32b extends in a curved shape corresponding to a surface of theconnection member 22 so that an end portion thereof is inserted into theinsertion groove 22a of theconnection member 22, and the upper end of theelastic blade 32b comes into close contact with the fixingprotrusion 22b of theconnection member 22, and simultaneously, a back surface thereof comes into close contact with theelastic protrusion 22c of theconnection member 22, such that theelastic blade 32b is horizontally or vertically fixed and horizontally supported while being spaced apart from the surface of theconnection member 22 at a predetermined interval. - The pushing
member 34 is formed on an inner side of thecover member 24, and located in front of theelastic locking member 32, so that the pushingmember 34 pushes theelastic locking member 32 rearward or moves forward by a restoring force of theelastic locking member 32. The pushingmember 34 may include a pushingportion 34a exposed to the outside of thecover member 24 of theupper container 20 and acoupling portion 34b coupled to thecover member 24. In this case, the pushingportion 34a preferably protrudes outside from thecoupling portion 34b, and thecoupling portion 34b is preferably formed in a ring shape to be coupled to the inner side of thecover member 24. In this case, the ring-shapedcoupling portion 34b assists the elastic movement of the pushingportion 34a as its shape is deformed when the pushingportion 34a is pressed. - As illustrated in
FIG. 3 , at least a part of the pushingportion 34a may be exposed to the outside while passing through the button through-hole 24a of thecover member 24, and pressed by the user, in which the pushingportion 34a may be located in front of theelastic locking member 32 and formed with a contactingprotrusion 34d on one side thereof so that the pushingportion 34a may make contact with the outer periphery of theelastic locking member 32. In this case, a pair of contactingprotrusions 34d preferably protrudes from both side walls on an inner periphery of the pushingportion 34a in order to stably contact and press theelastic locking member 32. - In addition, the
fastening protrusion 34c may be formed on the pushingmember 34, and as illustrated inFIG. 2 , thefastening protrusion 34c may be inserted into and fastened to thehorizontal fastening groove 26a or located in thevertical separation groove 26b to be released from thevertical separation groove 26b. That is, in a state in which thefastening protrusion 34c is inserted into thehorizontal fastening groove 26a, if thefastening protrusion 34c moves to thevertical separation groove 26b by a rotation of thecover member 24 to an extent of a predetermined section, the fastening between thecover member 24 and theconnection member 22 is released so that thecover member 24 is in a separable state. In this case, as the pushingmember 34 installed on thecover member 24 moves to the side, it deviates from the center of theelastic locking member 32, and in contrast, in a state in which thefastening protrusion 34c is located in thevertical separation groove 26b, if thefastening protrusion 34c goes over theoblique surface 26d by the rotation of thecover member 24 to the extent of a predetermined section so that thefastening protrusion 34c is inserted into thehorizontal fastening groove 26a, theconnection member 22 is fastened to thecover member 24. In this case, the pushingmember 34 installed on thecover member 24 moves to its original position, so that it is located on the front center of theelastic locking member 32. - Briefly, the
cover member 24 of theupper container 20 may be fastened to or released from theconnection member 22 while being rotated to the extent of a predetermined section, and simultaneously, the pushingmember 34 of the button may come into close contact with or be separated from theelastic locking member 32 while being rotated together. - In addition, a
second coupling protrusion 34e may be formed on an outer periphery of the pushingmember 34 to be under-coupled to thefirst coupling protrusion 24c formed on thecover member 24. In the drawings of the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure, it is illustrated that thecover member 24 of theupper container 20 is undercut-coupled to the pushingmember 34 of thebutton 30, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and various coupling methods may be used to the extent that the pushingmember 34 may be firmly and fixedly coupled to the inner side of thecover member 24, such as coupling by protrusions and grooves, forced fitting, or screw coupling. - The
mirror 40 is attached to the inner side of theupper container 20 to reflect a makeup area of the user. As illustrated inFIG. 2 , themirror 40 is attached to an inner upper surface of theupper container 20, in which an outer surface of themirror 40 is in close contact with an inner surface of themirror guide protrusion 24b and fixed in a state in which themirror 40 is located on the inner center of theupper container 20. Meanwhile, themirror 40 may be located between thecover member 24 and theconnection member 22 in a state in which themirror 40 is not attached to the inner side of thecover member 24 so that themirror 40 is easily collected during separation of thecover member 24 from theconnection member 22, and as illustrated inFIG. 3 , themirror 40 may be fixed while being pressed by the edge part of theconnection member 22. - As described above, the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure is configured such that the
button 30 is divided into theelastic locking member 32 and the pushingmember 34, and theelastic locking member 32 and the pushingmember 34 are installed on theconnection member 22 and thecover member 24 of theupper container 20, respectively so as to be disposed in front and back of thebutton 30 to each other, such that when thecover member 24 is separated from or coupled to theconnection member 22, the pushingmember 34 is also separated from or connected to theelastic locking member 32, and accordingly, thebutton 30 does not interfere with a detachment process between theconnection member 22 and the cover member of theupper container 20. -
FIGS. 4 to 9 are views illustrating use and assembly of the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure, and illustrate a method for using the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure with reference toFIGS. 4 to 9 . -
FIG. 4 is a sectional view illustrating a state of opening the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure,FIG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which a lower container is fastened to an upper container according to one aspect of the present disclosure,FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which fastening between a cover member of the upper container and the connection member is released by rotating the cover member according to one aspect of the present disclosure,FIG. 7 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the cover member of the upper container is lifted to be separated from the connection member according to one aspect of the present disclosure.,FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the cover member of the upper container is coupled to an upper portion of the connection member according to one aspect of the present disclosure., andFIG. 9 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the cover member of the upper container is fastened to the connection member by reversely rotating the cover member according to one aspect of the present disclosure. - In order to use the cosmetic container according to one aspect of the present disclosure, first, the
