Claims (5)

  1. Behälter (1) für pulverförmige Nahrungsmittel, der umfasst:
    einen Behälter (2), einen Umfangsring (3), der am oberen Rand des Behälters (2) angebracht ist, und einen Deckel (4), wobei der Deckel (4) mittels eines Scharniers in Bezug auf den Umfangsring (3) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer offenen Position angelenkt ist; wobei das Scharnier in einer Position angeordnet ist, die der eines Manipulationsschutzmittels (6 bis 9) diametral gegenüberliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungs- und Schließmechanismus des Deckels (4) Manipulationsschutzmittel (6 bis 9) umfasst, die ferner umfassen:
    einen Knopf (6), der in Übereinstimmung mit einem umgekehrten U-förmigen Bereich (7) des Deckels angeordnet ist, sodass, wenn ein Benutzer den Knopf (6) drückt, sich der Knopf (6) vertikal nach unten bewegt und einen Flansch (8) freigibt, der die Bewegung eines Verschlusses oder Riegels (9) zwischen der geschlossenen Position und einer offenen Position während der Freigabe des Deckels (4) ermöglicht; und wobei bei geschlossenem Verschluss oder Riegel (9) der Flansch (8) im Deckel (4) verankert ist.
  2. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1, wobei das Öffnen des Deckels manuell erfolgt.
  3. Behälter (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Scharnier eine Schraubenfeder oder eine elastische Feder umfasst, sodass sich der Deckel (4) durch die Wirkung der Schraubenfeder oder der elastischen Feder öffnet, wenn der Verschluss gelöst wird.
  4. Behälter (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem Umfangsring (3) und dem Behälter (2) einen elastischen Flansch (31) umfasst, sodass, wenn der Umfangsring (3) über den oberen Rand des Behälters (2) gestülpt wird, der Ring (3) perfekt am Behälter (2) angebracht ist und dessen Öffnen verhindert.
  5. Behälter (1) für pulverförmige Nahrungsmittel, der umfasst:
    einen Behälter (2), einen Umfangsring (3), der am oberen Rand des Behälters (2) angebracht ist, und einen Deckel (4), wobei der Deckel (4) mittels eines Scharniers in Bezug auf den Umfangsring (3) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer offenen Position angelenkt ist; wobei das Scharnier in einer Position angeordnet ist, die der eines Manipulationsschutzmittels (6a bis 9a) diametral gegenüberliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öffnungs- und Schließmechanismus des Deckels (4) Manipulationsschutzmittel (6a bis 9a) umfasst, die ferner umfassen:
    einen zweiteiligen Knopf, der einen ersten Knopfteil (6a) und einen zweiten Knopfteil (7a) umfasst, die vor der Verwendung durch Trennwände verbunden und so angeordnet sind, dass sie das Öffnen des Deckels (4) blockieren; und wobei, wenn ein erster Teil des Knopfes (6a) anfänglich gedrückt wird, die Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Knopfteil (6a) und dem zweiten Knopfteil (7a) gelöst wird, wodurch der erste Knopfteil (6a) abgesenkt und in einer Aussparung verankert wird, über der er sich befindet, wodurch der zweite Knopfteil (7a) zum Betätigen freigegeben wird;
    wobei durch Drücken des zweiten Knopfteils (7a) eine Kippbewegung an Zapfen (8a) erzeugt wird, die den zweiten Knopfteil (7a) mit dem Deckel (4) verbinden, wobei die Kippbewegung des zweiten Knopfteils (7a) zum Positionieren eines an der Unterseite des zweiten Knopfteils (7a) befindlichen Flansches (10) an einem weiteren, am Ring (3) befindlichen harpunenförmigen Verankerungsflansch (9a) angeordnet ist, der den Deckel (4) geschlossen am Ring (3) hält;
    und wobei durch den Druck auf den zweiten Knopfteil (7a) der Flansch (10) auf den oberen Teil des Verankerungsflansches (9a) drückt, wodurch die Verankerung gelöst und der Deckel (4) geöffnet werden.