button 30 exposed to one side of theupper container 20 is pushed to release the fastening between theupper container 20 and thelower container 10 as illustrated inFIG. 4 , and theupper container 20 is then rotated to open theupper container 20, therefill container cover 52 is rotated to open therefill container 50, and then makeup is performed with the cosmetic product contained in therefill container 50. In this case, as the pushingmember 34 of thebutton 30 is pushed, the contactingprotrusion 34d of the pushingmember 34 pushes the front surface of theelastic locking member 32, and simultaneously, the lockinghook 32a of theelastic locking member 32 is pushed back, thereby releasing the fastening between the lockingprotrusion 14a of theintermediate body 14 and thelocking hook 32a. - Meanwhile, the
mirror 40 may be separately used or recycled by separating themirror 40 from the cosmetic container. Before separating themirror 40 from the cosmetic container, as illustrated inFIG. 5 , theelastic locking member 32 is installed on the inner side of theconnection member 22 of theupper container 20 and the pushingmember 34 of thebutton 30 is installed on the inner side of thecover member 24, so that the pushingmember 34 and theelastic locking member 32 are disposed to be in close contact with each other in front and back, and thefastening protrusion 34c of the pushingmember 34 is fixed while being inserted into and fastened to thehorizontal fastening groove 26a of theconnection member 22. In this case, thefastening protrusion 34c of the pushingmember 34 may be prevented from being separated from an upper side of thehorizontal fastening groove 26a by aseparation prevention protrusion 26c formed on the upper portion of thehorizontal fastening groove 26a. - As illustrated in
FIG. 6 , when thecover member 24 of theupper container 20 is rotated to the extent of a predetermined section in any one direction, as thefastening protrusion 34c of the pushingmember 34 is moved to the side together with thecover member 24 and inserted into thevertical separation groove 26b, the fastening between thecover member 24 and theconnection member 22 is released, such that thecover member 24 is in a separable state. In this case, as the pushingmember 34 installed on thecover member 24 is moved to the side and deviates from the center of theelastic locking member 32, thebutton 30 including theelastic locking member 32 and the pushingmember 34 is in an inoperable state. - Thereafter, as illustrated in
FIG. 7 , thecover member 24 of theupper container 20 is lifted and separated from theconnection member 22, and themirror 40 attached to the inner side of thecover member 24 is used or recycled. - Meanwhile, the
cover member 24 of theupper container 20, which is separated from the cosmetic container, may be coupled again and used. First, as illustrated inFIG. 8 , thecover member 24 covers the open upper portion of theconnection member 22 while allowing thefastening protrusion 34c of the pushingmember 34 to be inserted into the open upper portion of thevertical separation groove 26b. - Thereafter, as illustrated in
FIG. 9 , when thecover member 24 of theupper container 20 is rotated to the extent of a predetermined section in an opposite direction, thefastening protrusion 34c of the pushingmember 34 is moved to the side together with thecover member 24, and goes over theoblique surface 26d, so that it is inserted into and fastened to thehorizontal fastening groove 26a. In this case, as the pushingmember 34 installed on thecover member 24 is moved to its original position, the pushingmember 34 is located on the front center of theelastic locking member 32, and the contactingprotrusion 34d of the pushingmember 34 is in close contact with the outer periphery of theelastic locking member 32, so that thebutton 30 including theelastic locking member 32 and the pushingmember 34 is in an operable state. - Although the above description has been made with reference to illustrative aspects and drawings as well as certain matters such as specific elements, the aspects are provided for overall understanding of the present disclosure, and the present disclosure is not limited to the aspects. It is understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made in these aspects.
- Therefore, the spirit of the present disclosure may not be construed as being limited to the aspects described herein, and all variations within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents are to be construed as being included in the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (12)
- A cosmetic container having a button-separable structure, the cosmetic container comprising:a lower container; an upper container which opens and closes the lower container; a button installed on the upper container; and a mirror formed on the upper container,wherein the upper container includes a connection member coupled to the lower container and a cover member detachably coupled to the connection member, and the button is divided into an elastic locking member formed on the connection member and a pressing member formed on the cover member.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the lower container is formed of a transparent material so that contents stored in the lower container are reflected on an outside.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the lower container is mounted with a content container which contains contents and a content container cover which opens and closes the content container.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the lower container further includes an intermediate body having a locking protrusion on one side thereof.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the cover member of the upper container is rotatably coupled to an extent of a predetermined section while covering an upper portion of the connection member.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the connection member of the upper container is formed with an insertion groove and a fixing protrusion to fix the elastic locking member of the button.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein an elastic protrusion is formed on the connection member of the upper container to horizontally and elastically support the elastic locking member of the button while allowing the elastic locking member to be spaced apart from an outer surface of the connection member at a predetermined interval.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein a fastening portion including a horizontal fastening groove and a vertical separation groove is formed on the connection member of the upper container, and a fastening protrusion is formed on the pushing member of the button so that the pushing member of the button is fastened to the horizontal fastening groove or located in the vertical separation groove.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein a locking hook is formed on an elastic locking member of the button, and elastic blades extend from both sides of the locking hook.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the pushing member of the button includes a pushing portion exposed to an outside of the upper container and a coupling portion coupled to the cover member.
- The cosmetic container of claim 10, wherein the coupling portion of the pushing member is formed in a ring shape and coupled to an inside of the cover member, and the pushing portion protrudes outward from the coupling portion and is located in front of the elastic locking member.
- The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the cover member of the upper container is fastened to or released from the connection member while being rotated to an extent of a predetermined section, and simultaneously, the pushing member of the button is rotated together with the cover member so that the pushing member of the button is connected to or separated from the elastic locking member.
